Objective:
To analyze the prevalence and the related factors of comorbidity of overweight/obesity and elevated blood pressure among primary and secondary school students in Changchun, so as to provide a basis for the intervention strategies of multiple disease prevention among primary and secondary school students.
Methods:
From September to October 2023,a stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 32 552 primary and secondary school students aged 7 to 18 from 16 counties (cities) and districts in Changchun City for physical examinations and questionnaires on behavioral patterns. The Chi-square test was used for intergroup comparison and unconditional Logistic regression model was used for analyzing related factors of comorbidity presence of overweight/obesity and elevated blood pressure among primary and secondary school students.
Results:
The detection rate of comorbidity of overweight/obesity and elevated blood pressure among primary and secondary school students was 8.7%.The detection rate of boys(10.1%) was higher than that of girls(7.3%), the detection rate was higher among students in urban areas ( 10.6 %) than that in suburban areas(5.7%); and the detection rate among vocation high school students(15.7%) was higher than that in general high school students (11.8%), junior high school students (10.2%) and primary school students (5.3%).All the differences were statistically significant (χ 2=84.67, 239.28, 468.64 ,all P <0.01).The results of the multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that daily moderate to vigorous physical activity for 60 minutes or more ( OR =0.70) was associated with a reduced risk of comorbidity of overweight/obesity and elevated blood pressure among primary and secondary school students; boys ( OR = 1.46 ), urban residents ( OR =1.70),junior high school students( OR =1.78), general high school students ( OR =1.97), vocational high school students ( OR =2.20), and screen time without meeting the standard( OR =1.11) were associated with an increased risk of comorbidity of overweight/obesity and elevated blood pressure among primary and secondary school students(all P <0.05).
Conclusions
The comorbidity detection rate of overweight/obesity and elevated blood pressure and obesity among primary and secondary school students in Changchun is relatively high. Targeted measures should be developed to reduce the occurrence of overweight/obesity and elevated blood pressure with comorbidity of them.

Objective To explore the correlation between triglyceride-glucose(TyG)index and hyperuricemia in men with normal fasting blood glucose(FPG)levels. Methods A total of 309 men with normal FPG who participated in a health examination at the Ninth Medical Center of the People's Liberation Army General Hospital in April 2024 were enrolled in this study. All the subjects were divided into the normal uric acid(NUA,n=218)group and the hyperuricemia(HUA,n=91)group according to serum uric acid(SUA)levels. Results Scr,TG,weight,SBP,DBP,BMI,ALT,AST,γ-GGT,and TyG index were higher in the HUA group than in the NUA group(P<0.05).Pearson and Spearman correlation analysis showed that SUA were positively correlated with Scr,eGFR,TG,weight,SBP,DBP,BMI,ALT,AST,γ-GGT and TyG(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with HDL-C(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that after adjusting for confounding factors,TyG index remained an important influencing factor for HUA.ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the ROC curve of TyG index predicting hyperuricemia in men with normal FPG was 0.665,with an cutoff value of 8.45.Conclusions TyG index in men with normal FPG are influencing factors for hyperuricemia, indicating that hyperuricemia has a close association with insulin resistance, and is an important component of metabolic syndrome.

Objective:This study aims to develop a scientific research ethics knowledge, attitude and practice questionnaire for clinical nurses, and to test its reliability and validity, providing evaluation tools for nursing managers to understand nurses' attitude and behaviors towards research ethics knowledge. Methods:With the knowledge, attitude and practice theory as the conceptual framework, combined with the semi-structured interview, an initial questionnaire was formed through Delphi expert letter inquiry and pre-survey. About 307 nurses from 7 hospitals in Shanxi, Yunnan and Jiangxi provinces were selected to investigate, and the reliability and validity test were conducted. Results:Finally, a questionnaire of 28 items was designed, including scientific research ethics knowledge, attitude and behavior. The overall Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.967, the overall half reliability was 0.884 8, the overall test reliability was 0.958, and the content validity index of scale level was 0.844. The exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 common factors, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 74.150%.Conclusions:This questionnaire has good credit validity and can be used as an objective tool to evaluate the level of ethical knowledge and practice of clinical nurses.

Objective:To summarize the relevant evidence for the prevention of contrast-associated acute kidney injury (CA-AKI) after enhanced CT examination in patients with nephropathy. Methods:The literature on prevention of CA-AKI in patients with nephropathy who underwent enhanced CT examination in relevant websites and medical literature databases at home and abroad were systematically searched, the quality of the literature was evaluated, and the relevant evidence was extracted and summarized. The retrieval period was from January 1, 2013 to December 1, 2023.Results:A total of 17 literature was included, including 6 guidelines, 5 expert consensuses, 2 clinical decisions, 2 cohort studies, 1 evidence summary and 1 systematic review. Evidence was extracted from these literature. After summary and analysis of these evidence, 10 evidence topics were sorted out, including threshold of estimated glomerular filtration rate and high-risk population, screening, hydration prevention, drug prevention, use of nephrotoxic drugs, use of metformin, precautions for dialysis patients, alternative imaging strategies, choice of iodine contrast agents, and points for attention after enhanced CT examination, forming 47 pieces of evidence. Conclusion:The relevant evidence for the prevention of CA-AKI can provide a more systematic evidence-based basis for medical staffs in screening high-risk population and preventing and managing CA-AKI in patients with chronic kidney disease before enhanced CT examination.
