Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a well-accepted therapy for atopic dermatitis (AD). However, there are currently no evidence-based guidelines integrating TCM and Western medicine for the treatment of AD, limiting the clinical application of such combined approaches. Therefore, the China Association of Chinese Medicine initiated the development of the current guideline, focusing on key issues related to the use of TCM in the treatment of AD. This guideline was developed in accordance with the principles of the guideline formulation manual published by the World Health Organization. A comprehensive review of the literature on the combined use of TCM and Western medicine to treat AD was conducted. The findings were extensively discussed by experts in dermatology and pharmacy with expertise in both TCM and Western medicine. This guideline comprises 23 recommendations across seven major areas, including TCM syndrome differentiation and classification of AD, principles and application scenarios of TCM combined with Western medicine for treating AD, outcome indicators for evaluating clinical efficacy of AD treatment, integration of TCM pattern classification and Western medicine across disease stages, daily management of AD, the use of internal TCM therapies and proprietary Chinese medicines, and TCM external treatments. The prevention and research of military training injuries(MTI)are crucial for reducing non-battle casualties, ensuring combat readiness, and enhancing the effectiveness of military training.In-depth analyses of the prevention and treatment strategies of MTI and related research can provide concrete guidance for scientific training practices. As a critical component of national defense, the Chinese Navy has experienced rapid development in recent years, and the prevention and research of MTI in naval forces have become a key focus. In recent years, rehabilitation medicine has been increasingly recognized for its importance in areas such as physical capability enhancement and injury prevention. The comprehensive adoption of rehabilitation concepts and the early implementation of rehabilitation measures have been widely accepted. It has important guiding significance for further strengthening the application of rehabilitation in preventing and treating injuries in naval training. This article discusses how to further strengthen the rehabilitation strategies for the prevention and research of MTI in the Navy,so as to provide insights and prospects for this field.

Objective:To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of humanistic concern among nursing undergraduates, and to explore the educational path of improving humanistic concern. Methods:A total of 345 nursing undergraduates from Xiangya School of Nursing of Central South University were investigated using a questionnaire of general demographic data, the Caring Ability Inventory, and the Self-directed Learning Instrument. The SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used for data analysis. The humanistic caring ability scores of nursing undergraduates with different characteristics were compared by the independent sample t-test and analysis of variance, and the pairwise comparison was conducted by the least significant difference t-test. All dimensions and total scores of humanistic caring ability and self-directed learning ability failed to meet normal distribution, and the correlation between them was determined by Spearman correlation analysis. Results:The humanistic caring ability score of nursing undergraduates was (169.52±10.62). The correlation analysis showed that the humanistic caring ability of nursing undergraduates was positively correlated with their self-directed learning ability ( r=0.426, P<0.001). The stepwise regression analysis showed that interpersonal communication ability, learning motivation, grades, genders, and class leader experience were influencing factors of humanistic caring ability of nursing undergraduates. Conclusions:Nursing undergraduates should improve their humanistic caring ability, whose score is lower than that in the existing research (175.70±18.74). In humanistic education, nursing educators should pay attention to individualized development needs of nursing undergraduates with different grades and genders, set students with class leader experience as a good example, and effectively improve the humanistic caring ability of nursing undergraduates by stimulating learning motivation and strengthening interpersonal communication.

Objective:To explore the development process of family resilience in children with congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia (CPT) and to understand the long-term challenges and coping strategies that CPT imposes on the families of affected children. Methods:This study combined purposive sampling and theoretical sampling. It selected 15 caregivers of CPT children from Hunan Children's Hospital for semi-structured interviews. Grounded theory was used to analyze the interview results. Results:The development of family resilience in CPT children's families occurred in three stages: pre-formation stage, formation stage, and maintenance stage. In facing negative emotions and family challenges, caregivers first needed to rebuild their inner beliefs. They then adjusted the family organizational model, adopted open and inclusive communication, and actively sought external support to foster the development of family resilience. Ultimately, caregivers were able to self-regulate their emotions, accumulate caregiving experience, and begin to shift their life perspective. Conclusions:The development of family resilience in CPT children's families is a dynamic, multi-stage process with interactions of multiple factors. Healthcare providers should offer professional health guidance according to the different stages of family development. Moreover, the government and schools should increase their attention and support, working together with families and healthcare providers to enhance family resilience for children with CPT.

Objective:To explore the trajectory and influencing factors of oral frailty in first-onset elderly patients with ischemic stroke. Methods:A total of 240 inpatients from the neurology departments of Wutaishan Hospital and Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital between October 2022 and February 2024 were selected by convenience sampling. Oral frailty scores were assessed dynamically at four time points: 1 day before discharge (T 1) , 1 month after discharge (T 2) , 3 months after discharge (T 3) , and 6 months after discharge (T 4) . Latent growth modeling was used to identify potential trajectory categories and analyze their influencing factors. Results:A total of 240 questionnaires were distributed, with 220 valid responses, yielding a response rate of 91.67%. A total of three trajectory types of oral frailty were identified: non-oral frailty group ( n=92) , low-decline group ( n=66) , and high-decline group ( n=62) . Age, marital status, smoking history, dysphagia, National Institute of Health Stroke Scale score, oral health, nutritional status, oral health-related self-efficacy, monthly per capita household income, polypharmacy, denture use, and cognitive function were influencing factors of oral frailty in first-onset elderly patients with ischemic stroke ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:From 1 day before discharge to 6 months after discharge, there are 3 distinct oral frailty trajectories in first-onset elderly patients with ischemic stroke. Medical staff should implement individualized interventions based on the identified influencing factors.

Objective:
To investigate the changes of microorganisms and metabolites in joint effusion of patients with Rheumatoid arthritis(RA), Osteoarthritis(OA) and Urarthritis(UA). To provide new ideas for the study of the effect of microbiota on the pathogenesis of arthritis.
Methods:
Joint effusion samples were collected from 20 patients with RA, 20 patients with OA, and 20 patients with UA. 16S rRNA gene sequencing and untargeted ultra-high performance Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS) were used to explore the differences in microorganisms and metabolites among the three groups. Pearson correlation analysis was used to detect the correlation between effusion microbiota and metabolites.
Results:
There were differences in microbial diversity and microbiota composition among the three groups. Combined with VIP>1 from OPLS-DA andP<0.05 from two-tailed Students t-test, 45 differential metabolites(Between RA and OA groups), 38 differential metabolites(Between UA and OA groups) and 16 differential metabolites(Between RA and UA groups), were identified. GO analysis and KEGG pathway analysis showed that the differential metabolic pathways among the three groups were mainly concentrated in citric acid cycle(TCA cycle), nucleotide metabolism, amino acid metabolism and glycolysis pathway. Correlation analysis of joint effusion microbiota and metabolites suggested that bacteria enriched in the three groups of joint effusion, such asPrevotella,Clostridium ruminosus,Prevotellaceae_UCG-001, were related to many key metabolites such as lysozyme, uric acid, glucose, and L-glutamine.
Conclusion
This study shows that there are a variety of bacterial flora in joint cavity effusion of RA, OA, and UA patients, and the differential metabolites produced by them are involved in the pathogenesis of the three types of arthritis by affecting a variety of metabolic pathways.
