Objective To explore the effect of the teaching model based on"Academic-Industrial-Education Integration"in the clinical probation and practice teaching of rehabilitation.Methods 57 rehabilitation students were divided into control group(n=28)and experimental group(n=29)according to their volunteers.The control group took the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group took the teaching method of"Academic-Industrial-Education Integration".The two groups of students were compared in the assessment results of scientific research related courses,the participation rate of students in scien-tific research and innovation related projects,the satisfaction results of teaching effect,learning effect,self-theoretical ability and self-practical ability.The data of teachers' teaching results were collected.Results The scores of students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group in terms of scientific research-related courses and participation rate of scientific research,innovation and entrepreneurship projects(P＜0.05).There was no statistical difference in the satisfaction of teaching effect and theoretical ability improvement.Students' self-learning effect satisfaction and practical ability improvement satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The teaching achievements of teachers are in-creased,and the teaching level is promoted.Conclusion The application of"Academic-Industrial-Education Integration"teaching mode in clinical teaching of rehabilitation is helpful to improve students' participation rate in scientific research courses and innova-tive projects,improve the satisfaction of learning effect and practical ability,and promote the improvement of teaching level.

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of heat shock protein 70(HSP70),apoptosis-associated speck-like protein(ASC),and vitamin D in children with febrile seizures(FS).Methods A total of 200 children with FS admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected as FS group,including 158 cases of simple FS and 42 cases of complex FS.Another 200 febrile children without FS were selected as fever group,and 50 healthy children were selected as control group.The differences in HSP70,ASC mRNA,and vitamin D expression a-mong the three groups were compared.The differences in HSP70,ASC mRNA,and vitamin D ex-pression at different time points in children with different types of FS were compared.The influencing factors and predictive value of complex FS were analyzed.Results At admission,the expression lev-els of HSP70 and ASC mRNA gradually decreased,while the vitamin D levels gradually increased in the FS group,fever group,and control group,with statistically significant between-group differences(P＜0.01).One hour after admission,the levels of HSP70 and ASC mRNA in both the complex FS group and the simple FS group were lower than those at admission(P＜0.01).The levels of HSP70 and ASC mRNA in the complex FS group at admission and 1 hour after admission were higher than those in the simple FS group,while the vitamin D level was lower(P＜0.01).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that elevated HSP70 and ASC mRNA levels at admission were independ-ent risk factors for complex FS(P＜0.001),while elevated vitamin D level was an independent protective factor for complex FS(P＜0.001).The area under the curve(AUC)for HSP70,ASC mRNA,and vitamin D in assessing complex FS were 0.785(95％CI,0.721 to 0.840),0.766(95％CI,0.701 to 0.823),and0.760(95％CI,0.695 to 0.817),respectively.The combined AUC of HSP70,ASC mRNA,and vitamin D for assessing complex FS was 0.915,with a sensitivity of 90.48％and a specificity of 81.65％.The AUC of combined assessment of complex FS by vari-ous factors was greater than that of HSP70,ASC mRNA,and vitamin D alone(Z=2.743,2.749,3.086,P=0.006,0.006,0.002).Conclusion The levels of HSP70 and ASC mRNA are elevat-ed,while the vitamin D level is reduced in children with complex and simple FS.The combined as-sessment of HSP70,ASC mRNA,and vitamin D at admission has high value in assessing complex FS.

Objective·To investigate the imaging features of computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the patients with Kimura disease(KD)in the head and neck.Methods·Sixty-four cases of KD in the head and neck comfirmed by histopathology were retrospectively collected from 2009 to 2023 in Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.All patients completed CT and/or MRI enhancement imaging before surgery.Clinical and imaging characteristics were collected,recorded and analyzed,including age,gender,peripheral blood eosinophilic ratio,serum IgE level,the lesion location,shape,size,CT density and degree of enhancement,MRI signal intensity and degree of enhancement,apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC),time-signal intensity curve(TIC)patterns,wash-in rate,and time to peak(TTP).Results·The average age of the 64 KD patients was(40±19)years,and 92.2%were males.A total of 73.5%of the patients showed an elevated ratio of peripheral blood eosinophil,and all 10 tested patients exhibited increased serum IgE levels.There were 82 extranodal(subcutaneous and glandular)lesions and 144 lymph node lesions detected by CT and MRI.Among the extranodal lesions,80.5%were subcutaneous or glandular patchy lesions with unclear boundaries,and the rest were nodular lesions with clear boundaries.All lesions exhibited isodensity on CT scans and showed isointensity on T1-weighted imaging(T1WI)and hyperintensity on T2-weighted imaging(T2WI)in MRI.Most extranodal lesions tended to show heterogeneous enhancement,while most lymph node lesions showed homogeneous enhancement.The median ADCs of the extranodal lesions and the lymph node lesions were 1.04×10-3 mm2/s and 0.67×10-3 mm2/s,respectively,which were significantly different(P=0.000).The dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)results showed that the TIC patterns of extranodal lesions were predominantly type Ⅰ andⅡ,accounting for 57.5%and 42.5%,respectively;while the TIC patterns of lymph node lesions were predominantly type Ⅱ(96.6%).The difference in the TTP and the wash-in rate between the extranodal lesions and the lymph node lesions were both statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion·Extranodal lesions and lymph node lesions of KD both show isodensity on CT,and isointensity on T1WI and hyperintensity on T2WI in MRI.Extranodal lesions often show high ADC,TIC type Ⅰ or Ⅱ,and mostly heterogeneous enhancement;lymph node lesions often show low ADC,TIC type Ⅱ,and mostly homogenous enhancement.

