1.The establishment and application of an online intelligent medication follow-up platform for outpatient patients

Objective To promote rational drug use and improve the quality of outpatient pharmacy services by establishing an intelligent medication follow-up platform and carrying out online medication follow-up for outpatients. Methods The Internet and WeChat mini programs were used to establish an intelligent medication follow-up platform, and effective follow-up records were selected from June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024 to analyze the results of patients' follow-up. Results The platform could automatically push follow-up messages to patients and supports the exchange of text, pictures, and voice communication between pharmacists and patients. A total of 613 patients were selected to participate in the follow-up. Thirteen blood glucose records and 17 blood pressure readings were uploaded, and 583 medication consultations were recorded. Conclusion This study tracked and understood the medication situation of outpatients through an intelligent medication follow-up platform. The platform was professional, intelligent, and convenient, which was conducive to improving the safety of patients' home medication and promoting reasonable medication.

3.The supportive care needs of patients with prostate cancer: a qualitative study

Objective:To understand the supportive care needs of patients with prostate cancer during their illness, so as to construct the supportive care needs intervention program.Methods:Purposive sampling method was used to conduct semi-structured interviews on 17 patients with prostate cancer from June 2019 to January 2020 in Haikou Hospital of Xiangya Affiliated Hospital of Central South University, and the data were analyzed by content analysis method.Results:Seven themes were extracted: the need of health information, the need of social support, the need of health care services, psychological and emotional need, the need of symptom management, the need of economic support and disease specific need.Conclusions:Patients with prostate cancer have multiple supportive care needs. The results of this study could be important reference for medical staff to provide comprehensive, personalized and humanistic care for patients and improve patients′ the quality of life and medical experience.
4.Effective management and prevention of septic shock after minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the elderly

Objective To explore the cause and effective management and prevention of septic shock after minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (MPCNL) in the elderly.Methods Clinical data of 13 patients with septic shock after MPCNL in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and the cause,prevention and treatment of septic shock were investigated.Results The incidence of septic shock in patients undergoing MPCNL was 3.54% in this study.Single-factor analysis and logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors for post-MPCNL septic shock were female and the history of diabetes (both P<0.05).Conclusions Septic shock is a serious complication after MPCNL.Intensive perioperative prevention measures can reduce the incidence of septic shock.Early diagnosis and proper treatment are the keys to successful treatment of septic shock.
