It is the decisive factor determining the embryo's developmental potential. Infertility caused by reproductive endocrine diseases targets the oocyte as the final target cell. Improving oocyte quality represents a key and difficult point in the field of modern reproductive medicine. The decline of oocyte quality is related to meiosis abnormalities， DNA damage， mitochondrial dysfunction， oxidative stress， and other mechanisms. For oocyte quality problems， there is no unified international guideline to recommend drugs. Because the drug intervention research on oocytes involves strict clinical ethical restrictions， the current relevant research only stays in the animal and in vitro experimental stage and has not yet been applied to the clinic. Traditional Chinese medicine compound formula has a multi-target and multi-pathway regulation mechanism and is widely used in clinics. More and more research began to pay attention to the potential mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine compound formulas in improving oocyte quality. Traditional Chinese medicine compound formula has the advantages of multi-target and multi-channel synergy as well as better safety， individualization， and conformity to clinical ethics in improving oocyte quality. This article systematically reviewed the research progress on traditional Chinese medicine compound formula interventions for oocyte quality， aiming to summarize existing findings and provide recommendations to improve oocyte quality and optimize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of female infertility within traditional Chinese medicine.

Primary liver cancer is one of the most common causes of cancer-related deaths in China,with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)accounting for 75%-85%.Approximately 70%of HCC patients are in the advanced stage at the time of diagnosis and miss the opportunity for radical surgery,leading to a poor prognosis.Yttrium-90 microsphere selective internal radiation therapy(90Y-SIRT),an emerging therapeutic modality,delivers radioactive microspheres via the hepatic artery to target tumors and uses beta radiation for localized tumor ablation.Compared to conventional transarterial chemoembolization and pharmacotherapy,90Y-SIRT shows the advan-tages of significant clinical benefits,good safety profiles,and broad applicability across diverse patient populations.This article re-views the advances in the application of 90Y-SIRT in HCC treatment.

Primary liver cancer is a malignant tumor with high incidence and mortality rates worldwide,and the early diagnosis of pri-mary liver cancer and the optimization of precise treatment strategies have become critical issues in the healthcare field.Due to the in-sufficient capabilities for molecular characterization,it is increasingly difficult for traditional imaging techniques to meet clinical needs in the era of precision medicine.Multimodal molecular imaging technology integrates the advantages of imaging modalities such as ul-trasound imaging,magnetic resonance imaging,and optical imaging,thereby achieving synergistic enhancement between molecular bio-logical information of liver cancer and precise anatomical localization and demonstrating a significant value in the diagnosis and treat-ment of liver cancer.This article reviews the advances in the application of multimodal molecular imaging in the early diagnosis,pre-cise treatment,and therapeutic efficacy monitoring of liver cancer.

Objective To explore the value of CT radiomics analysis in predicting the curative effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL)in ureteral calculus(UC)patients.Methods A total of 126 UC patients who underwent ESWL from January 2018 to December 2023 were selected,and randomly divided into training group and validation group at a ratio of 7∶3.Forty-five UC patients from January 2024 to September 2024 were selected as external validation group and divided into two groups according to whether the residual stones were less than 4 mm after operation.There were 81 cases in the successful lithotripsy group and 45 cases in the failed lithotripsy group.The 3D Slicer software was used to outline the stone layer by layer to obtain region of interest(ROI),and 851 radiomics features were extracted.After the observer consistency test,maximum relevance and minimum redundancy(mRMR)algorithm and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO),the radiomics features were selected,and the logistic regression model was established.The diagnostic efficiency of the model was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results The six optimal features were obtained from the radiomics features.The combined clinical-radiomics model showed the best prediction efficiency with area under the curve(AUC)of 0.908,0.906 and 0.908 in the training,validation and external validation groups respectively.Conclusion CT radiomics model can be used to predict the curative effect of UC patients after ESWL,and provide a basis for assisting UC patients in individualized treatment.

However， existing research on active ingredients of S. baicalensis for OP treatment is scattered， making it difficult for scholars to gain a systematic understanding of its research and application. This review summarized the literature on the active ingredients of S. baicalensis in OP treatment worldwide， clarified their mechanisms of action， and explored some issues， providing references for the integration of TCM in OP prevention and treatment.

To investigate the effect of capsaicin(CAP)on the replication of bovine viral diarrhea vi-rus(BVDV).Bovine nasal turbinate osteoblasts(BT)infected with BVDV served as the research model,and viral gene and protein levels were evaluated using RT-qPCR and Western blot.Moreo-ver,molecular docking,molecular dynamics simulation,and oil red O staining were applied to ana-lyze the mechanism by which CAP inhibits BVDV replication.The results revealed no significant effect of CAP at 6.25,12.5,25,and 50 mg/L on the viability of BT cells.CAP was found to signifi-cantly inhibit BVDV 5′UTR RNA and E2 protein levels,according to the antiviral effect study.Molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations indicated that CAP could bind with high affinity to the active site of PI3K.Additional mechanistic studies indicated that CAP significantly reduced the activation of the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway triggered by BVDV.Furthermore,CAP notably decreased the mRNA levels of FASN,SREBP-1,and ACC-1,which are crucial fatty acid synthesis enzymes in the downstream PI3K/AKT signaling pathway,as well as the levels of lipid droplets.Interestingly,the addition of exogenous oleic acid greatly diminished the antiviral effec-tiveness of CAP and significantly lowered the mRNA levels of IFN-α and IFN-β.The results reveal for the first time that CAP can inhibit BVDV replication,establishing a foundation for its preven-tion and the development of feed additives.
