Objective To construct a nursing registry platform for percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)to provide data support for subsequent real-world research on PCI nursing.Methods From April to December 2023,we established a variable list and data dictionary based on literature review and expert discussion,and constructed a web-based PCI nursing registry platform based on registry-related standards.Results A total of 191 variables were screened in this study,and a corresponding data dictionary was developed for each variable according to the variable name,variable code,variable definition,variable type,variable value range,data source and data collection node.Three levels of account privileges has been set up in the platform,which can realize different data management privileges,and the data can be saved only after filling in and reviewing at each level.The platform is also equipped with automatic data checking function,which reduces data filling errors and improves data quality.Conclusion The constructed PCI nursing registration platform has strong scientific and professional characteristics,and can provide data support for subsequent research,and the content and functions of the platform can be further optimized in the future.

OBJECTIVE:The quality of systematic reviews/meta-analyses directly affects the reliability of clinical decision-making basis.Currently,there is no literature quality research on the systematic reviews/meta-analyses of platelet rich plasma versus hyaluronic acid in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis both domestically and internationally.This article will comprehensively evaluate the methodological quality,reporting quality,and evidence quality of the systematic reviews/meta-analyses of platelet rich plasma versus hyaluronic acid in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.METHODS:Computer searches were conducted on CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Embase,and The Cochrane Library.From the establishment of the database until January 24,2024,all systematic reviews/meta-analyses treated with platelet rich plasma versus hyaluronic acid for knee osteoarthritis were collected.Two evaluators independently conducted literature screening and data extraction,and used the AMSTAR 2,PRISMA 2020,and GRADE systems to evaluate and summarize the methodological,reporting,and evidence quality of the included systematic reviews/meta-analyses.RESULTS:A total of 18 qualified systematic reviews/meta-analyses were included,and the results showed that the efficacy and safety of platelet rich plasma might be better than that of hyaluronic acid.The methodological quality of all 18 studies was extremely low;4 reports had poor quality and relatively serious information defects,while 14 reports had moderate quality and some information defects.Among the 275 outcome measures of 16 systematic reviews/meta-analyses,there were 9 medium quality evidence,90 low-quality evidence,and 176 extremely low-quality evidence,with no high-quality evidence.CONCLUSION:At present,the quality of systematic reviews/meta-analyses literature on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with platelet rich plasma versus hyaluronic acid is relatively low.In the future,the authors of the systematic reviews need to strictly follow the entries of quality evaluation tools such as AMSTAR 2 and PRISMA 2020 in terms of plan registration,research type explanation,retrieval strategy,exclusion list,research site and funding source,bias risk analysis,publication bias evaluation,and public information acquisition,and conduct evidence quality evaluation on the combined results of the systematic reviews/meta-analyses to provide more reliable and rigorous evidence-based basis for clinical practice.

Objective:To analyze the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation on the prevention of stress urinary incontinence and pelvic floor muscle strength during postpartum rehabilitation.Methods:A total of 200 parturients who gave birth in Ningde Municipal Hospital of Ningde Normal University from October 2021 to April 2022 were included as research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different rehabilitation programs, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation, and the observation group was given biofeedback electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group, the parturients in the two groups were treated for 3 months. The occurrence of stress urinary incontinence in the two groups was compared, and the pelvic floor muscle strength before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The scores of International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire Short Form (ICI-Q-SF) and Pelvic Floor Impact Questionnaire-7 (PFIQ-7) were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of stress urinary incontinence in the observation group was lower than that in the control group: 4.00%(4/100) vs. 15.00%(15/100), there was statistical difference( χ2 = 9.00, P<0.05). After treatment, the muscle strength grade, class Ⅰ muscle fiber, class Ⅱ muscle fiber and average voltage of pelvic floor muscle in the observation group were higher than those in the control group: (3.85 ± 0.27) grades vs. (3.74 ± 0.32) grades, (10.23 ± 1.17) μV vs. (8.84 ± 1.13) μV, (11.56 ± 0.19) μV vs. (10.98 ± 0.24) μV, (18.12 ± 3.24) μV vs. (14.69 ± 3.01) μV, there were statistical differences ( P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of ICI Q-SF and PFIQ-7 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group: (7.02 ± 1.26) scores vs. (8.26 ± 1.15) scores, (18.96 ± 4.31) scores vs. (24.17 ± 5.62) scores, there were statistical differences ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The application of biofeedback electrical stimulation in postpartum rehabilitation can reduce the incidence of stress urinary incontinence, improve postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength, and reduce the impact of stress urinary incontinence and pelvic floor muscle disorder on daily life.

