As one of the common negative emotions in diabetic patients, diabetes distress not only directly weakens patients' self-efficacy and treatment compliance, but also increases the risk of complications. With the help of mobile applications, chatbots, virtual reality technology and other means, digital health interventions can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of diabetic patients, improve their self-management ability and confidence, and are increasingly widely used in diabetes distress. The purpose of this review is to introduce the specific forms, application effects and future development directions of digital health intervention in diabetes distress, and to promote further research and clinical practice of digital health intervention in diabetes distress.

Objective To explore the T/NK cell-related differentially expressed genes(T/NK-DEGs)related to the prognosis of liver cancer based on the single-cell RNA-seq data,gene expression data and clinical information in the GEO and TCGA databases,and construct the prognostic model of liver cancer.Methods The single-cell RNA-seq data and gene expression matrices of liver cancer were obtained from the GEO database.The TCGA-LIHC cohorts,including mRNA expression data,clinical information,survival infor-mation,and somatic mutation data,were obtained from the TCGA database.Based on the two databases,the prognostic model of liver cancer patients was constructed by the bioinformatics method,and the performance of the model was predicted.Results Two T/NK-DEGs,PTTG1 and UBE2C,were identified to be associated with the prognosis of liver cancer and a prognostic model of liver cancer was constructed based on them.According to the risk score,the patients were divided into the high-risk score group and low-risk score group,in which the patients with high-risk score had a worse prognosis than those with low-risk score.The areas under the receiv-er operating characteristics(ROC)curve(AUCROC)of the prognostic model at 1-year,3-year and 5-year time points were 0.685,0.647 and 0.594,respectively.The higher risk score was correlated with the advanced pathological stage(Ⅰstage,Ⅱstage,andⅢstage)and T-stage(T1,T2,and T3)(P＜0.05).The prognostic model was able to predict the proportion of tumor infiltrating immune cells,and the sensitivity of immunotherapy and chemotherapy drugs in patients with liver cancer.Conclusion The constructed prog-nostic model in this study has an important role in the prediction of individualized survival and clinical treatment response of patients with liver cancer.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of pedicled omentum packing of pelvic floor after laparoscopic Miles precedure in the prevention of short-term postoperative complications.Methods:Seventy-two patients undergoing laparoscopic combined abdominal perineal resection for rectal cancer at He'nan Tumor Hospital from Jan 2014 to Aug 2021 were retrospectively reviewed. The observation group underwent pelvic floor reconstruction with pedicled omentum, while in control group the pelvic floor was leaving unconstructed.Results:There was no intestinal obstruction in the observation group. There were 5 cases of intestinal obstruction in the control group. Three were recovered by conservative treatment, 2 cases underwent laparotomy and 1 case underwent anastomosis between small intestine and small intestine. The incidence of intestinal obstruction between 2 groups was statistically different (0 vs. 14%, χ2=5.083, P=0.024 ). The operation time, hospital stay between the two groups were statistically different [(195±13) min vs. (159±9) min, t=10.047, P=0.000; (11.9±0.9) d vs. (14.9±2.1) d, t=-5.996, P=0.000 ). Between the two groups, there were no significant differences in the incidence of presacral infection , pulmonary infection, venous thrombosis and intraoperative blood loss (all P>0.05) . Conclusion:Pedicled greater omentum used in pelvic floor reconstruction after laparoscopic Miles procedure reduces the incidence of short-term postoperative complications, especially of intestinal obstruction.

Objective To explore the MRI features of cavernous hemangioma in the thoracic spinal epidural space,to improve the recognition of the disease.Methods The clinical,pathological and MRI data of 7 cases with cavernous hemangioma in the thoracic spinal epidural space confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results 7 cases of cavernous hemangioma in the thoracic spinal epidural space were included in our study,all cases underwent MRI contrast enhancement examination and 6 of them underwent conventional MRI examination.On T1WI,4 cases showed hypointensity,2 cases showed slightly hypointensity and 1 case showed mixed slightly hypointensity.On T2WI,5 cases showed slightly hyperintensity,1 case showed slightly hypointensity. On fat suppression sequence,5 cases showed hyperintensity,1 case showed heterogeneous hyperintensity.On diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI),7 cases showed obviously hyperintensity.On contrast-enhanced images,the lesions enhanced homogeneously in 5,enhanced heterogeneously in 2.Conclusion MRI can display the location,appearance and enhancement pattern of thoracic spinal epidural cavernous hemangioma distinctly,while definite diagnosis of which still depends on pathology.

