Fetal heart rate plays an essential role in maternal and fetal monitoring and fetal health detection. In this study, a method based on Poincare Plot and LSTM is proposed to realize the high performance classification of abnormal fetal heart rate. Firstly, the original fetal heart rate signal of CTU-UHB database is preprocessed via interpolation, then the sequential fetal heart rate signal is converted into Poincare Plot to obtain nonlinear characteristics of the signals, and then SquenzeNet is used to extract the features of Poincare Plot. Finally, the features extracted by SqueezeNet are classified by LSTM. And the accuracy, the true positive rate and the false positive rate are 98.00%, 100.00%, 92.30% respectively on 2 000 test set data. Compared with the traditional fetal heart rate classification method, all respects are improved. The method proposed in this study has good performance in CTU-UHB fetal monitoring database and has certain practical value in the clinical diagnosis of auxiliary fetal heart rate detection.

Objective:To investigate the influence of unilateral periacetabular osteotomy (PAO) on the bony birth canal (BBC) in female patients with developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) by using pelvic 3D-CT maximum-inscribed-sphere (MIS) method.Methods:A total of 62 female DDH patients of childbearing age were included in the present study. The DICOM data of their pre- and post-operative pelvic CT was collected. The diameters of the MIS in 25 layers of the BBC were measured on the Medical Imaging Interaction Toolkit (MITK) platform. Lateral center edge angle (LCE), T?nnis angle and the distance between the medial margin of the femoral head and Kohler's line were measured on standing anteroposterior pelvic radiographs before and after unilateral PAO. Patients were divided into severe (LCE≤0°) and non-severe group (0°0.05). The anterior margin of acetabular fragment (1-13th layer) narrowed significantly (4.23-5.95 mm) after unilateral PAO with the narrowest part (5.62-5.95 mm) locating at the inferior margin of pubic ramus and the region superior to the lateral margin of obturator foramen (5-10th layer). The narrowest part of BBC before and after the surgery occurred at the level of bilateral sciatic spines (20th layer). The diameter of MIS changed significantly from 105.34±7.16 mm pre-operatively to 104.47±7.06 mm post-operatively ( t=2.198, P=0.032). There was a positive correlation between the inward displacement of the hip center and the narrowing of the 1-20th layer of the BBC. The decrease of T?nnis angle was positively correlated with the narrowing of the 1-10th layer of the BBC. The increase of LCE was negatively correlated with the narrowing of 2-5th layer of the BBC ( P<0.05). The standardized coefficients were with statistical significance when comparing the distance between the Kohler's line and the medial margin of the femoral head to the size of the 1-20th layer of the BBC ( β=0.27-0.50, P<0.05). The height was positively correlated with the size of the narrowest part of the BBC before and after the surgery ( r=0.565, r=0.586, P<0.001). There was no difference between severe group and non-severe group in their extent of BBC narrowing before and after surgery ( t=-0.685-0.655, P>0.05). Conclusion:Unilateral PAO results in mild narrowing of the BBC superior to the sciatic spine. The narrowest part of the BBC is located at the sciatic spine. Unilateral PAO has slight effects on the narrowest position of the BBC. Normal delivery of a healthy fetus in female patients with DDH of childbearing age could not be affected by unilateral PAO in normal BBC settings.

OBJECTIVETo sequence the whole genome and to analyze the molecular and evolutionary of Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome bunyavirus (SFTSV) isolated from Zhejiang province.

METHODSViral RNA was extracted from the specimens and detected by quantitative real-time RT-PCR. SFTSV strain was isolated. A total of 17 overlapping fragments covering the whole genome were amplified by RT-PCR. And the entire genomes were formed by sequencing and assembly the fragments. The SFTSV sequence of Zhejiang strain was compared with the sequences of SFTSV that have been published to generate the phylogenetic tree. And the SFTSV sequence of Zhejiang strain was compared with the sequences of strains of the genus phlebovirus in the Bunyaviridae family and analysis of homology.

RESULTSSFTSV strain was isolated from SFTSV infection positive serum successfully. The genomic fragments were amplified by RT-PCR. A total of 3 cDNA sections were formed by sequencing and assembly the fragments. The S segment contained 1 745 nucleotides. The M fragment contained 3 378 nucleotides, and the L segment contained 6 368 nucleotides. Molecular phylogenetic analysis result showed SFTSV Zhejiang strain had the highest similarity with Japan/SPL004A/2013 strain. The similarity of the S segment was 98%. The similarity of the M fragment was 97%. And it was 98% that of the L fragment. Meanwhile, the comparison results also confirmed the Zhejiang strain belonged to the genus phlebovirus.

CONCLUSIONSFTSV Zhejiang strain of isolated from SFTSV infection positive serum successfully. And the genome sequencing was complete molecular evolution analysis shows SFTSV Zhejiang strain has the maximum similarity with SFTSV Japan strain.

