Objective:To understand the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in HIV-infected pregnant women and influencing factors in China and provide reference for the improvement of the health status of HIV-infected pregnant women and their newborns.Methods:Based on a mother-child cohort of HIV-infected pregnant women and children (PMTCT-MC-2005) established in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Yunnan Province and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, this study enrolled pregnant women with or without HIV infection as study subjects from January 2017 to June 2023, a total of 1 646 pregnant women (558 HIV-infected and 1 088 HIV-uninfected) were included, and 34 cases with missing data were excluded. The χ2 test was used to analyze the difference in the incidence adverse pregnancy outcome between two groups, and used logistic regression model to identify the influencing factors of adverse pregnancy outcome in HIV-infected pregnant women. Results:A total of 1 612 pregnant women were included in the study, in whom 541 were infected with HIV and 1 071 were not infected with HIV. The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was 18.8% (303/1 612), the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was 33.1% (179/541) in the HIV-infected pregnant women and 11.6% (124/1 071) in the pregnant women without HIV infection. The results of multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of adverse pregnancy outcome were age <35 years at delivery (a OR=0.64, 95% CI: 0.43-0.95) compared with the age ≥35 years and the duration of antiviral treatment over 10 years (a OR=0.43, 95% CI: 0.23-0.79) compared with less than one year. Conclusions:The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in HIV-infected pregnant women was high in some regions of China during 2017-2023. It is necessary for HIV-infected women to get pregnancy at appropriate time based on antiretroviral treatment effect and strengthen self-care to reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome.

Objective:To explore the balance performance of young adults under the interference of different cognitive tasks,and the moderating effect of long-term physical exercise. Method:The static and dynamic balance of healthy young people with physical exercise habit and without physical exercise habit were tested under the interference of different cognitive tasks.One-way repeated mea-sures ANOVA was performed with the group variable(Group)as the between-subjects factor and the results of multiple balance tests(Task)as the within-subjects variable. Result:Long term physical exercise had a positive moderating effect on the static balance during calculation,singing,and writing interference,the static mediolateral symmetrical balance during writing interference,the static anteroposterior symmetrical balance during singing interference,and the dynamic balance during comput-ing interference(P＜0.05).The dual-task cost of young people was significantly reduced when they are dis-turbed by the corresponding cognitive tasks(P＜0.05).However,it had a negative regulatory effect on the stat-ic mediolateral balance of calculation interference,the static anteroposterior balance of reading interference,and the dynamic mediolateral balance of calculation and singing interference(P＜0.05). Conclusion:Long term physical exercise has a significant moderating effect on young people's dynamic and static balance performance when different cognitive tasks are disturbed.

Objective:To analyze the application of sensory stimulation based on the whole process accompanying of relatives in regain of consciousness in coma patients after aneurysm embolization.Methods:Comatose patients after aneurysm embolization in Department of Cerebrovascular Disease, Suining Central Hospital of Sichuan Province were selected as the research objects. 59 patients from June to December in 2019 were included in the control group and received routine sensory stimulation. 60 patients from January to August 2020 were included in the study group, and the sensory stimulation based on the whole process accompanying of relatives was implemented. Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) , Chinese version of Coma Recovery Scale-Revised (CRS-R) and Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) were applied to compare the coma status, recovery status and cognitive function of the two groups before and after the intervention. The complications of the two groups were compared as well.Results:After 3 months of intervention, the scores of GCS, CRS-R and MMSE of the study group were all higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences ( P<0.05) . Within 3 months after operation, the total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Sensory stimulation based on the whole process accompanying of relatives is helpful to reduce the degree of coma, promote the recovery of patients, and reduce the incidence of complications.

Objective: To investigate risk perception, emergency preparedness and emergency literacy among medical students under COVID-19 epidemic. Methods: An online survey was conducted by using the self designed COVID-19 questionnaire on risk perception, emergency preparedness and emergency literacy from March 27 to March 30, 2020. The convenience sampling method was used to investigate 4 864 medical students from 2 colleges and technical secondary schools in Sichuan Province. Results: The scores of risk perception, emergency preparedness and emergency literacy associated with COVID-19 were(35.18±4.33)(28.30±4.16) and(25.23±2.97) respectively. Risk perception of medical students was positively correlated with emergency preparedness and emergency literacy(r=0.35, 0.40), emergency preparedness was positively correlated with emergency literacy(r=0.51)(P<0.05). Conclusion Considering interrelationships among risk perception, emergency preparedness and emergency literacy associated with COVID-19, medical students should be given targeted prevention and control training.

Objective? To investigate the status of time management disposition and explore the relationship between time management disposition and social support of pediatric nurses in three ClassⅢchildren's hospitals in Jiangsu Province. Methods? The nurses from three ClassⅢ children's hospitals in Jiangsu Province were recruited as the research subjects from September to November 2017 by cluster sampling method. A General Situation Questionnaire, the Time Management Disposition Scale and the Social Support Rating Scale were applied in the investigation. A total of 700 questionnaires were distributed and 570 questionnaires were effectively recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 81.43%. Results? The score of time management disposition of the 570 pediatric nurses in Class Ⅲ children's hospital was (14.09±1.89), and the score of social support was (33.73±9.66). The time management disposition was positively correlated with social support (P＜0.05). Conclusions? Social support of pediatric nurses affects their time management tendency. Nursing managers should pay attention on creating a good social support system for pediatric nurses to improve their time management efficiency and help nurses put themselves into work in a positive state, so as to improve the quality of nursing.

