Objective To investigate the current situation and health effects of indoor microbial pollution in Xi39;an, to analyze the purification effect of air purifiers on indoor microbial pollution, and to provide reference for improving the indoor environment. Methods Through stratified random sampling, 20 families from rural areas and 20 families from upwind and downwind urban areas respectively were selected from Xi39;an. Data was collected by questionnaire surveys and on-site environmental sampling. Non-parametric analysis and correlation analysis were used for statistical analysis. Results Overall, the standard-exceeding rate of total count of bacteria was 5.00%. The medians of the total count of bacteria and fungi were 312.50 cfu/m3 and 260.00 cfu/m3, respectively. In terms of health effects, the correlation between rhinitis and cold with total bacterial count was statistically significant (P<0.05), with the correlation coefficients of 0.182 and 0.223, respectively. Purification effect of air purifiers on microbial pollution was statistically significant (P<0.05). After opening for 2 hours, the total numbers of bacteria and fungi decreased significantly. Conclusion The occurrence risk of colds and rhinitis is increased by indoor microbial pollution. Air purifiers have a certain effect on decreasing the total number of bacteria and fungi. It is recommended to use air purifiers with high CADR of particulate matter, double-layer filter and sterilization and dehumidification function, and replace the filters regularly to reduce indoor microbiological contamination.

Objective To investigate the expression and biological function of centromere protein F (CENPF) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and the association with prognosis. Methods Through retrieving and analyzing the bioinformatics data such as Oncomine database, Human Protein Atlas (HPA), Kaplan-Meier Plotter, STRING and DAVID database, the expression of CENPF in both normal tissues and cancer tissues of lung cancer patients was identified, and the protein interaction network analysis, functional annotation and pathway analysis of CENPF with its associated genes were carried out. Results CENPF was overexpressed in lung adenocarcinoma tissues, but not in normal tissues. The median overall survival (OS) of NSCLC patients with low expression of CENPF was significantly longer than that of patients with high expression of CENPF. Further sub-analysis showed that low expression group from lung adenocarcinoma patients had longer median disease-free survival and OS compared with high expression group patients. CENPF and its associated hub genes mainly affected the protein K11-linked ubiquitination in biological process, anaphase-promoting complex (APC) in cell composition, ATP binding in molecular function, and cell cycle in KEGG pathway. Conclusion CENPF is regulated in tumorigenesis and progression of NSCLC, and its protein expression level has the value of early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation in lung adenocarcinoma. It is suggested that CENPF gene can be a potential target for molecular targeted therapy of NSCLC.

Objective To analyze medication compliance and intervention measures of patients with schizophrenia inWeifang City, and to provide theoretical basis for improving medication compliance of discharged patients with schizophrenia. Methods Atotal of 379 schizophrenic patients discharged from our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected . According to the medication compliance Evaluation Scale (MARS) score one year after discharge, the patients were divided into good medication compliance group (n=284) and poor medication compliance group (n=95).The SDS scores, SAS scores, RBANS scores and MMAS scores were compared between the two groups. Pearson single factor analysis scores were used to analyze the correlation between medication compliance and SDS scores, SAS scores, RBANS scores and MMAS scores. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the independent factors affecting medication compliance of schizophrenia patients. Results SDS score, SAS score and MMAS score of poor compliance group were significantly higher than those of good compliance group (P<0.05). The scores of immediate memory and delayed memory in good compliance group were significantly higher than those in poor compliance group (P<0.05). For each item, the scores of story repetition, vocabulary learning, number span, vocabulary recognition, vocabulary recall and graph recall in the good compliance group were significantly higher than those in the poor compliance group (P<0.05). According to Pearson correlation analysis, SDS score, SAS score, story repetition score, vocabulary recall score, RBANS total score were correlated with MARS score (P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that SDS score, SAS score, vocabulary recall and RBANS were independent factors affecting medication compliance in schizophrenia patients (P<0.05). Conclusions The medication compliance of discharged schizophrenic patients in Weifang city is correlated with negative emotion. It is necessary to improve the negative emotion of patients, improve the cognitive function of patients and improve the medication compliance of discharged schizophrenic patients.

International Eye Science 2019;19(5):878-880
AIM: To study the efficacy of AMSPL on myopia control, and confirm the security of wearing AMSPL, through comparing the impacts on visual parameters between myopic children wearing spectacle lens designed to reduce peripheral hyperopic defocus(AMSPL)and myopic children wearing the standard design control lens(SPL).
METHODS: Totally 50 children aged 8 to 14 years wearing spectacle lens designed to reduce peripheral hyperopic defocus(AMSPL)were collected into the AMSPL group, and other 50 children in the same age, the same degree of myopia and the same glasses time wearing standard design control lens(SPL)were selected into normal control group randomly(SPL group). We reviewed their documents and exam all patients. The examination include intraocular pressure, refraction under cycloplegia, distant strabismus and near strabismus, AC/A ratio.
RESULTS: The children wearing spectacle lens designed to reduce peripheral hyperopic defocus(AMSPL)had lower feeling of comfort than SPL group, mainly in peripheral vision confused, but no difference between them 1mo later. The AMSPL group39;s average growth of refractive error is -0.62±0.50D, the SPL group39;s average growth of refractive error is -0.77±0.48D(P=0.072). In myopic children aged 8 to 10 years, the AMSPL group39;s average development of refractive error is -0.71±0.41D, lower than the SPL group that of -1.05±0.39D, the difference was significant(t=2.164, P=0.041). Between the two groups, there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in visual parameters of distant strabismus, near strabismus, AC/A ratio.
CONCLUSION: Wearing spectacle lens designed to reduce peripheral hyperopic defocus(AMSPL)can delay the progression of myopia to a certain extent, especially for myopic children aged 8 to 10 years. It suggests that wearing AMSPL has the same safety with SPL for myopic children.