Objective To investigate the effect of gender and age on the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) of normal adult pancreas.Methods A total of 383 patients with normal pancreas (290 male,93 female,range from 21 to 78 years of age) were enrolled in this study.The subjects were divided into four groups based on different age (≤40 years,41-50 years,51-60 years and ＞60 years) with patient number of 56,108,139 and 80,respectively.Breath-hold single-shot echo-planar DWI (b value =0,500 s/mm2) was performed to determine ADCs on all patients.The average ADCs was calculated by four ADCs measured from the head to tail part of the pancreas in each patient.Patients with different age or gender were analyzed by independent-samples t test.Effect of gender on ADCs was analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test.Relationship between ADCs and age was analyzed using Spearman rank-order correlation test,and Kruskal-Wallis H test was used to compare the ADCs among 4 age groups.Results The median pancreatic ADC values in female group(n =93) [1.60 × 10-3 mm2/s (1.47 × 10-3-1.77 × 10-3) mm2/s] was higher than that in male group (n =290) [1.57 × 10-3mm2/s(1.41 × 10-3-1.74 × 10-3)mm2/s].Mann-Whitney U test results showed the mean ADCs was similar between the two groups (Z =1.335,P =0.182).The age distribution was similar between the male [(52 ± 10) years of age] and female [(51 ± 11) years of age]groups (t =0.267,P=0.790).The age spectrum showed that there was no correlation between the average ADC values and age (r =0.016,P =0.752).The median ADC values of the four age groups were 1.58 ×10-3,1.54 × 10-3,1.59 × 10-3 and 1.57 × 10-3 mm2/s,respectively.Kruskal-Wallis H test showed no significant difference of mean ADCs among the age groups (x2 =2.15,P =0.542).Conclusion There is no correlation of ADCs between age and gender in normal adult pancreas.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the value of CT and MRI in diagnosing the children with sensorineural hearing loss. METHOD: Ninety-six cases suspected as severe sensorineural hearing loss were examined by CT/MRI system and 3D reconstruction. RESULT: Of 96 cases, 15 cases were found malformation these malformation included Michel, cochlear hypoplasia, commun cavity, Mondini, inner canal straitness, cochlear nerve undeveloped and vestibular aqueduct enlargements. CONCLUSION There are 15.63% inner ear malformation occurred in sensorineural hearing loss children. CT and MRI of inner ear have a great clinical value in diagnosing children sensorineural hearing loss by learning the anatomy.

Objective:To prepare and characterize specific and discrepant mouse hybridoma antibodies on membrane of HL60 and HL60/ADR cell lines.Methods:BALB/c mice were immunized by subtractive immunization induced Cp(Cyclophosphamide).McAbs were prepared by hybridoma technique,screened and detected by FACS and LSCM.Results:51 candidates and discrepant antibodies were found,and one of them (5F6) was purified and identified.Conclusion:Combination of SI with discrepant screening method should facilitate the preparing and identifying discrepant McAbs for identifying antibodies that can distinguish the differences in proteins expressed in HL60 and HL60/ADR,which is a significative and potential method in the research and target therapy associated drug-resistance.

In order to investigate the effect of Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD) peptide-modified silk biomaterial on the adhesion and proliferation of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), MSCs of third generation were seeded onto the surface of RGD-decorated silk (silk-RGD group), silk alone (silk group) or tissue culture plate (TCP group). After incubation for 4 or 12 h, MSCs were examined quantitatively by using precipitation method for cell attachment. The cell proliferation, which was defined as cell density, was compared among the three groups after culture for 1, 2, 3, and 4 days. Cell skeleton, which was labeled fluorescently, was observed under laser confocal microscope after 24 h of culture. The results showed that cell adhesion rate in silk-RGD group was higher than in silk group (P<0.05), but similar to that in TCP group after incubation for 4 or 12 h (P>0.05). There were no significant differences in the cell proliferation among the three groups at different time points (P>0.05 for all). Laser confocal microscopy revealed that in silk-RGD group, MSCs, strongly fluorescently stained, spread fully, with stress fibers clearly seen, while in silk group, actin filaments were sparsely aligned and less stress fibers were found. It was concluded that RGD peptide could improve the adhesion of MSCs to the silk scaffold, but had no impact on the proliferation of the cells.

Nowadays,the study of tumor stem cells has become the heatpoint in cancer research.Many experiments have successfully demonstrated the existence of tumor stem cells,which have been isolated from some solid tumors.As the research on the origin of tumor stem cell is developing,the knowledge of the occurrence and development of tumor has become more clear,which will influence the diagnosis and treatment for tumor significantly.Moreover it will bring benefit to the following-up after surgical operation and giving hopes to cancer sufferers.

Objective 　To investigate the factors associated with long-term efficacy of microvascular decompression for hemifacial spasm. Methods　253 cases of hemifacial spasm treated with microvascular decompression were followed 13 to 144 months (mean 73 months). Results　Hemifacial spasms were obliterated in 232 cases (91.7%) and were partially relieved in 10 cases (4%). However, hemifacial spasm recurred 11 cases (4.3%). We re-operated on those who had recurrent hemifacial spasm and found that the material used for previous decompression had moved. The movement of decompression material could be the cause of spasm recurrence. Conclusions　Upholding of depression material around the blood vessels against movement near the facial nerve plays an important role for improving the long-term efficacy of MVD for hemifacial spasm.