Objective To observe the value of self-supervised deep learning artificial intelligence(AI)noise reduction technology based on the nearest adjacent layer applicated in ultra-low dose CT(ULDCT)for urinary calculi.Methods Eighty-eight urinary calculi patients were prospectively enrolled.Low dose CT(LDCT)and ULDCT scanning were performed,and the effective dose(ED)of each scanning protocol were calculated.The patients were then randomly divided into training set(n=75)and test set(n=13),and a self-supervised deep learning AI noise reduction system based on the nearest adjacent layer constructed with ULDCT images in training set was used for reducing noise of ULDCT images in test set.In test set,the quality of ULDCT images before and after AI noise reduction were compared with LDCT images,i.e.Blind/Referenceless Image Spatial Quality Evaluator(BRISQUE)scores,image noise(SDROI)and signal-to-noise ratio(SNR).Results The tube current,the volume CT dose index and the dose length product of abdominal ULDCT scanning protocol were all lower compared with those of LDCT scanning protocol(all P＜0.05),with a decrease of ED for approximately 82.66％.For 13 patients with urinary calculi in test set,BRISQUE score showed that the quality level of ULDCT images before AI noise reduction reached 54.42％level but raised to 95.76％level of LDCT images after AI noise reduction.Both ULDCT images after AI noise reduction and LDCT images had lower SDROI and higher SNR than ULDCT images before AI noise reduction(all adjusted P＜0.05),whereas no significant difference was found between the former two(both adjusted P＞0.05).Conclusion Self-supervised learning AI noise reduction technology based on the nearest adjacent layer could effectively reduce noise and improve image quality of urinary calculi ULDCT images,being conducive for clinical application of ULDCT.

Objective:This study aims to explore the prevalence of hepatitis E virus (HEV) infection in patients and the screening value of serological indicators for HEV infection patients.Methods:Retrospective analysis was conducted on 97 440 cases of anti-HEV IgM and IgG simultaneously tested in two Beijing hospitals from January 1, 2018 to August 31, 2023. Among them, there were 61 005 males and 36 435 females, with an average age of 51.65±13.05 years old. According to the positivity of anti HEV specific antibodies, they were divided into anti-HEV IgM positive group (3 588 cases), anti-HEV IgG positive group (18 083 cases), and anti-HEV antibody negative group (78 892 cases). Results of HEV RNA, liver function, AFP, PIVKA-Ⅱ and PT were collected, and their basic clinical information were recorded. The prevalence of HEV infection in patients, as well as the relationship between the positivity of anti-HEV specific antibodies and the patient′s age group, HEV RNA, and clinical characteristics were analyzed.Results:Among 97 440 patients who tested anti-HEV IgM and IgG simultaneously, the positivity rate of anti-HEV IgM was 3.68% (3 588/97 440), and was 18.56% for anti-HEV IgG (18 083/97 440). The overall positivity rates of anti-HEV IgM in two Beijing hospitals from 2018 to 2023 were 2.51%, 2.53%, 3.02%, 4.59%, 5.72%, and 4.26% ( χ2=1 401.73, P<0.001), while the positivity rates of anti-HEV IgG were 12.56%, 12.32%, 12.85%, 22.65%, 27.42%, and 26.66% ( χ2=1 058.29, P<0.001). These rates showed a gradual increase until 2023 when a decline was observed. The positivity rates of anti-HEV IgM (2.28%, 3.60%, 4.47%) ( χ2=89.62, P<0.001) and IgG (4.71%, 17.86%, 25.94%) ( χ2=2 017.32, P<0.001) increased with age in patients who aged 1-30, >30-60, and over 60 years old. The age and ALB values of patients in the anti-HEV IgM positive group were lower than the IgG-positive group, while the proportion of males, TBIL, ALT, AFP and PT values were higher than the IgG-positive group, and the differences were statistically significance ( P<0.05). Furthermore, patients in both the anti-HEV IgM and IgG positive groups had higher age, male proportion, TBIL, ALT, AFP, PIVKA-Ⅱ, and PT values than the anti-HEV negative group. Additionally, both groups had lower ALB values than the anti-HEV negative group, all of which were statistically significant ( P<0.05). 2 162 HEV infected patients were grouped based on HEV RNA positivity. The proportion of anti-HEV IgM single positive, IgG single positive, IgM+IgG double positive, and antibody negative patients in the HEV RNA positive group were 5.42% (18/332), 3.62% (12/332), 90.36% (300/332), and 0.60% (2/332), respectively. Among them, the proportion of anti-HEV IgM+IgG double positive patients in the HEV RNA positive group was higher than that in the HEV RNA negative group ( χ2=302.87, P<0.001), while the proportion of anti-HEV IgG single positive ( χ2=174.36, P<0.001) and anti-HEV antibody negative patients ( χ2=59.28, P<0.001) were lower than that in the HEV RNA negative group, both of which were statistically significant ( P<0.001). In addition, the positive rates of HEV RNA in anti-HEV IgM positive, IgG positive, and antibody negative patients were 29.23% (318/1 088), 17.59% (312/1 774), and 0.65% (2/306), respectively. Conclusion:The HEV infection rate among patients declined in 2023. HEV infection is age-related, with older individuals being more susceptible. Abnormal liver function and jaundice were commonly observed during HEV infection. It is crucial to note that the absence of anti-HEV specific antibodies cannot rule out HEV infection; therefore, additional testing for HEV RNA and/or HEV Ag is necessary for accurate diagnosis.

