1.Construction of usage evaluation model of large-scale medical equipment based on analytic hierarchy process

Objective To construct an evaluation model for the use of large-scale medical equipment based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Methods The indicators of the evaluation model were determined with considerations on the req-uirements of Accreditation Standard for Tertiary Hospitals(2022 edition),performance assessment standards of municipal departments for large-scale medical equipment in medical institutions over the years,the present situation of medical insti-tutions,key indexes for performance evaluation and the basic operational efficiency of the equipment.The evaluation model was established by calculating the weights of the indicators with AHP and performing the consistency test.The utilization of four CT devices in some hospital in a certain year was used as an example to comprehensively evaluate the rationality and feasibility of the model.Results There were 5 first-level indicators and 14 second-level indicators involved in the large-scale medical equipment usage evaluation model.The first-level indicators were made up of the usage,social benefits,functional utilization,economic benefits,scientific research and teaching benefits,with the weights of 45.156%,21.090%,12.113%,15.983%,and 5.657%,respectively,with all the first-level and second-level indicators passing the consistency test.The analysis of levels indicator weights showed the indicators affecting the operational efficiency included positive rate,expected work rate,utilization rate,etc.Comprehensive evaluation indicated the model was consistent with the traditional evaluation modes when used for ranking the equipment usage.Conclusion The AHP-based large-scale medical equipment usage evaluation model with high practicality facilitates the decision of medical institutions for the utilization,allocation and management of specialized medical equipment.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2025,46(8):86-90]
2.Design and application of multi-terminal collaborative medical equipment acceptance management system based on Flutter framework

Objective To design a multi-terminal collaborative medical equipment acceptance management system to enhance the informatized management of medical equipment acceptance.Methods The multi-terminal collaborative medical equipment acceptance management system was designed with the front-end and back-end separation mode.The front end was developed with Flutter framework and Dart language,the back end was implemented with Tornado 6.1 architecture and Python language,the communication between the front-end and the back-end service followed the RESTful design principle and the interaction was carried out through the hypertext transfer protocol(HTTP)request.There were three functional modules involved in the system for user management,basic information management and acceptance management.Results The system developed realized informatized management for medical equipment acceptance process,supported cross-platform management of acceptance reports,related attachments and medical device registration certificates and improved the quality and efficiency of medical equipment acceptance.Conclusion The system developed facilitates multi-terminal collaborative management for medical equipment acceptance,and lays a foundation for the digital and intelligent transformation of hospital medical equipment management.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2025,46(7):39-44]

Colorimetric analysis is a detection and quantification method based on observable color changes in response to analytes,which offers significant advantages including visually detectable signals,straightforward operation,rapid response,and low cost.Consequently,it plays a crucial role in a variety of fields.With increasingly diverse and complex application,colorimetric analysis requires continuous improvement in sensitivity,adaptability to diverse detection environments,and complex data handling capabilities.In recent years,the development of artificial intelligence technology,particularly within its core domain of machine learning(ML),has led to significant advancements in colorimetric analysis.The ML-assisted colorimetric analysis enables high-throughput and high-sensitivity detection,alongside automated analysis,thereby providing novel strategies to overcome the inherent limitations.This review categorized machine learning techniques and summarized their application in colorimetric analysis,introducing two fundamental categories of supervised learning,and unsupervised learning based on the division of core learning paradigms.The research progress of ML-assisted colorimetric analysis in the fields of environmental monitoring,biochemical detection,and food safety were summarized.Finally,the current challenges facing by this research area were analyzed and the research prospect of ML-assisted colorimetric analysis was outlined.

6.Improvement effect of isoquercitrin on anxiety rats through modulation of BDKRB2/PI3K/Akt pathway in hippocampus

Aim To explore the action mechanism of isoquercitrin(IQ)in ameliorating anxiety based on network pharmacology,cellular transcriptomics,molecu-lar docking and animal experiments.Methods The common targets of anxiety disorders and IQ were ob-tained by using relevant databases.The protein-protein interaction network,the biological function and signa-ling pathway enrichment analysis were conducted by u-sing the common targets.Primary hippocampal neurons were cultured in vitro,and corticosterone was added to induce neurons to establish a corticosterone injury mod-el.IQ treatment was added to the culture system,and transcriptomics was used to screen for differentially ex-pressed genes and enrich for differentially expressed pathways.Subsequently,the results were validated by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).Possible targets and signaling pathways for IQ treatment on anxiety were speculated and screened u-sing network pharmacology,transcriptomics and molec-ular docking.The anxiety rat model was constructed,and the anxiety state of rats was evaluated after IQ in-tervention,and the protein expression level of hippo-campus was detected to verify the relevant mechanism.Results Network pharmacology,cellular transcrip-tome,and molecular docking analyses revealed that the key mechanism of IQ for anxiety may be related to the BDKRB2/PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.Animal exper-iments showed that IQ was effective in improving anxie-ty behaviour and learning memory ability in rats.IQ increased the movement distance and residence time in the central area of the open field,the time and number percentage of entries into the open arm in the elevated plus maze,and the spontaneous alternations score in the Y maze in rats,and significantly elevated protein expression of BDKRB2,PI3K,Akt and decreased pro-tein expression of NF-κB in the hippocampus.Conclu-sions Isoquercitrin can effectively treat anxiety,and the mechanism of action may be related to the regula-tion of BDKRB2/PI3K/Akt signaling pathway in hip-pocampus.

From the perspective of the physiological basis of liver and kidney sharing the common source in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and by integrating the theory of kidney dominating bone,liver dominating tendon,and meridian sinew of TCM as well as the bone resorption and collapse theory,and non-uniform settlement theory and lower-limb musculoskeletal bowstring structure theory of modern orthopedics,the pathogenesis of osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH)under the system of non-uniform settlement during bone resorption and multidimensional composite bowstring working in coordination with the theory of liver-kidney and muscle-bone was explored.The key to the TCM pathogenesis of ONFH lies in the deficiency of the liver and kidney,and then the imbalance of kidney yin-yang leads to the disruption of the dynamic balance of bone formation and bone resorption mediated by osteoblasts-osteoclasts,which manifests as the elevated level of bone metabolism and the enhancement of focal bone resorption in the femoral head,and then leads to the necrosis and collapse of the femoral head.It is considered that the kidney dominates bone,liver dominates tendon,and the tendon and bone together constitute the muscle-bone-joint dynamic and static system of the hip joint.The appearance of collapse destroys the originally balanced muscle-bone-joint system.Moreover,the failure of liver blood in the nourishment of muscles and tendons further exacerbates the imbalance of the soft tissues around the hip joint,accelerates the collapse of the muscle-bone-joint dynamic and static system,speeds up the process of femoral head collapse,and ultimately results in irreversible outcomes.Based on the above pathogenesis,the systematic integrative treatment of ONFH should be based on the TCM holistic concept,focuses on the focal improvement of internal and external blood circulation of the femoral head by various approaches,so as to rebuild the coordination of joint function.Moreover,attention should be paid to the physical constitution of the patients,and therapy of tonifying the kidney and regulating the liver can be used to restore the balance between osteogenesis and osteoblastogenesis,and to reconstruct the muscle-bone-joint system,so as to effectively delay or even prevent the occurrence of ONFH.
