This article discusses the key pathogenesis of atherosclerosis （AS） based on the physiological characteristics and pathological changes of lipids and introduces the therapeutic effect of Zhuyuwan on AS， aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases from the spleen. As essential substances， lipids have the same essence but different forms. They circulate throughout the body with body fluids under the action of Yang Qi to nourish the nutrient Qi and support the defensive Qi. Lipid metabolism disorder often leads to the obstruction of Qi movement， the accumulation of dampness and turbidity， and the generation of phlegm and blood stasis. It has been proven that the formation of vulnerable plaques in AS is attributed to the interaction of three pathogenic factors： deficiency of healthy Qi， phlegm-turbidity， and collateral stasis. Their pathological essence is closely related to abnormal lipid metabolism. As lipids constitute the thick and dense components of body fluids， their impaired dispersion may lead to phlegm-turbidity and blood stasis， the pathological process of which is predominantly ascribed to the dysfunction of the spleen in distributing essence. Therefore， AS is rooted in spleen-stomach disorder， manifests as plaques formed by pathological product accumulation in vessels， with lipid transport disorder as its core pathogenesis. Specifically speaking， the dysfunction of spleen in transportation with accumulation of dampness-turbidity marks the initial stage， and blood turbidity and coagulation and phlegm-nodules accumulating in vessels represent the intermediate phase. Cold accumulation and stagnated heat transforming into toxins represent the terminal stage. Zhuyuwan， first recorded in Taiping Holy Prescriptions for Universal Relief， contains equal proportions of Coptidis Rhizoma and Evodiae Fructus. Coptidis Rhizoma， bitter and cold， exerts descending and purging actions to assist stomach Qi in lowering turbidity. Evodiae Fructus， pungent-bitter and hot， disperses obstruction and promotes free flow to support spleen Qi in ascending the clear. The compatibility of Coptidis Rhizoma and Evodiae Fructus ascends the clear and descends the turbid to harmonize Yin and Yang， assisting the spleen in distributing essence and resolving lipid accumulation to reduce lipid levels. In terms of the therapeutic mechanism， Zhuyuwan modulates lipid metabolism by correcting immune-inflammation network imbalance， improving gut microbiota composition and metabolism， and enhancing reverse cholesterol transport. By analyzing the pathological characteristics of lipid transport disorder in AS， this study delves into the intrinsic connections between cardiovascular disease and lipid transport disorder， giving novel insights into the prevention and treatment of AS.

Objective To study the medication law of Professor Wang Zhongyi in the treatment of tic disorder(TD)based on data mining technology.Methods From January 1,2022 to December 31,2023,the cases treated for TD in Professor Wang Zhongyi's outpatient clinic,which participated in the real-world study were collected.A comprehensive database has been established,screening information related to effective case diagnosis and treatment.Utilizing Excel 2021,R 4.4.2,Origin 2024 and Cytoscape 3.9.1,this study conducted medication frequency analysis,property-flavor-meridian tropism analysis,efficacy analysis,association rule analysis,clustering analysis and co-occurrence network analysis to summarize medication law.Results Totally 640 effective prescriptions were included,involving 208 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The properties were mainly warm,cold,and neutral.The flavors were mainly pungent,bitter and sweet.The meridians were mainly liver meridians.The therapeutic categories were primarily composed of liver-calming and endogenous wind-stopping drugs,along with exterior-resolving prescriptions.Correlation analysis obtained 17 strongly correlated rules.Clustering analysis obtained 5 types of medicinal combinations.The therapeutic categories were primarily composed of liver-calming and endogenous wind-stopping drugs,along with exterior-resolving prescriptions.Conclusion According to the comprehensive statistical analysis,Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis,Gastrodiae Rhizoma,Haliotidos Concha,Paeoniae Radix alba,Bupleuri Radix,Puerariae Lobatue Radix and Scorpio are the core drugs used by Professor Wang Zhongyi to treat TD.Professor Wang Zhongyi believes that the core pathogenesis of TD is the internal movement of liver wind,and the treatment mainly focuses on calming the liver,calming the wind and stopping spasms,while also nourishing the heart,calming the mind,harmonizing blood and relieving qi.Based on different clinical symptoms of TD,modifications and adjustments are made to the core prescription to treat children with TD.

