Objective To explore the comprehensive nursing of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and type Ⅱ respiratory failure mechanicalventilation.Methods A total of 90 patients with of COPD and type Ⅱ respiratory ventilation were enrolled in our hospital,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with conventional symptomatic support and mechanical ventilation.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the study group applied comprehensive nursing intervention.The changes of blood gas and lung function were observed before and after the two groups,and the incidence of ventilator-related complications,mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time were compared.Results Compared with the control group,p (CO2) were lower in the study group than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05),and the p (02) and SpO2 were higher(P ＜0.05).Forced expiratory volume at 1 second(FEV1) and forced vital capacity(FVC) were significantly improved in the study group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The incidence of complications related to ventilator was 4.44％ in the study group,which was lower than 22.22％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The duration of ventilation and hospital stay were lower in the study group than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures in patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure and mechanical ventilation can effectively guarantee the therapeutic effect and safety,speed up the recovery rate and is suitable for clinical promotion.

ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the effect of the continuous nursing on treatment of patients with chronic heart failure after discharge.Methods A total of 80 chronic heart failure pa-tients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was only given discharge guidance,while the observation group was given continuous nursing after discharge on the basis of the control group.Mental state,life quality and prognosis after discharge were com-pared between two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores at 3 months after discharge in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the 6 minutes walking distance was longer than that in the control group (P <0.05).Symptoms,physical limitations,social restric-tions and emotional scores at 3 months after discharge in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing can improve the psycho-logical status,prognosis and the life quality of patients with chronic heart failure.
