Objective To observe hierarchical differences in brain functional networks in unilateral mesial temporal lobe epilepsy(mTLE)patients with different outcomes after surgery. Methods A total of 69 unilateral mTLE patients who underwent resection of epileptogenic lesion on the affected side were retrospectively enrolled.Based on Engel classification 1 year after surgery, the patients were divided into seizure free(SF)group and non-seizure free(NSF)group.Functional connectivity gradient analysis was employed to extract principal gradient explaining the highest variance on preoperative resting-state functional MRI(rs-fMRI),then the whole-brain gradient characteristics and principal gradient values within specific functional networks were compared between groups. Results Principal gradient connected default mode network(DMN)with sensorimotor network(SMN)along a continuous axis.Compared to SF group,NSF group showed a contracted gradient range at both ends(DMN and SMN)of the functional network and weakened hierarchical differentiation, and principal gradient value of DMN was higher, while that of SMN was lower than those in SF group(both P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical differences in brain functional networks in unilateral mTLE patients with different outcomes after surgery mainly present as enhanced DMN and weakened SMN in NSF ones, and the latter two might serve as important neuroimaging markers for evaluating postoperative seizure recurrence.

Objective:
To investigate risk perception, emergency preparedness and emergency literacy among medical students under COVID-19 epidemic.
Methods:
An online survey was conducted by using the self designed COVID-19 questionnaire on risk perception, emergency preparedness and emergency literacy from March 27 to March 30, 2020. The convenience sampling method was used to investigate 4 864 medical students from 2 colleges and technical secondary schools in Sichuan Province.
Results:
The scores of risk perception, emergency preparedness and emergency literacy associated with COVID-19 were(35.18±4.33)(28.30±4.16) and(25.23±2.97) respectively. Risk perception of medical students was positively correlated with emergency preparedness and emergency literacy(r=0.35, 0.40), emergency preparedness was positively correlated with emergency literacy(r=0.51)(P<0.05).
Conclusion
Considering interrelationships among risk perception, emergency preparedness and emergency literacy associated with COVID-19, medical students should be given targeted prevention and control training.

Objective To investigate the effect of super-selective intracoronary administration on acute myocardial in farction patients. Methods A total of 240 patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction who received emergency percutaneous coronary intervention in our department from March 2012 to January 2014 were selected and divided into the intravenous drug administration group (n=77),the conventional intracoronary drug administration group (n=81) and the super-selective intracoronary drug administration group (n=82).Parameters,including the Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction (TIMI) classification,ST segment resolution after operation, peak values of creatine kinase MB (CK-MB) and troponin-I (cTn-I),left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD),major adverse cardiovascular events and bleeding events, were compared between the groups. Results There were no significant differences in TIMI flow grade between the three groups (x2 =0.14,P=0.529).The percentage of patients with complete ST segment resolution after operation was higher in the super-selective intracoronary drug administration group than in the intravenous drug administration and conventional intracoronary drug administration groups (74.4% vs.62.3%,61.7%,x2 =8.24,P<0.05).Peak values of CK-MB and cTn-I were lower in the super-selective intracoronary drug administration group than in the other groups (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in left ventricular ejection fraction and LVEDD between the three groups after operation, but left ventricular ejection fraction and the incidence of angina pectoris significantly improved in the super-selective intracoronary drug administration group than in the other groups after a three month follow-up (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in target lesion revascularization, nonfatal myocardial infarction and druginduced thrombocytopenia between the three groups (P > 0.05).Conclusions Super-selective intracoronary drug administration can significantly enhance cardiac function and alleviate angina pectoris in patients with acute myocardial infarction, and should be a recommended method.
