Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic anatomical right posterior sector combined with anterior-dorsal segment resection for hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods:The retrospective and descriptive study was conducted. The clinicopathological data of 15 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma who underwent laparoscopic anatomical right posterior sector combined with anterior-dorsal segment resection in the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from September 2020 to August 2021 were collected. There were 9 males and 6 females, aged 66(range, 35?77)years. Observation indicators: (1) surgical situations; (2) postoperative situations; (3) follow-up. Follow-up was conducted using outpatient examination and telephone interview to detect tumor recurrence and survival of patients in the postoperative 90 days. Measurement data with normal distribution were represented as Mean± SD, and measurement data with skewed distribution were represented as M(range). Count data were described as absolute numbers. Results:(1) Surgical situations. All the 15 patients underwent laparoscopic anatomical right posterior sector combined with anterior-dorsal segment resection successfully, without blood transfusion and conversion to laparotomy during the operation. The operation time, volume of intraoperative blood loss and occlusion time of first porta hepatis of the 15 patients were (155±17)minutes, (254±66)mL and (51±7)minutes, respectively. (2) Postoperative situations. The duration of postoperative hospital stay of the 15 patients was (7.4±2.1)days. Results of postoperative histopathological examination showed hepatocellular carcinoma and R 0 margins in all the 15 patients with a minimum distance from margin to tumor of (1.5±0.8)cm. There was none of the 15 patients transferred to intensive care unit, perioperative death or rehospitalization within 30 days after surgery. Of the 15 patients, 2 cases had postoperative complications, including 1 case with biliary fistula (grade Ⅰ of Clavien-Dindo classification) and 1 case with ascites (grade Ⅱ of Clavien-Dindo classification). Patients with complications were improved after washing and drainage, abdominal puncture and drainage. (3) Follow-up. All the 15 patients were followed up for the postoperative 90 days and none of them had tumor recurrence or death within postoperative 90 days. Conclusion:The laparoscopic anatomical right posterior sector and anterior-dorsal segment resec-tion for hepatocellular carcinoma is safe and feasible.

Objective To compare the clinical effect of minimal invasive drilling cranium from frontal part and craniotomy from temporal in the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia. Methods From August 2011 to August 2017,126 cases with cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia in the People's Hospital of Meishan were divided into observation group and control group, with 63 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by minimal invasive drilling cranium, and the control group was treated by craniotomy. The clinical treatment effect, operation indicators (operation time, amount of intraoperative bleeding, operation cost, discharge time) and nervous function recovery were analyzed. Results The operation time, amount of intraoperative bleeding, operation cost, discharge time of observation group were (31.6 ± 10.3) min,(20.9 ±5.8)mL,(2.1 ± 1.0) thousand CNY,(15.3 ± 0.9) d,respectively, which were better than those of the control group [(214.2 ± 46.8) min,(94.1 ± 56.2) mL,(15.0 ±4.8) thousand CNY,(21.4 ±0.4)d] (t =13.56,11.94,19.65,8.39,all P <0.05).The effective rate and the nerve function score between the two groups had no statistically significant differences (all P > 0.05).Conclusion The minimal invasive drilling cranium from frontal part has advantages of small surgical trauma, short operation time, less bleeding in the operation, low death rate, less cost of operation, short hospitalization time and good drainage effect, and thus it is worthy of clinical application.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tongue-shaped flap cut into the triceps and triceps both sides of the road approach road into the way of two surgical treatments of supracondylar fractures in children. Methods 90 patients with pediatric supracondylar fractures were chosen.50 cases of tongue-shaped flap to triceps road cut into were set as A group,40 patients taking brachial three muscles on both sides of the first approach were set as the B group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operative time, blood loss, cast immobilization time in B group was superior to group A ( P < 0.05 ),there was statistically different. The pain score improvement in group B was significantly better than group A before and after treatment(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant. After treatment,A group of patients with excellent results was in 22 cases, good in 24 cases, the fine rate was 92%.B group with excellent results was in 23 cases, good was in 16 cases, the good rate was 97.5%.The superior quality of the treatment effect in B group was better than A group( P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The operative time, blood loss, time cast immobilization, pain improvement, the treatment effects for triceps both sides of the approach for the treatment of supracondylar fractures in children are better than the triceps tongue-shaped flap cut into the road, and there is high clinical value.

In nonlinear systems, noise can improve the responses of the systems with appropriate noise intensity. This phenomenon is called stochastic resonance. Biological neural systems are noisy and stochastic resonance has been found in them experimentally and theoretically. Now many researches focus on the signal transmission and processing in neural models. So this paper introduces the researches of stochastic resonance in noisy neural models. Then the recent research achievement and progress are reviewed in the following three aspects: noise; the development of stochastic resonance; and neural network. At last, the foreground of the study is discussed.

We have investigated the effects of high frequency (HF) signal on firing activity in a biologically realistic system--the noisy Hodgkin-Huxley (HH) neuron model via numerical simulations. The results show that when the HF amplitude to frequency ratio (AFR) increases, the firing rate is diminished and stochastic resonance disappears, even the HH neuron model is processing a stimulus of its most sensitive frequency. When the noise intensity is strong, the vibration resonance can be observed. Moreover, the fluctuation around the resting potential will be replaced by an oscillation of the same high frequency with the increasing AFR. The inhibition of the firing activity is consistent with the results of experiment in vivo that HF current can stop the transmission of action potential in peripheral nerve. This study is of functional significance to the biomedical research on the damages caused by electro-pollution in vivo and signal processing.
