Objective To study the application effects of a hypertension self-management intervention program based on the chronic illness trajectory framework(CITF).Methods A total of 100 hypertension pa-tients treated at Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital and hypertension management demonstration sites from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as study subjects.They were ran-domly divided into a study group and a control group(50 cases in each group)using a random number table method.The control group received conventional intervention,including basic measures such as hypertension education,dietary management,psychological counseling,medication guidance,and blood pressure monitoring.The study group received a personalized self-management intervention program based on CITF.Blood pres-sure,medication adherence,hypertension knowledge level,and chronic disease management self-efficacy were compared between the two groups at baseline(before intervention)and 3 months after intervention(after in-tervention).Results After the intervention,systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased in both groups compared to pre-intervention levels,with the study group showing lower values than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of hypertension knowledge level scale(HK-LS),MMAS-8,and chronic disease management self-efficacy scale increased in both groups compared to pre-intervention levels,with the study group scoring higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The CITF-based self-intervention program effectively improves patients'blood pressure levels,enhances health knowledge level,medication adherence,and chronic disease self-management efficacy,promoting proactive disease coping and strengthened self-management.

Eucommia ulmoides， a plant belonging to Eucommiaceae， has a history of medical use for over two thousand years in China. The dried bark and leaves of this plant are usually used as medicinal materials. Due to the high safety in clinical application， E. ulmoides leaves were officially recognized for both medicinal and edible use by the food safety evaluation in 2019， providing a valuable resource for the development of food and health products. According to the traditional Chinese medicine theory， E. ulmoides has the effects of nourishing the liver and kidneys， strengthening sinews and bones， and calming fetus. Modern research has shown that different parts such as the bark， leaves， flowers， and seeds of E. ulmoides contain similar chemical components， including phenylpropanoids， terpenoids， flavonoids， phenolic acids， steroids， and polysaccharides. E. ulmoides exhibits diverse pharmacological activities such as lowering blood pressure and blood lipid and glucose levels， preventing osteoporosis and possesses anti-tumor， anti-bacterial， antiviral， anti-inflammatory， antioxidant， and hepatoprotective effects. Therefore， it holds great potential for the development of products with both medicinal and edible values. This review systematically summarizes the chemical constituents， pharmacological activities， and representative medicinal and edible products of different parts of E. ulmoides. It is expected to provide theoretical references for the clinical application of E. ulmoides and its active components and the development and utilization of the products with both medicinal and edible values. This review contributes to a deeper understanding of the medicinal properties of E. ulmoides and provides guidance for further exploration of its applications in the healthcare field. As a plant with both medicinal and edible values， E. ulmoides is expected to attract more attention in future research and contribute to human health.

Objective:To discuss the research status and hotspots of Kaixin Powder.Methods:Literature about Kaixin Powder was retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP, CBM, PubMed and Web of Science databases from the establishment of the databases to January 10, 2023. CiteSpace 6.2.R2 and VOSviewer 1.6.16 software were used to visualize and analyze data on the types of literature included, source journals, publication volume, authors, institutions, keywords, etc.Results:Totally 235 articles were included, mainly Chinese journal article. There were 87 source journals involved, among the Chinese and English journals, China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica and J Ethnopharmacol published the most articles. The overall annual number of articles published in the Kaixin Powder showed an upward trend. It involved 505 authors, forming research teams with Liu Ping, Jiang Yanyan and others as the core; The authors of the included literature came from 99 research institutions, and the cooperation between institutions was mainly based on units with the same or similar geographical area, TCM universities and their affiliated hospitals. The data results of keyword co-occurrence clustering network, keyword co-occurrence time network and keyword emergence analysis showed that the composition of the main active components (ginsenosides, poria acid, fine octyl ethers, ketones and oligosaccharide esters), detection methods (high performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-mass chromatography), pharmacological effects (anti-Alzheimer's disease, antidepressant), mechanism of action and clinical application of the combination were the current research hotspots and trends in development. Conclusion:The research of Kaixin Powder mostly focuses on the mechanism of action and clinical research of Alzheimer's disease, depression and other diseases, among which the research on the main active components in Kaixin Powder is a hot topic in recent years, while the development trend of pharmacological mechanism of action and clinical application is better, and the correlation between active components and efficacy may become a new hot direction in the research of Kaixin Powder.

