Objective:To understand the current status of financial management in public hospitals of Anhui Province and provide a basis for strengthening financial management and promoting high-quality development in public hospitals. Methods:Stratified and random sampling methods were used to select 100 public hospitals as sample hospitals.A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the current status of financial management. Results:The overall financial management level of public hospitals in Anhui Province needs to be further improved. The main problems are that the functions of the chief accountant need to be fully exerted, the structure of financial personnel is uneven, the coverage and depth of budget management are insufficient, cost accounting is relatively rough, the operation management system is not sound, the construction of internal control emphasizes form over substance, and the informatization construction needs to be advanced urgently. Conclusion:In response to the existing problems, efforts can be made from fully exerting the functions of the chief accountant, optimizing the talent team, promoting the refinement of budget and cost management, deeply carrying out operation management, improving internal control, and making up for the shortcomings of informatization,to adapt to the new situation and policy requirements of the medical industry's development.

Objective To systematically evaluate the risk factors for pulmonary infection in patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy. Methods CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,PubMed,Embase, and the Cochrane Library were searched from inception to October 2022 to collect case-control studies and cohort studies about risk factors for pulmonary infection in patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy. Two researchers independently conducted literature screening, data extraction, and quality assessment.Rev Man 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 15 literatures were included, including 3960 patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy.Meta analysis results showed that age≥60 years, smoking history, drinking history, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, atelectasis, hypoproteinaemia,TNM staging of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ,central lung cancer, small cell lung cancer, invasive operation,Karnofsky performance status score<80 points before chemotherapy, combined chemotherapy drugs, duration of chemotherapeutic ?2 weeks, white blood cell count≤3.0×109/L after chemotherapy,albumin<30g/L after chemotherapy, and hospital stay>20 days were risk factors for pulmonary infection in patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion There were many risk factors for pulmonary infection in patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy.Prevention and control measures should be taken based on the related risk factors to reduce the incidence rate of pulmonary infection.

Purpose: In order to explore the clinical mechanism of Neiguan (PC 6) in the treatment of acute seizure of migraine and the relationship between Neiguan (PC 6) and cerebral blood flow. Methods: Clinically, 30 cases of the patients with acute seizure of migraine (ascending phase) were selected, in TCD abnormality, and divided randomly into the treatment group and control group, 15 cases in each group. In acute seizure of migraine, Neiguan (PC 6)was punctured with electric stimulation on the healthy side of the patients in the treatment group and Xuehai (SP 10) was punctured with electric stimulation on the healthy side of the patients in the control group. TCD was determined in the patients 30 min before and after the treatment. Results and conclusion: After transdermal electric stimulation on Neiguan (PC 6),the velocity of intracranial blood flow was obviously slowed down, indicating that transdermal electric stimulation on Neiguan (PC 6) can effectively relieve the spasm of intracranial blood vessels and also shows its relative specificity.