Objective To study the value of whole tumors T2WI gray histogram analysis for differential diagnosis of three commonly presented pediatric posterior fossa tumors. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted to compare brain MRI examination and pathology diagnosis of 133 cases of posterior fossa tumors in pediatric patients in our hospital.Among them, there were 49 cases of ependymoma(there were 25 males and 24 females), 36 cases of astrocytoma(WHO grade Ⅰ)(there were 19 males and 17 females), 48 cases of medulloblastoma(there were 36 males and 12 females),aged 1 to 14 years old, with an average (7±2) years old. Respectively draw the region of interest (ROI) in the T2 MR transaxial images of three groups on each layer of tumor level by using Mazda software and analyze the whole tumors gray histogram, including mean,variance, kurtosis,skewness, perc.01%,perc.10%,perc.50%,perc.90% and perc.99%.The histogram parameters of the three groups were not normally distributed. The Kruskal-Wallis test was used to compare the three groups. Bonferroni test was used to compare the two groups to find out statistical significance of each parameter. Results Through histogram analysis of 9 parameters, these 9 parameters were statistically significant (all P <0.05),including mean,variance,kurtosis,skewness, perc.01%,perc.10%,perc.50%,perc.90% and perc.99%. The sensitivity of skewness to differentiate ependymoma and the astrocytoma was 69.4％, the specificity was 77.8％, the area under the curve was 0.744, and the best cut-off value was-0.08. The sensitivity of kurtosis to differentiate astrocytoma and the medulloblastoma was 95.8％, the specificity was 97.2％ and the area under the curve was 0.972, the cut-off was 1.68. The sensitivity of kurtosis to differentiate ependymoma and the medulloblastoma was 91.7％, the specificity was 89.8％and the area under the curve was 0.932,the cut-off was 1.90.They had a high identification efficiency. Conclusions The T2WI gray histogram analysis based whole tumors is helpful for the dignosis of three types of pediatric posterior fossa tumors. Skewness has a high diagnostic efficiency to differentiate ependymoma and the astrocytoma. Kurtosis has a high diagnostic efficiency to differentiate ependymoma and the medulloblastoma. Kurtosis has a high diagnostic efficiency to differentiate ependymoma and medulloblastoma.

Objective To study the value of whole tumors volume based apparent diffusion coefficient histogram analysis in grading diagnosis of ependymoma. Methods Seventy?one patients with ependymal tumors were retrospectively analyzed, including 13 cases of WHOⅠ, 28 cases of WHOⅡ, 30 cases of WHO Ⅲ. Regions of interest (ROI) in the apparent diffusion coefficient maps of three groups on each layer of tumor level were drawn by using MaZda software and were analyzed using the whole tumors gray histogram. The histogram parameters of the three groups all fitted the normal distribution and homogeneity test of variance. The ANOVA analysis was used to compare the three groups. LSD-t test was used to compare the two groups to find out statistical significance of each parameter. Results Through histogram analysis of 9 parameters, three parameters were statistically significant (P<0.05), including variance, perc. 01％ and perc. 10％. The remaining 6 parameters had no significant difference between the three groups (P>0.05). Between the WHOⅠand the WHOⅡ, the sensitivity of perc.10％was 85.7％, the specificity was 87.7％, the area under the curve was 0.835, and the best cut-off value was 131.33. Between the WHOⅠand the WHOⅢ, the sensitivity of perc.10％was 85.7％, the specificity was 100.0％, the area under the curve was 0.872, and the cut-off was 126.5.Between the WHOⅡand the WHOⅢ, the sensitivity of variance was 68.4％, the specificity was 79.6％, the area under the curve was 0.794, and the cut-off was 2645.7. They had a high identification efficiency. Conclusion Whole-tumor histogram analysis of apparent diffusion coefficient maps could provide ancillary diagnostic value in grading diagnosis of ependymoma. Perc.10％and variance had a high diagnostic efficiency.

OBJECTIVETo compare the clinical efficacy differences between acupuncture at distal acupoints and local acupoints on treatment of xerophthalmia.

METHODSA total of 40 patients of xerophthalmia were randomly divided into a distal group and a local group, 20 cases in each one. One patient in local group lost contact, and finally 20 cases in the distal group and 19 cases in the local group finished treatment. The patients in the distal group were treated with acupuncture at Guangming (GB 37) and Diwuhui (GB 42), while those in the local group were treated with acupuncture at Cuanzhu (BL 2), Tongziliao (GB 1) and Taiyang (EX-HN 5). Patients in both groups were treated once a day, five times per week, and totally 2-week treatment were given. The subjective symptom based on visual analogue scale (VAS), tear secretion, ocular surface disease index (OSDI) and breakup time (BUT) were evaluated before treatment, after two-week treatment (end of treatment) and two weeks after end of treatment (follow-up visit) in the two groups.

RESULTSAfter treatment and follow-up visit, the VAS, tear secretion, OSDI and BUT were all improved (<0.05,<0.01), but the differences of VAS and OSDI between the two groups were not significant (both>0.05). At follow-up visit, the differences of tear secretion and BUT between the two groups were significant (both<0.05).

CONCLUSIONThe acupuncture at distal acupoints could relieve xerophthalmia symptoms, improve quality of life, increase tear secretion and prolong BUT, which is superior to local acupoints in long term.
