Triclosan (TCS) and triclocarban (TCC) are widely used synthetic broad-spectrum antibacterial agents that can enter the human body through the skin, gastrointestinal tract, and other pathways. More and more studies have found that exposure to TCS and TCC can affect human health, but currently, review reports on the health effects of human exposure to TCS and TCC are limited. Therefore, this study reviewed population studies on the relationship between TCS and TCC exposure and health effects by searching the PubMed database, summarized the associated health outcomes, and elucidated the biological mechanisms. A total of 56 studies were retrieved, among which cross-sectional studies (25 studies, 44.64%) and cohort studies (25 studies, 44.64%) accounted for a relatively large proportion, while case-control studies (6 studies, 10.72%) were relatively few. Studies on TCS exposure (48 studies, 85.71%) were far more prevalent than those on TCC exposure (2 studies, 3.57%). The remaining 6 studies involved both TCS and TCC exposure. The research results revealed that TCS exposure was associated with male and female abnormal reproductive functions, fetal growth restriction, abnormal behavior development in children, obesity, gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), and immune-related diseases. Although the results of different studies show significant differences, they have indicated that exposure to TCS is a potential risk factor for these health problems. Due to the limited number of studies, the evidence for the relationship between TCC exposure and most of the aforementioned health effects is insufficient. Population studies and in vitro and in vivo studies have shown that exposure to TCS and TCC can interfere with the microbial homeostasis, the endocrine system, oxidative stress and immune function of the body, which are potential mechanisms causing adverse health effects. In the future, large-scale prospective cohort studies, as well as in vivo and in vitro studies, are still needed to further clarify the associations between TCS and TCC exposure and health effects, and to deeply explore its mechanism of action. These efforts will provide references for clarifying the human health hazards of TCS and TCC exposure and formulating targeted prevention and control strategies.

ObjectiveTo investigate the mechanism by which Notoginsenoside R1 （NGR1） ameliorates hypoxia/reoxygenation （H/R）-induced injury in AC16 human cardiomyocyte cell lines through the regulation of mitophagy. MethodsCommon genes linked to hypoxia/reoxygenation injury and mitophagy were identified by intersecting data from GeneCards and MitoCarta databases. AC16 cell viability was assessed via CCK-8 assay under varying NGR1 concentrations （0， 6.25， 12.5， 25， 50， 100， 200， 300， 400， 500 μmol/L）. AC16 cells were divided into the following groups： control group （Control）， model group （H/R）， and treatment groups （H/R + NGR1 at 100， 200 and 300 μmol/L）. Mitochondrial membrane potential （ΔΨm） was measured using 5，5'，6，6'-tetrachloro-1，1'，3，3'-tetraethylbenzimidazolylcarbocyanine iodide （JC-1） staining. Transcriptional levels of mitophagy-related genes （Parkin， Pink1， P62） were quantified by reverse transcription-quantitative PCR （RT-qPCR）. Protein expression of mitophagy-related markers （Parkin， Pink1， P62， and LC3BⅡ） was evaluated via Western blot analysis. Mitochondrial ultrastructure was visualized by transmission electron microscopy （TEM）. ResultsCompared to the control group， cell viability in the H/R group significantly decreased （P<0.01）. Treatment with NGR1 at concentrations above 100 μmol/L significantly enhanced the cell viability of AC16 cells compared to the H/R group （P<0.01）. H/R induced a significant decrease in mitochondrial membrane potential （P<0.01）， which was restored by NGR1 treatment （P<0.01）. The mRNA levels of Parkin， Pink1， and P62 in the H/R group were upregulated compared to the control group （P<0.05）， while NGR1 intervention downregulated their expression （P<0.05）. Protein expression levels of Parkin， Pink1， and LC3BⅡ in the H/R group significantly increased， while P62 expression decreased compared to the control group （P<0.01）. In contrast， different doses of NGR1 treatment significantly reduced the expression of Parkin， Pink1， and LC3BⅡ while increasing P62 expression （P<0.05）. TEM revealed that the mitochondrial structure in the H/R group was severely disrupted， with fragmented and disorganized cristae， which was alleviated by NGR1. ConclusionNGR1 ameliorates H/R-induced AC16 cell injury， and its mechanism may be associated with modulating the Pink1/Parkin pathway to suppress excessive mitophagy.

