Objective To investigate the independent risk factors for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)with atrial fibrillation(AF)based on cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR)using logistic regression analysis.Methods We reviewed 80 patients diagnosed with HCM at our hospital between January 2022 and December 2023.Statistical differences in the CMR and clinical parameters between patients with HCM with and without AF were compared.The cut-off value of HCM with AF was obtained by receiver operator characteristic curve,and binary logistic regression analysis was performed on statistically significant variables to identify independent risk factors for HCM in patients with AF.Results Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the type of left ventricular late gadolinium enhancement(LGE),native T1 mapping value of the left ventricular myocardium without LGE,left atrial anteroposterior diameter,number of left ventricular LGE myocardial segments,and LGE in the basal anterior interventricular septum,mid anterior interventricular septum,and mid inferior interventricular septum were between HCM with and without AF(P＜0.05).Multivariate analysis revealed that there were significant differences in left ventricular subendocardial LGE(P=0.048,OR=5.3,95％CI:0.642-43.311),native T1 mapping value of left ventricular myocardium without LGE≥1 247 ms(P=0.03,OR=5.7,95％CI:0.734-27.41),and left atrium anteroposterior diameter 50 mm(P=0.013,OR=6.9,95％CI:1.489-31.538)between HCM with and without AF.Conclusion Left ventricular subendocardial LGE,native T1 mapping value≥1 247 ms,and left atrium anteroposterior diameter≥50 mm are independent risk factors for HCM with AF.

Objective: To explore the reliability and validity of the Chinese Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory（PedsQL）in influenza children. Methods: From January 2017 to February 2018,we selected laboratory-diagnosed influenza cases and healthy children according to age and gender ratio by stratified random sampling and systematic sampling method. We employed Chinese version of PedsQL 4.0 to investigate their quality of life,used Cronbach's α to evaluate the reliability,and used Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test,confirmatory factor analysis（CFA）and ROC curve to evaluate the validity. Results: Totally 300 influenza cases and 300 healthy children were surveyed,with 294（98.00%）and 295（98.33%）valid questionnaires recovered. The general Cronbach's α was 0.89,and the Cronbach's α of each dimension ranged from 0.79 to 0.84. The Pearson correlation coefficients between the items and their belonged dimension ranged from 0.537 to 0.755,between the items and other dimension ranged from 0.203 to 0.384. The CFA resulted in RMSEA of 0.06,GFI of 0.88,AGFI of 0.90,CFI of 0.91 and NFI of 0.89. The scores in total and in all the dimensions in influenza cases were significantly different with those in healthy children（P<0.05）. Taking the scores in influenza cases as a golden standard,the area under the ROC curve was 0. 985（P<0.05）,the sensitivity was 0.92,and the specificity was 0.95. When the limit score was 82.18,the Youden index was the largest. Conclusion The Chinese version of PedsQL4.0 has good reliability and validity, which can be applied to quality of life assessment in children.

Objective To study the protective effect of sodium pyruvate solution to intestinal barrier in Hemorrhagic shock rats by intraperitoneal resuscitation.Methods A total of 40 Male SD ratswere healthy and clean,were randomly (random number) divided into four groups:sham operation group (group Ⅰ),hemorrhagic shock model group (group Ⅱ),the recovery of the compound sodium chloride intravenous + intraperitoneal recovery of the PD-2 liquid group (group iiⅢ),the recovery of the compound sodium chloride intravenous + sodium pyruvate abdominal recovery group (group Ⅳ) (n =10).In addition to the group Ⅰ,the other three groups are used the HS model by The Wiggers improvement prepared,group Ⅲ,Ⅳ were used the same amount of intravenous recovery,At the same time to the abdominal cavity were respectively injected 20 mL 2.5％ PD-2 liquid and 20 m 2.5％ sodium pymvate solution.After 2 h,each group were taken arterial blood measured arterial blood gases (pH,PaCO2,PaO2) and D-lactic acid,small intestine specimens under the light microscope to observe the morphological changes of the rat small intestinal mucosa.Results Blood gas analysis:group Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly increased compared with group Ⅱ in pH levels and PaO2 content (P ＜ 0.01),and comoared to group Ⅲ,pH levels and PO2 levels of group Ⅳ increased more significantly (P ＜ 0.05) ; D-LA content:Group Ⅲ,Ⅳgroup is significantly lower than group Ⅱ (P ＜ 0.01) ; compared with group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ,D-LA significantly decreased (P ＜ 0.05).Light microscope,the group Ⅱ,the rat small intestine layer of a high degree of villous edema,submucosal vascular collapse within the lamina propria glands focal area of necrosis,and large areas of mucosal villi necrosis,defects; group Ⅲ and group Ⅳof small intestinal damage compared to group Ⅱ significantly reduced; Ⅳgroup of the rat small intestine villi edema,lodging and the degree of necrosis in group Ⅲ.Intestinal epithelial damage index score:the Ⅳ group than in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ group (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The venous recovery and intraperitoneal resuscitation can significantly reduce the plasma D-LA content of hemorrhagic shock in rats,correct acidosis,increase the oxygen partial pressure ; and intestinal mucosal barrier function,the protective of sodium pyruvate solution is better than the PD-2 liquid.

Aim To study the protective effects of Xinnaoshenkang (XNSK) against focal cerebral injury caused by ischmia-reperfusion in rats and its mechanism. Methods The focal brain ischmia-reperfusion model in rats was made through by using an intraluminal monofilament to occlude the middle cerebral artery for 1.5 h and then reperfusing for 24h.Spectrophotometric assay was used to measure the contents of malondial-dehyde (MDA), lactic acid (LA),superoxide dismutase(SOD), reactive oxygen species(ROS), nitricoxide synthase(NOS) and several ATPase in cerebral cortex homogenates from rats. The effects on platelet aggregation were also observed. Results Compared with model and positive control groups,88,175,350 mg?kg-1 XNSK groups were found having significant inhibition of cerebral infarction,MDA,LA,ROS,NOS,platelet aggregation and significant increase of the activity of SOD,ATPase. Conclusion XNSK has protective effects against focal cerebral injury caused by ischmia-reperfusion in rats.
