Abstract The application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the field of mental health is becoming increasingly extensive and in depth. As digital natives, children and adolescents are experiencing a significant shift in the prevention, identification, and intervention of their mental health issues:transitioning from traditional models to intelligent and digital approaches. At present, the mental health status of children and adolescents in China is not optimistic, with emotional disorders such as depression and anxiety showing a trend toward younger onset. However, the traditional mental health service model faces multiple challenges, including a shortage of professionals, low service accessibility, and difficulties in early identification. The study systematically reviews the current application status of AI technology in the mental health field of children and adolescents, including the latest progress in screening, assessment, intervention, and treatment; deeply analyzes the key challenges currently faced; and proposes suggestions for promoting the deep integration of AI technology and mental health services for children and adolescents, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the intelligent, precise, and inclusive development of mental health services.

Objective:To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of rubber band-assisted endoscopic submucosal excavation (RB-ESE) for gastric submucosal tumors (SMT).Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on data of gastric SMT patients who underwent ESE in Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University from January 2017 to August 2022. A total of 48 patients were selected and divided into two groups: RB-ESE group ( n=20) and the conventional ESE (C-ESE) group ( n=28). The operation time, bleeding rate and perforation rate during operation, the retention rate of the mucosal cap, the number of clips, postoperative complications, and the hospitalization time were analyzed. Additionally, correlations between complications and tumor size/location and between bleeding and perforation were evaluated. Results:No significant difference was found in the general conditions between the two groups ( P>0.05). The operation time of RB-ESE group (14.82±2.31 min) was significantly shorter than that of C-ESE group (23.70±3.67 min) ( t=-9.539, P<0.001). The intraoperative bleeding rates were 20.0% (4/20) and 42.9% (12/28) in the RB-ESE group and C-ESE group respectively ( χ2=2.743, P=0.098), while the intraoperative perforation rates were 25.0% (5/20) and 46.4% (13/28) respectively ( χ2=2.286, P=0.131). Furthermore, the mucosal cap preservation rate was notably higher in the RB-ESE group at 60.0% (12/20) compared with 7.1% (2/28) in the C-ESE group ( χ2=15.777, P<0.001). The number of clips applied to close the wound was 8.05±1.40 and 10.43±1.96 in the RB-ESE group and C-ESE group respectively ( t=4.925, P<0.001). The postoperative hospital stays were 4.35±0.75 days and 5.00±0.86 days respectively in two groups ( t=2.724, P=0.009). No postoperative bleeding or perforation occurred in either group. The results showed that the occurrence of perforation and bleeding were associated with tumor diameter. Patients with tumor size ≥2 cm showed increased proportions of intraoperative bleeding [68.4% (13/19), P<0.001] and perforation [78.9% (15/19), P<0.001]. There was a correlation between intraoperative bleeding and perforation ( P<0.001). Conclusion:RB-ESE proves to be an effective and safe approach for managing gastric SMT, offering advantages such as reduced operation time and hospital stays, improved retention of the mucosal cap post-operation, and less clips use. The results suggest that RB-ESE could be widely adopted for treating SMT.

Objective To analyze the composition of the aqueous extract of Polygonatum Cyrtonema Hua(PCHE)and evaluate its antitumor activity in vitro and in vivo.Our aim is to provide a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of Polygonatum Cyrtonema Hua.Methods(1)PCHE was prepared by aqueous extraction,and the chemical composition of PCHE was analyzed by UPLC-Q-TOF/MS and phenol-sulfuric acid method.The inhibitory activity on tumor cells proliferation of PCHE was detected by CCK-8 assay.Cell cycle and apoptosis were detected by flow cytometry,and the expression of apoptosis-related proteins Bcl-2 and Bax was detected by Western Blot.The inhibitory activity of PCHE-containing serum on cell proliferation was detected.(2)A B16 tumor-bearing mice model was constructed and model mice were randomly divided into the model group(saline),the positive drug group(CTX:50 mg·kg-1),and PCHE low-,medium-,and high-dose groups(55.9,111.8,223.6 mg·kg-1),and treated by gavage for 7 days.Changes in body weight and tumor volume of mice were observed during the treatment period.The mice were executed after the treatment,and the histopathological changes of heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney and tumor were observed by hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining.The protein expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in tumor tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry(IHC).Results The polysaccharide content of PCHE reached(10.07±1.3)%,and the flavonoid content was(0.044±0.004)%,and thirty-nine components were detected by UPLC-Q-TOF/MS,which contained antitumor components such as flavonoids(baicalein,quercetin,luteolin and rutin),organic acids(ferulic acid)and polyphenols(gallic acid),etc.PCHE exhibited the inhibitory effects on Hela,A549,4T1,B16,MFC and HepG2 cells,among which the inhibitory effect on B16 cells was the most significant(P＜0.001),and PCHE induced cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase in B16 cells(P＜0.001).The results of double-staining flow cytometry and Western Blot showed that PCHE significantly promoted apoptosis of B16 cells,decreased the expression of Bcl-2,and promoted the expression of Bax(P＜0.01,P＜0.001).and PCHE constituents absorbed into blood also had an inhibitory effect on B16 cells(P＜0.001).In addition,the results of in vivo activity assay showed that different doses of PCHE could inhibit tumor growth,induce tumor cell necrosis,reduce Bcl-2 expression,and increase Bax expression compared with the model group.Conclusion The ingredients in PCHE are abundant.It contains a variety of antitumor active ingredients,which can inhibit tumor growth,induce tumor cell apoptosis,show strong anti-tumor effects and be worthy of in-depth study.

