Neuroblastoma is a common extracranial solid tumors in children，and patients with high-risk disease have poor prognosis. Since the pathogenesis of neuroblastoma has not been fully elucidated，early diagnosis and timely，effective clinical intervention are key strategies to improve survival in affected children. As a neuroendocrine tumor，neuroblastoma is characterized by abnormal secretion of catecholamine compounds，the synthesis and release of which are closely associated with both diagnosis and prognosis. This review summarizes the biosynthetic and metabolic pathways of catecholamines and their clinical applications in neuroblastoma，and further discusses the molecular mechanisms by which catecholamines contribute to neuroblastoma progression.

Objective: To investigate the correlation of chemerin levels in the serum and intestinal mucosal with in- testinal mucosal inflammation in IBS-D mice . Methods: A total of 128 female C57BL/6J mice were randomly di- vided into IBS-D group and control group , with 64 mice in each group . Wire Restraint Stress method (WRS) was used to construct an animal model of IBS-D . Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect serum and co- lonic mucosal chemerin levels in mice . Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining was used to observe colonic mucosal in- flammation . Geboes value was used to evaluate the severity of colonic mucosal inflammation . Results: In the IBS- D group , the concentration of serum chemerin increased and reached the peak in the first week of the experiment ( t = 6. 538 , P < 0. 001) , and the concentration of colonic mucosa chemerin increased and reached the peak in the fourth week of the experiment ( t = 8 . 104 , P < 0. 001) ; in the first week of experiment , the colonic mucosa of IBS- D mice showed inflammatory reaction , which was the most significant in the fifth week (P < 0. 05) . Geboes score was ( 1 . 75 ±0. 50) vs (0. 55 ±0. 52) . Conclusion There is a temporal sequence between the elevation of serum and intestinal mucosal chemerin levels and the severity of intestinal mucosal inflammation , and it is hypothesized that the elevated serum and intestinal mucosal chemerin levels correlate with the onset and progression of intestinal mucosal inflammation .

Objective To establish a risk model of rivaroxaban-related bleeding events in elderly patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation(NVAF)based on gene polymorphism.Methods A total of 268 elderly NVAF patients receiving rivaroxaban treatment in Department of General Practice of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University from January 2021 to July 2023 were enrolled in this study.According to whether bleeding events occurred in 12 months'follow-up,they were divided into a bleeding group(47 cases)and a non-bleeding group(221 cases).The clinical data and results of gene polymorphism were compared between the two groups.Multivari-ate logistic regression was adopted to construct a risk prediction model of bleeding events based on gene polymorphism,and the predictive performance was verified.Results Significantly ad-vanced age and lower creatinine level were observed in the bleeding group than the non-bleeding group(P＜0.01).The bleeding group had obviously lower GG genotype frequency at the rs1128503 locus and TT genotype frequency at the rs4148738 of ATP-binding cassette,sub-family B member 1(ABCB1),and lower AC genotype frequency at the rs1057910 locus of cytochrome P450 2C9(CYP2C9)than the non-bleeding group(P＜0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analy-sis showed that age(OR=1.136,95％CI:1.031-1.251),and AA genotype(OR=15.407,95％CI:4.259-55.741)and GA genotype(OR=6.990,95％CI:1.599-30.546)of ABCB1 rs1 128503 were risk factors for rivaroxaban-related bleeding events in elderly NVAF patients(P＜0.01).Creatinine(OR=0.943,95％CI:0.899-0.989),TT genotype at ABCB1 rs4148738(OR=0.048,95％CI:0.009-0.242)and AC genotype of CYP2C9 rs1057910(OR=0.092,95％CI:0.021-0.408)were protective factors for the risk(P＜0.05).ROC curve analysis indicated that the AUC value of the risk model based on gene polymorphism was 0.827(95％CI:0.776-0.870),the spe-cificity was 81.90％,and the sensitivity was 76.60％.Conclusion Our risk model of rivaroxaban-related bleeding events based on ABCB1 gene and CYP2C9 gene has high application value for elderly NVAF patients.

