Objective:
To investigate the status of heat illness, knowledge awareness and adaptive behaviors of heat wave knowledge among food delivery riders, so as to provide a basis for optimizing heat wave response measures for food delivery riders.
Methods:
In November 2022, food delivery riders from a large food delivery platform in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province were selected as survey subjects using a cluster sampling method. A self-designed electronic questionnaire was used to select demographic information, work status, lifestyle behaviors and disease history, heat illness status, knowledge awareness and adaptive behaviors of heatwave.
Results:
A total of 911 questionnaires were distributed, and 830 valid questionnaires were recovered, resulting in a valid response rate of 91.11%. Among the respondents, 796 (95.90%) were male, and 818 (98.55%) worked full-time. The mean age was (27.75±8.00) years. A total of 470 respondents (56.63%) had a work tenure of less than 1 year. The primary working hours were 8-<12 hours, with 504 people accounting for 60.72%. There were 108 cases of heatstroke, with an occurrence rate of 13.01%. And 286 people reported heat-related symptoms, with an occurrence rate of 34.46%. The overall awareness rate of heat wave knowledge was 73.22%, while the awareness rate of heat warning signal classification was relatively low at 9.04%. The heat wave cognition score was (5.86±1.31) points. There were statistically significant differences in heat wave cognition scores among food delivery riders of different ages, educational levels, family annual income, work tenures, and work durations (all P<0.05). Regarding positive adaptive behaviors, the number of riders paying attention to weather forecasts and actively learning about preventive measures was higher (734 people each, accounting for 88.43%). Regarding negative adaptive behaviors, the number of riders who often drank ice-cold beverages was higher (509 people, accounting for 61.33%). The heat wave adaptive behavior score was (6.88±1.77) points. There were statistically significant differences in adaptive behavior scores among riders with different educational levels, family annual income, work tenures, and smoking frequency (all P<0.05).
Conclusions
The occurrence rates of heatstroke and heat-related symptoms among food delivery riders are relatively high. The knowledge awareness and adaptive behaviors regarding heat wave are at a moderate level. It is suggested to strengthen health education, reinforce risk cognition of heat wave, and promote positive adaptive behaviors among food delivery riders.

Objective This study conducted molecular biological identification of the viruses carried by Culex pipiens pallens specimens collected in Shunyi District, Beijing in 2023, and observed the changes in the infection rate of the viruses carried by Cx. pipiens pallens at different collection times. Methods Cx. pipiens pallens were collected using carbon dioxide mosquito traps. The mosquito samples were ground in batches and analyzed by molecular biology technologies. The virus infection rate at different collection times was analyzed statistically. Results 17 strains of Culex pipiens pallens densovirus(CppDNV)were identified from Cx. pipiens pallens samples collected in Shunyi District, Beijing, in 2023. The nucleotide sequence analysis of the virus genome coding region showed that CppDNV was a single-stranded DNA virus with a total length of 3 335 nt, encoding 2 non-structural proteins(NS1, NS2)and 1 capsid protein(VP). The nucleotide(amino acid)sequence lengths of the three proteins were 2 376 nt(791 aa),1 092 nt(363 aa)and 1 071 nt(356 aa), respectively. Phylogenetic analysis showed that CppDNV was located in genus Brevihamaparvovirus. Statistical analysis showed no significant difference in infection rates across collection times(χ2=4.429, P=0.194). Conclusions CppDNV was identified in Cx. pipiens pallens in Beijing, and it was stably maintained in this natural population.