OBJECTIVE To compare the efficacy and safety of Cefazolin sodium for injection， Cefuroxime sodium for injection， and Ceftazidime for injection from nationally organized centralized drug procurement （hereinafter referred to as “centralized procurement”） and non-centralized procurement in patients with bacterial infection. METHODS The case data of hospitalized patients who had used 3 kinds of Cephalosporins for injection from centralized procurement or non-centralized procurement in the treatment of bacterial infections were retrospectively collected from 19 medical institutions in Kunming from January 2020 to September 2022. After balancing the baseline differences between the groups with the propensity score matching method， the effectiveness and safety differences of 3 kinds of Cephalosporins for injection from centralized procurement or non- centralized procurement were compared respectively. RESULTS After balancing the baseline differences among the groups， 394 cases in each group of Cefazolin sodium for injection from centralized procurement or non-centralized procurement， 472 cases in each group of Cefuroxime sodium for injection from centralized procurement or non-centralized procurement， 504 cases in group of Ceftazidime for injection from centralized procurement and 590 cases in group of non-centralized procurement were included in the analysis. In terms of effectiveness， there were no significant differences in clinical response rate， 72 h response rate， bacterial clearance rate， and the recovery rate of body temperature， white blood cell count， neutrophil count， neutrophil percentage， C-reactive protein， procalcitonin recovery between the centralized procurement group and non-centralized procurement group of Cefazolin sodium for injection and Cefuroxime sodium for injection （P＞0.05）. The proportion of patients in centralized procurement group of Ceftazidime for injection with C-reactive protein restored to normal reference range was significantly higher than that in non-centralized procurement group （46.9% vs. 27.9%， P＜0.05）， but there were no statistically significant differences in other effectiveness indicators among groups （P＞0.05）. In terms of safety， there was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between centralized procurement group and non-centralized procurement group of 3 kinds of Cephalosporins for injection （P＞0.05）； the incidence of platelet count reduction in centralized procurement group of Cefazolin sodium for injection was significantly higher than non-centralized procurement group （20.7% vs. 7.1%， P＜0.05）， the incidence of eosinophilia elevation in centralized procurement group of Ceftazidime for injection was significantly higher than non-centralized procurement group （5.3% vs. 1.9%， P＜0.05）. In addition， there was no statistically significant difference in the abnormal rates of other laboratory indicators among the three types of injection Cephalosporins （P＞ 0.05）. CONCLUSIONS The efficacy of 3 kinds of Cephalosporin for injection from centralized procurement is not inferior to non- centralized procurement varieties， and the safety is equivalent to that of non-centralized procurement varieties.

