Hippo signaling is a highly conserved pathway central to diverse cellular processes. Dysregulation of this pathway not only leads to developmental abnormalities but is also closely related to the occurrence and progression of various cancers. Recent studies have uncovered that, in addition to the classical signaling cascade regulation, biomolecular condensates formed via phase separation play a key role in the spatiotemporal regulation of Hippo signaling. In this review, we provide a summary of the latest research progress on the regulation of the Hippo signaling pathway by phase separation, with a particular focus on transcriptional activation mediated by Yes-associated protein (YAP)/transcriptional coactivator with post-synaptic density-95, disks-large, and zonula occludens-1 (PDZ)-binding domain (TAZ) condensates. Furthermore, we discuss the utility of chemical crosslinking combined with mass spectrometry to analyze the TAZ condensate interactome and examine the role of the protein fused in sarcoma (FUS) in modulating the biophysical properties of TAZ condensates, which in turn influence their transcriptional activity and pro-tumorigenic functions. These insights not only advance our understanding of Hippo signaling but also offer new perspectives for therapeutic interventions targeting diseases linked to dysregulated YAP/TAZ activity.

【Objective】 To explore the effect and mechanism of Fasudil in the treatment of experimental autoimmune myocarditis (EAM) in mice so as to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical use of Fasudil in treating myocarditis. 【Methods】 Balb/c male mice were used as the research objects, and the EAM mice model was constructed using MyHC-α614-629 polypeptide. Mononuclear cells were isolated and cultured to detect the number of mononuclear cells in mouse spleen. Inflammation infiltration, fibrosis and IL-6 expression in mouse myocardial tissue were detected by HE staining, Masson staining and immunohistochemistry, respectively. The protein expressions of Notch1 and IL-6 were detected by Western blotting. qRT-PCR was used to detect the expressions of pro-inflammatory factors (IL-1α, IL-1β and IL-6) as well as key genes of TLRs and NOTCH signaling pathway. 【Results】 EAM mice showed increased HW, decreased BW, increased HW/e-BW, and increased inflammatory infiltration and fibrosis in myocardial tissue. The above-mentioned symptoms or pathological features were improved in EAM mice treated with Fasudil. The analysis showed that the pro-inflammatory factors IL-1α, IL-1β and IL-6 in the myocardial tissue of EAM mice were significantly increased, but only the expression of IL-6 was statistically different after Fasudil treatment compared with the control group. In addition, TLRs signaling pathway might also play an important role in the EAM mice treated with Fasudil. The expressions of IL-6 and Notch1 were consistent, and the expressions of the key genes of NOTCH signaling pathway (Notch1, Hes1 and Jag2) were down-regulated after Fasudil treatment. 【Conclusion】 Fasudil exerts a protective effect on down-regulation of IL-6 expression by inhibiting the NOTCH signaling pathway in EAM mice.

By such means, the hospital successfully built a smart, efficient, coordinated, and closed-loop operation and management system, desirably strengthening the leadership and core role of the Party committee, enhancing the president′s overall management of business work, as well as improving the decision completion rate and feedback rate.

Objective:To explore the effect of the feedback method education model in patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer (RAU) , so as to provide a new education model for clinical health education.Methods:From May 2019 to May 2020, convenience sampling was used to select 76 RAU patients in the Stomatology Hospital of Southern Medical University. According to the method of random number table, the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 38 cases in each group. The experimental group implemented feedback method education model, and the control group carried out routine health education. The scores of Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8) , number of ulcers, healing time, pain degree, ulcer diameter and the Oral Health Impact Profile (OHIP-14) scores of patients were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:The score of MMAS-8 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group after the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After the intervention, the number of ulcers in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, and the ulcer diameter was smaller than that in the control group, and the healing time was shorter than that in the control group, and the pain degree was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After the intervention, the total score and dimension scores of OHIP-14 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were also statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The feedback method education model can improve the adherence of RAU patients, the clinical indicators and the quality of life related to oral health of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

