High-throughput sequencing-based high-throughput screening (HTS2) technology, as a new advancement in the field of high-throughput biotechnology, is the world's first technology to integrate high-throughput sequencing into large-scale drug screening and target discovery. The artificially designed DNA probes were bound to the undetermined mRNAs of thousands of genes in cell lysates, and then the probes were ligated with ligases. The large-scale simultaneous detection of gene expression changes in thousands of drug-treated cell samples was performed using barcoding, automated operating platforms, and high-throughput sequencers. This technology enables high-throughput identification of drugs that significantly perturb the gene expression profiles characteristic of diseases. It can also take gene expression signature as the readout and exert great high-throughput advantages in the screening of multi-drug, multi-component, and multi-target drugs, as well as the research on complex mechanisms. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for elucidating the multi-target mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine and identifying its multi-effective components. Its main technical advantages include high throughput, automation, and low cost. In recent years, HTS2 technology has yielded important achievements in the elucidation of the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine formulas, the scientific connotation analysis of the regional characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, the targeted isolation of active compounds of traditional Chinese medicine, and the discovery of novel pharmacological functions of monomeric compounds of traditional Chinese medicine. In the era of artificial intelligence, HTS2 technology will serve as a powerful tool for generating high-quality, original big data of traditional Chinese medicine, providing core data support and promoting AI-driven traditional Chinese medicine research. Ultimately, HTS2 technology offers new strategies and critical data support for deeply analyzing the scientific connotation of traditional Chinese medicine and discovering novel traditional Chinese medicine-based drugs, thereby accelerating the modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine in China.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2025;46(1):102-105
Objective:
To explore the association of physical activity and sugar sweetened beverage consumption with psychological sub health among middle school students in Bao an District, Shenzhen, so as to provide a reference for adolescent mental health promotion.
Methods:
A questionnaire survey was conducted in November 2024 by a stratified cluster random sampling method to select 6 926 junior and senior middle school students from 5 middle schools in Shenzhen. The questionnaire from Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System was used to assess the consumption of sugar sweetened beverages, and physical activity Rating Scale was used to assess the level of physical activity, and Brief Instrument on Psychological Health of Youths was used to evaluate the psychological sub health status. The Chi -square test was used to analyze the differences in the detection rates of psychological sub health among different groups of middle school students, and a multivariate Logistic regression model was established to analyze the effects of physical activity and sugar sweetened beverage consumption and their combined effects on the psychological sub health of middle school students.
Results:
The detection rate of psychological sub health among middle school students in Bao an District, Shenzhen was 18.93%. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that, after controlling for confounding factors such as gender, school stage, family residence, family economic status, parental literacy, academic stress and number of friends, lack of physical activity or excessive sugar sweetened beverage consumption were associated with increased risks of psychological sub health among middle school students ( OR =1.36, 1.45); and the highest risk of psychological sub health was found in middle school students who were lack of physical activity and excessive sugar sweetened beverage consumption ( OR =2.59) ( P <0.01). Further analysis by school stages showed that junior high school students with sufficient physical activity and excessive intake of sugary drinks ( ROR =2.10), lack of physical activity and excessive intake of sugary drinks ( ROR =2.31) were at higher risks of psychological sub health than senior high school students( P <0.05).
Conclusions
Insufficient physical activity and excessive sugar sweetened beverage consumption are closely associated with an increased risk of psychological sub health among middle school students. Effective interventions should be targeted to reduce the risk of psychological sub health problems among middle school students.

Objective:
To explore the effects of parenting style on emotional and behavioral problems (EBPs) of preschool children and to provide theoretical reference for promoting children s physical and mental health.
Methods:
In October-November 2021, a stratified cluster random sampling method was adopted to select 3 575 preschool children aged 3-6 years from 12 kindergartens in Hefei. Data on parenting styles and children s EBPs were collected through electronic questionnaires. Binary Logistic regression model was used to explore the effects of parenting styles on children s EBPs.
Results:
The detection rates of emotional symptoms, conduct problems, hyperactivity, peer interaction problems, and prosocial behavior problems were 15.5% ( n =554), 23.2% ( n =830), 22.4% ( n =802), 38.2% ( n =1 367), and 29.5% ( n =1 055) in preschool children, respectively. Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that after adjusting for covariates such as child s age, sex, and preterm birth, a high authoritative parenting style reduced the risk of EBPs in children ( OR =0.29-0.78), while a high authoritarian ( OR =1.36-2.15) and high permissive ( OR =1.36-1.68) parenting style in mothers increased the risk of EBPs in children (all P <0.05). Further stratified analysis indicated that among children with fathers exhibiting high authoritative, high authoritarian, or high permissive parenting styles, a high authoritative parenting style in mothers reduced the risk of peer interaction problems and prosocial behavior problems ( OR =0.51, 0.30 ; 0.44, 0.23; 0.51, 0.29, all P <0.05). Among children with fathers exhibiting a high authoritative parenting style, a high authoritarian parenting style in mothers increased the risk of emotional problems ( OR =2.59), and both high authoritarian and high permissive parenting styles in mothers increased the risk of conduct problems ( OR =3.25, 2.09) and hyperactivity problems ( OR =2.35, 2.87) (all P <0.05). Among children with fathers exhibiting high authoritarian or high permissive parenting styles, a high authoritarian parenting style in mothers increased the risk of EBPs ( OR =1.65-2.71, 1.62-2.52, all P <0.05).
Conclusion
Parenting style is an important factor affecting EBPs of preschool children, and appropriate parenting style is beneficial for children s psychological development.

Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 2025;38(5):621-628
Objective: To screen the frequency of CD36 antigen expression in platelet donor database in Shaanxi province and analyze the molecular genetic characteristics of samples with CD36 antigen deficiency and low expression. Methods: A total of 525 platelet donors samples were randomly collected during May 2023. CD36-FITC monoclonal antibody was used for immunofluorescence labeling, and flow cytometry was applied to detect the expression of CD36 antigen on platelets. For samples with CD36 antigen deficiency on platelets, the expression of CD36 on monocytes was further detected. Samples with CD36 antigen deficiency and low expression were sequenced and analyzed. Results: Among the 525 blood samples, 99.24% (521/525) showed positive expression of CD36 antigen. There were differences in the expression intensity of CD36 antigen, with low expression accounting for 3.43% (18/525) and CD36 antigen deficiency accounting for 0.76% (4/525), all of which were type Ⅱ deficiency. The exon mutation frequency of CD36 type Ⅱ deficiency and low expression samples was 31.82% (7/22), and the exon mutation types were 121-1_126delGCAAGTT, 329-330delAC, 1142T>G, 1204-1246dupl 43bp, 1221G>A, and 1228-1239delATTGTGCCTATT. All four cases of CD36 type Ⅱ deficiency had a 121-6 T>C mutation in intron 3. All CD36 low expression samples had a mutation of 282-10A>G, and 121-6T>C mutation rate was 61.1%(11/18). Conclusion: There were differences in the expression of CD36 antigen in the platelet donor database in Shaanxi province, which may be caused by multiple molecular genetic variations. The frequency of CD36 antigen deficiency in Shaanxi was lower than that of Han, Zhuang and Yao populations in southern China. This study provides references for solving the CD36 antibody mediated transfusion reaction and auxiliary treatment of diseases caused by CD36 antigen deficiency in the future. It also provides a basis for investigating the molecular mechanisms of CD36 deficiency and low expression.

Chinese Circulation Journal 2025;40(9):885-891
Objectives:Coronary slow flow(CSF)has long been regarded as a marker of coronary microvascular dysfunction(CMD).This study aims to evaluate the diagnostic value of CSF for CMD in patients with angina and nonobstructive coronary arteries(ANOCA).Methods:The study data were derived from the ANOCA-CMD prospective cohort study. All enrolled patients underwent coronary angiography and concurrent coronary physiological assessments in the left anterior descending artery using pressure-wire and thermodilution techniques to obtain coronary flow reserve(CFR)and the index of microcirculatory resistance(IMR).Based on the results,CMD was classified into four subtypes:CMD with elevated IMR(IMR≥25),CMD with reduced CFR(CFR<2.5),CMD with either reduced CFR or elevated IMR(CFR<2.5 or IMR≥25),and CMD with both reduced CFR and elevated IMR(CFR<2.5 and IMR≥25).The corrected thrombolysis in myocardial infarction(TIMI)frame count(CTFC)in the left anterior descending artery was calculated from coronary angiography images, with CSF defined as CTFC>27.This study evaluated the correlation between CTFC,CFR,and IMR,and investigated the diagnostic value of CSF for CMD in ANOCA patients. Results:A total of 103 ANOCA patients were enrolled in this study, with a mean age of(64.2±10.6)years,and 53.4%were female.Among them,57 patients(55.3%)were diagnosed with coronary slow flow.Patients with slow flow had higher IMR(P<0.001)and CFR(P=0.041).Similarly,the proportion of CMD with elevated IMR was higher in the slow flow group(P<0.001),while the proportion of CMD with reduced CFR was lower(P=0.044).There was no significant difference between the groups in the proportions of CMD with either reduced CFR or elevated IMR or CMD with both reduced CFR and elevated IMR(all P>0.05).CTFC was positively correlated with hyperemic mean transit time(r=0.424,P<0.001),IMR(r=0.430,P<0.001),and CFR(r=0.211,P=0.032).The area under the curve(AUC)of CTFC for diagnosing CMD with elevated IMR was 0.721(95%CI:0.623-0.819)with an accuracy of 67%(57%,76%),for diagnosing CMD with reduced CFR was 0.610(95%CI:0.499-0.720)with an accuracy of 60%(50%,70%),for diagnosing CMD with either reduced CFR or elevated IMR was 0.549(95%CI:0.425-0.673)with an accuracy of 47%(37%,57%),and for diagnosing CMD with both reduced CFR and elevated IMR was 0.582(95%CI:0.471-0.693)with an accuracy of 47%(37%,57%).Thus,CSF demonstrated limited diagnostic values across all subtypes of CMD.Conclusions:In ANOCA patients,CSF cannot serve as an effective diagnostic marker for CMD.Therefore,in clinical practice, the slow flow phenomenon should not be directly equated with the presence of coronary microvascular dysfunction in ANOCA patients.
