Objective To construct a nursing registry platform for percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)to provide data support for subsequent real-world research on PCI nursing.Methods From April to December 2023,we established a variable list and data dictionary based on literature review and expert discussion,and constructed a web-based PCI nursing registry platform based on registry-related standards.Results A total of 191 variables were screened in this study,and a corresponding data dictionary was developed for each variable according to the variable name,variable code,variable definition,variable type,variable value range,data source and data collection node.Three levels of account privileges has been set up in the platform,which can realize different data management privileges,and the data can be saved only after filling in and reviewing at each level.The platform is also equipped with automatic data checking function,which reduces data filling errors and improves data quality.Conclusion The constructed PCI nursing registration platform has strong scientific and professional characteristics,and can provide data support for subsequent research,and the content and functions of the platform can be further optimized in the future.

The use of genomic data can explore the mechanisms of disease occurrence and progression, accurately identify intervention targets and regulatory pathways of diseases, provide precise and personalized nursing services for patients, and improve their quality of life. This paper reviews the current application status of genomics in nursing, deeply analyzes the development process of genomics in genetic risk assessment, symptom precision nursing, precision nursing decision-making, and nursing education, and proposes corresponding development strategies. Through a comprehensive and in-depth exploration of the combination of genomics and nursing, the aim is to provide strong theoretical guidance for the future development of genomics nursing in China.

This paper introduces the disease characteristics of VHD, the current status and problems on postoperative cardiac rehabilitation in VHD patients, the difficulties and solutions in the development of postoperative cardiac rehabilitation programs for VHD patients, and proposes future research directions, with a view to providing a reference for carrying out postoperative cardiac rehabilitation in VHD patients.

With the continuous advancement of information technology, electronic medical records (EMR) have accumulated vast amounts of clinical data, which can assist nursing staff in making clinical decisions, thereby improving the quality of care, enhancing work efficiency, and promoting patient safety. However, due to varying levels of information technology development across medical institutions, nursing decision support systems (NDSS) remain in a fragmented development stage. This article explores the current application status and existing shortcomings of NDSS based on EMR systems, aiming to provide reference for the design and improvement of NDSS in various levels of medical institutions.

PCOS is a highly prevalent disease in modern women of gestational age, characterized by infertility. Prevention before onset has been a key focus of national efforts in recent years. This article explored the prevention and treatment plan for polycystic ovary syndrome based on the three-level prevention theory of Academician Wang Qi. Primary prevention: control pathogenic risk factors; secondary prevention: precise screening and life intervention to prevent the formation of dangerous constitution; third level prevention: differentiation of body-differentiation of disease-differentiation of syndrome to achieve the goal of three-level prevention. In the prevention and treatment of PCOS, pre-disease prevention, post disease prevention and cure are tried to achieve, which could provide a truly effective, easy to operate, and applicable three-level prevention and treatment plan for a large population in clinical response to PCOS.
