Objective To construct an intelligent postoperative rehabilitation management platform and evaluate its effect in patients with head and neck cancer.Methods The postoperative intelligent rehabilitation management platform of head and neck cancer patients was divided into 5 layers from bottom to top,including the underlying environment,platform support,core database,analysis algorithm and application platform.Through the construction of head and neck tumor postoperative complications knowledge base and risk prediction model and wearable device auxiliary precision prediction risk,the head and neck cancer patients with postoperative intelligent rehabilitation management was realized.A historical controlled study was conducted and 90 participants with head and neck cancer were selected who underwent the surgical treatment in a hospital in Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province.The experimental group(45 participants admitted from February to July)received the intervention by the intelligent rehabilitation management platform,while the control group(45 patients from August to December)received the routine rehabilitation management.The outcome measures including NRS scores at 12 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h after surgery,incidence of postoperative complications,postoperative length of hospital stay,and patient satisfaction were compared between the 2 groups.Results The scores of incidences of complications,postoperative hospital stay,and NRS scores at 12 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h after surgery in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),while the scores of patient satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The intelligent postoperative rehabilitation management platform can achieve accurate prediction of postoperative complications,reduce postoperative complications of head and neck tumors,timely intervene to relieve patients'pain and discomfort,shorten hospital stays,improve nursing work efficiency and improve patient satisfaction.

Objective To investigate the value of hypocalcemia in early diagnosis of sepsis-induced coagulopathy(SIC).Methods Clinical data of 76 patients with sepsis in Department of Critical Care Medicine,the Affiliated Suzhou Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from April 2023 to April 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,patients were divided into SIC group(n=36)and non-SIC group(n=40),including age,sex,site of infection,underlying disease,sepsis-related organ failure assessment(SOFA)were collected.Arterial blood gas analysis,venous blood biochemistry,fibrinogen,inflammatory indicators procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),length of stay in Department of Critical Care Medicine,and mechanical ventilation time.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve were used to evaluate the predictive value of serum calcium level in SIC.Results The age of patients in SIC group was significantly higher than that of non-SIC group(P＜0.05).The level of ionic calcium in SIC group was significantly lower than that in non-SIC group(P＜0.05).Inflammatory indicators PCT and CRP in SIC group were significantly higher than those in non-SIC group(P＜0.01).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that hypocalcemia was an independent risk factor for SIC(OR=3.431,95％CI:1.032-11.409).The area under ROC curve of the correlation between ionic calcium and SIC was 0.665(95％CI:0.543-0.788),and the best cut-off value was 1.03mmol/L.Conclusion Hypocalcemia is an independent risk factor for SIC.Active correction of early hypocalcemia is helpful to improve the clinical prognosis with SIC.

Retinopathy caused by myopia is the first cause of irreversible blinding eye disease in China.The TCM methods to prevent and control myopia mainly include Chinese materia medica and TCM appropriate techniques,which have the advantages of good efficacy,simple operation,and few adverse reactions.This paper believed that internal and external pathogenic factors act on the brain and eyes,breaking their homeostasis,leading to rhythmic disorders,and imbalance of essence,qi and blood is the main pathogenesis of myopia.Based on the idea of"nature and human in the same rhythm"and"the same treatment for common diseases",targeting the above pathogenesis,the method of"brain-eye synchronization"was proposed to restore the homeostasis of the brain and eyes to prevent and control myopia in children and adolescents,and the treatment rules were to regulate the rhythms of the time,harmonize the qi and blood,nourish the blood to soften the tendons,and replenish the essence and blood,so as to achieve the effect of brain-eye synchronization and the treatment of the spirit and the body together.This article summarized the theoretical basis of"brain-eye synchronization"and its clinical application in traditional Chinese and Western medicine,with a view to providing new ideas for the prevention and control of myopia in children and adolescents.

This paper explores the therapeutic approach for glaucoma based on the concept of "jueyin （厥阴） as the closing phase" from the perspectives of time and space. In traditional Chinese medicine， jueyin governs inward， converging aspect of qi， representing the crucial turning point between the end of yin and the emergence of yang， as well as the transformation between yin and yang. When the closing and descending function of jueyin operates smoothly， it promotes the inward convergence and smooth descent of qi， enabling the internal retention of blood， spirit， and emotions， which nourishes the internal organs and moistens the meridian-sinews. Conversely， dysfunction of this "closing" mechanism results in a disturbance of yin and yang， a mixture of cold and heat， and disharmony of qi and blood. It is proposed that "failure of jueyin to properly close and descend" is a core pathomechanism of glaucoma. From the perspective of spatiotemporal theory， clinical treatment should focus on "regulating the closing function of jueyin and harmonizing yin and yang". The modified Wumei Pill （乌梅丸） is recommended to adjust the ascending-descending and entering-exiting dynamics of jueyin qi transformation， thereby restoring its free flow， achieving yin and yang balance， and ensuring nourishment to the ocular system.

The search period covered all publications up to May 1, 2024.Results:A total of 14 articles were included, comprising two clinical decisions, two guidelines, two systematic reviews, five expert consensuses, two randomized controlled trials, and one prospective cohort study.A total of 28 pieces of evidence were summarized from six aspects: establishing multidisciplinary collaboration, standardized assessment, prehabilitation training, donor site management strategies, recipient site management strategies, and risk identification and management.Conclusions:This study provides a comprehensive summary of evidence regarding donor and recipient site flap management in patients with head and neck cancer undergoing free flap reconstruction, offering an evidence-based foundation for guiding clinical nursing practice.
