Surgical treatment is one of the key approaches for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Regular postoperative follow-up is crucial for early detection and timely management of tumor recurrence, metastasis, or second primary tumors. A scientifically sound and reasonable follow-up strategy not only extends patient survival but also significantly improves quality of life, thereby enhancing overall prognosis. This consensus aims to build upon the previous version by incorporating the latest clinical research advancements and refining postoperative follow-up protocols for early-stage NSCLC patients based on different treatment modalities. It provides a scientific and practical reference for clinicians involved in the postoperative follow-up management of NSCLC. By optimizing follow-up strategies, this consensus seeks to promote the standardization and normalization of lung cancer diagnosis and treatment in China, helping more patients receive high-quality care and long-term management. Additionally, the release of this consensus is expected to provide insights for related research and clinical practice both domestically and internationally, driving continuous development and innovation in the field of postoperative management for NSCLC.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2025;29(8):1572-1577
BACKGROUND:With the development and progress in the field of stomatology, oral implant technology has gradually become the mainstream alternative to traditional dentures. In recent years, the maturity of various bone increment techniques and the continuous development of the oral digital field have expanded the indications of dental implantation, and the success rate of implantation surgery is also increasing. However,it has become a difficult problem for some clinicians to use cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT)to accurately measure the residual alveolar ridge bone mass before implantation and to make a suitable implantation plan. OBJECTIVE:To measure the residual alveolar ridge bone mass in the proposed implant area of the mandibular first molar using the CBCT. METHODS:In a retrospective study design, the CBCT images of 205 patients with mandibular first molar loss were included to measure the height and width of the residual alveolar ridge in the proposed implant area of the mandibular first molar. The residual alveolar ridges were divided into four categories:Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ(Class Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ residual alveolar ridge defined as insufficient bone).Statistical analyses were conducted in terms of frequency distribution of residual alveolar ridge height, width, and morphology of the mandibular first molar, differences in residual alveolar ridge height and alveolar ridge crest width of the mandibular first molar in patients of different sexes, correlation of the residual alveolar ridge height with the crest width and bottom width of the residual alveolar ridge,as well as correlation of age with the width and height of the residual alveolar ridge crest. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)The average height of the residual alveolar ridge in the proposed implant area of the mandibular first molar was(12.14±2.96)mm,of which 43.41%(89/205)were less than 12 mm.The average width of the residual alveolar ridge in the proposed implant area of the mandibular first molar was(6.80±1.65)mm,of which 26.34%(54/205)were less than 6 mm.(2)The height of the residual alveolar ridge of the mandibular first molar was higher in males than in females, with no significant difference(P>0.05),and the width of the residual alveolar ridge of the mandibular first molar was significantly wider in males than in females(P<0.01).(3)The height of the residual alveolar ridge was negatively correlated with the top and bottom width of the residual alveolar ridge(P<0.01).Age showed a positive correlation with the residual alveolar ridge width(P<0.05)and no significant correlation with the residual alveolar ridge height(P>0.05).(4)The residual alveolar ridge of class Ⅰ accounted for 58.05%(119/205),class Ⅱ accounted for 9.27%(19/205),class Ⅲ accounted for 20.49%(42/205),and class Ⅳ accounted for 12.19%(25/205),most of which were class Ⅲ with insufficient remaining alveolar ridge bone mass.Clinicians need to individualize and design the optimal implantation plan based on the type of residual alveolar ridge.