Objective:To explore the effect of "Internet plus" exercise prescription intervention on upper limb dysfunction and quality of life of breast cancer patients at home after surgery, so as to provide reference for health management of breast cancer patients after surgery.Methods:Adopting a prospective randomized controlled trial research method. From November 2021 to January 2023, 124 breast cancer patients in the breast and thyroid surgery department of Xiang′an Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University were selected for the study. According to the random number table method, they were randomly divided into an intervention group (62 cases) and a control group (62 cases). The control group patients were given routine training, and the intervention group patients received routine training in the first four weeks after operation, and "Internet plus" exercise prescription intervention in the fifth week after operation. The upper limb dysfunction, quality of life before and after the intervention and motor compliance after the intervention between the two groups were compared.Results:A total of 117 patients were ultimately included, and they were all female, with 58 patients in the intervention group aged (51.01 ± 9.77) years old and 59 patients in the control group aged (51.47 ± 9.85) years old. There was no statistically significant difference in upper limb dysfunction and quality of life between the two groups of patients before intervention ( P>0.05). After the intervention, the degree of upper limb dysfunction in the intervention group was (63.55 ± 7.02) points, which were lower than that in the control group (67.13 ± 7.25) points, and the difference was statistically significant ( t = 2.71, P<0.01). After the intervention, the total score of quality of life and the scores of physiological status, social/family status, emotional status, functional status and additional attention of breast cancer patients in the intervention group were (115.27 ± 17.35), (22.65 ± 4.53), (22.79 ± 4.36), (20.96 ± 3.95), (19.56 ± 4.22), (29.31 ± 5.24) points, which were higher than those in the control group (104.28 ± 17.04), (20.57 ± 4.48), (20.85 ± 4.23), (18.75 ± 4.04), (17.18 ± 4.06), (26.93 ± 5.21) points, the differences were statistically significant ( t values were 2.44-3.46, all P<0.05). In terms of exercise compliance of breast cancer patients in the intervention group, the aerobic exercise completion rate was 91.38% (53/58), muscle strength training completion rate was 77.59% (45/58), stretching exercise completion rate was 86.21% (50/58), exercise frequency was (3.96 ± 1.13) times/week, exercise duration was (29.51 ± 7.64) min/time, which was superior to 77.97% (46/59), 57.63% (34/59), 69.49% (41/59), (3.38 ± 0.94) times/week, (23.96 ± 7.33) min/time in the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( χ2 = 4.04, 5.31, 4.73, t = 3.02, 4.01, all P<0.05). Conclusions:"Internet plus" exercise prescription intervention has the characteristics of convenience, intuition and strong operability, which is conducive to improving the upper limb dysfunction, quality of life and exercise compliance of breast cancer patients at home after surgery. It is recommended to be popularized and applied clinically.

Objective: To investigate the trend in incidence of stroke in Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province from 2015 to 2022, so as to provide the evidence for improving stroke prevention and treatment strategies. Methods: The incidence of stroke in Yongkang City from 2015 to 2022 was collected through the Zhejiang Chronic Disease Monitoring Information System, and standardized by the data of the Chinese National Population Census in 2010. The incidence of stroke in gender-, age- and subtype-specific was analyzed, and the incidence trend of stroke was analyzed by average annual percentage change (AAPC). Results: A total of 22 408 stroke cases were reported in Yongkang City from 2015 to 2022, with crude incidence of 457.97/105 and standardized incidence of 379.55/105. The crude incidence of stroke appeared a tendency towards a rise (AAPC=6.447%, P<0.05). The crude incidence of stroke was higher among males than females (495.97/105 vs. 417.58/105, P<0.05), and the standardized incidence of stroke was higher among males than females (425.29/105 vs. 332.49/105, P<0.05). The average age of stroke cases was (70.74±12.64) years. The crude incidence of stroke appeared a tendency towards a rise with age (P<0.05), and which in residents aged 30 to 44 years showed an increasing trend (AAPC=6.142%,P<0.05). There were 18 040 cases of ischemic stroke (80.51%), 4 121 cases of hemorrhagic stroke (18.39%) and 247 cases of unclassified stroke (1.10%) reported from 2015 to 2022. The crude incidence of ischemic stroke was higher than which of hemorrhagic stroke (368.70/105 vs. 84.22/105, P<0.05). The crude incidence of ischemic stroke appeared a tendency towards a rise (AAPC=7.851%, P<0.05). Conclusions The crude incidence of stroke appeared a tendency towards a rise in Yongkang City from 2015 to 2022, with ischemic stroke as the predominant subtype. Male and the elderly should be given a high priority for stroke control.

Objective:To translate the English version of the Modified Atrial Fibrillation Information Overload Scale into Chinese,and to preliminarily test its reliability and validity.Methods:According to the Brislin translation model,the English version of the Modified Atrial Fibrillation Information Overload Scale was translated into Chinese, and then was back-translated and modified for cultural adaptation followed by the guidelines. From December 2021 to May 2022,200 patients with atrial fibrillation in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University and Qingdao Municipal Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University were included by a convenience sampling method for a questionnaire survey, in order to evaluate its reliability and validity.Results:The Chinese version of the Modified Information Atrial Fibrillation Overload Scale contained 8 items. The Cronbach α coefficient of the Chinese version of the Modified Atrial Fibrillation Information Overload Scale was 0.884. The test-retest reliability was 0.653. The split-half reliability was 0.794. The scale-content validity index was 0.98, and the item-content validity index ranged from 0.83 to 1.00. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the two-factor model fitted well, χ2/ df was 3.958, root mean square error was 0.026, comparative fit index was 0.936, goodness of fit index was 0.918, normal of fit index was 0.917, Tucker-Lewis index was 0.900, root mean square error of approximation was 0.08. Conclusions:The Chinese version of the Modified Atrial Fibrillation Information Overload Scale has good reliability and validity. It provides a reliable research tool for the patients to measure information overload in China, and provides a basis for health education for medical staff.

