Objective:To explore the relationship between suggestion presentation, cognitive load, and adherence to nursing interventions for delirium. Methods:A prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted to recruit 47 nurses from 4 ICU units in Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University from October 2021 to January 2022. They were divided into an intelligent group with 24 participants (using the intelligent nursing system for ICU delirium) and a non-intelligent group with 23 participants (using the paper-version implementation plan of delirium) by the random number table method. The cognitive load levels and adherence to nursing interventions were measured on day 7 of the study. AMOS 28.0 software was used to analyze the relationship between suggestion presentation, cognitive load, and adherence. The mediation effect was tested using the Bootstrap method. Results:In the intelligent group, there were 5 male and 19 female nurses, aged (33.33 ± 5.57) years. In the non-intelligent group, there were 1 male and 22 female nurses, aged (32.65 ± 3.46) years. The scores of extraneous cognitive load, germane cognitive load, and adherence to nursing intervention in the intelligent group were (6.42 ± 1.72), (7.15 ± 1.71) and (0.71 ± 0.05)%, respectively, compared with (7.78 ± 2.08), (6.07 ± 1.48) and (0.58 ± 0.08)% in the non-intelligent group. The differences were statistically significant ( t=6.06, 5.35, 41.47, all P<0.05). The Bootstrap method showed that both extraneous cognitive load (effect size=0.043, 95% CI 0.024 to 0.090, P<0.05) and germane cognitive load (effect size=0.026, 95% CI 0.017 to 0.082, P<0.05) played a partial mediating effect between suggestion presentation and adherence to nursing intervention, the total mediating effect accounted for 17.29%. Conclusions:Using the intelligent system to change the presentation of delirium nursing interventions can reduce the extraneous cognitive load and increase the germane cognitive load of ICU nurses, and then improve the adherence of nurses to implement delirium nursing interventions. Our study provides a clinical practice basis for improving the quality of clinical nursing.

Objective:To explore the current status and influencing factors of intrinsic capacity in elderly patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods:Convenience sampling was used to select 306 elderly patients with Parkinson's disease who attended Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University from March to September 2024 for the study. Influencing factors were screened based on the health ecology model. Elderly patients with Parkinson's disease were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, Family APGAR Scale, Social Support Rating Scale, and Intrinsic Capacity Assessment Tool. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the factors influencing the total score and the scores of each dimension of intrinsic capacity in elderly patients with Parkinson's disease. Results:A total of 306 questionnaires were distributed and 301 valid questionnaires were recovered, with a valid recovery rate of 98.37% (301/306). The total intrinsic capacity score of 301 elderly patients with Parkinson's disease was (67.21±11.47), of which 297 elderly patients with Parkinson's disease had impaired intrinsic capacity, and the rate of impaired intrinsic capacity was 98.7% (297/301). The dimensions in descending order of impairment were motor [89.7% (270/301) ], mental [76.1% (229/301) ], sensory [70.4% (212/301) ], vitality [38.2% (115/301) ], and cognitive [25.6% (77/301) ]. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, Hoehn-Yahr staging, levodopa equivalent dosage, activity of daily living, history of falls, regular exercise, psychological resilience, social support, and monthly income were the factors influencing the total intrinsic capacity score of elderly patients with Parkinson's disease ( P<0.05) and heterogeneity of influencing factors in each dimension. Conclusions:Elderly patients with Parkinson's disease have a high rate of impaired intrinsic capacity, with the motor dimension being the most severely impaired. Healthcare professionals should pay attention to the assessment of the intrinsic capacity of elderly patients with Parkinson's disease, and customize interventions according to the influencing factors to promote the functioning of elderly patients so as to reduce the burden of care on families and society.

Objective To build a comprehensive evaluation system for the operating benefit of clinical departments in cancer hospitals,so as to provide data support for the fine operation management of hospitals. Methods Literature review and semi-structured interview were used to form the index pool. Two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were used to determine the index of the evaluation system, and the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the index weight. Finally, the weighted TOPSIS was used for empirical case analysis. Results The positive coefficient in the two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were 82.6%and 100%,the authority coefficient was 0.808,and the coordination coefficient was between 0 and 1.All indexes at all levels passed the consistency test. Finally,a comprehensive evaluation system consisting of 4 dimensions,19 indexes in surgery,16 indicators in radiotherapy and 16 indicators in internal medicine was constructed.Indicators at all levels were tested for consistency, resulting in the construction of a comprehensive evaluation system consisting of 4 dimensions,19 indicators for surgery and 16 indicators each for radiotherapy and internal medicine departments. Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation system of operating benefit of clinical departments in cancer hospitals can help hospitals and departments to find out the shortcomings of operation, build the path of operating benefit improvement, and realize the connotation improvement and high-quality development of hospitals.

Haemosuccus pancreaticus (HP) as a rare cause of upper gastrointestinal bleeding is rarely reported. Due to the intermittent bleeding and lack of standardized diagnostic methods, pancreatic bleeding is often misdiagnosed and can be life-threatening in severe cases. Currently, angiography is the "gold standard" for diagnosis among commonly used diagnostic methods. In addition to vascular embolization and surgical treatment, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) -guided vascular therapy as an emerging treatment method is also gradually being used in clinical practice, with great potential to become the preferred treatment for subsequent cases.
