As a new type of production factor that can empower the development of new quality productivity, the data element is an important engine to promote the high quality development of the industry. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) dispensing is the most basic work of TCM clinical pharmacy, and its quality directly affects the clinical efficacy of TCM. The integration of data elements and TCM dispensing can stimulate the innovation and vitality of the TCM dispensing industry and promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the industry. A large-scale, detailed, and systematic study on TCM dispensing was conducted. The innovative practice path of data fusion construction in the whole process of TCM dispensing was investigated by integrating the digital resources "nine full activities" of TCM dispensing, creating the digital dictionary of "TCM clinical information data elements", and exploring innovative applications of TCM dispensing driven by data and technology, so as to promote the standardized, digital, and intelligent development of TCM dispensing in medical health services. The research content of this project was successfully selected as the second batch of "Data element×" typical cases of National Data Administration in 2024, which is the only selected case in the field of TCM.

Background ¹³⁷Cs in atmospheric aerosol is the product of past nuclear weapon tests and nuclear accidents. When ¹³⁷Cs is released into the atmosphere, it will deposit in dry land and marine environment, causing pollution of soil surface, water, agricultural products, and animal byproducts, and affecting public health. Objective To identify the variation pattern of ¹³⁷Cs activity concentration in aerosol and its correlation with dust concentration in Beijing area from 2017 to 2020. Methods A total of 958 aerosol samples were collected from November 1, 2017 to June 30, 2020 in Beijing with a high volume air sampler at a sampling flow rate about 600 m³·h⁻¹ and a collection time for each sample about 24 h. The activity concentration of ¹³⁷Cs in the aerosol samples was determined with a low-background high-purity germanium γ spectrometer. The dust concentration was calculated using the difference in the mass of the aerosol filter before and after sampling. The detection rate of ¹³⁷Cs and dust concentration in different seasons were compared. Spearman rank correlation test was used to analyze the correlation between ¹³⁷Cs activity concentration and dust concentration. Results From 2017 to 2020, the ¹³⁷Cs activity concentrations of 33 from 958 aerosol samples in Beijing were above the minimum detectable activityconcentration, the overall detection rate of ¹³⁷Cs was 3.4%, and the activity concentration ranged from 1.86 to 45.53 μBq·m⁻³, with a median value of 4.85 μBq·m⁻³. The detection rate of ¹³⁷Cs was highest in spring, followed by autumn, and lowest in winter and summer (8.4%, 3.0%, 1.1%, and 0.5%, respectively). The dust concentration ranged from 0.03 to 1.55 mg·m⁻³, with an average value of 0.18 mg·m⁻³. There was a statistically significant difference in the dust concentrations in spring, summer, autumn, and winter (F=45.51, P<0.05), and the highest value was 0.24 mg·m⁻³ in spring (P<0.05). The ¹³⁷Cs activity concentration was positively correlated with the dust concentration (P<0.05). Conclusion The ¹³⁷Cs activity concentration in aerosol in Beijing from 2017 to 2020 fluctuates within the range of background level, and its activity concentration is highest in spring, followed autumn, and lowest in summer and winter.

Osteoporosis （OP） is one of the most common diseases in the aged population worldwide. Due to the rapid change in world population structure， the effective prevention and treatment of OP is increasingly becoming the health problem of global concern and also the hot spot of clinical research. OP can be affected by many factors such as heredity， endocrine dyscrasia， nutritional deficiency， and bad living habits. The breakdown of coupling of osteoclast-mediated bone resorption to osteoblast-mediated bone formation leads to stronger bone resorption than bone formation， which is currently recognized as the main pathogenesis of OP. The exploration of OP in modern medicine based on molecular immunology has revealed that related cytokines play an important role in the pathogenesis of OP，and regulating the osteoclast-mediated bone resorption and osteoblast-mediated bone formation is essential for controlling the occurrence and development of OP. Tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）， interleukin-1β （IL-1β）， and interleukin-6 （IL-6） are able to stimulate bone formation and inhibit osteoblast function， thus playing a key role in bone destruction. By contrast， such cytokines as vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）， transforming growth factor-β （TGF-β）， bone morphogenetic protein （BMP）， and osteoprotegerin （OPG） strengthen osteoblast differentiation and promote bone formation. At present， western medicine like calcitonin， estrogen， and bisphosphonate are mostly used for clinical treatment of OP， but a long-term use of these drugs will result in poor compliance and obvious gastrointestinal adverse reactions. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） occupies an important position in the treatment of OP due to its advantages of overall regulation， low price， and few side effects. In addition， with the deepening of research on network pharmacology and molecular biology， it has been found that TCM exerts the therapeutic effect against OP by interfering with the expression of various cytokines and adjusting bone homeostasis. This paper has elaborated the role of related cytokines in the pathogenesis of OP and reviewed the research results concerning the regulation of related cytokines by TCM， in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of OP with TCM.

