Objective:
To investigate the situation of social support (SS), and explore its relationship with antenatal depression (AD) among Zhejiang primiparas in their third trimesters.
Methods:
From March to August 2016, a cross-sectional study was conducted and the questionnaire was used at the outpatient consulting room of one maternity hospital in Hangzhou. Inclusion criteria includes the primiparas over 18 years old, gestation from 30 to 36 weeks, been able to understand and complete the questionnaires independently, no family history and history of mental disorders and no use of psychotropic drugs, without serious illness and so on. Exclusion criteria was that the primiparas were unable to complete all the contents of the questionnaire and of poor compliance. 1 150 questionnaires were actually given out, and 1 075 questionnaires were valid, so the valid rate was 93.48%. AD was evaluated by the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) and SS was evaluated by the Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS). SS between the non-AD group and the AD group was compared. The correlation between SS and AD was analyzed. Binary logistic regression model was used to assess the relationship between SS and AD. The level of SS was divided by average scores, groups lower than the average score was defined as the low-score group, groups higher than the average score was defined as the high-score group.
Results:
The prevalence of AD (score≥9) was 27.3% (293/1 075) among Zhejiang primiparas in their third trimesters. The scores of family support, friend support and other support, and the total score of SS among the non-AD group were 24.80±2.83, 23.40±3.00, 21.91±3.54 and 70.11±7.92, respectively, which were higher than those in the AD group (22.71±3.88, 21.45±3.59, 19.95±3.97, 64.10±10.01), (

Objective To analyze the relationship of the total length of coronary stent and patients’postoperative quality of life. Methods A number of 280 patients who were diagnosed as coronary artery by coronary angiography and successfully completed PCI surgery in our hospital from April 2012 to March 2013 were retrospectively collected. And they were divided into 3 groups according to the total length of the coronary stent, namely:group Ⅰ (68 cases, length of the coronary stent were less than 36 mm),group Ⅱ (156 cases, length of the coronary stent were 36 ~72 mm),and group Ⅲ (56 cases, length of the coronary stent were more than 72 mm).The prognosis and quality of life of patients of the 3 groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in terms of in-stent restenosis, angina recurrence and target vessel revascularization rates among the 3 groups within 6 months after PCI surgery (P >0.05).But the incidence rate of adverse cardiac events of the 3 groups were significant different, and group Ⅲ were significantly higher than group Ⅱ,group Ⅱwas significantly high-er than in group Ⅰ (P <0.05).It was significant different in terms of the total length of coronary stent aomng the 3 groups (P <0.01).But there was no statistically significant difference in patients’quality of life among the 3 groups (P >0.05).Conclusion Although the total length of coronary stent and patients’postoperative quality of life were of no correlation,it is still recommend to make assessment of vascular lesions carefully before surgery. For patients with stable disease,it is recommend to take conservative medication treatment.Make stent implan-tation only when it’s necessary and the length of coronary stent should be strictly controlled so as to reduce the incidence of adverse cardiac events.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(01):-
Objective We retrospectively studied the MRI and MRA appearances of 10 patients,(6 children,4 adults) with Moyamoya disease. Methods MRI and MRA images were analyzed. For the MRA images,it was concerned that whether there were occlusive changes of the internal carotid artery and middle cerebral artery and whether there were collateral vessels. For the MRI images, the locations of the infarct lesions were studied. Results For the MRA images, the internal carotid arteries and the middle cerebral arteries were observed stenosis, and collateral vessels were formed in cerebral hemispheres. There were no remarkable differences between the children and adult groups with regard to the occlusive changes or to the flow void sign on MRA.However,Moyamoya disease in children exhibited a significant increase in the cortical and subcortical infarction(75%,9/12).In contrast, there were much more deep white matter infarctions in the centrum semiovale and basal ganglia in the adult group(87.5%,7/8)than in the children group(33.3%,4/12).Conclusion MRI and MRA are the method of choice in diagnosis of Moyamoya disease. The differences in the site of infarctions between the childhood and the adult Moyamoya disease observed on MRI may explain the differences in the clinical presentation.
