Objective:To explore the changes and its significance in the expression of serum microRNA-324-5p (miR-324-5p) in patients with depression treated by agomelatine combined with hyperbaric oxygen (HBO).Methods:A total of 122 patients with depression treated in the Qingdao Mental Health Center from March 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects (depression group), and another 50 healthy people who had health check-ups during the same period were included in the control group. After the combined treatment of agomelatine and HBO, the patients were divided into effective group ( n=91) and ineffective group ( n=31) based on the clinical efficacy. The expression level of miR-324-5p was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR, and the efficacy of miR-324-5p was predicted by receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve. The relationship between miR-324-5p and clinical efficacy was analyzed by logistic regression, and the dose-response relationship between miR-324-5p and the clinical efficacy was analyzed by logistic regression with restriction cubic splines. Results:The relative expression levels of miR-324-5p in both groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment; the relative expression level of miR-324-5p in the ineffective group was lower than that in the effective group; and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). After 1∶1 propensity score matching (PSM), the relative expression level of miR-324-5p in the effective group after treatment was higher than that before treatment; the relative expression level of miR-324-5p in the ineffective group was lower than that in the effective group; and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). Hamilton depression scale (HADM) score was an independent risk factor for the clinical efficacy of depression ( P<0.05), and post-treatment miR-324-5p was an independent protective factor for the clinical efficacy of depression ( P<0.05). The area under the ROC curve, the optimal cut-point, sensitivity, and specificity of the ROC curve predicting the clinical efficacy of miR-324-5p were 0.778 (95% CI: 0.589-0.908), 0.72, 53.33%, and 100.00%, respectively. After treatment, miR-324-5p was associated with the clinical efficacy of depression ( χ2=9.26, P=0.026), demonstrating a non-linear relationship ( χ2=8.24, P=0.016). Taking the optimal cut-point of miR-324-5p after treatment predicting the clinical efficacy of depression as a reference point, the risk of treatment ineffectiveness was high when post-treatment miR-324-5p was less than 0.72, the risk of treatment ineffectiveness was low when post-treatment miR-324-5p was higher than 0.72. Conclusion:The relative low expression of miR-324-5p in patients with depression after agomelatine combined with HBO treatment is related to poor clinical efficacy.

Six new indole alkaloid sulfonic acids (-), together with two analogues (and) that were previously reported as synthetic products, were isolated from an aqueous extract of theroot. Their structures including the absolute configurations were determined by spectroscopic data analysis, combined with enzyme hydrolysis and comparison of experimental circular dichroism and calculated electronic circular dichroism spectra. In the preliminary assay, compoundsandshowed antiviral activity against Coxsackie virus B3 and influenza virus A/Hanfang/359/95 (H3N2), respectively.

Objective: To detect the vascular paths in the lateral wall of maxillary sinus using cone beam computer tomography (CBCT), and to retrospect the surgical managements of avoiding bleeding complication during the lateral approach maxillary sinus elevation.Methods: The documents of 71 consecutive patients with 81 sides maxillary sinus elevation surgery were collected.The vascular paths in the lateral wall of maxillary sinus were detected by the preoperative CBCT, and the messages about the vascular in surgical records were analyzed.Results: The paths of the vascular could be detected in 77 (95.1%) sides maxillary sinus in the reconstruction panoramic images of CBCT.At the position of the first molar, the paths of the vascular of the lateral maxillary sinus walls could be detected in 54 sides (66.7%) in the reconstruction coronal images of CBCT, and the other 27 sides (33.3%) could not be detected.Two approximately parallel paths of the vascular were found in 3 sides (3.7%) of the lateral maxillary sinus walls.The different diagnoses occurred in 6 sinuses between two observers.The kappa of diagnostic consistency of the two observers was 0.842 (P<0.001).The mean distance between the lower border of the vascular path to the plane of the alveolar crest of 54 sides maxillary sinuses was about (13.0±4.7) mm.The mean distance between lower border of vascular path to the plane of the floor of the sinus was (9.3±4.8) mm.The vascular path was located in the floor wall in 1 sinus.During the lateral approach maxillary sinus elevation operation, intraosseous vessels were dissected in 4 sides sinus lateral wall, the vascular path was avoided consciously in 3 sides, and the sinus elevation surgery had to be given up in 1 side for the vessel was torn and bleeding.There were no vascular related messages in 73 sides of the lateral approach maxillary sinus elevation operation records.Conclusion: The vascular paths of maxillary sinus wall could be detected by CBCT in most cases.Preoperative CBCT examination was proved to be reliable.The vascular paths of maxillary sinus wall should be examined carefully.It was helpful to make the surgical design perfectible and reduce the risk of tearing the vessel in operation.