Objective:To monitor and analyze the activity concentrations of 7Be and 210Pb in atmospheric aerosol in Beijing from 2017 to 2020. Methods:Totally 1 074 atmospheric aerosol samples were collected by high flow air sampler (SnowWhite) including 275 in spring, 266 in summer, 262 in autumn and 271 in winter and subjected to analysis by low background high-purity germanium gamma-ray spectrometery (ORTEC) to determine the activity concentrations of 7Be and 210Pb. Results:The activity concentrations of 7Be in atmospheric aerosol were from 0.56 to 14.84 mBq/m 3, with an avearage of 6.84 mBq/m 3, and from 0.01 to 9.37 mBq/m 3 for 210Pb, with an avearage 3.19 mBq/m 3. The differences in activity concentrations of 7Be and 210Pb in atmospheric aerosol among differernt seasons were statistically significant ( F=32.66, 93.93, P<0.05). Activity concentration of 7Be was highest in spring, followed by autumn, and lowest in summer and winter. Activity concentration of 210Pb ranged from winter, autumn, spring to summer in descending order. Conclusions:The activity concentrations of 7Be and 210Pb in atmospheric aerosol in Beijing from 2017 to 2020 fluctated within the range of normal level.

Objective To analyze the distribution status and agglomeration degree of radiological diagnosis and treatment resources in Beijing, and provide references for rationally coordinating the allocation of radiological diagnosis and treatment resources, formulating resource allocation policies, and promoting the stable development and efficient use of radiological diagnosis and treatment resources. Methods Based on the medical radiation protection monitoring data of Beijing medical and health institutions from 2019 to 2020, the current situation of radiological diagnosis and treatment resources is described by the number of radiological diagnosis and treatment resources, the average service volume, and the resource composition, and the distribution of radiological diagnosis and treatment resources in Beijing is evaluated with the aid of the agglomeration degree. Results The number of radiological diagnostic equipment, the number of service personnel, and the number of radiological workers engaged in third-level hospitals is the largest; for the number of service personnel for each type of single equipment, third-level hospitals account for a larger proportion, and radiotherapy and nuclear medicine services are concentrated in third-level hospitals. Human resource pressure and equipment service pressure are relatively high in third-level hospitals. First-level hospitals mainly undertake radiological diagnosis services. There is little difference in the amount of radiological diagnosis services per capita between second-level hospitals and third-level hospitals. Nuclear medicine and radiotherapy in third-level hospitals per capita service volume is significantly higher than that insecond-level hospitals. Radiological diagnosis and radiotherapy resources are concentrated in urban areas to a large extent. Conclusion There are obvious differences in the utilization of radiological diagnosis and treatment resources in different levels of hospitals. There is a significant concentration of radiological diagnosis and treatment resources in various districts. There is a certain degree of unbalanced distribution and inadequate utilization of radiological diagnosis and treatment resources in Beijing.

Objective To summary the pathological and clinical characteristics,treatments and prognosis of malignant renal perivascular epithelioid cell tumor (PEComa).Methods Between August 2013 and June 2017,8 cases of malignant renal PEComa were analysed respectively.Of all the patients,there were 4 males and 4 females,aged 27-65 years with the average of 46.3 years old.Three cases were detected in routine examination occasionally,three cases complained of intermittent back pain with fever,one presented with swollen and painful right hand and right foot,and one case presented with hematuria.CT or MRI examinations indicated the malignant lesions before the surgery.Clinical staging was performed with 2 cases of T1N0M0,1 case of T1 N0M1,2 cases of T2N0M0,1 case of T3M0M0,and 2 cases of T4N0M1.Three cases underwent radical nephrectomy,1 case underwent radical nephrectomy plus renal artery embolization,2 cases underwent partial nephrectomy,and 2 cases underwent nephrectomy plus inferior vena cava tumor thrombectomy.One case was treated with ifosfamide plus epirubicin after operation due to multiple distant metastases and 1 case was treated with oxaliplatin before the sugery because of excessive tumor diameter.None of the rest received any adjuvant therapy.Results Postoperative histopathological examination showed multiple nodules in reddish gray and yellow color,with soft texture and partial incomplete capsule.Microscopically,there were large atypical cell components,some of which were spindle shaped,with disordered cell arrangement,some of which were associated with a large amount of necrotic tissue,and abundant light eosinophil cytoplasm.Tissue components can be found thick-wall blood vessels,smooth muscle-like cells,and adipose tissue.Immunohistochemistry showed 4 cases were positive of HMB-45,4 of Melan-A,7 of SAM.Seven cases were negative of CK,6 of S-100 75％ (6/8) and Ki67 (10％-70％).Two cases died of multiple metastases (lung,bone,liver),1 case survived with tumor recurrence,with a follow-up from 14 to 60 months (mean 29 months).Conclusions Primary malignant renal PEComa is rare in practice with relative large diameter.The diagnosis depends on pathological findings,and radical nephrectomy is the first choice of treatment.It is easy to recur and metastasize after the operation.

The present problems were analyzed in the education in the gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine. And then the discusion was underwent as fellowes: the reasonable allocation of teaching hours, enriching teaching methods, setting up the concept of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine, developing the another class, paying attention on teacher training and student feedback. In this way, we want to explore the effective methods to improve the quality of education in the gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine.

