Objective: To explore the relationship between depressive symptoms, negative life events and resilience among primary and secondary school teachers, so as to provide a reference for mental health promotion in school teachers. Methods: During November to December 2022, a questionnaire survey was conducted using convenient cluster sampling method to select 11 332 in service teachers from 38 schools in 8 provinces (cities) including Beijing, Guangdong, Anhui, Hubei, Sichuan, Xinjiang, Liaoning, and Heilongjiang. The Patient Health Questionnaire-9 items, a self developed 21-item Adverse Life Events questionnaire, and a 10-item Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale were used to assess depressive symptoms, experiences of negative life events, and resilience levels of the teachers, respectively. The relationship between depressive symptoms, negative life events and psychological resilience were analyzed by multiple linear regression and stratified regression. Results: The detection rate of depressive symptoms among primary and secondary school teachers was 14.0%. Negative life events of primary and secondary school teachers were positively correlated with depressive symptoms ( r =0.35), while psychological resilience was negatively correlated with depressive symptoms ( r =-0.45) ( P <0.05). After adjusting for possible covariates including gender and marital status, negative life events were positively correlated with depressive symptoms ( β=0.22, P <0.01). Resilience played a moderating role in the association of negative life events with depressive symptoms among primary and secondary school teachers ( B=-0.15, P <0.01). Conclusions Negative life events experiences are associated with higher level of depressive symptoms among school teachers. However, resilience might mitigate the negative effects of negative life events on depressive symptoms, playing a protective role in teachers mental health.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of low-dose esketamine for postoperative analgesia on the postoperative depression in patients with gastrointestinal tumors.Methods:This study was a prospective randomized controlled trial. Eighty patients, aged 18-64 yr, with a body mass index of 18-25 kg/m 2, of American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status classification Ⅱ or Ⅲ, scheduled for elective radical resection of the gastrointestinal tumor under general anesthesia from June to November 2023 in our hospital, were divided into 2 groups ( n=40 each) using a random number table method: esketamine group (group E) and control group (group C). Each patient received postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA). The PCIA solution in group E contained esketamine 0.5 mg/kg, dezocine 0.5 mg/kg, dexmetomidine 1.5 μg/kg and flurbiprofen ester 100 mg in 100 ml of normal saline. The PCIA solution in group C contained dezocine 0.5 mg/kg, dexmetomidine 1.5 μg/kg and flurbiprofen ester 100 mg in 100 ml of normal saline. The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) was used to assess the patients′ anxiety and depression at 1 day before operation (T 0) and 2 days after operation (T 1). The Quality of Recovery-15 scale was used to evaluate the early postoperative recovery quality. Visual analog scale scores, the pressing times of patient-controlled analgesia and the number of rescue analgesia were recorded within 2 days after operation. The occurrence of drug-related adverse reactions was also recorded. Results:Seventy-eight patients were finally included, with 39 cases in group E and 39 cases in group C. Compared with group C, the postoperative HADS-depression scale score and incidence of depression were significantly decreased, the Quality of Recovery-15 scale score was increased, the visual analog scale scores were decreased ( P<0.05), and no significant changes were found in the postoperative HADS-anxiety scale score and incidence of anxiety, the pressing times of patient-controlled analgesia and the number of rescue analgesia in group E ( P>0.05). Visual hallucination was found at 1 day after operation in one patient and relieved at 2 days after operation in group E. There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative dizziness, nausea and vomiting between the two groups ( P>0.05). Conclusions:Postoperative analgesia with 0.5 mg/kg esketamine can alleviate postoperative depressive symptoms, enhance the efficacy of analgesia and improve the early postoperative recovery quality in patients with gastrointestinal tumors.