Objective To analyze the curative effect of acupuncture at Gongsun, Sifeng combined with visceral acupoint tapping in children with mesenteric lymphadenitis (type of gastrointestinal heat accumulation), and its influence on serum intestinal fatty acid-binding protein (I-FABP) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP). Methods A total of 60 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis (type of gastrointestinal heat accumulation) were selected, and were divided into control group (n=30, conventional treatment combined with acupuncture at Gongsun and Sifeng acupoints) and study group (n=30, visceral acupoint tapping on the basis of the control group) according to the random number table method. The clinical efficacy, changes of main symptoms and signs were compared, and the expression levels of serum I-FABP and VIP were detected. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment, the serum I-FABP levels of the two groups were lower than that before treatment, and the serum I-FABP level of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment, the serum VIP levels of the two groups were higher than that before treatment, and the serum VIP level of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment, the improvement of main symptoms and signs in the study group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture at Gongsun and Sifeng combined with visceral acupoint tapping can be used to treat children with mesenteric lymphadytis (gastrointestinal heat accumulation type), regulate and improve gastrointestinal function, adjust the level of serum I-FABP and VI, and relieve the main symptoms and signs of children, and can be used as an effective therapeutic method.

Objective:To determine the long-term efficacy and safety of intra-cervical lymphatic immunotherapy (ICLIT) for adult allergic rhinitis (AR) by comparing it with subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT).Methods:A total of 100 adult AR patients with dust mite allergy in Department of Otorhinolaryngology, First People′s Hospital of Foshan from Feb 2018 to Dec 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, 50 in SCIT group [including 42 males and 8 females, aging (32.55±9.72) years] and 50 in ICLIT group [including 45 males and 5 females, aging (31.33±9.84) years]. The changes in total symptom score (total system score, TSS), nasal symptom score (total nasal symptom score, TNSS), eye symptom score (total ocular scoring system, TOSS), drug score (total medication score, TMS), and quality of life score of the two groups of patients were evaluated before and after treatment, and the adverse reactions of all patients during the treatment period were recorded. The changes in the level of dust mite specific IgE (sIgE) in the serum were evaluated. GraphPad Prism 9.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:In the SCIT group, 38 patients completed treatment and follow-up, with a dropout rate of 24%. In the ICLIT group, 48 patients completed treatment and follow-up, with a dropout rate of only 4%. The scores of TSS, TNSS, TOSS, TMS, and quality of life in the ICLIT group before treatment were 32.1±3.0, 27.3±3.1, 4.8±2.8, 2.3±0.9, and 68.1±28.7, respectively; After 36 months of treatment, the scores were 21.8±11.4, 18.1±9.4, 3.7±2.9, 1.3±1.1, and 36.0±26.7, respectively, which were significantly lower than those before treatment (all P<0.001). After 36 months of treatment, the TSS of the ICLIT group improved by 10.3±11.2 compared to before, while the TSS of the SCIT group improved significantly by 21.9±11.0 compared to before, with statistically significant differences between the groups ( P<0.001). No serious systemic adverse reactions occurred in both groups of patients. Conclusions:ICLIT treatment for adult AR has long-term efficacy, high safety, and high compliance, but its long-term efficacy is not as good as SCIT. ICLIT can be considered as a new complementary option for AR immunotherapy.

