BackgroundCurrently， the problem of depressed mood in college students is becoming more prominent. The experience of childhood maltreatment is a significant contributor to depression among college students. Although the association between the two has been confirmed， the specific psychosocial mechanisms underlying how childhood maltreatment affects college students' mental health remain insufficiently evidenced. ObjectiveTo explore the mediating role of emotion regulation difficulties in the relationship between childhood maltreatment and depression among college students， and to investigate the moderated effects of psychological resilience and family socioeconomic status， aiming to provide references for improving depressive symptoms in college students. MethodsOn 14 March 2024， a cluster sampling method was employed to recruit 751 college students from a university in Heilongjiang Province. Participants were assessed with Childhood Trauma Questionnaire （CTQ）， Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale （DERS）， Patients' Health Questionnaire Depression Scale-9 item （PHQ-9）， 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale （CD-RISC-10） and Family Socioeconomic Status Questionnaire. Pearson correlation analysis was adopted to examine the correlation between the scores of scales. Model 4 and model 7 in Process 4.2 were used to test the mediating effects of emotional regulation difficulties and the moderated effects of psychological resilience and family socioeconomic status. Results① A total of 712 （94.81%） valid questionnaires were collected. ② College students' CTQ score was positively correlated with DERS score and PHQ-9 score （r=0.296， 0.507， P<0.01）， and negatively correlated with CD-RISC-10 score and Family Socioeconomic Status Questionnaire score （r=-0.148， -0.229， P<0.01）. ③ The indirect effect value of difficulties in emotion regulation on the relationship between childhood maltreatment and depression was 0.091 （95% CI： 0.018~0.046）， accounting for 17.95% of the total effect. ④ The first half of the mediation model "childhood maltreatment → difficulties in emotion regulation → depression" （childhood maltreatment → difficulties in emotion regulation） was moderated by psychological resilience （β=-0.030， t=-6.147， 95% CI： -0.040~-0.020） and family socioeconomic status （β=-0.051， t=-3.929， 95% CI： -0.077~-0.026）. ConclusionChildhood maltreatment exerts both a direct effect on college students' depression and an indirect effect through emotion regulation difficulties. OBJECTIVE: Evaluate the clinical application effect of low-field infant MRI. METHODS: Using literature review, expert consultation, and two rounds of Delphi to determine the evaluation index system. Then retrospectively analyze and compare the data of low-field infant MRI and high-field MRI from January 2023 to December 2024. RESULTS: There is a certain gap between low-field infant MRI and high-field MRI in terms of signal-to-noise ratio, image uniformity, software system reliability, scanning time, user interface friendliness and image result consistency. However, there was no difference in terms of spatial resolution and image quality. The noise, hardware system reliability, mean time between failure and the rate of examination completed without sedation are better than that of high-field MRI. CONCLUSION Low-field infant MRI meets needs of clinical diagnostic and has stable performance. It can be used as a routine screening tool for brain diseases near the bed.

Objective To investigate the interventional effects of Icariin(IC A)combined with prednisone acetate tablets(PAT)in rats with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome(SRNS)model.Methods Male SD rats were used to construct the SRNS model with 2 injections of adriamycin(ADR),and were randomly divided into the model group,PAT group,ICA group,and the combined group,with 10 rats in each group after successful modeling;another 10 rats were taken as the blank group.The blank and model groups were given 0.9％NaCl;the PAT group was given 6.3 mg·kg-1·d-1 PAT;the ICA group was given 50 mg·kg-1·d-1 ICA;and the combined group was given 6.3 mg·kg-1·d-1 PAT+50 mg·kg-1·d-1 ICA.The volume of gavage of the five groups of rats was 1 mL·100 g-1,and the drug was administered once a day for 6 weeks.The renal function and blood lipid level of rats in each group were compared;the expression of calcium/calmodulin dependent protein kinase Ⅱ α(CaMK Ⅱα),cofilin-1 and F-actin were detected by Western blotting.Results Urinary protein quantification values at 8 weeks in blank,model,PAT,ICA and combined groups were(6.66±1.48),(178.38±8.96),(161.56±5.49),(157.13±8.32)and(96.90±5.05)mg·24 hi-1;serum creatinine levels were(30.90±1.79),(41.10±2.77),(34.90±2.03),(35.10±2.18)and(31.90±2.47)μmol·L-1;triglycerides levels were(0.87±0.14),(2.30±0.41),(1.94±0.44),(1.17±0.59)and(0.89±0.30)mmol·L-1;total cholesterol levels were(1.54±0.08),(2.53±0.22),(2.14±0.59),(2.27±0.31)and(1.93±0.32)mmol·L-1;the relative expression levels of CaMK Ⅱ α proteins were 0.88±0.09,0.65±0.06,0.71±0.08,0.76±0.07 and 0.88±0.08;the p-Cofilin-1/Cofilin-1 ratios were 0.56±0.27,2.52±0.04,0.75±0.02,0.91±0.20 and 0.53±0.05;the relative expression levels of F-actin protein were 0.93±0.01,0.64±0.01,0.75±0.02,0.80±0.01 and 0.85±0.00,respectively.The differences of the above indexes in the model group were statistically significant compared with those in the blank group and the combined group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion ICA combined with PAT can improve renal function,lipid levels,improve renal histopathological structure,and promote skeletal protein remodeling in SRNS rats by regulating CaMK Ⅱ α/Cofilin-1/F-actin pathway.

