Objective:To understand the experience of inpatients′ needs on medical nursing assistants, and explore the characteristics and population differences, in order to provide a reference for optimizing the inpatient companion management system.Methods:The descriptive qualitative study was adopted for semi-structured in-depth interviews of 19 inpatients hospitalized in Zhongshan Hospital Fudan University from December 2023 to January 2024 based on purposive sampling. Information on personal characteristics, status and experience of dependence on medical nursing assistants was collected. Colaizzi seven-step analysis method was used to construct the fact labels and model dimensions. Manually extract the characteristics of inpatients′ needs on medical nursing assistants, and construct a user persona to complete the visualization.Results:A total of 19 inpatients′ were interviewed, including 12 males and 7 females with an average age of (63.16 ± 11.56) years. Four dimensions were extracted including cognitive characteristics, health status characteristics, family support characteristics, and psychological characteristics. Combined with personal traits and experience, three types of typical user persona were constructed including independent type, mutual assistance and cooperation type, complete dependence type.Conclusions:Group heterogeneity existed in the demand of inpatients on medical nursing assistants. According to the user persona, the manager should formulate personalized and precise caregiver management strategies.

Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of butylphthalide sequential therapy(BST)as an adjuvant therapy for delayed onset encephalopathy caused by acute carbon monoxide poisoning(DEACMP).Methods DEACMP patients who visited the department of neurology at Yan'an People's Hospital from January 2018 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Using a random number table method,DEACMP patients were randomly divided into hyperbaric oxygen therapy(HBOT)group,glucocorticoid(GC)group(GC combined with,HBOT),and BST group(HBOT,GC combined with BST),all of which were treated continuously for 30 days.The incidence of adverse reactions and clinical efficacy during the treatment among three groups of DEACMP were observed and compared.Inflammation indicators,neurological damage indicators,cognitive function,neurological function,and daily living ability before and after treatment among three groups were compared.Results A total of 120 patients were included in the study,with 40 patients in each group.During the treatment period,no serious adverse reactions were observed in any of the three groups of patients,and no patient terminated treatment due to adverse reactions.The total effective rate of BST group was significantly higher than those of GC group and HBOT group,while the total effective rate of GC group was higher than that of HBOT group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the scores of inflammation indicators,neurological damage indicators,cognitive function,neurological function,and daily living function among the three groups.After treatment,the serum LP-PLA2,SIRI,TNF-α,S100-β,and the NSE levels decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the indicators of the BST group was lower than those of the HBOT group and GC group,while the indicators of the GC group was lower than those of the HBOT group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MMSE,MoCA,and BI scores of the three groups increased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),but the NIHSS score decreased(P<0.05).In addition,the MMSE,MoCA,and BI scores of the BST group were higher than those of the HBOT and GC groups(P<0.05),while the NIHSS scores were lower than those of the HBOT and GC groups(P<0.05).The MMSE,MoCA,and BI scores in the GC group were higher than those in the HBOT group,while the NIHSS scores were lower than those in the HBOT group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with HBOT treatment and HBOT combined with GC treatment,BST adjuvant therapy can improve the clinical efficacy,inflammatory status,cognitive function,and daily living ability of DECAMP patients.

Objective:To analyze the application effect of condition scale in nursing management of children bronchial asthma in acute attack stage.Methods:A total of 136 children with acute attack of bronchial asthma admitted to Shanxi Children's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected by convenience sampling method, and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, 68 cases in each group. Children in the observation group received graded nursing intervention based on disease scale, while children in the control group received routine nursing intervention. The first second forced expiratory volume (FEV 1), forced vital capacity (FVC), ratio of FEV l/FVC, peak expiratory flow rate (PEF), medical intervention frequency, the number of ICU transfer and length of stay were compared between the two groups. Results:The results of repeated measurement ANOVA showed that there were intergroup, time and interaction effects on the levels of FEV 1, FVC, FEV 1/FVC and PEF in the two groups, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). The frequency of medical intervention in observation group was less than that in control group, and the length of hospitalization was shorter, with statistical significance ( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in ICU patients transferred between the two groups ( P>0.05) . Conclusions:Application of Condition Scale in nursing management of children with acute attack of bronchial asthma can improve the lung function of children with acute attack bronchial asthma more effectively, reduce the frequency of medical intervention, shorten the length of hospital stay, and significantly improve the nursing effect.

