In recent years,the incidence of childhood cancer has shown a steady upward trend.Due to the unique nature of this disease,the issue of affiliate stigma among primary caregivers of children with cancer has gradually drawn attention.Affiliate stigma not only directly affects caregivers' mental health and quality of life,but also leads to reduced social support and lower self-efficacy,thereby impacting their engagement in the caregiving process and affecting the treatment adherence and prognosis of children with cancer indirectly.This article provides a review covering 5 main areas:the conceptual definition of affiliate stigma,measurement tools,influencing factors,intervention strategies,and insights and recommendations,to provide a theoretical basis and guidance for subsequent research and the development of interventions.

Objective To investigate the current status of family resilience of children with cancer and analyze its influencing factors,to provide a basis for medical staff to formulate intervention plans.Methods Using a convenient sampling method,children with cancer who were hospitalized in 2 tertiary hospitals in Henan Province from January to April 2024 were selected for the survey.A general information questionnaire,family resilience assessment scale,quality of life family version,ZBI caregiver burden interview,and social support rating scale were used to understand the current status of family resilience of children with cancer and to explore the related influencing factors by univariate analysis and multiple stepwise linear regression analysis.Results A total of 280 questionnaires were distributed and 265 valid questionnaires were recovered,with a valid questionnaire recovery rate of 94.64％.The total score of family resilience for primary caregivers of children with cancer was(185.63±30.66).The multiple stepwise linear regression analysis results showed that the children's self-care ability,caregiver's work status,family care burden,and social support level were the influencing factors for family resilience of children with cancer(P＜0.05),and the explanatory variance was 51.3％.Conclusion The family resilience of children with cancer is at a medium level.The worse the children's self-care ability and the heavier the family care burden,the worse the family resilience;the caregiver's work status and good social support are helpful for the family resilience of children with cancer.Healthcare workers should develop intervention programs to address these factors to enhance the family resilience of children with cancer.

The long-term efficacy and complications of implantable diaphragm pacer (IDP) in a child with cervical spinal cord injury (CSCI) in the Department of Spinal and Neural Functional Reconstruction, China Rehabilitation Research Center in September 2022 were retrospective analyzed.A male child had quadriplegia without an obvious cause at the age of 12 years, and he was then lived completely with the assistance of mechanical ventilation.At the age of 14 years, he could wean off the ventilator in unilateral diaphragmatic pacing mode.However, mechanical ventilation was re-given for months after 5 years due to pneumonia, and then the IDP was re-given with the self-felt decreased pacing effect.After hospitalization, the patient was examined with mild diaphragmatic atrophy, secondary flat chest, and mild scoliosis.After optimization of the transdiaphragmatic pacing threshold and rehabilitation, his respiratory function improved.IDP can be used in CSCI for long time, while flat chest and scoliosis that limited the expansion of the lungs should be considered.At the meantime, the increased abdominal spasm affected the abdominal compliance, leading to the decrease in the efficiency of the diaphragm.

ObjectiveTo investigate the neurological outcome of children with dance-associated spinal cord injury without radiographic abnormality (SCIWORA) and explore its related factors and predictive model. MethodsFrom July, 2012 to January, 2022, 75 children with dance-associated SCIWORA hospitalized in Beijing Bo'ai Hospital were divided into improved group (n = 14) and non-improved group (n = 61) according to the American Spinal Injury Association Impairment Scale (AIS) grade a year later, and the related factors were analyzed. ResultsAll patients were girls aged four to ten years. Most of them were complete spinal cord injuries (52/75, 69%). The time of injury to rehabilitation (OR = 0.926, P = 0.046, 95%CI 0.858 to 0.999), the existing tendon reflex (OR = 46.915，P = 0.012, 95%CI 2.333 to 943.616) and muscle tension (OR = 8.932，P = 0.044，95%CI 1.063~75.067) were correlated with the AIS grade improvement. The combination of time of injury to rehabilitation, tendon reflex and muscle tone existing may predict the improvement of AIS (AUC = 0.953, P < 0.001，95%CI 0.878 to 0.989), the sensitivity and specificity were 100% and 83.61%, respectively. ConclusionThe neurological outcome of children with dance-associated SCIWORA is poor. Rehabilitation training as soon as possible is beneficial to the neurological recovery. Tendon reflexe and muscle tone existing at admission are closely related to improvement of neurological outcome, which could be used as potential indicators.

