Hongsheng Dan, historically referred to as the "surgical sacred medicine", is at risk of losing its refining technology in contemporary times. This study aimed to preserve and innovate this traditional non-heritage refining technology. By utilizing the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) combined with the entropy weight method, this study established the hierarchical structure model of refining process of Hongsheng Dan and conducted a single factor experiment and an L_9(3~4) orthogonal experiment to optimize the refining method of Hongsheng Dan. Additionally, the study employed infrared thermal imaging to monitor temperature variations of Hongsheng Dan during the refining process. The optimized refining parameters for Hongsheng Dan were established as follows: a slow fire temperature of 175 ℃ with a duration of 30 minutes, a strong fire temperature of 270 ℃ with a duration of 60 minutes, and a tail fire temperature of 180 ℃ with a duration of 15 minutes. The stability and feasibility of this optimized process were confirmed through validation tests. The research focused on the material transformation of Hongsheng Dan, starting from the material changes during the refining process of Hongsheng Dan and the synthesis of mercuric oxide from nitric acid. The study investigated elemental transformations, physical phase changes, and alterations in thermal properties. 78.98% of the mercury in Hongsheng Dan and 80.21% of the mercury in mercuric oxide from nitric acid were retained. The diffraction peak intensity of the(011) crystal plane of Hongsheng Dan was highest at approximately 30.07°, indicating that the(011) crystal plane had a preferred crystalline orientation. Furthermore, the temperature range for the alteration in thermal properties during the refining process of Hongsheng Dan was found to be between 80 ℃ and 130 ℃. This research not only optimized the refining technology of Hongsheng Dan but also pioneered the application of infrared thermal imaging to study temperature changes throughout the refining process. By exploring the material transformation patterns of Hongsheng Dan and the synthesis of mercuric oxide from nitric acid, the study provided technical support for the preservation and innovation of Hongsheng Dan.

Objective:To translate the Moyamoya Health Behavior Scale for Adolescent Patients into Chinese and to test its reliability and validity. Methods:Based on the Brislin translation model, the scale was forward-translated, back-translated, cross-culturally adapted, and pretested to develop the Chinese version of the Moyamoya Health Behavior Scale for Adolescent Patients. A convenience sampling method was used to recruit 220 adolescent inpatients with moyamoya disease from the Department of Neurosurgery, Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University, between January 2023 and December 2024. Reliability and validity analyses were conducted on the scale. Results:A total of 220 questionnaires were distributed, and 206 valid questionnaires were returned, yielding a valid response rate of 93.64%. The Chinese version of the scale comprised 12 items. The item-level content validity index ranged from 0.875 to 1.000, and the scale-level content validity index was 0.917. Exploratory factor analysis extracted three common factors: treatment implementation for moyamoya disease, health-promoting behaviors for moyamoya disease, and health coping behaviors for moyamoya disease, with a cumulative variance contribution of 69.741%. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the overall model fit was acceptable. The Cronbach's α coefficient for the total scale was 0.872, with subscale Cronbach's α coefficients ranging from 0.810 to 0.871. The test-retest reliability coefficient for the total scale was 0.983, and the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.766.Conclusions:The Chinese version of the Moyamoya Health Behavior Scale for Adolescent Patients demonstrated good reliability and validity and can be used as an assessment tool for health behaviors in this patient population.

The rise of nanomedicine has opened up new avenues for drug delivery and tumor treatment.Nanocarriers,in particular, have become core tools in the field of drug delivery.Anti-cancer peptides(ACPs)can achieve anti-tumor effects by inducing tumor cell apoptosis, inhibiting angiogenesis, and regulating the immune microenvironment.Their low toxic side effects and drug resistance make them im-portant in the field of cancer treatment. However,ACPs face limitations such as poor stability, short in vivo half-life,and low targeted delivery efficiency, which seriously limit their therapeutic effects and fur-ther development.Nanocarriers provide an efficient, flexible and precise solution for the delivery of ACPs due to their advantages of increasing drug solubility, changing drug distribution in the body and improving drug targeting. This review systematically summarizes the structural characteristics and biological proper-ties of four types of nanocarriers, including liposome nanocarriers, polymer nanocarriers, inorganic nano-carriers,and self-assembled peptides, and focuses on analyzing the application examples of nanocarriers in enhancing the stability of ACPs,improving targeted delivery efficiency, improving bioavailability, and overcoming drug-resistant tumor treatment. We also summarize in detail the structural pros and cons of these four carriers. Finally,we look forward to the development direction of research on the combination of nanocarriers and ACPs,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of ACPs.

To develop a method for determining the antibody-dependent cell-mediated phagocytosis (ADCP) activity of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-targeted antibody drug conjugate (ADC) based on the reporter gene assay, we established an ADCP activity assay with Jurkat/NFAT/FcγRIIa cells as the effector cells and BT474 as the target cells. Then, the target cell density, the ratio of effector to target cells, the target cell adhesion time, the incubation time for drug administration, and the induction time after adding effector cells were optimized by the method of design of experiment (DOE). The method showed a significant dose-response relationship, which was complied with the four-parameter equation: y=(A-D)/[1+(x/C)B]+D. The durability ranges of the target cell density, the ratio of effector to target cells, the target cell adhesion time, the incubation time for drug administration, and the induction time after adding effector cells were (2.5-4.0)×105 cells/mL, 3-5, 1.0-2.0 h, 0 h, and 5.0-6.0 h, respectively. The results of the methodological validation showed that the linear equation was y=1.106 8x-0.011 6, r=0.969 2. The established method showed the relative accuracy ranging from -6.59% to 2.98% and the geometric coefficient of variation less than 11% in the intermediate precision test. Furthermore, the method was target-specific. The method was then applied to the determination of ADCP activity of HER2-targeted ADC, demonstrating the result of (103.5±5.7)%. We developed a reporter gene assay for determining the ADCP activity of HER2-targeted ADC and the assay demonstrated high accuracy and good reproducibility, which proposes a highly efficient and approache for evaluating ADCP effect of this HER2-targeted ADC, and also provides a referable technique for characterizing the Fc effector functions of ADCs with diverse targets.