Objective · To investigate the role of interleukin-10 (IL-10) in regulating ocular neovascularization (NV). Methods · Expression of IL-10 was investigated in mice with oxygen-induced retinopathy (OIR) and transgenic mice with VEGF expression in photoreceptors by immunofluorescence,RT-PCR, and Western blotting. Mice deficient in IL-10 were used to test the effect of IL-10 in retinal, sub-retinal, and choroidal NV. Results · In OIR mice and transgenic mice with VEGF expression in photoreceptors, the staining intensity and mRNA expression of IL-10 were increased. Mice deficient in IL-10 showed a significant reduction in ischemia-induced retinal NV, and choroidal NV at rupture sites in Bruch's membrane. Mice lacking IL-10 showed reduced levels of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and suppression of ischemia-induced expression of VEGF and VEGF receptor 1. Macrophage was regulated and reduced in ischemic retina of mice with IL-10 deficiency. Conclusion · IL-10 stimulates ocular NV through modulation of HIF-1α and its target genes VEGF and VEGF receptor 1. IL-10 promotes ocular NV via macrophage response to retina ischemia.

Objective To study the relationship between cancer-related fatigue (CRF) and clinicopathological features and quality of life in patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods The clinical and pathological data of 182 patients with advanced gastric cancer were collected, The CRF level and quality of life were assessed by the brief fatigue inventory (BFI), European Organization for Research on Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) life quality scale QLQ-C30 (V3.0). The correlations between CRF and clinicopathological features and quality of life were analyzed. Results One hundred twenty-two patients with advanced gastric cancer were associated with different degrees of fatigue. The CEF BFI score had correlation with the age(F=6.637,P=0.001),PS score(F=15.559,P=0.000),the World Health Organization(WHO) pathologic type (F=7.352, P=0.000). The CRF index of the 50-59 age group was higher than that of other age groups; the CRF BFI scores of PS score 1 and 2 were higher than that of 0 group; CRF BFI score of gastric signet ring cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that of gastric squamous cell carcinoma. The Pearson correlation analysis showed that the CRF BFI score was positively correlated with mood (r=0.423, P=0.008). There were significant differences in body function and mood (F=-16.254, F=-13.256, both P<0.05)and fatigue,pain and loss of appetite among 3 CRF groups(F=12.075,F=14.361,F=13.837, all P<0.05). There was a significant difference in the mean CRF BFI score between the three groups before and after chemotherapy(tSD=6.981,tPR=6.903,tPD=7.437,all P<0.05). Compared with pre-chemotherapy, the mean CRF BFI score of SD and PR group decreased after 3 months follow-up, score of PD group increased, the differences were statistically significant(t=2.371,t=6.912,t=18.237,all P<0.05).Conclusions The incidence of CRF in patients with advanced gastric cancer is very high,the degree of CRF has correlation with age, PS score and pathological type. Relieve symptoms such as fatigue, pain and loss of appetite and control adverse reactions could help to reduce the degree of CRF.

Objective To implement pediatric nurses' ability level system based on the construction of pediatric nurses' ability level model and competency index databases and set up nurses' core competency requirements and advanced conditions so as to provide evidences for pediatric nurses′ ability level management. Methods Nurses' core competency requirements and advanced conditions were set up. N1 and N2 certificated of nurses' ability level were implemented in the whole hospital. Satisfaction of nurses and family members of children before and after the implementation were compared.Results A total of 354 nurses applied for N1 and N2 ability level in the whole hospital. A number of 289 out of 354 applications passed the audit and 237 out of 289 applications have been certificated. For N1 level,148 out of 180 (82.22%) applications were certificated. For N2 level, 90 out of 174 applications (51.72%) were certificated. Satisfaction rates of nurses increased from (83.88±11.886) to (89.84±10.740) after the implementation, with a statistically significant difference (t=-5.180,P＜0.01). Satisfaction rates of family members developed from 84.27% to 93.01% after the implementation. The difference was statistically significant (χ2=9.766,P＜0.05).Conclusions The implementation of nurses' ability level system improves nurses' work enthusiasm and increases nurses' work satisfaction and family members' satisfaction.

Objective The study is to determine the correlation between the trait anxiety and social support status in pediatric nurses and provide the theoretical basis for psychological intervention in future. Methods A total of 571 pediatrics nurses in a class Ⅲ grade A hospital of Jiangsu from September 2015 to November 2015 were included using convenience sampling. Trait anxiety inventory and the social support scale were used in the questionnaire.Results Average trait anxiety score was (44.56±9.20) and the detection rate was 31.70%. Levels of trait anxiety among different ages, genders, educations, positions and duties were significantly different (t=2.752,-1.909,4.854,3.212,2.018;P＜0.05). Average social support score was (38.11±6.98) with a middle level. Moreover, the trait anxiety was negatively correlated to subjective support, objective support and rate of support utilization (r=-0.262,-0.210,-0.290;P＜0.05).Conclusions Age, gender, education, position and duties are the factors that affect the trait anxiety and the social support of pediatric nurses. Moreover, higher degree in the social support is related to lower trait anxiety level.