Objective Type 2 diabetes mellitus ( T2DM) as a common disease around the world becomes a great threat to the health of human beings.The cynomolgus T2DM model, which preferably simulates human T2DM onset and progress, can be beneficial to the drug development and clinical treatment.In the present study, 37 of T2DM-susceptibility SNPs and the extended genome sequences were used to obtain corresponding SNPs in the T2DM cynomolgus monkeys. Methods Firstly, DNA pool screening was conducted.Then, using polymerase chain reaction to amplify and to sequence the cynomolgus homologous sequences.Using DNAStar software to analyze the differences between bases.Finally, we used analysis of variance and F test to calculate the frequency of alleles.We also used the GLM models of SAS software to analyze the association of genotype with fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin.Results SNP661A,SNP661B, SNP343A, SNP343B, SNP343C, SNP565A, SNP565B and SNP565C were found to have a significant difference of allele frequencies between spontaneous cases and controls.Conclusions The findings of this study suggest that SNP661A, SNP661B, SNP343A, SNP343B and SNP343C may play an important role in the establishment of cynomolgus T2DM models.

Objective To determine the clinical value of the multi-slice spiral CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) for the detection of biliary pancreatic junction lesions. Method MSCT and virtual endoscopic reconstruction were performed in 30 healthy volunteers, 18 cases of common bile duct stones and 7 cases of ampullary carcinoma to observe patterns of duodenal papilla and measure its size.Results Reconstructed image of CTVE showed that the normal duodenal papilla was nodular in 16,shaped like "V" in 8 "Y-shaped" in 6 of the healthy volunteers. Its diameter was (0.84±0.17)cm. In the patients with common bile duct stones, it was nodular and its diameter (1.72±0.32)cm. In the patients with ampullary cancer, it was of irregular protruded type and its diameter (2.30±0.85)cm.There was significant difference among the 3 groups in the overall mean values (P＜0.01). Conclusion CTVE is a convenient, non-invasive and precise clinical examination to observe the shape of duodenal papilla and determine its size.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of escitalopram combined with psychoanalysis in the treatment of refractory depression. Methods A total of 63 patients were randomly divided into escitalopram group ( n = 32) and escitalopram combined with psychoanalysis group( n = 31 ). All patients were evaluated with Hamilton depression Rating Scale(HAMD). Results After treatment,the scores of HAMD in two groups were both significantly lower than those before treatment. In the 8th ( ( HAMD ( 17.35 ± 2.98 ) ), 12th ( ( HAMD (9. 26 ±3.46) )weekend of treatment, the scores of HAMD in study group were significanlly lower than those in control group(8 th:21.97 ± 3.26; 12 th: 15.28 ± 3. 18 ). There were no significant differences in side effects between study group and control group. Conclusion Escitalopram angumented with psychoanalysis takes effects better than escitalopram single and doesn't increase side effects in the treatment of refractory depression.

Objective To observe ultrasonic and PET/CT features of malignant lymphoma after chemotherapy and to determine the value in assessment of lymphoma treatment response.Methods Seventy-seven lymph nodes in 32 patients were observed and measured with color Doppler ultrasound and PET/CT after chemotherapy comparing with pathologic results.Results Seventy-two lymph nodes were exactly certified by ultrasound(94.8%),and seventy-five nodes were exactly confirmed by PET/CT(97.4%).There were significant differences in L/S,blood supply type,Vmax,Vmin,RI(P＜0.05)between nodes groups with and without residual tumor.The PET/CT inspection demonstrates that lymph nodes with residual tumor was in the high metabolism condition.The positive nodes'index of ultrasound were connected with their metabolism condition.Conclusions The two methods all have high rate of accuracy.Ultrasound can be used as normal method in assessment of lymphoma treatment response.