BACKGROUND:The authors found that when the bilateral percutaneous vertebral augmentation is used to treat osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures with a total bone cement injection of 4 mL or more, different distribution patterns were usually presented on the X-rays;however,there were few reports addressing the effects of these patterns of bone cement distribution on the biomechanical properties of fractural vertebrae. OBJECTIVE:To further explore the biomechanical effects of different bone cement filling doses and distribution patterns on biomechanics of the fractural vertebrae using the finite element method. METHODS:The L1-L3 finite element models of osteoporosis were established, and the vertebral compression fractures were simulated in L2.Four distribution patterns bilateral partial fusion(FH type),full fusion(FO type),symmetrical separation(SA type),and asymmetric segregation(SN type)were simulated in 4 and 6 mL injections in the osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture models, respectively, and a total of nine sets of models were obtained. These models were solved under the same boundary conditions and compared with the stress and displacement of the L2 fractural vertebra. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)The maximum stresses of the nine groups of models were concentrated in the L2 fractural area, and the maximum stress and maximum displacement of each filling model were lower than in the osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture model, indicating the effectiveness of bone cement filling in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.(2)Compared with 4 mL bone cement filling,6 mL bone cement filling could significantly reduce the stress of fractured vertebrae and enhance the strength of fractured vertebrae while improving the stability of fractured vertebrae.(3)In the same state of movement, the FH type stress was the least, followed by the SA type, both of which were close.FO type stress was the largest, especially in the lateral bend, which might be associated with its cluster shape resulting in the concentration of lateral stress. In the aspect of displacement,FH type was the least and FO type was the largest.(4)The results show that increased dose of bone cement injection reduces fractural vertebral stress and improves stability, but increases the risk of leakage.Bilateral symmetrical dispersed bone cement(FH type,SA type)is superior in restoring vertebral strength and stability than full fusion(FO type),asymmetric separated(SN type)bone cement. Therefore, when clinically performing bilateral percutaneous vertebral augmentation treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, the bilateral symmetric dispersions of the distribution are first guaranteed;priority is recommended for FH type distribution, for appropriate stress stimulation and best stability.

BACKGROUND:The combination of platelet-rich fibrin and autogenous bone has achieved good results in the treatment of periodontal bone defects, but the study of the combination of the two in the treatment of severe alveolar bone defects is scarce. OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of autologous bone transplantation plus platelet-rich fibrin on the repair of severe alveolar bone defects. METHODS:A total of 102 patients with severe alveolar bone defects in Hengshui People's Hospital from April 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control and observation groups(n=51 per group)by random number table method.Guided tissue regeneration was performed in both groups. The bone defect was filled with autogenous bone in the control group, and the observation group underwent platelet-rich fibrin+autogenous bone filling for bone defects during the operation. The clinical efficacy, changes in tooth mobility, periodontal microecological environment(probing depth, clinical attachment loss, and bleeding index),height and density of alveolar bone, gingival crevicular fluid indicators(transforming growth factor-β,serine protease inhibitor, and matrix metalloproteinase-3)before and after surgery,as well as adverse reactions were observed between the two groups. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Six months after operation, there was no significant difference in treatment efficacy rate between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 and 6 months after surgery, the levels of tooth mobility, probing depth, clinical attachment loss, and bleeding index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after surgery, the height of alveolar bone in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after surgery, the levels of transforming growth factor-β in gingival crevicular fluid in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after surgery, the levels of serine protease inhibitor and matrix metalloproteinase-3 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results suggest that using platelet-rich fibrin+autogenous bone filling in guided tissue regeneration treatment of patients with severe alveolar bone defects can improve the periodontal microenvironment, reduce gingival tissue inflammation, promote alveolar bone tissue regeneration and repair, and reduce tooth mobility.

Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases 2025;33(3):195-202
Objective:
To investigate the changes of dentin surface and the effects of different surface treatments on the rebonding effect following non-destructive restoration removal by an Er:YAG laser and to provide reference for oral clinical operation
Methods:
This study was approved by the ethics review committee of the unit. Using computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technology, 102 zirconia specimens (4 mm × 4 mm × 1.5 mm) were fabricated. In total, 110 impacted third molar teeth were extracted, and 102 dentine blocks (4 mm × 4 mm × 2 mm) were prepared. The zirconia specimen and dentin blocks were bonded with resin cement before removal with an Er: YAG laser. Three disassembled dentin blocks were randomly selected, and the components of dentin surface elements were analyzed by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX). The removed dentin blocks were randomly divided into three groups (n = 33) based on the different surface treatments: control group (no treatment), sandblasting group (50 μm, Al2O3 sandblasting), and laser irradiation group (Er: YAG laser irradiation, parameters were set to 10 Hz, 60 mJ, 0.6 W). Three dentin blocks were randomly selected in each group for scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation, and the residual resin on dentin surface of remaining 30 dentin blocks in each group were observed under an optical microscope at 20 times magnification. Scores were obtained using the adhesive remnant index (ARI) method. Three groups of dentin blocks (n = 30) that underwent different surface treatments were rebonded with resin cement according to standard procedures and then divided into two subgroups for aging (n = 15). One subgroup was subjected to a 37 ℃ water bath for 24 h, and the other subgroup was subjected to 5 000 thermal cycles after a 37 ℃ water bath for 24 h, and the micro-shear bonding strength of each group was measured. The microshear bonding strength of each group was measured, and fracture modes were analyzed. The differences of dentine surface ARI between the three groups, as well as the inter-group differences in fracture mode, and bonding strength, and the intra-group differences before and after aging were compared between the three groups.
