The accuracy of orthodontic bracket bonding directly affects the treatment effect, and intelligent orthodontics is gradually advancing clinical practice toward precision.Mixed reality(MR),a new digital holographic imaging simulation technology, enables interactive scenarios between 3D data and the real world, allowing precise identification and localization of dental roots and jaw ana-tomical structures. This study constructs an oral visualization model via multimodal image fusion, establishes a virtual-real registra-tion algorithm combining target detection and point cloud registration for high-dynamic scenarios, and develops an MR-based intelli-gent auxiliary and teaching system for orthodontic bracket bonding. The system achieves clinical training and intraoperative naviga-tion for bracket positioning and bonding, accurately identifies dental root and jaw information, and is of significant importance for improving the precision, intelligence, and digitization of orthodontic clinical practice.

Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with spontaneous splenorenal shunt (SSRS) in liver cirrhosis, and to compare the effects and prognosis of different treatments. Methods:The data of cirrhotic patients with SSRS at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University between 2016-2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into Group A receiving conservative treatment, Group B by simple embolization, Group C undergoing TIPS combined with embolization, and Group D given liver transplantation. Life status, liver function changes, incidences of adverse events, and survival between groups were compared. Results:SSRS diameter was positively correlated with blood ammonia ( R=0.478) and negatively correlated with portal vein diameter ( R=-0.301). SSRS diameter is a protective factor for gastrointestinal hemorrhage and ascites and a risk factor for hepatic encephalopathy; Blood ammonia decreased and prothrombin time prolonged after treatment in group A ( P<0.05), blood ammonia decreased and albumin increased in group B ( P<0.05). Hemoglobin and bilirubin increased in group C ( P<0.05), blood ammonia and bilirubin decreased and platelets and albumin increased in group D ( P<0.05); Survival analysis showed that the prognosis of groups A and C was related to liver function, and the survival rate of group D was the highest of all ( P<0.05). Conclusions:SSRS embolization is safe and effective, and liver transplantation improves patient survival. Individualized treatment should be selected based on patient symptoms, liver function, and shunt diameter.

Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori),for a long time, has generally been considered an extracellular bacterium. However, recent findings have shown that H.pylori can gain entry into host cells, evade attacks from the host immune system and the killing ability of medication, form stable intracellular ecological niche, and achieve re-release into the extracellular environment, thus causing recurrent infections.H.pylori intracellular infection causes cellular signaling and metabolic alterations, which may be closely associated with the pathogenesis and progression of tumors, thereby presenting new challenges for clinical eradicative treatment of H.pylori.Herein,examining this issue from a clinical perspective,we reviewed reported findings on the mechanisms of how H.pylori achieved intracellular infection, including the breaching of the host cell biological barrier, immune evasion, and resistance to autophagy. In addition,we discussed our reflections and the prospects of important questions concerning H.pylori, including the clinical prevention and control strategy, intracellular derivation, and the damage to host cells.

Objective To explore the application value of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) in treating cervical carcinoma. Methods Seventy-one cervical carcinoma patients who were divided into three groups:PF group (cisplatin and fluorouracil,23 cases) or CBP group (carboplatin, bleomycetin and cyclophosphamide, 24 cases) or TP group (paclitaxel and cisplatin, 24 cases); operation was made 14 - 21 days afterwards. The therapeutic effect, chemotherapy side-effect and the effect on operation and pathology for these three groups were analyzed and compared. Results The effective rate was 93.8%(30/32),88.6% (31/35),82.4%(28/34) in TP group,CBP group,PF group, respectively. However, the therapeutic effect had no statistics significance with age, preoperative tumor grade, pathologic type for all the three groups, the therapeutic effect had statistical significance with clinical stage. The rate which pathological examination showed no residual cancer was biggest in CBP group [CBP group was 28.6%(6/21), TP group was 4.3% (1/23), PF group was 11.8%(2/17), P < 0.05 ]. Conclusions Three NACT projects are safe and effective treatment for cervical cancer. However, each project has advantages. The NACT projects can be elected for different patient according to his illness and economy.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB)during surgery of breast cancer. MethodsRadioactive colloid and blue dye were injected intradermally around the tumor seperately before the operation and the SLN were detected first by lymph scintigraphy. SLN was detected and located using ?-finder and the blue dye. Axillary lymph node dissection(ALND)was performed routinely after the SLNB. Results Among 116 breast cancer patients, this procedure was successful in 98.3% of cases. The sensitivity, accuracy and false negative rate were 93.6%, 97.4% and 6.4%, respectively. Conclusions SLNB is a simple, safe and reliable technique.Routine ALND could be raplaced by SLNB in breast cancer patients undergoing surgery.