Objective:To understand the characteristics of serological detection indicators of patients with hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in three hospitals in Beijing from 2018 to 2021.Methods:The five markers of hepatitis B, liver function tests, HBV DNA load, AFP and PT test results and basic clinical information of HBsAg positive HBV infected patients in three hospitals in Beijing from 2018 to 2021 were collected. Then the diagnosis of HBV infection, the positive patterns of serological indicators for five markers of hepatitis B and the clinical characteristics of hepatitis B patients were analyzed by SAS 9.4 statistical software.Results:Among the 1 026 604 patients who were tested for the five markers of hepatitis B or hepatitis B surface antigen quantification (HBsAg-QN) in three hospitals in Beijing from 2018 to 2021, the positive detection rate of HBsAg was 53.50%. The annual positive detection rate of HBsAg was 57.22%, 55.05%, 53.64% and 47.69% successively, showing a downward trend year by year. 111 709 hepatitis B patients were divided into 1-30, 31-60 and>60 years old groups according to their age. The main diseases of the three groups of HBV infected patients was chronic hepatitis B (CHB), and the proportion of patients with acute hepatitis B (AHB) and CHB decreased with age, while the proportion of patients with HBV-related liver cirrhosis, HBV-related liver cancer, liver cancer surgery and liver transplantation increased with age, the difference of which was statistically significant (all P<0.05). In this research, a total of 24 positive patterns of the five markers of hepatitis B were detected, including 7 common patterns (the main pattern was 145), 14 rare patterns (the main pattern was 1345), and 3 unusual patterns (the main pattern was 12345). The age, male ratio, HBeAg positive detection rate, HBV DNA positive detection rate and load, TBIL, ALT, AFP and PT results in the HBsAg positive group (90 011cases) were higher than those in the HBsAg negative group (21 698 cases), and the above results of the two groups of hepatitis B patients were higher than those of the healthy control group (20 623 cases). The albumin (ALB) results were the lowest in the HBsAg positive group and the highest in the healthy control group. And the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusions:From 2018 to 2021, the positive rate of HBsAg among the patients who received the five markers of hepatitis B or HBsAg-QN test in three hospitals in Beijing decreased year by year. Age was associated with disease progression in patients with hepatitis B. The positive patterns of five markers of hepatitis B in HBV infected people showed diversity.

Objective:To compare the setup errors in the supraclavicular regions of two different postures (arms placed on each side of the body, namely the body side group; arms crossed and elbows placed above forehead, namely the uplifted group) using the chest and abdomen flat frame fixation device in lung and esophageal cancer.Methods:Clinical data of patients with stage Ⅰ to Ⅳ lung or esophageal cancer who received three-dimensional radiotherapy with chest and abdomen flat frame fixation device in our institution from November 2020 to April 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. The setup errors of two postures were compared.Results:A total of 56 patients were included, including 31 patients (55%) in the body side group and 25 patients (45%) in the uplifted group. A total of 424 CBCTs were performed in the whole group. The overall setup errors in the X, Y and Z directions were similar in both groups ( P>0.05). The setup errors of sternoclavicular joint in the X and RZ directions in the body side group were significantly smaller than those in the uplifted group [(0.163±0.120) cm vs. (0.209 ±0.152) cm, P=0.033; 0.715°±0.628° vs. 0.910°±0.753°, P=0.011]. The setup errors of acromioclavicular joint in the Y, Z and RZ directions in the body side group were significantly smaller than those in the uplifted group [(0.233±0.135) cm vs. (0.284±0.193) cm, P=0.033; (0.202±0.140) cm vs. (0.252±0.173) cm, P=0.005; 0.671°±0.639° vs. 0.885°±0.822°, P=0.023]. The margins of target volume for setup errors were smaller in the X (0.45 cm vs. 0.54 cm) and Y (0.54 cm vs. 0.65 cm) directions of the sternoclavicular joint, as well as in the Y (0.59 cm vs. 0.78 cm) and Z directions (0.53 cm vs. 0.72 cm) of the acromioclavicular joint in the body side group. Conclusions:For lung and esophageal cancer patients requiring supraclavicular irradiation, the body side group yields smaller setup errors and corresponding margins of target volume than the uplifted group. In clinical practice, it is necessary to take comprehensive consideration of the accuracy of radiotherapy and additional radiation of the limbs to select appropriate posture.