Malignant tumors of digestive system are highly prevalent malignant tumors that seriously threaten human health around the world. At present, the curative efficacy and prognosis of traditional treatment methods cannot reach the expectation, so it is urgent to find new targets for cancer treatment and realize targeted therapy for tumors. Abnormal energy metabolism in tumor cells is regarded as a hallmark of cancer, and malignant tumor cells absorb glucose through aerobic glycolysis pathway, and obtain a small amount of energy and produce lactate under the catalysis of a series of enzymes. Lactate dehydrogenase A (Lactate dehydrogenase A, LDHA), as a key enzyme in the aerobic glycolysis pathway of tumor cells, plays an important role in the metabolic changes of tumor cells. Studies have demonstrated that LDHA has high expression characteristics in a variety of tumor cells,and its high expression in clinic is often related to the poor prognosis and high metastasis rate of tumors, which is expected to be a new target for cancer therapy. This article reviews the role of LDHA in the development of digestive system tumors and the research progress of related drugs.

Objective:To construct a self-management intervention program for patients with adenocarcinoma chemotherapy based on chronic disease trajectory model, and to provide reference for clinical nursing intervention.Methods:From October 2021 to June 2022, a research team was established. Based on the chronic disease trajectory model and self-management theory, through preliminary quantitative research, literature review and semi-structured interview, the first draft of the intervention plan was prepared. 24 experts were selected for two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence consultation to determine the self-management intervention plan for breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy based on the trajectory model of chronic disease.Results:The effective questionnaire recovery rates of the two rounds of expert letter consultation were 100%, and the coefficient of expert authority degree was 0.805 and 0.863, respectively. The mean values of importance were 4.21- 4.96 and 4.46 - 5.00, the coefficients of variation were 0.00 - 0.19 and 0.00-0.17, and the Kendall concordant coefficients were 0.123 and 0.149 ( both P<0.01). Finally, the self-management intervention scheme for breast cancer chemotherapy patients based on the trajectory model of chronic disease was constructed, including 3 first-level indicators, 6 second-level indicators and 27 third-level indicators. Conclusions:The self-management intervention program for patients with adenocarcinoma chemotherapy based on chronic disease trajectory model constructed in this study can provide a certain reference for clinical nurses to carry out targeted self-management interventions.

Objective To compare the effectiveness and safety of glucocorticoid versus intravenous injection of human immunoglobulin (IVIG) in treatment of with acute primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) in children. Methods PubMed, the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Chinese biomedical literature database (CBM), Chinese Journal Full Text Database (CNKI) and Wanfang database were searched. The bibliography was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the target literatures were selected. The data were extracted and the quality of included literatures was evaluated. Revman 5 . 3 software was used to make meta-analysis. Results In 1500 papers searched, 8 papers met the inclusion criteria. Meta-analysis showed that there was a statistical signiifcance in platelet count (PLT,>20 × 109/L) after being treated for 48 h between glucocorticoid group and IVIG group (RR=0 . 77 , 95%CI:0 . 67~0 . 89 ). In subgroup analysis, there were statistical signiifcance in methylprednisolone (MP) 30 mg/kg versus IVIG 1 g/(kg·d)× 2 d, and metacortandratin (PDN) 4 mg/kg versus IVIG 1 g/(kg·d)× 2 d (RR=0 . 66 , 95%CI:0 . 47-0 . 91;RR=0 . 79 , 95%CI:0 . 66-0 . 95 ). After treatment for 24 h and 72 h, the platelet count>20 × 109/L were signiifcantly different in glucocorticoid group and in IVIG group (RR=0 . 69 , 95%CI:0 . 53-0 . 91;RR=0 . 82 , 95%CI:0 . 74-0 . 90 ). Moreover, after treatment for 24 h, 48 h and 72 h, the platelet count>50 × 109/L were signiifcantly different between glucocorticoid group and IVIG group (RR=0 . 38 ,95%CI:0 . 21-0 . 69;RR=0 . 53 , 95%CI:0 . 41-0 . 69;RR=0 . 80 , 95%CI:0 . 70-0 . 93 ). There was no difference in the incidence of splenic resection between two groups (RR=5 . 41 , 95%CI:0 . 95-30 . 74 , P=0 . 06 ). Conclusion The probability of platelet count to reach>20 × 109/L in the initial treatment with glucocorticoid of acute ITP patients were 32%lower than that with IVIG. With the initial therapeutic target being platelet count>50 × 109/L in 3 days, the effect of IVIG was better.

Objective To observe the effect of Pingchuanlingchongji (PCL) on the auricular microcirculation of mice and to investigate the effect mechanism of the treatment for asthma. Methods 50 mice were randomly divided into five groups, group 1 and group 2 were given 0.9% NS (25 mL/kg) as control group; group 3 was given aspirin (0.25 g/kg), 4 group was given low-dose (1.1 g/kg) PCL, group 5 was given high-dose (2.2 g/kg) PCL. Last for seven days. We injected Posterior Pituitary Injection (0.5 U/mL) on the rear vein of 2-5 group mices after the last time of given druy.