Objective To analyze the value of serum microRNA-198(miRNA-198)and miRNA-365 combined with gastroscopy in diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods 180 patients with CAG who were treated from January 2022 to January 2023 were regarded as the observation group,and 180 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis in the same period were studied as control group.According to the degree of atrophy,patients with CAG were grouped into 56 mild cases,84 moderate cases and 40 severe cases.The subjects were examined by gastroscopy,and the relative expression levels of miRNA-198 and miRNA-365 in serum were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).The diagnostic value of serum miRNA-198 and miRNA-365 levels in patients with CAG was analyzed by receiver operator characteristic curve(ROC curve).The diagnostic value of serum miRNA-198 and miRNA-365 combined with gastroscopy for CAG was analyzed with four grid tables.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of serum miRNA-198 and miRNA-365 in patients with CAG in the observation group were obviously lower,with the aggravation of atrophy,the levels of serum miRNA-198 and miRNA-365 decreased in turn,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the area under the curve(AUC)of serum miRNA-198 and miRNA-365 levels in the diagnosis of CAG was 0.898 and 0.945,respectively,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined gastroscopy in the diagnosis of CAG were 98.33%,81.11%and 89.72%,respectively,its diagnostic efficacy was higher than that of serum miRNA-198,miRNA-365 and gastroscopy alone.Conclusion The levels of serum miRNA-198 and miRNA-365 in patients with CAG are decreased,they have certain diagnostic value for CAG,their combination with gastroscopy can obviously improve the diagnostic value of CAG.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine before induction of anesthesia on concentrations of blood potassium and blood glucose in the patients with gastrointestinal tumors.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients, irrespective of gender, aged 18-75 yr, with body mass index of 18-28 kg/m 2, of American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status classification Ⅰ-Ⅲ, scheduled for elective radical gastrointestinal tumor surgery, were divided into 3 groups ( n=40 each) using a random number table method: control group (group C), dexmedetomidine 0.5 μg/kg group (group D 1), and dexmedetomidine 1.0 μg/kg group (group D 2). Dexmedetomidine 0.5 and 1.0 μg/kg were intravenously infused prior to anesthesia induction over 10 min in D 1 and D 2 groups, while the equal volume of normal saline 20 ml was intravenously infused instead in group C. Before intravenous infusion (T 0), at 15 min after intravenous infusion (T 1), and at 30 min after intravenous infusion (T 2), blood samples from the radial artery were collected for blood gas analysis, and concentrations of blood potassium and blood glucose were recorded. The occurrence of complications such as hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, hyperkalemia, hypokalemia, hypotension, hypertension, tachycardia and bradycardia was also recorded. Results:Compared with C group, the blood glucose concentrations were significantly increased at T 1 in D 1 and D 2 groups and at T 2 in D 2 group ( P<0.05). The blood glucose concentrations were significantly higher at T 1, 2 in D 2 group than in D 1 group ( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in blood potassium concentrations at T 0-T 2 among the three groups ( P>0.05). No patients presented with complications such as hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, hyperkalemia, hypokalemia, hypotension, hypertension, tachycardia and bradycardia. Conclusions:Intravenous infusion of dexmedetomidine before induction of anesthesia exerts no marked effect on blood potassium concentrations and can increase glucose concentrations to a certain extent, but the elevation has no clinical significance in the patients with gastrointestinal tumors.

Objective: To investigate the trends in incidence of malignant tumors in Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province from 2011 to 2018, so as to provide insights into formulation of the malignant tumor control strategy. Methods: Data pertaining to the incidence of malignant tumor in Yuyao City from 2011 to 2018 were captured from the Chronic Disease Surveillance Module of Ningbo Municipal Digital Disease Control and Prevention Platform. The crude incidence, Chinese population-standardized incidence, global population-standardized incidence, cumulative incidence (0 to 74 years of age), and truncated age-standardized incidence (35 to 64 years of age) of malignant tumors were estimated, and the trends in incidence of malignant tumors were analyzed in Yuyao City from 2011 to 2018 using average annual percentage change (AAPC). Results: The crude incidence, Chinese population-standardized incidence, global population-standardized incidence, cumulative incidence (0 to 74 years of age), and truncated age-standardized incidence (35 to 64 years of age) of malignant tumors were 433.78/105, 289.37/105, 224.22/105, 25.83% and 83.34/105 in Yuyao City from 2011 to 2018, with AAPC of 5.90%, 3.31%, 3.31%, 2.84% and 4.24%, respectively (all P<0.05), and the incidence of malignant tumors appeared an overall tendency towards a rise. The incidence of malignant tumors increased with age in Yuyao City from 2011 to 2018, and the incidence of malignant tumors was significantly higher in women than in men at ages of 20 to 54 years, while higher incidence was seen in men than in women at ages of 55 years and older. The ten most common malignant tumors included lung cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, esophageal cancer, thyroid cancer, pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer and cervical cancer, accounting for 78.84% of all malignancies, and the the incidence of lung cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, thyroid cancer, pancreatic cancer and prostate cancer appeared a tendency towards a rise year by year, with AAPC of 8.37%, 5.36%, 6.42%, 24.81%, 5.49% and 18.78%, respectively (all P<0.05). Conclusions The of malignant tumors appeared a tendency towards a rise in Yuyao City from 2011 to 2018, and lung cancer, thyroid cancer, specific female cancers, male gastrointestinal and prostate cancers should be given a high priority for cancer control in Yuyao City in the future. Early screening and early diagnosis of cancers should be facilitated among high-risk populations.