Objective:To explore the application of microvascular flow imaging (MVFI) combined with high-frequency ultrasonography in children with haemophilic arthropathy A (HAA).Methods:Retrospective study.A total of 82 children diagnosed with HAA in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2018 to October 2020 were recruited.The elbow, knee and ankle joints of each child were examined by high-frequency ultrasonography.The numbers of thickened synovial joints were recorded.Blood flow signals of the thickening of synovial joints was checked by the MVFI and power Doppler ultrasound (PDUS), respectively.Color flow signals were graded by the semi-quantitative scoring systems.The chi- square test and independent multi-group ordinal multi-category rank-sum test were used to compare the differences of MVFI and PDUS in the display of thickened synovial blood flow. Results:A total of 254 joints were involved in 82 children with HAA, including synovial hypertrophy in 188 joints, hydrops articuli in 146 joints, fibrotic septa in 66 joints, cartilage damage in 63 joints, haemosider indeposition in 45 joints, bone erosion in 25 joints, osteophytes in 15 joints and bone remodeling in 8 joints.Grade Ⅱ synovial thickened joints were the most common.The proportion of blood flow signals detected by PDUS in thickened synovial membranes was significantly higher than that detected MVFI (52.66% vs.70.21%, χ2=12.225, P<0.05). Numbers of grade 0 and Ⅰ joints with thickened synovial membranes detected by MVFI were less than those of PDUS, while the opposite result was obtained in detecting grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ joints ( H=21.158, P<0.05). Compared with PDUS, MVFI more sensitively visualized the blood flow of the thickened synovial membrane. Conclusions:MVFI can more prominently detect the thickened synovial blood flow in children with HAA.A combined application of MVFI and high-frequency ultrasonography contributes to the evaluation of children with HAA.

The genus Tetrastigma belongs to the Vitaceae family and contains over 100 species. This paper reviewed folk uses, chemical constituents, pharmacological activities, and clinical applications of the medicinal plants in the genus Tetrastigma. In addition, the paper also discussed the current problems for the further studies. Up to now, more than 240 compounds were reported from the genus Tetrastigma, covering 74 flavonoids, 14 terpenoids, 19 steroids, 21 phenylpropanoids, 14 alkaloids and others constituents. Among them, flavonoids are the major and the characteristic chemical constituents in this genus. Modern pharmacological studies and clinical practice showed that the extracts and chemical constituents of Tetrastigma species possessed wide pharmacological activities including antitumor, antioxidative, hepatoprotective, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic activities. The information summarized in this paper provides valuable clues for new drug discovery and an incentive to expand the research of genus Tetrastigma.

Endogenous ribonucleotides(RNs)and deoxyribonucleotides(dRNs)are important metabolites related to the pathogenesis of many diseases.In light of their physiological and pathological significances,a novel and sensitive pre-column derivatization method with N-(t-butyldimethylsilyl)-N-methyltri-fluoroacetamide(MTBSTFA)was developed to determine RNs and dRNs in human cells using high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).A one-step extraction of cells with 85％methanol followed by a simple derivatization reaction within 5 min at room temper-ature contributed to shortened analysis time.The derivatives of 22 nucleoside mono-,di-and tri-phosphates were retained on the typical Cig column and eluted by ammonium acetate and acetonitrile in 9 min.Under these optimal conditions,good linearity was achieved in the tested calibration ranges.The lower limit of quantitation(LLOQ)was determined to be 0.1-0.4 μM for the tested RNs and 0.001-0.1 μM for dRNs.In addition,the precision(CV)was＜15％and the RSD of stability was lower than 10.4％.Furthermore,this method was applied to quantify the endogenous nucleotides in human colorectal carcinoma cell lines HCT116 exposed to 10-hydroxycamptothecin.In conclusion,our method has proven to be simple,rapid,sensitive,and reliable.It may be used for specific expanded studies on intracellular pharmacology in vitro.

With the development of the times, the comprehensive treatment technology of breast conserving or modified radical mastectomy plus radiotherapy for breast cancer has become more mature and perfect. As the first station of lymphatic drainage of breast, internal mammary lymph nodes have been paid much attention. At present, there is a controversy about whether the internal mammary lymph nodes are irradiated or not. Previous studies have shown that local lymph nodes irradiation containing internal mammary lymph nodes has survival benefit value. However, as a part of regional lymph nodse irradiation, internal mammary lymph nodes irradiation has also been proved to increase the toxicity of heart and lung, which leads to some research institutions and scholars to remain skeptical about internal mammary lymph nodes irradiation. In recent years, with the improvement of radiotherapy technology and equipment and the accumulation of clinical experience, more and more scholars tend to accept internal mammary lymph nodes radiotherapy. But we should pay attention to the indications of internal mammary lymph nodes irradiation, in order to select appropriate treatment options to achieve real benefits.

This novel CL approach utilized rolling circle amplification （RCA） as a signal enhancement technique and the 96-well plate as the immobilization and separation carrier. Typically, the antibody immobilized on the surface of 96-well plate was sandwiched with the protein target and the aptamer-primer sequence. This aptamer-primer sequence was then employed as the primer of RCA. Based on this design, a number of the biotinylated probes and streptavidin-horseradish peroxidase （SA-HRP） were captured on the plate, and the CL signal was amplified. In summary, our results demonstrated a robust biosensor with a detection limit of 10 fM that is easy to be established and utilized, and devoid of light source. Therefore, this new technique .will broaden the perspective for future development of DNA-based biosensors for the detection of other protein biomarkers related to clinical diseases, by taking advantages of high sensitivity and selectivity.