Objective To investigate the correlation between peripheral blood eosinophil(EOS)and left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH)in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A retrospec-tive cross-section analysis was conducted on 711 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our de-partment from January to December 2023.According to their EOS count,they were divided into Group 1(＜100×106/L),Group 2[(100-190)× 106/L]and Group 3(＞190 × 106/L).The gen-eral clinical data,biochemical indicators,and echocardiographic parameters were compared among the three groups.The correlation between EOS and each indicator was analyzed by using Spearman correlation analysis.Logistic regression analysis was employed to identify the influential factors for hypertension complicated with LVH.Results Smoking history,TG and UA levels,and lymphocyte counts were gradually increased,while HDL-C level was gradually decreased in the three groups with the increment of EOS count(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).The proportions of usingβ-blockers,calcium channel blockers and statins were gradually increased in the three groups(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),so were the values of LVM,LVMI,IVST,LVEDD and LVPWT in them(P＜0.01).EOS count was positively correlated with the values of LVM,LVMI,IVST,LVEDD and LVPWT,smoking history,TG and UA levels,WBC,lymphocyte and monocyte counts,and ratios of using β-blockers,calcium channel blockers and statins,but negatively with HDL-C level(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that female and HDL-C were protective factors for LVH in hypertensive patients,while age and EOS count were risk factors(OR=0.149,95％CI:0.096-0.230;OR=0.632,95％CI:0.399-0.999;OR=1.034,95％CI:1.007-1.062;OR=1.956,95％CI:1.446-2.645).Conclusion In elderly hypertensive patients with LVH,female and HDL-C are the protective factors,while age and EOS are the risk factors.EOS has a certain correlation with the occurrence of LVH in elderly hypertensive patients.

Objective: To investigate of e-cigarette use among middle school students in Hainan Province, so as to provide insights into tobacco control among adolescents. Methods: Students were randomly sampled using a multistage stratified cluster random sampling method from three junior high schools, two high schools and one vocational high school in Hainan Province from July to October, 2021. Participants' basic features, use of e-cigarettes, e-cigarette advertising exposure were collected using the Questionnaire on Tobacco and Alcohol Prevalence among Chinese Adolescents in 2021 prepared by Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Following data weighting, students' use of e-cigarettes and exposure to e-cigarette advertisements were descriptively analyzed, and factors affecting current use of e-cigarettes were identified using a multivariable logistic regression model. Results: A total of 8 561 questionnaires were allocated, and 8 538 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 99.73%. The respondents included 4 470 boys (52.35%) and 4 068 girls (47.65%), and there 4 367 junior high school students (51.15%), 3 482 high school students (40.78%), and 689 vocational high school students (8.07%). The rate of e-cigarette use was 25.01% and the rate of current e-cigarette use was 4.68%. There were 2 728 respondents with exposure to e-cigarette advertising during the past 30 days, and the number of weighted individuals were 210 932 (32.60%). The route of e-cigarette advertising exposure mainly included point-of-sale (21.59%), stores (13.61%), and shopping websites (9.01%). Multivariable logistic regression analysis identified region (OR=0.610, 95%CI: 0.482-0.772), males (OR=1.332, 95%CI: 1.062-1.669), high school students (OR=0.376, 95%CI: 0.259-0.545), companion smoking (OR=6.645, 95%CI: 4.935-8.948) and advertising exposure (OR=3.229, 95%CI: 2.581-4.040) as factors affecting current use of e-cigarettes. Conclusions The use of e-cigarettes among middle school students is higher in Hainan Province than the national level, and exposure to e-cigarette advertisements may facilitate use of e-cigarettes. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision of e-cigarettes, strictly restrict e-cigarettes advertisements and promotions.

