ObjectiveTo evaluate the predictive value of epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) parameters for microvascular obstruction (MVO) formation in patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) using cardiac magnetic resonance quantification. MethodsA total of 139 STEMI patients were included in this study, and various parameters such as EAT thickness, volume, and mass index were measured utilizing cardiac magnetic resonance. All included patients were divided into MVO group and non-MVO group according to whether MVO occurred. Differences in EAT related parameters between two groups were compared and correlation analysis was applied to evaluate the correlation between quantitative indicators of EAT and indicators such as infarct size and ejection fraction. Logistic regression analysis was used to identify the relevant risk factors for MVO formation. Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was performed to assess the predictive value of the epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) quality index and other indicators for the occurrence of MVO. ResultsCompared with non MVO group, patients in MVO group presented with higher peak troponin T levels, increase of neutrophil lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and C-reactive protein (CRP), larger infarct size and compromised left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) (P<0.05). Total EAT volume, EAT mass index, left atrioventricular EAT volume, left atrioventricular EAT mass index and thickness of EAT in the left atrioventricular groove were significantly higher in patients with MVO. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that NLR, peak troponin T levels and left atrioventricular EAT mass index were independent predictors of MVO. The ROC curve suggested that the left atrioventricular EAT mass index had the highest predictive power for MVO formation in STEMI patients. ConclusionThe parameters of EAT quantified by cardiac magnetic resonance serve as imaging biomarkers for predicting MVO formation in STEMI patients. These metrics enable risk stratification post-myocardial infarction and facilitate early identification of high-risk individuals, thereby supporting personalized therapeutic decision-making.

Objective To investigate the expression and its clinical significance of bronchial asthma treat-ment in different periods of peripheral blood lymphocyte CD +19 CD +23 .Methods Peripheral blood CD +19 CD +23 expres-sion and IgE levels in serum of 28 cases of children with bronchial asthma and 28 healthy children was detected by electrochemical detection and flow cytometry assay method, the detection results were analyzed. Results The results of serum CD +19 CD +23 in children with asthma, the level of total IgE were (32.51 ±5.08)%,(995.22 ±576.33)IU /L respectively, which were higher than those of the control group(21.29 ±8.68)%,(100.85 ±36.43)IU /L,there were significant differences between the two groups(t =5.846,8.334,all P <0.01);treatment after 1 months,3 months, 6 months CD +19 CD +23 expression rates were (29.37 ±4.82)%,(26.20 ±4.58)%,(23.69 ±4.54)%,total IgE lev-els were (745.41 ±452.89),IU /L(553.23 ±345.26),IU /L(405.87 ±267.96)IU /L,before and after treatment were decreased, the differences were statistically significant(CD +19 CD +23 :F =3.367,IgE:F =26.740,P <0.01 ). Conclusion Peripheral blood lymphocyte CD +19 CD +23 and IgE can reflect the condition of the asthma children, but compared to IgE,CD +19 CD +23 can better reflect the activation of eosinophils and airway inflammation, serum CD +19 CD +23 levels can be used as a diagnosis of asthma, disease status and guide the indicator to determine the treatment of inflammation.

Objective To investigate the activity of platelet in patients with high level of low density lipoproteins (LDL) and the effect of LDL on platelet glycoproteins (GP).Methods Platelet glycoproteins, whose platelet were activated or unactivated, were measured by flow cytometry. Results The amount of the platelet membrane GPⅡb/Ⅲa in patients was not significantly different from that of the control when platelet was unactivated (P>0.05); when platelet was activated by adenosine diphosphate (ADP), the amount of patients' platelet GPⅡb/Ⅲa was increased markedly in comparison with that in the control (P<0.01). Having been preincubated with LDL, the platelets were activated by ADP and the amounts of GPⅡb/Ⅲa of patients group and the control were all increased obviously as compared with those in the platelets which were not incubated with LDL (P<0.01; P<0.01). There was no significant difference of the amount of granule membrane protein-140 (GMP-140) between patients and the control when platelet was activated by thrombin (P>0.05). Having been preincubated with LDL, platelet was activated by thrombin, the amounts of GMP-140 on patients' and control platelet were all increased markedly (P<0.01, P<0.01).Conclusion The activity of platelet in patients with high level of LDL is increased significantly. LDL can increase the expression of platelet glycoproteins.
