Objective:To investigate the characteristics of brain functional networks alterations in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and explore their correlations with clinical indicators and psycho-psychological scores. Methods:A cross-sectional survey study was conducted. A total of 48 IBD patients diagnosed at the Changzhou Second People′s Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were collected, and 32 healthy individuals matched for age, gender, and education level were selected as the healthy control group. Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging data were enrolled, and the topological properties of brain networks between the two groups of subjects were compared by using graph theory analysis. Pearson correlation and Spearman′s partial correlation analyses were used to explore the correlations between changes in IBD patients′ brain networks topological properties and clinical indicators and psycho-psychological scores. Results:In the IBD group, 29 patients were males (60.4%) and 19 were females (39.6%) ; the total disease course was 1.0 (0.3, 5.0) years; 34 patients were Crohn′s disease and 14 ulcerative colitis; they were mainly in the active phase (58.84%, 28/48) . The scores of the hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS-A and HADS-D) in IBD patients were higher than those in the healthy control group (both P<0.01) . In terms of global properties, both the IBD group and the healthy control group had "small-world" properties (both σ>1.1) . Compared with the healthy control group, the IBD group had lower clustering coefficients, global efficiency, and local efficiency, and longer characteristic path lengths, with all differences being statistically significant (all P<0.05) . In terms of local properties, compared with the healthy control group, the IBD group had higher degree centrality and nodal efficiency in the left middle frontal gyrus, higher betweenness centrality in the left thalamus, lower betweenness centrality and degree centrality in the right parahippocampal gyrus, lower nodal clustering coefficients in the bilateral middle temporal gyrus, right anterior cingulate gyrus and paracingulate gyrus, and lower nodal local efficiency in the bilateral caudate nuclei and left middle temporal gyrus, with all differences being statistically significant (all P<0.05) . The degree centrality of the right parahippocampal gyrus in the IBD group was negatively correlated with the HADS-A score ( r = -0.401, P = 0.005) , and the betweenness centrality was also negatively correlated with the HADS-A score ( r = -0.343, P = 0.017) . The nodal clustering coefficient of the right middle temporal gyrus in the IBD group was positively correlated with the total disease course ( rs = 0.589, P<0.001) . Conclusion:IBD patients have decreased overall information transmission capacity in brain networks, reduced limbic system function, and abnormal functions in brain areas related to pain perception, which are correlated to some extent with the disease course and psycho-psychological state.

Persistent fetal vasculature syndrome (PFVS) is a rare congenital vitreous dysplasia, which is classified as anterior, posterior and combined types according to the location of the vascular abnormalities. The clinical manifestations of PFVS are diverse, and early surgical intervention is very important. The main objective of surgical treatment is to remove the anterior and posterior traction between fibrovascular membranes and retina as well as lens, and to reconstruct clear visual axis. Surgical treatments include pupilloplasty, lensectomy with or without intraocular lens implantation and vitrectomy via limbal or scleral approach. For new technologies, the applications of ophthalmic viscosurgical device and femtosecond lasers have desirable results . In addition to focusing on improving the success rate of surgery, it is also necessary to systematically and comprehensively assess the overall preoperative condition and postoperative visual function of the patients. PFVS eyes have limited improvement in postoperative vision, which is related to the extent of lesion involvement and the occurrence of complications. Eyes with macular dysplasia and tractional retinal detachment, as well as elongated ciliary process, have a poor prognosis of vision after surgery. How to improve postoperative vision in the eye affecting the posterior segment of the eye with PFVS from the microscopic anatomical relationship between the fibrous vascular pedicle and the retina is worth further study. On the other hand, reducing surgical trauma and optimizing surgical procedures in order to improve postoperative visual acuity and reduce postoperative complications are also the key research directions of future PFVS treatments.

Objective:
The objective of this study was to compare the early clinical effects of zirconia all⁃ceramic
crowns using two different impression methods. Zirconia ceramic crowns were produced using digital models based on
either a silicone rubber impression perfusion model in vitro or a 3D mouth scanner.
Methods :
A total of 50 patients
with a planned restoration of the first permanent molar with zirconia all⁃ceramic crowns after root canal therapy were se⁃
lected and randomly divided into two groups: a digital impression by intraoral 3D scanning group and a digital impres⁃
sion by extraoral scanning after silicone rubber impression group. Zirconia all⁃ceramic crowns were created by CAD/
CAM in both groups. Marginal adaptation, proximal contact, and occlusal contact were compared between groups.
Results:
There was no significant difference between the two groups in marginal adaptation (P > 0.05). For proximal con⁃
tact and occlusal contact, no significant differences regarding the number of cases for the criteria of level A and level B
were found between two groups (P > 0.05), while the misfit value in level B was smaller in the first group than in the
second group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion
Zirconia all⁃ceramic crowns with intraoral 3D scanning show excellent early
clinical performance.

The detection limit was 1.10 μg/ml, and the minimum detection concentration was 0.18mg/m3 (collected sample volume was 30 L) . The within-run precisions were 1.04%~2.75%, and the between-run precisions were 0.34%~1.30%. The recovery rates were 98.72%~103.21%, and sampling efficiency was 97.2%~100.0%. The elution efficiencies were 97.25%~98.68%. The samples could be stored at room temperature for 15 days.
Conclusion
The indicators established in this study were conformed with the requirements of GBZ/T210.4-2008, "The Guidelines for the Development of Occupational Hygiene Standards Methods Part 4: Determination of Chemical Substances in the Air of Workplaces" . Diethyl phthalate in the workplace air could be rapidly collected, accurate separated and determinated. This method is applicable to the determination of diethyl phthalate in the workplace air.
