Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of infection in recipients after heart trans-plantation,and provide references for the prevention and control of postoperative infections. Methods Clinical data of 259 heart transplant recipients in a hospital from April 2018 to December 2023 were collected for epidemiological analysis. Results Among 259 heart transplant patients,55 developed 68 episodes of infection during the first hospi-talization after surgery, the incidence of infection was 21.24%,and the case incidence of infection was 26.25%.The main infection sites were lower respiratory tract(n=30,44.12%),blood system(n=21,30.88%),and uri-nary system(n=8,11.76%).Sixty-eight episodes of infections occurred primarily within 10 days after surgery(n=37,54.41%),fo-llowed by within 11-20 days(n=14,20.59%).A total of 74 pathogens were detected from the infected site, mainly Gram-negative bacteria(n=37,50.00%),followed by fungi(n=19,25.68%),Gram-posi-tive bacteria(n=12,16.22%),viruses(n=6,8.11%).The multidrug-resistant rates of Klebsiella pneumoniae,Acinetobacter baumannii,Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Enterococcus spp.were relatively high(57.1%-100%).During the period from discharge to one year after surgery,31 patients developed 39 episodes of infection, mainly lower respiratory tract infection(n=29,74.36%).Conclusion Heart transplant recipients have a high incidence of postoperative infection, with lower respiratory tract being the main infection site and with a high resistance rate of pathogen. The critical period for infection prevention and control is within 10 days after surgery.

Objective:To analyze the application and regularity of acupoint selection of Sanyinjiao (SP 6) based on data mining. Methods:Search for literatures in CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, and Pubmed, the clinical researches of acupuncture on Sanyinjiao (SP 6) point were selected, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the retrieval period was from database construction to September 30th, 2021. Excel 2016, SPSS Statistics 25.0, SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to perform descriptive analysis, association analysis and cluster analysis. Results:After literature screening, a total of 261 literatures were included, involving 73 kinds of diseases, mainly including mental and behavioral disorders, genitourinary diseases, endocrine and nutritional metabolism diseases and nervous system diseases. The most frequently used acupoints in Sanyinjiao (SP 6) compatibility are Zusanli (ST 36), Baihui (GV 20), Guanyuan (CV 4) and Taichong (LR 3), most of which focus on stomach meridian, conception channel, governor channel and bladder meridian. Seven categories were extracted among high-frequency acupoints by cluster analysis. The association rule analysis showed that the commonly used combination of Sanyinjiao (SP 6) were Zusanli (ST 36)-Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Baihui (GV 20)-Sanyinjiao (SP 6), and Guanyuan (CV 4)-Sanyinjiao (SP 6).Conclusions:Sanyinjiao (SP 6) is widely used in clinical application, and it is always compatible with stomach meridian, conception vessel, governor channel acupoints, especially those acupoints on the outer and inner meridians and the upper and lower parts. Sanyinjiao (SP 6) combined with other acupoints can treat diseases of multiple systems, such as insomnia, stroke, anxiety and depression, dysmenorrhea, infertility, etc. Clustering and association analysis found the core compatibility law of Sanyinjiao (SP 6), which can be used as a reference for clinical acupoint selection.

BACKGROUNDAmniotic fluid (AF) supernatant contains cell-free fetal DNA (cffDNA) fragments. This study attempted to take advantage of cffDNA as a new material for prenatal diagnosis, which could be combined with simple quantitative fluorescent polymerase chain reaction (QF-PCR) to provide an ancillary method for the prenatal diagnosis of trisomy 21 syndrome.
METHODSAF supernatant samples were obtained from 27 women carrying euploid fetuses and 28 women carrying aneuploid fetuses with known cytogenetic karyotypes. Peripheral blood samples of the parents were collected at the same time. Short tandem repeat (STR) fragments on chromosome 21 were amplified by QF-PCR. Fetal condition and the parental source of the extra chromosome could be determined by the STR peaks.
RESULTSThe sensitivity of the assay for the aneuploid was 93% (26/28; confidence interval, CI: 77%-98%) and the specificity was 100% (26/26; CI: 88%-100%). The determination rate of the origin of the extra chromosome was 69%. The sensitivity and the specificity of the assay in the euploid were 100% (27/27).
CONCLUSIONSTrisomy 21 can be prenatally diagnosed by the QF-PCR method in AF supernatant. This karyotype analysis method greatly reduces the requirement for the specimen size. It will be a benefit for early amniocentesis and could avoid pregnancy complications. The method may become an ancillary method for prenatal diagnosis of trisomy 21.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
The isolated working heart of guinea pig perfused with Tyrode's solution could work normally for at least 60 min. It was shown that berbamine ( BA ) could depress the function of isolated working heart of guinea pig in dose-dependent manner. BA 3 mol/L could decrease the left ventricular pressure, aortic pressure, -dP/dtmax, aortic blood flow and coronary blood flow, and increase left ventricular end-diastolic pressure. BA 100 mol/L could result in the ventricular asystole, however, no obvious influence the contraction of atrium. It was also demonstrated that BA could antagonise the arrhythmias induced by the adrenaline in isolated working heart of guinea Pig.