Renal fibrosis is a common pathological manifestation of all chronic kidney diseases.Ferroptosis is closely related to the pathogenesis of renal fibrosis and can influence the onset of renal fibrosis,and it is the most critical step in the development of renal fibrosis.The paper describes the relationship between ferroptosis and renal fibrosis,discusses the research progress of ferroptosis on renal fibrosis,and further summarizes,analyzes,and describes the effective and highly targeted natural active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicines against ferroptosis,and concludes that the reversal of renal fibrosis is achieved through the regulation of the key targets of ferroptosis,with a view to providing a broad new direction for its prospects in the field of renal fibrotic disease prevention and treatment;and to provide a scientific guide for clinical treatment and basis for clinical treatment.

Objective To study the common basis and association between sickness behaviour and occurrence of classical symptoms of kidney yang deficiency of rats with adriamycin nephropathy.Methods The SD rats were given adriamycin by tail-vein injection for 2 times(4.0 and 3.5 mg·kg-1,one week apart)to construct the model of nephrotic syndrome with Chinese medicine symptom of kidney yang deficiency.After successful modeling,the model rats were randomly divided into adriamycin group(ADR group),corticosterone group(CORT group)and hydrocortisone group(HYD group),with 12 rats per group;another 12 normal rats were taken as normal group.In the HYD group,25 mg·kg-1·d-1 HYD was administered for 14 d to establish kidney yang deficiency model with simple hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal cortex(HPA)axis inhibition.CORT group was adding 25 μg·mL-1 corticosterone to the water for 6 weeks,and the others drinking water supplied.The levels of urinary 17-hydroxy steroid were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Glucocorticoid receptor(GR)and nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)protein expression levels in kidney and hypothalamus were detected by Western blotting.Results In the normal,ADR,CORT and HYD groups,the urinary 17-hydroxysteroid levels were(19.14±1.94),(10.07±1.62),(20.30±1.55)and(14.23±2.37)μg·L-1;the relative expression levels of GR protein in hypothalamic were 0.63±0.05,0.11±0.05,0.85±0.08 and 0.35±0.06;the relative expression levels of NF-κB protein in hypothalamic were 0.06±0.03,0.96±0.03,0.59±0.01 and 0.23±0.04;the relative expression levels of GR protein in kidney tissue were 0.94±0.06,0.06±0.02,0.40±0.02 and 0.09±0.08;the relative expression levels of NF-κB protein in kidney tissue were 0.07±0.05,0.81±0.12,0.72±0.07 and 0.49±0.08,respectively.Compared with the ADR and HYD groups,the above indexes in the normal group were statistically significant(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).And compared with the ADR group,the relative expression levels of NF-κB protein in renal tissue with CORT group were not statistically significant(P＞0.05),but the other indexes in CORT group were statistically significant(all P＜0.01).Conclusion HPA axis dysfunction with GR damaged and activated inflammatory levels are the common basis for the combination of typical symptoms of kidney yang deficiency and sickness behaviour which characterised by"deficiency and cold syndrome".

Dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) is a well-known key target in the treatment of tumors, bacterial infections, and parasitic infections; and it plays a critical role in the biosynthesis of cellular DNA. DHFR inhibitors interfere with one-carbon metabolism by inhibiting substrate binding to DHFR, thereby inhibiting cell proliferation. Research on DHFR inhibitors has continued since the 1940s. To date, a variety of DHFR inhibitors have come into the market, primarily used for anti-tumor, antibacterial, antiparasitic, and anti-inflammatory therapy. This review summarizes the research progress of DHFR inhibitors with antitumor or antibacterial effects in recent years based on the classification of single-target and dual-target and looks forward to the opportunities and challenges faced by the work in this field.

Renal interstitial fibrosis is a common pathway in the progression of many renal diseases. Whether it is chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury that cannot be fully recovered, the progression process mostly enters end-stage renal failure after renal interstitial fibrosis. The animal model of renal interstitial fibrosis is an important research tool for exploring the pathogenesis of renal interstitial fibrosis and new diagnostic and treatment methods. Different animal models have their own characteristics. Researchers can establish different models based on their own experience and experimental purposes, and carry out scientific research on this basis to provide more new methods for the prevention and treatment of kidney diseases. The authors focused on several common animal models of renal interstitial fibrosis to provide the reference for related researchers, including surgical models induced by unilateral ureteral obstruction, ischemia-reperfusion injury, 5/6 nephrectomy, and microembolization; chemical models induced by cyclosporine A, adriamycin, aristolochic acid, mercuric chloride（HgCl₂）, gentamicin, cisplatin, and adenine; transgenic hybridization and kidney injury molecule 1 (KIM-1) induced transgenic modification model; composite model induced by bilateral ischemia-reperfusion injury (BIRI) combined with gentamicin, unilateral nephrectomy combined with angiotensin II (Ang II), and unilateral ischemia-reperfusion injury (UIRI) combined with pLVX-shTNC plasmid.

