Objective:To explore the repairing effect and mechanism of tangeretin in rats with spinal cord injury. Methods:The rats were divided into sham-operation group, model group and tangeretin group according to random number table, with 8 rats in each group. Except for the sham-operation group, Allen hit method was used to make rat models in the other groups. After the model was successfully established, the tangeretin group was intragastrically administered with tangeretin 50 mg/kg, and the sham-operation group and the model group were intragastrically administered with an equal volume of normal saline once a day for 14 days. On days 0, 3, 7, and 14 after modeling, the motor function recovery of rats was assessed using the Basso-Beattie-Bresnahan (BBB) score; the morphological changes of the spinal cord tissues were observed using HE staining and Nissl staining; the SOD and GSH activities and MDA, IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-10 levels in the spinal cord tissues of rats in each group were measured using ELISA kit detection; the GFAP and Neun expressions in the spinal cord tissues were detected by immunofluorescence; the IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-10, nuclear factor E2-related factor 2 (Nrf-2), and NAD (P) H-quinone oxidoreductase 1 (NQO-1) expressions in the spinal cord tissues were detected by Western blot. Results:Compared with the model group, the BBB score increased in the tangeretin group ( P<0.05), HE staining score decreased ( P<0.05), and the number of Nissl bodies increased ( P<0.05); the level of IL-10, SOD and GSH activities increased ( P<0.05), and IL-1β, TNF-α and MDA levels decreased in the spinal cord tissue ( P<0.05); GFAP fluorescence intensity decreased ( P<0.05) and NeuN fluorescence intensity increased ( P<0.05); the relative expression of IL-1β and TNF-α decreased ( P<0.05), and the relative expressions of IL-10, Nrf-2 and NQO-1 protein increased ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Tangeretin can exert anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative stress effects through the Nrf2/NQO1 signaling pathway and alleviate early spinal cord injury in rats. On the other hand, it may promote the recovery of spinal cord injury by reducing glial scar generation and promoting neural cellogenesis.

Objective To analyze the imaging characteristics of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) and dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging ( CEMRI) for diagnosis of hepatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma ,and to increase the accuracy of diagnostic imaging . Methods The imaging characteristics of CEUS and dynamic CEMRI in 11 patients with hepatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma confirmed by surgical pathology or fine needle aspiration biopsy were retrospectively analyzed . Results On conventional ultrasound ,14 lesions in 11 patients showed hypoechoic . The peripheral blood flow was detected in most patients by color Doppler flow imaging and the average resistant index was 0 .62 ± 0 .05 . During the arterial phase ,6 lesions showed diffuse enhancement ,6 lesions showed annular enhancement and 2 lesions showed branch enhancement .As to time of peak enhancement ,compared to the normal hepatic parenchyma ,hypoenhancement ,isoenhancement and hyperenhancement were observed in 1 lesion ,7 lesions and 6 lesions respectively . Synchronous enhancement was observed in 8 lesions on contrast-enhanced ultrasound ,rapid enhancement was observed in 5 lesions and slow enhancement was observed in 1 lesion and all lesions decreased quickly in portal phase and delayed phase . On CEMRI ,all lesions showed low signal on TIWI ,high signal on T2WI and DWI . There were 5 lesions showed obvious annular constant enhancement and 1 lesion showed obvious annular progressive enhancement . Progressive peripheral enhancement and fully filling in delayed phase were found in 4 lesions .While progressive peripheral enhancement and incompletely filling in delayed phase were found in 3 lesions . One lesion displayed constant enhancement and incompletely filling in delayed phase . Halo sign" , lollipopsign" , capsular retraction sign" and vessel sign" were appeared in 6 ,7 ,8 and 8 patients respectively . Conclusions Both contrast-enhanced ultrasound and CEMRI have characteristic manifestations for the diagnosis of hepatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma and cominbing them would be great significance to improve the preoperative diagnostic accuracy .

Objective To observe and analyze the effects of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) combined withparaffin therapy on hand function and limb rehabilitation in patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods A total of 162 patients with hemiplegia complicated with hand dysfunction after stroke were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,81 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation training and paraffin therapy for rehabilitation treatment, while the patients in the observation group were treated with TEAS treatment on the basis of the control group. The indexes of hand function such as Fugl-Meyer motor assessment upper extremity (FMA-UE) score, the wrist flexor modified Ashworth scale (MAS) score, the hand movement function score before and after the treatment were evaluated and compared. The Wolf motor function test (WMFT) score, the modified Barthel index (MBI) score, the national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) score before and after the treatment were evaluated and compared. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results After the treatment, the FMA-UE score and the hand movement function score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the wrist flexor MAS score was significantly higher than that the control group(P<0.05). The WMFT score and the MBI score of the observation were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the NIHSS score was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).The clinical efficiencies of the observation group and the control group were 90.1% and 69.1% respectively, and there was significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TEAS combined with paraffin therapy in treatment and rehabilitation of patients with stroke can improve the hand function, promote the rehabilitation of limb movement function, and improve the quality of life and therapeutic effects.