ObjectiveTo systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tianmeng Oral Liquid in the treatment of hyperprolactinemia caused by antipsychotics in female patients with schizophrenia， and to provide references for intervention of antipsychotic-induced hyperprolactinemia patients. MethodsEnglish databases （PubMed， Cochrane Library， PsycINFO and Embase） and Chinese databases （CNKI and Wanfang） were systematically searched， with a search time frame of the period from database creation to September 16， 2022. Randomized controlled studies （RCTs） on adjunctive Tianmeng Oral Liquid in the treatment of hyperprolactinemia caused by antipsychotics in female patients with schizophrenia were included. Three investigators independently screened the literatures and extracted data according to PICOS principles and evaluated the quality of including literatures， and the Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.3. ResultsA total of 3 articles including 256 female schizophrenic patients with hyperprolactinemia were included. Meta-analysis results showed that at the treatment endpoint， the improvement of hyperprolactinemia symptoms reported a significant superiority of the intervention group than the control group （RR=1.73， 95% CI： 1.07~2.79， P˂0.05）. Similarly， the significant superiority of the intervention group than the control group were also found in reducing serum prolactin levels （WMD=-55.17， 95% CI： -68.16~-42.18， P<0.01） and Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） total scores were lower in the intervention group than in the control group （WMD=-7.36， 95% CI： -8.94~-5.77， P<0.01）. ConclusionTianmeng Oral Liquid may help improve clinical efficacy and reduce serum prolactin levels in female schizophrenia patients with hyperprolactinemia. It may improve psychiatric symptoms in female patients with schizophrenia.

Background: The systemic immune inflammation index (SII) is a reproducible biomarker of inflammatory process. Aims: To explore the predictive value of SII for severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods: A total of 406 patients with acute pancreatitis (AP) from Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2020 at Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University were collected, and were divided into SAP group and non SAP group. ROC curve was drawn to evaluate the value of SII, NLR, PLR, CAR for predicting SAP. Results: Compared with non‑SAP group, SII, NLR, PLR, CAR were significantly increased in SAP group (P<0.05). When the best cut‑off value was 1 705.83, AUC of SII for predicting SAP was 0.754, the sensitivity was 75.47%, and the specificity was 69.12%. AUC of SII for predicting SAP was higher than that of PLR, CAR (Z=2.647, P=0.007; Z= 2.616, P=0.008), while no significant difference was found between SII and NLR (P>0.05). And no significant difference in AUC was found between PLR and CAR (P>0.05). Conclusions: SII is a good new hematological index that can be used to predict the severity of AP, its predictive ability is similar to NLR, better than PLR and CAR.

Objective:To assess the effectiveness and safety of adalimumab in Crohn′s disease (CD) patients.Methods:We retrospectively reviewed the charts of 41 CD patients who received adalimumab in Zhongda Hospital Southeast University from January 2020 to August 2021. General clinical data, laboratory results, endoscopy and radiologic findings were collected, meanwhile, disease activity and safety events were evaluated at baseline and at 12, 24 and 48 weeks of administration. Adalimumab was given subcutaneously once every 2 weeks in doses of 160 mg for the first time, 80 mg for the second time, and 40 mg for each subsequent time.Results:The clinical remission rates at 12, 24, and 48 weeks of treatment were 43.9% (18/41), 60.6% (20/33), 60.9% (14/23), and the clinical response rates were 75.6% (31/41), 69.7% (23/33), and 56.5%( 13/23), respectively. The proportion of endoscopic remission at 12, 24 and 48 weeks were 4/14, 2/6, 1/4 in patients undergoing endoscopy, and 1/14 patients achieved mucosal healing at 24 weeks. Primary nonresponse rate (PNR) was 17.1% (7/41), loss of response (LOR) rate was 14.6% (6/41). The incidence of adverse reactions was 9.8%(4/41).Conclusion:Adalimumab can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and intestinal disease activities of Crohn′s disease, and deserves to be popularized clinically. Patients with disease course <2 years, first-line biologics, low baseline HBI score, and longer duration of medication may have better results.