To learn the current situation and strengthen the management of national standards for Chinese medicinal materials, we sorted out the relevant national standards. According to incomplete statistics, there are 1 185 kinds of Chinese medicinal materials, including 1 024 kinds of plant medicines, 106 kinds of animal medicines, and 54 kinds of mineral medicines, in addition to ethnic medicinal materials with different functions. The relevant standards include 819 Pharmacopoeia standards, 342 standards issued by the Ministry of Health or National Medicinal Products Administration, 7 standards for new medicinal materials, and 17 standards for imported medicinal materials. In this paper, the sources of standards as well as the distribution of families and genera and the distribution of medicinal parts of medicinal materials are analyzed. The suggestions are as follows:(1)to improve the coordination among different national standards of Chinese medicinal materials;(2)to improve the standardization and controllability of relevant standards;(3)to revise the issued standards for Chinese medicinal materials(including Tibetan, Uygur, and Mongolian medicinal materials).

Objective:To explore the value of prenatal MRI in the diagnosis of isolated mild and moderate bilateral ventriculomegaly and neural development of the fetuses after birth.Methods:This is a retrospective study involving 244 singleton fetuses with isolated mild or moderate lateral ventriculomegaly diagnosed by both prenatal ultrasound and MRI in Huzhou Maternity & Child Health Care from May 2013 to June 2017, consisting of 82 cases with bilateral ventriculomegaly (BVM) and 162 with unilateral ventriculomegaly (UVM). The two groups were further divided into two subgroups: mild (lateral ventricle width: 10.0-12.0 mm, bilateral 56 cases, unilateral 120 cases) and moderate group (lateral ventricle width: >12.0-<15.0 mm, bilateral 26 cases, unilateral 42 cases). In addition, 50 singleton fetuses without any abnormality in the nervous system in prenatal check were included in the control group during the same period. All neonates were reexamined by ultrasound within one week after birth, and followed up regularly at the age of 3, 6, 12 and 18 months. Gesell Development Schedules (GDS) were used to evaluate the central nervous system's function, and postnatal changes in lateral ventriculomegaly were observed. Statistical analysis was performed by t, F, Chi-square tests (or Fisher's exact test). Results:(1) There was no difference among intervals between MRI scan and delivery in the BVM, UVM, and the control groups. The disappearance rate of lateral ventriculomegaly after birth was 80.4% (45/56) in the mild BVM group, 42.3% (11/26) in the moderate BVM group, 88.3% (106/120) in the mild UVM group, and 57.1% (24/42) in the moderate UVM group ( χ2=35.183, P<0.001). (2) The GDS evaluation results in the BVM group at 6, 12, and 18 months after birth were worse than those in the UVM group (all P<0.0167). The GDS evaluation results in the BVM group were worse than those in the control group at 3 and 6 months after birth [3 months: normal: 58.5% (48/82) vs 86.0% (43/50), borderline: 22.0% (18/82) vs 10.0% (5/50), delay: 19.5% (16/82) vs 4.0% (2/50), χ2=11.425; 6 months: normal: 63.4% (52/82) vs 88.0% (44/50), borderline: 19.5% (16/82) vs 8.0% (4/50), delay: 17.1% (14/82) vs 4.0% (2/50), χ2=9.678; all P<0.0167]. (3) The GDS evaluation results in the moderate BVM group at 6, 12, and 18 months after birth were worse than those in the moderate UVM group [6 months: normal: 30.8% (8/26) vs 69.0% (29/42), borderline: 30.8% (8/26) vs 21.4% (9/42), delay: 38.5% (10/26) vs 9.5% (4/42), χ2=11.417; 12 months: normal: 53.8% (14/26) vs 88.1% (37/42), borderline: 23.1% (6/26) vs 9.5% (4/42), delay: 23.1% (6/26) vs 2.4% (1/42), χ2=11.199; 18 months: normal: 65.4% (17/26) vs 95.2% (40/42), borderline: 15.4% (4/26) vs 2.4% (1/42), delay: 19.2% (5/26) vs 2.4% (1/42), χ2=10.568; all P<0.0167]. The GDS evaluation results of the moderate BVM group at 3, 6, 12, and 18 months after birth were worse than the control group. (4) In the BVM group, the GDS scores at 18 months of age were better than those at three months of age ( χ2=8.224, P=0.016). Conclusions:(1) Most mild BVM would disappear spontaneously after birth, while more in mild UVM cases. (2) The postnatal GDS evaluation results of the BVM group is significantly worse than that of the UBM group at months of age; (3) Fetuses with less severe isolated BVM are more likely to have improved GDS score after birth.