Objective:To describe the current status of responsive caregiving behavior of infant mothers,to analyze their influencing factors and pathways using the information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)model,and to provide a basis for further interventions related to responsive caregiving be-haviors and comprehensive promotion of early childhood development.Methods:This study was a cross-sectional survey using convenience sampling.Questionnaires were used to collect basic information about mothers and their infants,as well as data on mothers' responsive caregiving behavior,knowledge of re-sponsive caregiving,social support,and parenting self-efficacy.Multivariate linear regression models were employed to analyze the influencing factors of responsive caregiving behavior,and structural equa-tion modeling was used to analyze the pathways of these influencing factors.The criterion for inadequate responsive caregiving is defined as scores not exceeding the lower quartile(P25)of the total score.Results:Among 510 mothers of aged 0-12 months infants in Weifang City,the average score for respon-sive caregiving behavior was 16.41±3.99.The proportion of inadequate responsive caregiving was 25.7％.Mothers in the insufficient responsive caregiving group had lower scores in knowledge(7.70±1.41),social support(57.92±15.16),and parenting self-efficacy(30.36±6.48)compared with those in the sufficient group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.001).Logistic regres-sion analysis indicated that the influencing factors for responsive caregiving included the level of know-ledge about responsive parenting[adjusted OR(aOR)=0.795,95％CI:0.566-0.838],social support(aOR=0.979,95％CI:0.961-0.996),and parenting self-efficacy(aOR=0.894,95％CI:0.857-0.932).Structural equation modeling revealed that knowledge of responsive caregiving(β=0.089,P=0.031),social support(β=0.153,P=0.001),and parenting self-efficacy(β=0.296,P＜0.001)were directly related to responsive caregiving behavior.Additionally,knowledge of responsive caregiving indirectly affected responsive caregiving behavior through parenting self-efficacy(β=0.095,P=0.014),and social support indirectly affected responsive caregiving behavior through parenting self-efficacy(β=0.497,P＜0.001).Conclusion:The current level of responsive caregiving behavior among mothers of 0-1-year-old infants in Weifang City is not satisfactory.Future development of responsive care-giving interventions should focus on providing caregivers with relevant knowledge of responsive caregiving based on their needs.Additionally,it is essential to offer social support from multiple aspects to enhance caregivers' parenting self-efficacy,thereby promoting improvements in responsive caregiving behavior.

In order to determine the causative agents responsible for the lethality of tumor disease in breeders,liver,spleen and other tissues of dead chickens were collected,and pathogen detection,se-quencing and genetic evolution analysis were carried out by PCR.The results showed that all three samples were negative for reticuloendotheliosis virus(REV),samples 1 and 2 wereavian leukosis virus subgroup J(ALV-J)positive,and sample 3 was positive for ALV-J and Marek's disease virus(MDV),which preliminarily determined that the breeder died of ALV-J infection or ALV-J and MDV mixed infection.Among them,the ALV-J gp85 gene had the highest nucleotide homology with the reference strain of ALV-J,ranging from 87.70％to 99.30％,and was in the same branch with the reference strain of subgroup J.Amino acid homology ranged from 78.00％to 96.20％,with some mutations.The nucleotide homology between the MDV meq gene and the vv+strain was the highest,which was 98.00％-99.00％,and they were in the same branch.The homology of amino acids was 95.90％-98.20％,and there were multiple mutation sites,among which the 176th amino acid destroyed the original Pro repeat of the virus MDV meq due to the mutation of Pro to Arg or Ala,which may lead to the enhancement of its virulence.This study will provide a reference for the prevention and control of neoplastic diseases in breeders in this region.