ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of zinc finger E-box binding homeobox 1 （ZEB1） on the proliferation， migration， and invasion of lung adenocarcinoma H322 cells， as well as its underlying molecular mechanisms. MethodsThe gene expression characteristics of the transcription factor ZEB1 in lung adenocarcinoma were analyzed using data from the GEO and TCGA public databases. RT-qPCR and Western blot were employed to measure mRNA and protein expression levels of ZEB1 in lung adenocarcinoma cell lines （H322， A549， 95-D） and normal human bronchial epithelial cells （BEAS-2B）. Lentiviral transduction was utilized to establish stable ZEB1-overexpressing （Oe-ZEB1） and vector control （Oe-NC） H322 cell lines. Cell proliferation was assessed using CCK-8， colony formation， and EdU assays， while apoptosis was evaluated by Hoechst33258/PI double staining. Wound healing and Transwell assays were performed to examine cell migration and invasion capabilities. Cell cycle distribution was determined by flow cytometry， and Western blot was used to analyze protein expression changes in relevant signaling pathways. ResultsThe findings from GEO and TCGA indicated that ZEB1 expression in lung adenocarcinoma varied with tumor malignancy grade. RT-qPCR and Western blot analyses revealed significantly higher ZEB1 expression in lung adenocarcinoma cell lines compared to BEAS-2B cells （P0.05）. Results from the CCK-8， colony formation， EdU， wound healing， and Transwell assays demonstrated that， compared with the un-transfected control （Control） group， Oe-ZEB1 H322 cells exhibited enhanced proliferation， migration， and invasion capabilities （P0.05）. Hoechst33258/PI double staining and flow cytometry analyses showed that， relative to the Control group， apoptosis was reduced in Oe-ZEB1 H322 cells （P0.05）. Additionally， a decreased proportion of cells in the G₁ phase and an increased proportion in the S phase were observed in Oe-ZEB1 cells， indicating accelerated cell cycle progression. Western blot analysis further revealed that， compared with the Control group， Oe-ZEB1 H322 cells exhibited upregulated expression of N-cadherin， mutant p53 （mutp53）， and Cyclin D1 （P0.05）， while expression levels of E-cadherin， murine double minute 2 （MDM2）， and p21 were downregulated （P0.05）. ConclusionOverexpression of ZEB1 promotes the proliferation， migration， and invasion of lung adenocarcinoma H322 cells and may facilitate cell cycle progression by modulating the MDM2/mutp53/p21 signaling pathway， thereby promoting the transition of cells from the G₀/G₁ phase to the S phase.

Objective:To explore the relationship between parenting styles of toddlers aged 30 months and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) symptom trajectories in preschool children.Methods:The subjects were 2 111 children and their parents in Ma'anshan Birth Cohort. Parenting styles were assessed at 30 months of age using the Brief Toddler Parenting Style Questionnaire, which defines parenting styles on four dimensions: warmth and interaction, attention and acceptance, outdoor and social activities, and neglect and restrictions. The Chinese version of the Conners Abbreviated Symptom Questionnaire was used to examine preschooler's ADHD symptoms aged 3, 5, and 6 years. ADHD symptom trajectories were fitted using group-based trajectory modeling. The multinomial logistic regression model was used to evaluate the relationship between parenting styles at 30 months of age and ADHD symptom trajectories in children. The additive and multiplicative models were applied to analyze the interaction effect of negative parenting styles in children's ADHD symptom trajectories.Results:ADHD symptom trajectories in children included the low-score (48.3%), moderate-score (47.7%), and high-score groups (4.0%). After adjusting for the confounding factors, the results of the multinomial logistic regression analysis showed that negative parenting styles of the father/mother were associated with ADHD symptom trajectories in children ( P<0.05). The father/mother's low warmth and interaction (father: OR=2.07,95% CI:1.68-2.54; mother: OR=2.02,95% CI:1.64-2.48), low attention and acceptance (father: OR=1.94,95% CI:1.57-2.39; mother: OR=1.47,95% CI:1.20-1.81), low outdoor and social (father: OR=1.74,95% CI:1.43-2.13; mother: OR=1.60,95% CI:1.32-1.94), and high neglect and restriction (father: OR=2.09,95% CI:1.67-2.62; mother: OR=2.06,95% CI:1.65-2.56) were associated with ADHD symptom moderate-score trajectories compared to the low-score trajectory group, mother's low warmth and interaction, low outdoor and social, and high neglect and restrictions. Statistically significant association was seen in negative parenting styles of fathers with the high-score group. There was a multiplicative interaction for hostile parenting ( P<0.05). The additive interaction results showed that there was a synergistic effect of hostile parenting, which increased the risk of the high-score trajectories of ADHD symptoms in children. Conclusions:Both parents' parenting styles influenced ADHD symptom change the trajectories in preschoolers. Negative parenting styles of the father/mother increase the risk of the moderate-score and high-score trajectories of ADHD symptoms in children. Hostile parenting by both parents has a synergistic impact on the risk of ADHD symptom trajectories in children, and the simultaneous presence of both increases the risk of the high-score trajectory of ADHD symptoms.