Results:
When zirconia was removed by Er: YAG laser, there was no obvious damage on the dentin surface, but C and Si elements in dentin increased significantly. After different surface treatments, the ARI scores of the sandblasting and laser irradiation groups were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), while ARI was not significantly different between the sandblasting and laser irradiation groups (P>0.05). The dentin surface morphology was also different. There was a large amount of residual resin on the dentin surface of the control group. In the sandblasting group, the residual resin was lower, the dentin surface was rough, and the dentin tubules were visible. A large amount of residual resin was observed on the dentin surface of the laser irradiation group. After 24 h of water bath at 37 ℃, the bonding strengths of the control group, sandblasting group, and laser irradiation group were (6.13 ± 2.40) MPa, (9.39 ± 2.00) MPa, and (5.85 ± 1.44) MPa, respectively, and the bonding strength of the sandblasting group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups (P<0.05). After being subjected to 24 h of water bath at 37 ℃ and 5 000 thermal cycles, the bonding strengths of the control group, sandblasting group, and laser irradiation group were (5.39 ± 0.83) MPa, (8.45 ± 1.20) MPa and (4.84 ± 1.43) MPa, respectively. The bonding strength of the sandblasting group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the control group, sandblasting group, and laser irradiation group before and after 5 000 thermal cycles following 24 h of water bath at 37 ℃ (P>0.05). In the control group, sandblasting group, and laser irradiation group, cohesive fracture was not observed. The fracture mode was mainly adhesive fracture. Before and after 5 000 thermal cycles, the frequency of mixed fracture in the sandblasting group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion
Er: YAG laser removal of zirconia does not damage dentin, but a large amount of resin remains on the dentin surface after removal. The sandblasting process can effectively remove these residual resins, thereby improving the dentine rebonding effect.

[Objective] To investigate the factors influencing the detection of HLA-C expression by flow cytometry. [Methods] A total of 12 hematopoietic stem cell suspension samples from peripheral hematopoietic stem cell volunteer donors were randomly collected after CD34+ cell counting detection. The influence of detecting different number of nucleated cell (500 000, 50 000 and 5 000), sequential order of red blood cell lysis and antibody incubation, and the HLA-C antibody with varied remaining time from the expiration date on the detection results of HLA-C expression by flow cytometry were investigated, respectively. The significance of differences between different groups was analyzed through Student t test. [Results] There was no significant difference in the proportion of HLA-C positive cells and mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) among the three groups with different nucleated cell numbers detected (500 000, 50 000 and 5 000) (P>0.05). The sequential order of red blood cell lysis and antibody incubation had no influence on the proportion of HLA-C positive cells (P>0.05), but HLA-C MFI value was significantly lower when antibody incubation was performed after red blood cell lysis than that when antibody incubation was performed before red blood cell lysis (P<0.05). The proportion of HLA-C positive cells and MFI value detected by HLA-C antibody remaining 24 months from the expiration date were significantly higher than those detected by HLA-C antibody remaining only 5 months from the expiration date (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The present study has investigated the factors of influencing HLA-C expression level by flow cytometry, the results have important reference and application value for standardizing the experimental operation of HLA-C expression and improving the accuracy and comparability of detection results.