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Ganoderma leucocontextum ethanol extract (GLE) on silicosis and its potential molecular mechanism using network pharmacology, molecular docking technology and animal experiments. Methods i) The components of GLE were analyzed using ultra-performance liquid chromatography-Q Exactive-mass spectrometry (UPLC-QE-MS) method. The active components, potential molecular pathways and targets of GLE in the intervention of inflammation process of silicosis was explored using network pharmacology and molecular docking technology. ii) Specific pathogen free male C57BL6/J mice were divided into four groups with 10 mice in each group. The mice in the silicosis model group and GLE intervention group were given a dose of 80 μL silica suspension with a mass concentration of 50 g/L once by non-exposed tracheal instillation, and the mice in the blank control group and GLE control group were given an equal volume of sterile 0.9% sodium chloride solution. From the second day after modeling, GLE control group and GLE intervention group were given GLE at a dose of 200 mg/(kg•d) by gavage, while blank control group and silicosis model group were given the same volume of 0.9% sodium chloride solution by gavage, once per day for 35 days. After that, the histopathological changes of lung tissues of mice were observed, the lung mass coefficient, inflammation score and the ratio of collagen deposition area were calculated, and the levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) -α, interleukin (IL) -1β and IL-6 in the lung tissues of mice were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results i) A total of 76 active components of GLE were detected by UPLC-QE-MS. Among them, 36 ingredients met the screening criteria of the five principles of drug-like components. A total of 67 potential targets of the 36 GLE active ingredients to improve the inflammatory response of silicosis were screened based on the network pharmacology theory. The result of Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes enrichment analysis and Gene Ontology functional analysis showed that IL signaling and cytokine signaling of immune cells played a key role in the process of anti-silicosis of GLE. The results of molecular docking showed that the top 10 targets based on the 67 intersection targets were TNF, IL6, B-cell lymphoma 2, cellular tumor antigen p53, Caspase-3 subunit p12, JUN, epidermal growth factor receptor, IL1B, 67 kDa matrix metalloproteinase-9 and prostaglandin G/H synthase 2. The result of protein-protein interaction analysis showed that glycyrrhetinic acid had the strongest affinity with the key targets TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6, followed by ganoderma acid DM, alismatol C, ganoderma acid β and red sapogenin. ii) The results of histopathological examination showed that the inflammatory response and collagen deposition were alleviated in the lungs of mice with silicosis. The lung mass coefficient, inflammation score, ratio of collagen deposition area and IL-6 expression in lung were lower in mice of the GLE intervention group (all P<0.05), compared with the silicosis model group. However, there was no significant difference in the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in lung tissues between the two groups (all P>0.05). Conclusion GLE may reduce silica-induced lung inflammation and fibrosis by inhibiting the IL-6 level in lung tissues of mice. Its mechanism is associated with the synergistic action of multi-components, multi-targets and multi-pathways.

Bluetongue virus is an arbovirus that seriously harms ruminants such as sheep,this study aims to investigate the molecular mechanism of bluetongue virus infection and host cell interferon antiviral immune response.The study was conducted to characterize the mRNA expression of inter-feron pathway genes by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR,as well as Western blot analysis of MDA5,TRAF3,RIG-Ⅰ,and TBK1 protein expression in BHK-21 cells induced by BTV with a multiplicity of infections(MOI)of 1 for 18,24,and 36 h.The results showed that the most pro-nounced changes in the expression of interferon signaling pathway genes were observed at 24 h of induction,the gene mRNA expression levels of the IFN-α,IFN-β,RIG-Ⅰ,TBK1,MDA5,VISA,and TRAF3 genes were upregulated.However,the mRNA expression levels of IKKε and TRAF6 genes were downregulated.At the protein level,MDA5 and TBK1 proteins were upregulated while RIG-1 and TRAF3 proteins were downregulated,which showed that BTV infection induces a typeⅠ interferon immune response in BHK-21 cells.This study lays the foundation for further exploring the antiviral immunity mechanism of IFN-Ⅰ signaling pathway regulatory genes in host cells infected with BTV infection.

Objective To analyze the effect of stroke duration on the cognitive function in the elderly population in Beijing.Methods Based on the Research Project of Beijing Chronic Disease Combined with Common Elderly Syndrome Community Management Practices,a cross-sectional study was used.From July 2013 to December 2014,the old population in 4 districts and a county (Xicheng District,Fangshan District,Tongzhou District and Yanqing County) in Beijing were sampled with the multi-stage,randomized and stratified sampling.A total of 3 024 subjects were enrolled in the study.The data were obtained from the questionnaires and clinical examinations.Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) was used as the evaluation index of cognitive function.The subjects were divided into either a normal cognitive function group (MMSE>26,n=1 878) or a cognitive impairment group (MMSE≤26,n=1 146) according to the MMSE scores.A multiple logistic regression model was used to analyze the effects of hemorrhagic stroke,ischemic stroke,and asymptomatic stroke,as well as disease duration on cognitive function.Results After adjusting for the confounding factors,such as sex,age,educational level,marriage,smoking,and alcohol consumption,the risks of occurring cognitive impairment in patients with hemorrhagic stroke in stroke duration for 1-3,4-10 and >10 years were OR 3.019 (95％CI 0.974-9.361,P=0.056),8.652 (95％CI 2.924-25.601,P<0.01) and 1.104 (95％CI 0.311-3.920,P=0.879) times of those without occurring stroke population;the risks of occurring cognitive impairment in patients with ischemic stroke in stroke duration for 1-3,4-10 and >10 years were 1.000 (95％CI 0.636-1.571,P=1.000),1.874 (95％CI 1.231-2.853,P=0.003),2.439 (95％CI 1.386-4.291,P=0.002) times of those without occurring stroke population.Stroke duration for 4-10 years in patients with hemorrhagic stroke and stroke duration for 4-10 and >10 years in patients with ischemic stroke were all the risk factors for occurring cognitive dysfunction.Conclusion For patients with stroke,stroke duration or long-term effects has a certain impact on cognitive function.