Sonodynamic therapy（SDT）has garnered significant attention in cancer treatment modalities due to its superior tissue penetration capabilities，non-invasive approach，and controllability. SDT operates by utilizing sonosensitizers and ultrasound-responsive devices to induce the production of reactive oxygen species（ROS）under ultrasound stimulation，thereby eliciting immunogenic cell death（ICD）in tumor cells and the release of damage-associated molecular patterns，which in turn trigger an immune response against the tumor.However，the tumor microenvironment often results in a relatively weak immune response post-cancer treatment. To address this issue，extensive research is being conducted on combining SDT with immunotherapy，particularly focusing on immune checkpoint blockade（ICB）therapies. This review synthesizes the mechanisms of SDT，its integration with immunotherapy，especially ICB therapies，and the current state of research，with the objective of providing strategic guidance for the advancement of sonodynamic immunotherapy.

Objective To explore the effectiveness of safety management strategies and nursing quality control measures for in-hospital emergency transfers of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were divided into control group(be-fore implementation,n=50)and observation group(after implementation,n=50)based on the tim-ing of implementation of the standard and measures.The preparation time for transfer,incidence of ad-verse events,personnel allocation for transfer,equipment completeness,changes in Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)scores,and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The prepa-ration time for transfer in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group[(15.2±3.5)min versus(23.7±5.8)min,P＜0.05];the incidence of adverse events was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(6.0％versus 22.0％,P＜0.05);personnel allocation complete-ness rate was reasonable in the observation group compared to that in the control group(68.0％versus 100％,P＜0.05);equipment completeness was higher in the observation group than that in the con-trol group(98.0％versus 82.0％,P＜0.05);GCS score was less in the observation group than that in the control group[(0.5±0.3)points versus(1.1±0.9)points,P＜0.05];the length of hospi-tal stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group[(14.5±3.2)days versus(18.3±4.1)days,P＜0.05].Conclusion Implementing standardized in-hospital emergency transfer safety management strategies and nursing quality control measures can improve the safety of pa-tient transfers,reduce occurrence of adverse events,and improve short-term prognosis for patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.

Objective: To explore the clinical and imaging characteristics of patients with regional odontodysplasia accompanied by hypodontia and to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: This report presents the imaging manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment of a case of regional odontodysplasia (RO) accompanied by hypodontia. It includes a retrospective summary of the dynamic changes in the imaging characteristics of the affected teeth over a 5-year period, along with a comparative analysis of the literature. The patient was a 9-year-old female who presented to the Clinic of Oral Rare and Genetic Diseases of our hospital with the chief complaint of “discomfort for over seven months following the extraction of the teeth in the left mandibular region.” Based on her clinical manifestations and imaging findings, she was diagnosed with RO in the left mandible and with hypodontia of permanent teeth 12 and 34. A treatment plan was formulated, and long-term follow-up was conducted. The current radiographic images were compared with previous imaging data to summarize the developmental changes in her teeth, and a comparative analysis was also performed with the literature to identify similarities and differences with previously reported RO dental characteristics. Results: During the follow-up period, the patient's symptoms did not worsen, and a conservative observation approach was adopted; the treatment plan was decided after the eruption of the affected teeth. By comparing and analyzing imaging data from three ages (4.5, 8.5, and 9 years old), it was determined that the deciduous and permanent teeth in the left mandible of this patient exhibited typical “ghost” radiographic features, alongside hypodontia of teeth 12 and 34, as well as the delayed development of tooth 35. A literature review and analysis indicated that RO manifests clinical characteristics such as delayed tooth eruption, reduced tooth size, and yellow crowns, along with typical “ghost” radiographic appearances. Treatment requires a personalized approach based on the patient’s specific condition. To date, only five cases of RO patients with hypodontia have been reported, while the delayed development of permanent tooth buds has not yet been documented. Conclusion For patients with RO, dynamic imaging evaluation plays a critical role in early diagnosis. RO is associated with hypodontia and delayed tooth germ development. Long-term follow-up and personalized treatment plans are the key to RO treatment.

This article interprets the section on "Nursing Principles" within the Guideline, which spans the entire process of catheter management. Key aspects covered include pre-insertion preparation, catheter insertion procedure, catheter maintenance and securement, observation of urine color, prevention of constipation, and catheter removal. The aim is to help urology nurses and related healthcare personnel gain an in-depth understanding of the recommendations in the Guideline, promote its standardized application in clinical practice, improve the quality of indwelling catheter care, and ensure patient safety.

In the era of evidence-based medicine, it is necessary to explore the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) based on standardized technical methods and operating procedures in order to achieve the modernization and internationalization of TCM and benefit all humanity. The proposal of a three-pronged evidence system combining TCM theory, human experience and experimental evidence marks an important progress in the thinking method of the TCM evaluation system. The multi-evidence body integrated through appropriate methods provides a strong support for the clinical guideline recommendations and evidence-based health decision-making in TCM. Based on the current methodological progress of international evidence synthesis and grading, this paper proposes a novel approach for integrating multi-evidence in TCM: the MERGE framework. The aim is to establish a solid foundation for the development of this methodology and provide guidance for the advancement of evidence-based medicine framework in TCM.