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of norovirus outbreaks in Haidian District, Beijing, and to provide a reference for epidemic prevention and control. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to organize and statistically analyze the norovirus outbreak data reported from 2016 to 2022. Results A total of 26 outbreaks of norovirus were reported in Haidian District, with a total of 1595 cases and an attack rate M (QR) of 8.23 (16.33)%. There were 24 cases of norovirus type GII (92.31%), 1 case of type GI (3.85%), and 1 case of mixed infection of virus type GI/GII (3.85%). The highest number of reported outbreaks occurred in March and April, with 17 cases, accounting for 65.38%. The highest number of reported cases was in November and December, with 785 cases, accounting for 44.92%. The case age M (QR) was 18 (14) years old. The detection rate of positive samples in different age groups had statistical significance(χ2=12.021, P=0.007). The 26 outbreaks were mainly distributed in collective units such as schools, preschool institutions, and enterprises and institutions. There were a total of 11 outbreaks related to foodborne transmission, with 923 cases, accounting for 57.87%. Diarrhea was positively correlated with the age of the cases (rs=0.572, P<0.001), while vomiting was negatively correlated with the age of the cases (rs=-0187, P<0.001). The time interval between the onset of acute gastroenteritis symptoms in the first case and the reporting of the epidemic was positively correlated with the duration of the epidemic (rs=0.586, P=0.002). Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of norovirus in schools (primary and secondary schools and colleges), strictly implement health monitoring and regular screening for kitchen workers, carry out publicity and education, detect cases as early as possible, report the epidemic in a timely manner, and effectively reduce the scale of the epidemic and prevent its spread.

Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases 2025;33(1):24-32
Objective:
To investigate the effect of integrin α5 on the expression of NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain associated protein 3 (NLRP3) in periodontal ligament fibroblasts (PDLFs) within an inflammatory microenvironment.
Methods:
This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Laboratory animals. After rat PDLFs were treated with LPS (0.5, 5, and 50 µg/mL) for 24 h, the primary medium was discarded and replaced with serum-free culture medium. After 24 h, the supernatant was collected and mixed with DMEM medium containing 10% exosome-free serum at a volume ratio of 1:1 to obtain conditioned medium (CM). The groups were labeled as the 0.5-CM, 5-CM, and 50-CM groups. In addition, PDLFs cultured in DMEM medium containing 10% exosome-free serum were considered the 0-CM group. PDLFs were cultured with the above CM. In the inhibitor group, PDLFs were cultured in 0-CM containing different concentrations of integrin α5 inhibitor ATN-161 (0, 0.025, 0.25, 2.5, 25, and 250 μg/mL). The effect of CM and integrin α5 inhibitor ATN-161 on cell viability was assessed using the CCK-8 assay. According to the CCK-8 results, in further inhibitor intervention experiments, PDLFs were cultured in 0-CM, 5-CM (without/with 25 μg/mL ATN-161), and 0-CM containing 25 μg/mL ATN-161, which were labeled as the 0-CM, 5-CM, ATN-161+5-CM, and ATN-161 groups, respectively. The expression changes of integrin α5 and NLRP3 were detected using Western blot and qRT-PCR techniques. For in vivo experiments, 24 rats were randomly divided into four groups (n=6). The control group contained healthy rats that received no treatment. The rats in the other three groups were injected with 40 µL of 0-CM containing 25 μg/mL ATN-161 or 5-CM (without or with 25 μg/mL ATN-161) on the palatal side of the left maxillary first molar every three days; these groups were classified as the ATN-161, 5-CM, and ATN-161+5-CM groups, respectively. On the 30th day, the left maxillary tissue of rats was used for Micro-CT, HE staining, and immunohistochemical detection.
Results :
The CCK-8 assay showed that CM, 25 μg/mL ATN-161, and ATN-161 concentrations below 25 μg/mL had no significant effect on cell viability at 12 h and 24 h (P > 0.05). 50-CM and 25 μg/mL ATN-161 significantly inhibited cell viability at 48 h (P < 0.05). For in vitro experiments, compared to the 0-CM group, both the protein and mRNA levels of integrin α5 and NLRP3 were significantly increased in rat PDLFs in the 5-CM group (P < 0.05). Intervention with 25 μg/mL ATN-161 significantly attenuated the enhancement of 5-CM on the expression of integrin α5 and NLRP3 (P < 0.05). For in vivo experiments, compared to the control group, alveolar bone resorption and periodontal inflammatory cell infiltration were significantly increased in the 5-CM and ATN-161+5-CM groups, and the expression of integrin α5 and NLRP3 was significantly increased (P < 0.01). However, compared to the 5-CM group, the ATN-161+5-CM group had less alveolar bone resorption and fewer periodontal inflammatory cells. Further, the expression of integrin α5 and NLRP3 was significantly reduced (P < 0.01).
Conclusion
In vitro and in vivo experiments showed that integrin α5 mediated NLRP3 expression in PDLFs under an inflammatory microenvironment. ATN-161 inhibited the expression of integrin α5, thus significantly downregulating the expression of NLRP3, which plays a role in inhibiting inflammation.