Objective: To preliminarily develop Health Literacy Scale for pupils, providing a tool for dynamic monitoring and related health literacy research among pupils. Methods: Through policy and literature review, the health literacy evaluation index system of pupils was established. Through two rounds of expert consultation, the evaluation index system and scale item pool of three levels in primary school were formed, and "Evaluation Scale 1.0" was developed. Through two panel discussions, health education experts, teachers and students were invited to provide advices on the content, expression and structure of scale 1.0, turning it into "Evaluation Scale 2.0", and completing the preliminary development of the scale. Results: The health literacy assessment index system of primary school students includes three levels，including level-1 was Grade 1-2, level-2 was Grade 3-4,level-3 was Grade 5-6, covering two level indexes. The scale for primary school students contained five horizontal dimensions and four vertical dimensions. In the Delphi consultation, the response rate was 100%, and the authority coefficient was 0.85. After item selection and modification, the final version of level-1, level-2 and level-3 scales contained 36, 44 and 50 items respectively. Conclusion The development of Health Literacy Evaluation Scale for pupils has high applicability and practical value.

Objective: To investigate the use of conventional MR imaging to guide treatment in patients with cholecystolithiasis and diffuse inflammatory thickening of gallbladder wall. Methods: The clinical data of patients who were treated in the Ningbo Huamei Hospital, University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences between January 2017 and January 2018 were analyzed. These patients were divided into two groups: patients with acute cholecystitis (n=139) and patients with viral hepatitis combined with cholecystolithiasis (n=67). Differences in the imaging signs in standardized upper abdominal contrast enhanced MRI examinations were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The imaging signs, including stone location, continuity of gallbladder mucosa, exudation in peri-gallbladder space, edema of intrahepatic portal area showed significant differences between the two groups (all P<0.05). On stratification analysis, the type of thickened gallbladder wall, background of liver parenchyma and extent of edema in intrahepatic catchment area also showed significant differences (all P<0.05). The imaging signs, including non-gallbladder neck ductal stones, concentric thickening of gallbladder wall, continuous mucous membrane in gallbladder and no peri-gallbladder space exudation but diffuse edema of intrahepatic catchment area supported the diagnosis of viral hepatitis combined with gallstones. The imaging signs, including discontinuity of gallbladder mucosa, exudation of peri-gallbladder space, diffuse edema of gallbladder wall without a cirrhotic background and edema in intrahepatic portal area supported the diagnosis of acute calculous cholecystitis of gallbladder. Conclusions Routine upper abdominal contrast enhanced MRI plays an important role in demonstrating the underlying cause of gallbladder wall diffuse edema thickening in patients with gallstones. It provides an important reference for the choice of clinical treatment pathway.

Objective To make comparison of consistency between the ESD's informationcalculated values and TLD readout values based on PHILIPS DigitalDiagnost so as to provide reference for realizing information management of medical exposure radiation dose during DR diagnosis and treatment.Methods TLDs were used to obtain the ESD values on chest,abdomen,vertebral body,pelvis and limbs.The exposure parameters were collected from the DICOM files,and the information value of ESD were calculated through the dose area product (DAP) method and the exposure parameter method.The consistency between information value and TLD readout value was compared by intraclass correlation coefficient and the Bland-Altman method.Results The ESD values obtained from DAP method,exposure parameter method and TLD method are,respectively,(0.730 ± 0.870) mGy,(0.720 ± 0.863) mGy and (0.770 ±0.948) mGy.ICC was 0.988 for ESDDAP-TLD and 0.982 for ESDParameters-TLD,respectively.The Bland-Altman map showed that the D-value of ESD obtained from DAP-TLD and Parameters-TLD beyond the 95％ consistency interval was 6.7％.Conclusions The PHILIPS DR daily diagnosis and treatment process is based on fixed-mode programmed diagnosis and treatment.Under the premise of qualified equipment quality control,the information calculated value based on DICOM files has a good consistency with TLD readout value.

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of plasma exchange (PE) combined with plasma perfusion (PP) in treatment of liver failure and the influence on inflammatory factors and liver function.Methods:98 patients with liver failure in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected as the subjectswere,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and each group was 49 cases.The experimental group was treated with PE combined with PP,and the control group was received PE alone.The liver function before and after treatment was detected by automatic biochemical analyzer.The serum levels of C-reactive protein (CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The total effective rate,the incidence of side effects,the levels of liver function and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical effective rate in the experimental group (91.84％) was significantly higher than that in the control group (73.47％),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group (10.20％) was significantly lower than that in the control group (38.78％),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The levels of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT),total bilirubin (TBIL) and blood ammonia (NH3) were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment (all P＜0.05).Albumin (ALB) and thrombin activity (PTA) were significantly increased in both groups after treatment (both P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of ALT,TBIL and NH3 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (all P＜0.05),the levels of ALB and PTA were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (both P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum levels ofCRP,TNF-α and IL-6 were lower than those before treatment,and the serum levels of CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (all P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of plasma exchange and plasma perfusion has a good effect in the treatment of liver failure,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.It can effectively remove inflammatory factors,improve liver function and improve the quality of life of patients.