Objective: To study the hepatitis E virus(HEV) infection in pregnant women and the healthy blood donors in Jinan. Methods: A total of 651 blood samples from pregnant women who came for screening of hemolytic disease of newborn and 600 blood samples from blood donors were collected during June 2015 to October 2016. All the blood samples were tested for anti-HEV IgG and anti-HEV IgM antibodies by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: Anti-HEV IgG was positive in 2.61% (17/651) of the blood samples from the pregnant women, and none of the samples were positive for anti-HEV IgM. The serum positive rates for anti-HEV IgG and IgM in blood donors were 16.33% (98/600) and 0.83% (5/600) respectively. The seroprevalence of the two groups was significantly different(χ²=70.43, P<0.0001). Conclusions The HEV infection rate in pregnant women was much lower compared with that in blood donors in Jinan; however, in view of the high mortality of HEV infection in pregnant women, it still cannot be neglected. The infection of HEV in blood donors of Jinan was confirmed, suggesting the potential risk of transfusion-transmitted HEV infection.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the establishment of quality standard for Jinbo capsule. METHODS:TLC was conducted for the qualitative identification of Phellodendron chinense and Melia toosendan in preparation;HPLC was used for the content determination of berberine hydrochloride in preparation;the column was Diamonsil C18 with mobile phase of acetoni-trile-0.1% phosphoric acid (50∶50,V/V) at flow rate of 1 ml/min,detection wavelength was 265 nm,column temperature was 25 ℃ and volume injection was 10 μl. RESULTS:TLC spots of P. chinense and M. toosendan in preparation were clear and well-separated. The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.044-0.154 mg/ml(r=0.999 9);RSDs of precision,reproducibili-ty and stability tests were no more than 2.0%,recovery was 98.36%-102.15%(RSD=1.11%,n=9). CONCLUSIONS:The meth-od is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Jinbo capsule.

Objective To summarize the experience of surgical treatment of ascending aortic aneurysms and aortic dissections. Methods From February 2001 to October 2005, 31 patients including 26 male, 5 female, aged 41.3 years old (range 14-72) received surgical management. Twenty cases were diagnosed as ascending aortic aneurysm and aortic root aneurysm, 8 as Standford A dissection, 3 as Stanford B dissection. Twenty-one patients underwent classic Bentall procedure in which VSD repair was carried out in 1 case, mitral valvoplasty in 2 and mitral valve replacement in 2; Four patients underwent modified Bentall procedure (coronary button technique); Three patients underwent Wheat procedure; The remaining 3 patients with Stanford B dissection underwent graft replacement of descending aorta. Results There was no death during hospital stay that lasted 13-46 d with an average of 16.4 d after operation. The mean clinical follow-up was (21?18.5) months (range 1-63 months). One patient died without describable cause two years later. One patient had ascending aorta-pulmonary artery fistula at color Doppler examination half a year later. One patient was detected rupture of distal anastomoses half a year after operation and underwent stent-graft, SG. Conclusion The surgical treatment of aortic aneurysms and aortic dissections could be carried out safely based on the accurate diagnosis, specific surgical strategy and fine technique.

Objective: Our aims were to evaluate the plasma vitamin A status and the function of T-cell dependent immunity in lung cancer patients， so as to explore the correlation between them. Methods：We measured the plasma vitamin A status with HPLC and checked the subsets of T lymphocyte with indirect immunofluorescence technique. Results： The levels of plasma vitamin A in lung cancer patients and in controls were(0.406±0.111)mg/L and(0.548±0.149)mg/L respectively . There was a significant difference between them(P＜0.001) . The levels of CD3， CD4，and CD4/CD8 were lower in lung cancer patients than those in controls， while the level of CD8 was higher. The plasma vitamin A had positive correlation with CD3 , CD4，and negative with CD8. Conclusion： There is defect of the plasma vitamin A and low level of the function of T cell dependent immunity in lung cancer patients，which shows the obvious correlation between them. This research supplies the basis of clinical therapy to lung cancer with vitamin A.