Objective:To identify key influencing factors and their structural relationships for continuity of care and care coordination in integrated healthcare systems, providing evidence for systemic improvement strategies. Methods:Taking the Yuhuan Health Consortium in Zhejiang Province as an example, this study integrated the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)and Adversarial Interpretive Structure Modeling(AISM).An expert questionnaire and literature review were used to construct a factor system, quantifying the influence degree, centrality, and hierarchical structure of 17 continuity and 14 coordination factors. Results:In the system of continuity of care,division-of-labor and linkage mechanisms(influence degree:2.516)and payment methods(causal degree:1.043)were identified as core drivers, forming a four-level interaction network. For care coordination, health planning(centrality:4.452)and health insurance policies(causal degree:1.131)emerged as root causes, establishing a three-tier hierarchical structure.Topological analysis revealed that continuity relies on the"institutional design-process articulation-patient perception"pathway, while coordination depends on the"policy traction-management synergy-technical support"linkage mechanism. Both systems shared disease characteristics(causal degree:1.650/1.384)as underlying drivers, yet service processes(centrality:4.680)and managerial awareness(centrality:4.754)served as unique hub nodes. Conclusion:Differentiated interventions are required:continuity improvement should prioritize payment reform and division-of-labor mechanisms, while coordination enhancement necessitates strengthened health planning and policy synergy.

Objective:To quantitatively evaluate the level of the three medical linkage in China from 2009 to 2022,explore the influencing factors and driving paths of the three medical linkage in China, and provide a new perspective for promoting the development of the three medical linkage. Methods:An optimized coupling coordination degree model was used to calculate the coupling coordination degree between the trinity healthcare systems and different binary systems within the systems in 31 provinces of China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan),and the Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis method was used to explore the condition configurations of multi-factor-driven three medical linkage. Results:From 2009 to 2022,the coupling coordination degree between the trinity healthcare systems in each province of China generally showed an increasing trend year by year.Among the binary systems, the overall coordinated development situation between the medical and medical insurance systems was the best and the regional development was the most balanced. The coupling coordination degree gap between the trinity healthcare system and the internal binary systems among provinces gradually widened, and the multi-polarization trend intensified. The paths to promote high-level three medical linkage can be summarized into two types:internal and external balanced development type(H1)and government-led type(H2,H3),among which the H1 path with per capita GDP and health expenditure as core conditions was the most common. Conclusion:It is suggested to enhance institutional and technological innovation, and integrate resources through a cross-departmental collaboration mechanism and digital technology.Provinces should select high-level optimization paths by leveraging regional endowments to narrow the regional development gap.Meanwhile, under the impetus of high-level policies, the protection and supervision system continues to improve, thereby promoting the three medical linkage.

Apolipoprotein D(APOD)is a protein that is widely present in animal tissues and is in-volved in the reproductive regulation of the body.In order to investigate the expression regularity of APOD in bactrian camel epididymis and its regulation effect on sperm maturation, this study took the epididymis of bactrian camel during estrus and anestrus as materials, and first cloned the complete sequence of APOD coding sequence(CDS)region. The physicochemical properties of AP-OD were analyzed by ProParam,SOPMA,SWISS-MODEL and MEGA7.0 software.Meanwhile, the expression and distribution of APOD in epididymis were detected by qRT-PCR,Western blot and IHC.The cloning results showed that:the length of the CDS region of APOD gene was 624 bp,encoding 207 amino acids. The APOD sequence of Bactrian camel was highly conserved with the nucleotide and amino acid sequence of alpaca, and the homology of APOD sequence with elk was the lowest. The results of qRT-PCR showed that the mRNA levels of APOD in the head, body and tail of epididymis in estrus were significantly higher than those in estrus(P<0.01).Western blot results showed that the APOD protein expression and mRNA expression trend was similar in the head and body of the epididymis during anestrus, but the APOD expression level in the tail of the epididymis during anestrus was opposite to the mRNA expression level(P<0.05).The results of H&E and IHC showed that there were significant differences in epididymal tissue between estrus and anestrus. In addition,APOD showed positive reactions in epididymal epithelial cells, smooth muscle cells, sperm and connective tissue to varying degrees, suggesting that APOD may be in-volved in the maturation of sperm during estrus and anestrus, providing evidence for further explo-ring the regulatory mechanism of APOD's involvement in seasonal estrus.