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic accuracy and clinical applicability of the Linknet-VGG16 deep learning algorithm for measuring the effective optical zone(EOZ)after corneal refractive surgery.Methods This single-center retrospective cohort study included 69 patients(69 eyes)who underwent femtosecond laser-assisted in situ kerato-mileusis(FS-LASIK)(34 eyes)or small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE)(35 eyes)at the Refractive Surgery Center of Affiliated Zhengzhou Aier Eye Hospital of Henan University from June 2023 to June 2024.Data from the right eyes of all patients were selected for statistical analysis.During the surgery,patients in the FS-LASIK group adopted the VisuMax fem-tosecond laser system combined with the Amaris 750S excimer laser system,while those in the SMILE group only used the VisuMax femtosecond laser system.A total of 276 Pentacam images were re-examined postoperatively.A Linknet segmenta-tion model based on the VGG16 encoder was constructed,and image normalization techniques were applied to accelerate model convergence.Model performance was assessed using accuracy,intersection over union(IoU),and the Dice coeffi-cient.The traditional EOZ measurement method based on corneal tangential curvature served as the reference standard.Bland-Altman analysis was conducted to evaluate consistency across all images and within each group,and the time effi-ciency of both methods was compared.Results Six representative medical image segmentation architectures(U-Net,U-Net++,DeepLabv3-ResNet50,DeepLabv3+-ResNet50,Unet-Densenet169,and Linknet-VGG16)were systematically evaluated.The Linknet-VGG16 model demonstrated superior performance over the other 5 models in pixel-level accuracy,IoU and Dice coefficient,which were 99.83％,99.48％and 99.74％,respectively.Although there was no significant differ-ence in accuracy and Dice coefficient between Linknet-VGG16 and U-Net models(whose accuracy was 99.82％and Dice coefficient was 99.72％),the inference speed of the U-Net model(62.46 ms)was 31.76％slower than that of the Linknet-VGG16 model(42.62 ms).The evaluation results of a clinically applicable comprehensive scoring model(weights:accura-cy 20％,IoU 20％,Dice coefficient 20％,speed 25％,model size 15％)showed that the Linknet-VGG16 model achieved a score of 88.01,surpassing other architectures(U-Net:86.29;DeepLabv3+-ResNet50:80.41;DeepLabv3-ResNet50:73.82;U-Net++:73.22;Unet-Densenet169:66.66).Bland-Altman analysis revealed that the mean difference of the 136 images in the FS-LASIK group was 0.01 mm[95％limits of agreement(LoA):-0.36 to 0.35 mm],with 96.3％of data points falling within the LoA.The mean difference of the 140 images in the SMILE group was-0.01 mm(95％LoA:-0.36 to 0.33 mum),with 95.7％of data points falling within the LoA.The mean difference of all 276 images was 0.00 mm(95％LoA:-0.36 to 0.34 mm),with 96.4％of data points falling within the LoA.These results indicated excellent consistency.The average measurement time per image using the traditional EOZ measurement method was 13.00 minutes,whereas the deep learning model required only 3.22 seconds.Conclusion The traditional EOZ measurement method based on corne-al tangential curvature exhibits good consistency with the fully automatic EOZ measurement method based on deep learning algorithms,achieving high image recognition accuracy.Additionally,the deep learning algorithm significantly reduces measurement time,compared with the traditional method based on corneal tangential curvature.

The quality and teaching level of clinical teaching staff are important factors affecting the training quality of newly recruited nurses, and strengthening the construction of the teaching staff team is the key to ensuring the training quality. This article reviews the relevant contents of the clinical teaching staff training project for newly recruited nurses at home and abroad, including training contents, training duration, training forms, achieved results, and deficiencies. Countermeasures are proposed for the existing problems, aiming to provide referential ideas for constructing a unified teaching staff training program for newly recruited nurses in China.

