Foot torsion stiffness refers to the foot's ability to resist deformation when subjected to torsional forces,and such characteristics play a crucial role in the prevention of sports injuries and design of athletic footwear.This review systematically summarizes the biomechanical research progress of foot torsion and shoe torsion,as well as the research and application of multi-segment foot models in foot-shoe torsion.The findings indicate that foot torsional stiffness significantly impacts lower limb kinematics,kinetics,and athletic performance.Optimizing this stiffness can improve stress distribution,reduce injury risk,and enhance performance.The future researches should focus on refining measurement techniques to enhance reliability and efficiency in clinical applications,providing a scientific foundation for sports injury prevention and footwear design.

3.Correlation Analysis of Marginal Zone Enhancement Features and Quantitative Parameters of Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound with Ki-67 in Invasive Breast Carcinoma of No Specific Type

Objective To explore the correlation between marginal zone two-dimensional ultrasound features,enhancement fea-tures and quantitative parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and Ki-67 in the invasive breast carcinoma of no specific type(IBC-NST).Methods From October 2019 to October 2023,84 patients with IBC-NST(84 unilateral lesions),aged 25 to 78 years,confirmed by surgical pathology and immunohistochemistry were collected from the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University.All patients had not received preoperative chemoradiotherapy,and underwented two-dimensional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound exam-ination.They were divided into high expression group and low expression group according to the expression degree of Ki-67.The two-dimensional ultrasound features and contrast-enhanced ultrasound features and quantitative parameters of two groups were analyzed and compared,and their correlation between the quantitative parameters and Ki-67 was analyzed.Results The proportion of margin indis-tinct of IBC-NST lesion in Ki-67 high expression group was higher than that in Ki-67 low expression group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of adial enhancemen and the range enlargement after angiography of IBC-NST lesion in Ki-67 high expression group was higher than those in Ki-67 low expression group,and the differences were statistically significance(P<0.05).The quantitative parameters peak intensity(PI),area under the curve(AUC)of IBC-NST lesion in Ki-67 high expres-sion group were higher than those in Ki-67 low expression group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).IBC-NST marginal zone quantitative parameters PI,AUC were positively correlated with Ki-67 expression,and the differences were statistical-ly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with IBC-NST,the marginal zone of the lesion is margin indistinct,the radial en-hancement,the srange enlargement after angiography,and the quantitative parameters PI,AUC are increased,indicating the high expres-sion of Ki-67,providing certain imaging guidance for clinical individualized precision treatment.

5.Effect of Laparoscopic Minimally Invasive on Anorectal Dynamics and Serum CEA and CA724 in Patients with Rectal Cancer

Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive on anorectal dynamics and serum carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA) and carbohydrate antigen 724 (CA724) in patients with rectal cancer.Methods:38 cases of rectal cancer patients were selected as the research group from March 2014 to March 2016 and 40 cases of non neoplastic intestinal polyps as control group,Preoperative anorectal dynamics index (anal resting pressure (ARP),rectal resting pressure (RRP)and anal maximal contraction pressure (MSP),rectal maximum tolerated volume (MTV) of two groups were compared,Preoperative and 3 d,1,2 weeks after operation of serum CEA and CA724 levels were detected in the research group and the clinical curative effect was observed.Results:There was no significant difference of ARP,RRP,MSP,MTV before operation in research group compared with the control group(P>0.05),and was significantly reduced 2,4 weeks after operation(P<0.05),then gradually restored,and basically recovered to the preoperative level 12 weeks after operation.There was no significant difference of serum CEA and CA724 levels 3 d after operation compared with preoperative in research group (P>0.05),and were significantly lower 1,2 weeks after operation compared with preoperative (P<0.05).The clinical effective rate was 65.8%.Conclusion:Efficacy of laparoscopic minimally invasive in treatment of rectal cancer is effective,can effectively reduce the levels of tumor markers,although there are some influence on anorectal dynamics,but it can be returned to normal in the short term.
6.The populations of CD4+CD25highFoxp3+ T regulatory cells, Foxp3 mRNA expression related to disease activity of svstemic Iupus ervthematosus

ObjectiveTo investigate the ratios of peripheral blood CD4+CD25highFoxp3+ regulatory T cells of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) patients,and explore its association with disease activity and nephropathy.MethodsPBMC lymphocytes in 42 patients with SLE and PBMC in 40 normal healthy donors were evaluated for the proportion of Treg cells,as a percentage of the total CD4+ cells,by flow cytometric analysis.Levels of mRNA for Foxp3 were measured with a real-time quantitative PCR.The proportion of Treg cells and its association with SLEDAI,nephropathy,serum anti-dsDNA antibody,and C3 levels were analyzed.Statistical analysis was conducted with t-test and Spearman's correlation analysis.ResultsPatients with active disease had statistically significantly lower levels of CD4+CD25highFoxp3+ Treg than normal controls [(4±3)% vs (7±4)%,P<0.05],while no significant difference could be found between patients with nonactive disease and normal controls(P>0.05).The percentage of peripheral blood CD4+CD25highFoxp3+ Treg/CD4+ in patients with active disease was significantly lower when compared to patients with non-active disease [(9±6)% vs (10±6)%,P<0.05],and it was related to the disease activity.SLE patients with nephropathy had significantly lower levels of CD4+CD25highFoxp3+ Treg and CD4+CD25highFoxp3+ Treg/CD4+ than patients without nephropathy(P<0.05).Foxp3 mRNA levels were lower in PBMC from active disease patients than those in non-active disease.In addition,there was a negative correlation between the populations of CD4+CD25highFoxp3+ and SLEDAI(r=-0.5892,P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between the percentage of CD4+CD25highFoxp3+/CD4+ and SLEDAI (r=-0.4962,P<0.05),while there was a positive correlation between the percentage of CD4+CD25highFoxp3+/CD4+ and C3(r=0.3867,P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the populations of CD4+CD25highFoxp3+ and Foxp3 mRNA(r=0.6142,P<0.01 ).ConclusionThese suggest that the decrease of CD4+CD25highFoxp3+ Treg and Foxp3 mRNA expression may play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of SLE.