Objective: To investigate the peak time and peak area of elements in cadmium telluride quantum dots (CdTe QDs) using size exclusion chromatography-high-performance liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, as well as the biological stability of CdTe QDs in vivo and in vitro. Methods: Transmission electron microscope and ultraviolet fluorescence were used for characterization and synthesis of water-soluble CdTe QDs, and CdTe QDs were added to double-distilled water, mobile phase, or bovine serum medium to observe the change in stability after different periods of time. CdTe QDs were injected into the vein of mice, and the changes in the morphology of CdTe QDs in serum and the liver were measured at 1, 24, and 72 hours after exposure. Size exclusion chromatography-high-performance liquid chromatography was used for the elution of the compounds in the solution based on their volume, and then inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was performed for the eluent. The flow time of ¹¹⁴Cd and ¹³⁰Te and molar ratio were used for qualitative analysis of CdTe QDs, and the peak area was used to judge whether CdTe QDs were degraded. Results: CdTe QDs were diluted to a concentration of 0.5 mmol/L with double-distilled water and then placed in a dark place at room temperature; CdTe QDs were completely degraded after 60 minutes. CdTe QDs were diluted to a concentration of 0.005 mmol/L with a mobile phase, and the peak of CdTe QDs was not detected. After CdTe QDs were placed in a dark place at room temperature for 48 hours at a concentration of 0.005 mmol/L in bovine serum mediumin vitro, the peak area of ¹¹⁴Cd was 6179841-7346084, and the peak area of ¹³⁰Te was 1077913-1191066. CdTe QDs had the highest peak area at 1 hour after exposure, and the peak areas of ¹¹⁴Cd and ¹³⁰Te were 18183894 and 25187987, respectively. CdTe QDs were quickly degraded in the liver; at 1 hour after exposure, the degradation products of CdTe QDs containing Cd were observed in liver tissue homogenate, and CdTe QDs were largely degradedat 24 hours. Conclusion This method can be used to investigate the biological stability of CdTe QDs. CdTe QDs are degraded in the liver and produce Cd²⁺, which may cause toxic reaction.

Objective To establish the surveillance and risk assessment system of schistosomiasis in Jiangsu Province,so as to provide technical support for timely understanding of the risk of schistosomiasis transmission and implementation of target-ed control measures. Methods The surveillance sites of schistosomiasis were assigned according to the epidemic status and en-demic type of schistosomiasis as well as the characteristics of the water system,and the prevalence of Schistosoma japonicum in humans and domestic animals,and snail status were investigated. In addition,the quality control of serum detection of S. japon-icum infections was performed. The prevalence of human and animal S. japonicum infections,snail status and missing diagnosis of serum detection were analyzed and compared among regions. Results A total of 27 surveillance sites of schistosomiasis were set up in 26 counties of 10 cities,Jiangsu Province,including 14 sites in transmission-interrupted villages and 13 sites in trans-mission-controlled villages,and 15 sites in marshland and lake regions,9 sites in plain regions with water network and 3 sites in mountainous region. In the 27 surveillance sites,a total of 16 617 residents were screened for S. japonicum infection by using dipstick dye immunoassay(DDIA),and 326 were sero-positive,with a sero-prevalence of 1.96%(2.17%for men and 1.8%for women). Of the 326 individuals undergoing parasitological examination,2 positive cases were detected in the marshland and lake region,with a S. japonicum human prevalence of 0.01%. Of the 762 floating population detected,10 were positive for blood test,with a sero-prevalence of 1.31%,and no egg-positive individuals were detected. No infection was found in the 476 do-mestic animals. Of the 746 settings surveyed,a total of 240.7 hm2 snail area was detected,with a mean snail density of 0.06 snails/0.1 m2,and no infected snails were found. There were 780 quality-control sera detected in 26 surveillance sites of schisto-somiasis,and the gross coincidence rate was 95.13%,with misdiagnosis rate of 1.28%and missing diagnosis rate of 19.23%. Conclusion The surveillance sites of schistosomiasis show reasonable distribution in Jiangsu Province,and the endemic situa-tion of schistosomiasis appears a low level in the whole province.