Objective To investigate the independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of chronic active antibody-mediated rejection (caAMR) after kidney transplantation. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 61 patients who underwent renal biopsy and were diagnosed with caAMR. The patients were divided into caAMR group (n=41) and caAMR+TCMR group (n=20) based on the presence or absence of concurrent acute T cell-mediated rejection (TCMR). The patients were followed up for 3 years. The value of 24-hour urinary protein and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) at the time of biopsy in predicting graft loss was assessed using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. The independent risk factors affecting caAMR prognosis were analyzed using the LASSO-Cox regression model. The correlation between grouping, outcomes, and Banff scores was compared using Spearman rank correlation matrix analysis. Kaplan-Meier analysis was used to evaluate the renal allograft survival rates of each subgroup. Results The 3-year renal allograft survival rates for the caAMR group and the caAMR+TCMR group were 83% and 79%, respectively. The area under the ROC curve (AUC) for predicting 3-year renal allograft loss was 0.83 ［95% confidence interval (CI) 0.70-0.97］ for eGFR and 0.78 (95% CI 0.61-0.96) for 24-hour urinary protein at the time of biopsy. LASSO-Cox regression analysis and Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that eGFR≤25.23 mL/(min·1.73 m²) and the presence of donor-specific antibody (DSA) against human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I might be independent risk factors affecting renal allograft prognosis, with hazard ratios of 7.67 (95% CI 2.18-27.02) and 5.13 (95% CI 1.33-19.80), respectively. A strong correlation was found between the Banff chronic lesion indicators of renal interstitial fibrosis and tubular atrophy (P<0.05). Conclusions The presence of HLA class I DSA and eGFR≤25.23 mL/(min·1.73 m²) at the time of biopsy may be independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of caAMR.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the characteristics of global surgical site infection(SSI)outbreaks and provide references for targeted prevention and control measures.METHODS SSI outbreak events from Jan.1,1990 to Dec.31,2023 were searched from Wanfang Med,CNKI,VIP and PubMed.Data on department distribution dur-ing the outbreak,duration,investigation methods,main causes,transmission modes,pathogen composition and outbreak outcomes were summarized for analysis.RESULTS A total of 111 SSI outbreaks in 20 countries were identi-fied,involving 1 382 patients and 24 deaths.The source of the outbreak was identified in 78 cases,mainly involving med-ical personnel in 27 cases(34.62％),hospital equipment in 19 cases(24.36％),environmental factors in 11 cases(14.10％),workflow factors in 10 cases(12.82％),hospital water factors in 7 cases(8.97％)and disinfectant fac-tors in 4 cases(5.13％).The duration of SSI outbreaks abroad was 5.00(1.50,12.00)months,longer than that in China[1.00(1.00,2.00)month](P＜0.05).In China,the outbreaks mainly occurred in neurosurgery,cardiac surger-y,orthopedics,obstetrics and general surgery,while at abroad,they mainly occurred in cardiac surgery,orthopedics,and involved multiple surgical departments.Environmental hygiene methods were adopted in up to 90.63％of cases in China.Compared with China,analytical epidemiological methods and molecular epidemiological methods were more com-monly used abroad.Targeted measures and strengthened basic measures were implemented for different outbreak sources to terminate the SSI outbreaks.Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(34 times)was a widely used molecular typing method in outbreak investigations.CONCLUSIONS Based on the analysis of SSI outbreak characteristics and risk factors,it is neces-sary to strengthen medical personnel training and monitoring of special pathogens.At the same time,the epidemiologi-cal investigation capabilities of infection control professionals should be strengthened.

There is a large gap between production and demand of plant oil in China, which leads to the heavy reliance on imports. Diacylglycerol acyltransferase (DGAT) and phospholipid: diacylglycerol acyltransferase (PDAT) are two key enzymes responsible for the synthesis of triacylglycerol, thereby affecting the yield and quality of plant oil. This paper comprehensively reviews the research progress in DGAT and PDAT in terms of their biological functions in plant oil synthesis, the molecular mechanisms of regulating plant lipid metabolism, growth, and development under stress, and their roles in driving oil synthesis under the background of synthetic biology. Furthermore, future research and application of DGAT and PDAT are prospected. This review aims to provide a basis for deeply understanding the molecular mechanism of plant oil synthesis and improving the quality and productivity of oil crops by the utilization of DGAT and PDAT genes.