To explore the effect of Mongolia Astragali Radix produced in Longxi of Gansu province in protecting cardiac and nephritic functions of patients of essential hypertension(EH) with metabolic syndrome(MetS). A total of two hundred and twenty-six EH patients with MetS aged above 18 were selected. Patients were randomly divided to control group(adopted conventional medical treatment), Astragali Radix group 1(added Astragali Radix capsules 10 g•d⁻¹ besides conventional medical treatment) and Astragali Radix group 2(added Astragali Radix capsules 5 g•d⁻¹ besides conventional medical treatment). Cardiac anatomy structure, cardiac systolic function and diastolic function were measured by M-mode echocardiography, two-dimensional echocardiography, Doppler echocardiographic determination and tissue Doppler imaging. The level of microalbuminuria(MAU) was evaluated by radioimmunoassay. In addition, the estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR) was calculated by modification of diet in renal disease (MDRD) formulas. The changes of relevant indicators for cardiac and nephritic functions before and after treatment were compared during the 12-month follow-up. The study protocol was registered at the website of Chinese clinical trial register and approved by the ethics committee of second hospital of Lanzhou university. Each patient was required to sign an informed consent. SPSS software was used for statistical analysis. According to the result, compare with before treatment, the three groups show no difference in efficacy of metablic indicators. Left ventricular end-systolic volume (ESV) and left ventricular end-systolic dimension (LVESd) of all patients were improved after treatment. However, there was no significant difference among the three groups. After the addition of Astragali Radix, the mitral flow velocity(Vp) of patients was improved to some extent(P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference among the three groups. Astragali Radix had a significant effect in reducing the MAU(P<0.05). Moreover, the MAU level of patients in Astragali Radix group 1 decreased more significantly than the other groups(P<0.05). Compared with conventional therapy, Astragali Radix combined with conventional therapy could improve cardiac structure, left ventricular systolic function, left ventricular diastolic function, and reduce the MAU to a certain extent in EH patients with MetS. Moreover, the effects of high-dose Astragali Radix are better than that of the low-dose Astragali Radix. However, the effect of Astragali Radix on EH patients with MetS shall be further observed to confirm its efficacy.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the effects of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with ginger moxibustion against gastrointestinal tract reactions (nausea, vomiting, and constipation) to chemotherapy in cancer patients.

METHODSA total of 60 patients with gynecological tumors treated by chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (30 cases) underwent wrist-ankle acupuncture and ginger moxibustion, whereas tropisetron hydrochloride and dexamethasone were intravenously administered to the control group (30 cases) during chemotherapy.

RESULTSThe frequency of nausea in the treatment group was significantly less than that of the control group from the 2nd to the 5th day of chemotherapy (P<0.01). The anti-emetic effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group on the 3rd day of therapy (P<0.05). The incidence rate of constipation was significantly lower in the treatment group than that in the control group (P<0.01). Furthermore, the cost of therapy for the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01). Only 1 patient manifested a post-acupuncture side effect in the form of subcutaneous blood stasis.

CONCLUSIONWrist-ankle acupuncture combined with ginger moxibustion could prevent gastrointestinal tract reactions to chemotherapy in cancer patients. In addition, the proposed method had fewer side effects, lower cost, and less risk.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the therapeutic effects of Jiedu granules, a Chinese medicine (CM) compound, plus cinobufacini injection, which was extracted from skin of Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor, to prevent the recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after surgical resection.

METHODSIn this case-control trial, a total of 120 patients who stayed in Changhai Hospital were enrolled from December 2001 to December 2006. Sixty patients were treated with Jiedu granules plus cinobufacini injection to prevent tumor recurrence after operation (CM group) and 60 patients were treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) after operation (TACE group). Progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) rates were determined to evaluate the therapeutic effects of post-operative management of patients with HCC.

RESULTSPFS in the CM group was 18.07 months [95% confidence interval (CI): 12.49-23.65] and the 1-, 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-year PFS rates were 61%, 39%, 26%, 22% and 12%, respectively. PFS in the TACE group was 8.03 months (95% CI: 6.63-9.44) and the 1-, 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-year PFS rates were 34%, 11%, 7%, 2% and 0%, respectively. There was significant difference in survival rate between the two groups (P<0.01). The mean survival time (MST) of patients in the CM group was 49.53 months versus 39.90 months of the TACE group. The 1-, 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-year survival rates were 90%, 82%, 80%, 70% and 63%, respectively, in the CM group, and 79%, 70%, 60%, 60% and 36%, respectively, in the TACE group. There was significant difference in survival time between the two groups (P=0.045).

CONCLUSIONSJiedu granules plus cinobufacini injection, a combination that is commonly used for post-operation management of HCC, can postpone tumor recurrence and metastasis, prolong the survival time and increase the survival rate of post-surgical patients with HCC. However, these findings need to be confirmed in a prospective, randomized controlled trial.