Objective: To investigate the quantitative evaluation efficiency of gadolinium- ethoxybenzyl-diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (Gd-EOB-DTPA) enhanced T₁ mapping in staging hepatic fibrosis caused by viral hepatitis B. Methods: One hundred and fifty patients with chronic hepatitis B were prospectively enrolled in Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center, Fudan University from August 2016 to August 2018.These patients underwent liver aspiration biopsy were divided into four subgroups: S1 (n=38), S2 (n=30), S3 (n=33), S4 (n=49) according to Scheuer-Ludwig scoring system. Non-enhanced and Gd-EOB-DTPA-enhanced MRI were performed in all subjects. Look-Locker sequences were performed to acquire T₁ mapping of pre and post-contrast at 20 minutes after Gd-EOB-DTPA administration. The T₁ value after 20 minutes of Gd-EOB-DTPA administration (T_{1 20 min}), the reduction rate of T₁ value (ΔT_{1 20 min}%), the increase of 1/T₁ value (ΔR_{1 20 min}%) were measured and calculated. The one-way ANOVA was applied to compare the difference in T_{1 20 min}, ΔT_{1 20 min}%, ΔR_{1 20 min}% of various fibrosis stages. ROC curves were used to assess the efficacy of T_{1 20 min}, ΔT_{1 20 min}%, ΔR_{1 20 min}% for diagnosing ≥ S2, ≥ S3, ≥ S4. P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant. Results: The T_{1 20 min} raised with fibrosis stage increased, ΔT_{1 20 min}% and ΔR_{1 20 min}% reduced with fibrosis stage increased. Areas under the curves of T_{1 20 min}, ΔT_{1 20 min}%, ΔR_{1 20 min}% for diagnosing ≥ S2 were 0.844, 0.905, 0.869; and diagnosing ≥ S3 were 0.832, 0.907, 0.862; and diagnosing ≥ S4 were 0.853, 0.897, 0.873, respectively. The diagnostic efficiency of ΔT_{1 20 min}% was the best. Conclusion Gd-EOB-DTPA-enhanced T₁ mapping could be regarded as a reliable diagnostic tool for the evaluation of hepatic fibrosis caused by viral hepatitis B.

To study the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of Cultivars Prunus Humilis bge. in the region of shandong, analyze on the relationship between the quality of seeds and photosynthesis, In order to formulate reasonable cultivation measures and improve the yield quality of seed production. LI-6400 portable photosynthesis apparatus was used to determine light response curve, diurnal change of photosynthetic parameters of Huadong 1 and Huadong 2. Using vernier caliper and electronic balance to measure the quality data of two varieties of eucalypis, the quality difference was analyzed. Two kinds of Prunus Humilis bge, cultivating in Shandong, had higher photosynthetic rate and higher light saturation point, and the photosynthetic rate were "unimodal" type curve. The change of the two peaks all appeared at11: 00, and had no obvious "lunch break" phenomenon. The photosynthetic rate, the utilization of strong and weak light, and the efficiency of absorption and conversion of light energy of Huadong 2, were all higher than that of Huadong 1, which had better quality. The quality of seed of Prunus Humilis bge is related to its photosynthetic capacity. When planting Prunus Humilis bge., we should formulate reasonable cultivation measures according to its features such as photosynthesis, transpiration, water use efficiency.

Objective: To explore the application effect of secondary personalized chairside education on changing the knowledge and behavior of patients with oral periodontal disease. Methods: A total of 124 patients experiencing initial periodontal disease were selected. Sixty-two patients were observed in the observation group, and 62 patients were observed in the control group. After the doctor checked and determined the periodontal condition of the patients, the nurse conducted a targeted, personalized secondary one-on-one chairside mission for the observation group; in the control group, the nurses provided routine one-to-one health education to the patients before treatment. Statistical analysis was conducted to assess periodontal knowledge mastery, self-care behaviors, rate of return for periodontal treatment and patient satisfaction after 3 months. The plaque index and scale index were statistically analyzed before and 3 months after treatment. Results : No statistical difference was found in the general data between the two groups of patients (P > 0.05); however, the degree of mastery of periodontal knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The degrees of mastery of the clinical manifestations, hazards and treatment methods were 96.7%, 93.5%, and 91.9% in the observation group and 72.5%, 48.3%, and 69.3% in the control group, respectively; the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The patients in the observation group were more likely than those in the control group to brush more than 2 times daily, use dental floss and use an interdental brush; 100%, 96.7%, and 77.4% of patients in the observation group and 80.6%, 56.4%, and 40.3% of patients in the control group participated in these oral health care behaviors, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The rate of recovery and patient satisfaction were higher in the observation group than in control group at 3 months; the rate of recovery and patient satisfaction were 80.6% and 96%, in the observation group and 41.9% and 88.7% in the control group, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After 3 months, the plaque index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (1.71 ± 1.12, 2.35 ± 0.78), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Secondary personalized chairside education can significantly improve the patient’s cognition of the disease, allow the formation of accurate oral health awareness, and change the patient’s bad oral hygiene habits and medical behavior. Thus, this method is an effective oral health education method and can change the knowledge and beliefs of patients with oral periodontitis.