Objective:To investigate the effect of posterior nasal neurectomy（PNN） with pharyngeal neurectomy （PN） on chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps （CRSwNP）complicated with perennial allergic rhinitis （PAR）. Methods:83 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis combined with chronic group-wide sinusitis with nasal polyps who attended our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected. All patients underwent conventional functional endoscopic sinusitis surgery（FESS）+ nasal polypectomy. Patients were divided according to whether they underwent PNN+PN. 38 cases in the experimental group underwent FESS combined with PNN+PN; 44 cases in the control group underwent conventional FESS alone. All patients underwent the VAS, RQLQ, and MLK before treatment, and at 6 months and 1 year after surgery. Meanwhile, other relevant data were collected and the preoperative and postoperative follow-up data were collected and analyzed to assess the differences between the two groups. Results:The total postoperative follow-up period was 1 year. The recurrence rate of nasal polyps at 1 year postoperatively and the nasal congestion VAS score at 6 months postoperatively were not statistically significant in the two groups（P>0.05）. However, the patients in the experimental group had statistically significantly lower effusion and sneezing VAS scores, MLK endoscopy scores and RQLQ scores at 6 months and 1 year postoperatively, and nasal congestion VAS scores at 1 year postoperatively compared to the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion:For patients with perennial AR complicated with CRSwNP, the combination of the PNN+PN in FESS can significantly improve the short-term curative effect, and PNN+PN is a safe and effective surgical treatment.

Purpose To investigate the clinical value of artificial intelligence(AI)quantitative parameters in predicting the invasion degree of lung adenocarcinoma with diameter≤2 cm of ground-glass density.Materials and Methods A total of 80 patients with lung adenocarcinoma with diameter≤2 cm ground-glass density confirmed by pathology from March 2019 to April 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.A total of 90 nodules were rerolled,including 8 adenocarcinomas in situ(AIS),34 minimally invasive adenocarcinomas(MIA)and 48 invasive adenocarcinomas(IAC).They were divided into the experimental group(IAC)and the control group(AIS and MIA).The differences of the AI quantitative parameters such as volume,three-dimensional length diameter,maximum area,maximum CT value,minimum CT value and average CT value were compared between two groups,and the predictive values of AI quantitative parameters for the invasion degree of lung adenocarcinoma was evaluated.Results There were statistically significant differences with age,volume,three-dimensional length diameter,maximum area,maximum CT value and average CT value between the two groups(all P<0.05),but no statistically significant differences in gender and minimum CT value(both P>0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the three-dimensional length diameter(odd ratio=2.020,P=0.034)and the maximum CT value(odd ratio=1.008,P=0.013)were independent predictors for lung adenocarcinoma with diameter≤2 cm of ground-glass density.The regression model based on the three-dimensional length diameter and the maximum CT value had the best predictive performance,and its AUC was 0.901.When the critical value was 2.432,its sensitivity and specificity were 93.75%and 71.43%,respectively.Conclusion AI quantitative parameters have a high value in predicting the degree of invasion of lung adenocarcinoma with diameter≤2 cm of ground-glass density,and the combined model with three dimensional long diameter and maximum CT value has the highest diagnostic efficiency.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic surgery and conventional surgery combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of Neuroblastoma. Forty-three patients with olfactory neuroblastoma undergoing surgery combined with radiotherapy were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into endoscopic surgery and conventional surgery. All patients received postoperative radiotherapy at a dose of 60-70 Gy, the 5-year survival rate and local recurrence time of the two groups were compared, and the therapeutic effects of endoscopic surgery and traditional surgery were compared. Through survival analysis, the 5-year overall survival rates of the traditional surgery group and the endoscopic surgery group were 50% and 58% （=0.560）, the local recurrence rates were 44% and 48% （=0.288）, and the mean recurrence time was 5.6 months and 12.5 months （=0.032）. There was no difference between endoscopic surgery and conventional surgery combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of Neuroblastoma, and the time of local recurrence was significantly prolonged. In early Neuroblastoma, endoscopic sinus surgery may be superior to open surgery in terms of efficacy and patient survival.
