Objective To explore the influencing factors of self injury or suicide in adolescent patients with depression.Methods A total of 96 adolescents who were diagnosed with depressive disorder at Yunnan Psychiatirc Hospital and Kunming Psychiatirc Hospital from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected for the study.The case group consisted of 61 adolescents who had self-injury or suicidal behaviors within 30 days,while the control group consisted of 35 adolescents who had no self-injury or suicidal behaviors within at least 30 days.Assessments were performed using the Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),Millon Screening Inventory for Borderline Personality Disorder(MSI-BPD),House-Tree-Person Drawing Test(HTP),and the Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale(C-SSRS).Among these,72 subjects underwent skin pressure pain threshold testing using the Algometer HP-50,with 12 in the self-harm or suicide group within 2 days and 60 in the group beyond 2 days.Results(1)Analysis of gender and age between the two groups showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),with a higher proportion of females and younger ages in the 30-day group;(2)The PHQ-9 score for the 30-day group was(19.59±5.99),with a score of(2.41±0.97)for item 9("Thoughts that it would be better to be dead or to hurt oneself in some way"),and an MSI-BPD score of(7.43±1.61).The scores for the group over 30 days were(10.89±7.99),(1.00±1.11)for item 9,and(5.40±3.13)for MSI-BPD.Independent samples t-test analysis showed significant differences(P<0.01);(3)In the 30-day group,five drawing characteristics from the 47 HTP characteristics(shift of center of gravity,hair not disheveled or no hair,no mountains,no sun,and no flowers or grass)were found to occur at a higher rate,with statistical significance(P<0.05);(4)In the binary logistic regression analysis of 96 patients with the 30-day suicide or self-injury behavior as the dependent variable,the absence of flowers and PHQ-9 question 9 score are the risk factors for adolescent depression patients to have self-injury or suicide behavior within 30 days(OR no flowers=7.934,OR score on PHQ-9 question 9=3.554).(5)Among the 72 subjects the skin pressure pain threshold for adolescents who exhibited self-injure or suicide behaviors within 2 days(8.83±4.27 N)was significantly higher than that for patients beyond 2 days(6.48±3.00 N),with statistical significance(t=-2.201,P<0.05).Additionally,the score for item 9 of the PHQ-9 was higher(2.50±0.67 vs 1.87±0.95),also showing statistical significance(t=-2.201,P<0.05).Conclusion The absence of flowers or grass in HTP painting,and stronger suicidal ideation or suicide attempt are risk factors for self-injury or suicidal behavior in adolescents with depression.Furthermore,those who self-injure or commit suicide within 2 days have a higher pain threshold compared to those beyond 2 days.

Ying and wei qi is derived from the essence of water and grain， and is the basic material to maintain the normal life activities of the body. Ying and wei qi has the difference of nature of yin and yang or the clear and the turbid. When the relationship between ying and wei qi is out of order and in reverse disorder， it will lead to the occurrence of various diseases. Based on the analysis of the theory of "ying-wei disorder" in The Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor （《黄帝内经》）， this paper started from the perspective of the exuberance and debilitation， circulation and function of ying qi and wei qi， focused on the theoretical understanding that the change of deficiency and excess （"fall"） and the change of circulation （"move"）， and refined the core mechanism of "ying-wei disorder"， which is the depletion of ying qi and wei qi， stagnation of ying qi and wei qi， and disharmony of ying qi and wei qi， and finally summarized the syndrome identification and treatment method of supporting ying qi and assisting wei qi， promoting ying qi and moving wei qi， regulating ying qi and wei qi， and constructed the syndrome identification and treatment system for ying-wei disorder of malignant tumor in clinic.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of minimally invasive modified transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) combined with unilateral nail holding system in patients with extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation.Methods Thirty-eight patients with extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation were divided into minimally invasive modified TLIF combined with unilateral nail holding system group (observation group) and conventional open TLIF group (control group) with 19 cases each according to random digital table method.The therapeutic efficacy was compared between 2 groups.Results Surgery was completed successfully in 2 groups,and there was no perioperative complications.The amount of bleeding and hospital stay length in observation group were significantly less than those in control group:(152 ± 82) ml vs.(258 ± 104) ml and (6.5 ± 2.3) d vs.(12.7 ± 3.6) d,and the rate of fusion and score of Japan Orthopaedic Association 6 months after surgery in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group:18/19 vs.10/19 and (14.5 ± 2.1) scores vs.(12.6 ± 1.9) scores.There were statistical differences (P ＜ 0.01).There was no statistical difference in complications between 2 groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive modified TLIF combined with unilateral nail holding system in patients with extreme lateral lumbar disc herniation has less blood loss and shorter hospital stay,and it is effective and safe.

Objective To observe the effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) transplantation on the expression of growth associated protein-43 (GAP-43) in rats after spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods The SCI models were made by impacting at the level of T11 segment. After modeling, the rats were randomly and equally divided into control group (n=18) and observation group (n=18). 1 week after injury, DMEM/F12 medium 0.1 ml was injected into tail vein of rats in the control group, and an equal volume of BMSCs suspension was injected in the observation group. 1, 2, 4, 8 weeks after SCI, the hindlimb function was evaluated by the Basso-Beattie-Bresnahan (BBB) score. 2, 4, 8 weeks after SCI, the expression of GAP-43 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR, and the expression of GAP-43 was detect-ed by the immunohistochemistry. Results 2, 4, 8 weeks after SCI, compared with the control group, The BBB score increased, the expres-sion of GAP-43 mRNA and GAP-43 increased in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion BMSCs transplantation can improve the ex-pression of GAP-43 in gene and protein level, and then promote the repair of SCI.

Objective To study the clinical effect and influence of Feiliuping Ⅱ on the quality of life quality of lung cancer patients. Methods 60 patients of later stage of lung cancer with definite diagnosis and stages in pathology were chosen, who had approximate condition.