To study the chronic hepatotoxicity of Chinese medicine Zishen Yutai pill (ZYP) prepared from Polygonum multiflorum with the recommended dosage in normal Beagle dogs. Low, middle and high doses of ZYP (1.5, 3.0, 6.0 g·kg⁻¹; i.e. 3×, 6× and 12× equivalent doses) were given orally to dogs for 39 consecutive weeks. At the same time, the same volume of deionized water was used as the solvent control group, one time a day. The general condition of the animals was observed every day during the period of administration, and the blood was collected before and 13, 26, 39, 43 weeks after administration to detect the biomarkers related to the hepatotoxicity of the dog serum. 2/7, 3/7 and 2/7 animals were dissected after 13, 39, and 43 weeks of administration to observe the pathological changes of the animal organs, weigh the mass of main organs and conduct pathological examination of the liver. As compared to the solvent control group, 11 liver hepatotoxicity traditional biomarkers such as ALT, AST were found no ZYP-related changes at month 3, 6, 9 of the administration and month 1 in recovery period; There was no significant difference in liver viscera index and liver pathology. Therefore, no obvious hepatotoxicity was shown by ZYP administered up to 6.0 g·kg⁻¹ for 9 months in normal dogs at doses of 1.5, 3.0, and 6.0 g·kg⁻¹.

Objective: Based on the nature, location and size of parotid tumor, different incisions were chosen and method of selecting the best cosmetic incision for parotid gland tumor operation would be discussed. Methods: 33 cases of parotid benign tumor patients that received by Department of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery of First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University during 2015-2017 were included in this study. According to the size of the tumor location, different incisions, mainly pretragal vertical, pretragal crutch and rhytidectomy incision were selected. The facial nerve and the great auricular nerve were protected during the operation. In 1-month and 3-month follow-up, clinical examination of temporary facial paralysis, salivary fistula, especially the cosmetic outcome after the surgery were evaluated. Results: The satisfaction rate of parotid cosmetic incision was significantly higher than that of the traditional group, the incidence of transient facial paralysis, salivary fistula was not statistically significant compared with the traditional incision. Conclusions According to the location of parotid tumor, we should choose the proper cosmetic incision approach, which is better than the traditional surgical incision.

Objective To retrospect survey of elderly patients potentially inappropriate medication among in -patients.Methods With Beers standard of judgment (2012 Edition) as the basis of our hospital, 320 patients over 65 years old hospitalized patients with potential risk of drug evaluation were to determine the prevalence of potentially inappropriate medication.Results 320 cases of elderly hospitalized patients with an average age of 73.4 years old, the average drug 8, 43 cases (13.6%) of potential drug -related inappropriate medication, 28 cases (8.7%) of po-tential associated with the disease or condition is not appropriate medication .Conclusion Elderly hospitalized pa-tients potentially inappropriate medication is serious , and we should take various measures to prevent the irrational drug use.

Objective To draw up the learning strategy scale for vocational nursing students and discuss its characteristics. Methods Structure model of learning strategies was constructed by summarizing and analyzing current learning connotation and structure research, through the view of application combining with theory. Results The results showed that the learning strategy of the vocational nursing students included five factors: cognitive strategy, meta-cognitive strategy, emotions regulation strategy, resource management strategy and practical operation strategy. Conclusions The strategy scale is very reliable and valid and can be used to measure these learning strategies. Results also indicates that excellent students show much more profitable strategies than students of lower levels, no difference is found in different grades.

Objective To understand the current status of learning motivation of high vocational nursing students, In order to increase their learning effect and teach quality. Methods 334 high vocational nursing students were investigated with college students learning motivation questionnaire, the results underwent analysis. Results High vocational nursing students had low learning motivation, their learning motivation was diversified. Significant difference existed between top students and low students. Conclusions High vocational nursing students had weak learning motivation, and is not related with grades and source places. It had individual orientation and utility color, but low social property. Learning motivation is an important factors for academic achievement.

Objective To evaluate efficacy and safety of locally-produced pazufloxacin mesilate sodium chloride injection in the treatment of bacterial infections of respiratory and urinary tract.Methods A multi-center double-blind randomized controlled clinical trial was carried out to evaluate efficacy and safety of pazufloxacin mesilate sodium chloride in treatment for acute bacterial infection, as compared to those of levofloxacin hydrochloride and glucose injection as control treatment.A total of 244 patients with acute bacterial infection of respiratory and urinary tract were enrolled in the studies.120 in trial group and 120 in control group, with four withdrawals.Pazufloxacin mesilate and levofloxacin were administered intravenously by drip at a dose of 300 mg and 200 mg, every 12 hours for 7 to 14 days for trial and control groups, respectively.Resuits Overall efficacy of pazufloxacin mesilate was 77.0 percent and 93.5 percent in treatment for acute bacterial infections of respiratory and urinary tract.respectively, and that of levofloxacin was 80.6 percent and 89.6 percent, respectively.Overall bacterial clearance rate WaS 91.5 percent for pazufloxacin mesilate, 89.6 percent for respiratory tract infection and 94.1 percent for urinary tract infection, respectively.and 93.4 percent for levofloxacin, 97.3 percent for respiratory tract infection and 89.7 percent for urinary tract infection, respectively.No significant difference in adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05)was found, with 4.88 percent and 7.44 percent for trial and control groups, respectively.Conclusions Pazufloxacin mesilate sodium chloride injection produced locally is a safe and effective antibiotic in treatment for acute infections of respiratory and urinary tract.
