Objective: To explore the dynamic developmental trajectories of college students class belongingness during their college years and its longitudinal predictive effects on depressive symptoms, so as to provide targeted insights for precise campus psychological interventions. Methods: In October 2021 (T1), a total of 4 720 college students from a university in Shandong Province were selected by cluster sampling method and followed up for 3 years. Surveys were conducted annually (T2: October 2022, T3: October 2023, T4: October 2024). The Class Belongingness Scale and Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) were used to assess students class belongingness and depressive symptoms. Latent growth mixture modeling was employed to identify trajectories of class belonging, and multinomial Logistic regression analysis was used to examine the predictive effects of these trajectory classes on depressive symptoms. Results: Mean scores of class belongingness across T1-T4 were (73.24±11.95, 74.76±12.25, 75.25±12.38, 77.64±11.63), and the scores of depressive symptoms were [1.00 (0, 5.00), 0 (0, 3.00), 0 (0, 2.00), 0 (0, 2.00)]. The developmental trajectories of class belongingness were categorized into three types: the high-starting ascending group ( 56.61 %), the low-starting descending group (11.91%), and the medium-starting stable group (31.48%). Multinomial Logistic regression analysis showed that, compared to the medium-starting stable group, the high-starting ascending group had a lower probability of developing mild depressive symptoms ( OR=0.27, 95%CI =0.15-0.47) and moderate or above depressive symptoms ( OR=0.29, 95% CI = 0.14-0.60) (both P <0.05). Conversely, the low-starting descending group had a higher probability of developing mild depressive symptoms ( OR=2.31, 95%CI =1.65-3.22) and moderate or above depressive symptoms ( OR=7.49, 95%CI = 3.82-14.69) (both P <0.05). Conclusion Declining trajectory of class belongingness is a risk factor for depressive symptoms, while sustained upward trend may mitigate such risks.

Irritable bowel syndrome （IBS） is a functional bowel disorder characterized primarily by abdominal pain and altered defecation habits. In recent years， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has made progress in multiple aspects of IBS research and treatment， including syndrome distribution， development of TCM formulas， clinical efficacy evaluation， external therapies， and psychosocial regulation. However， it still faces challenges such as over-reliance on symptomatic manifestations rather than biomarkers for diagnostic criteria， and the lack of high-quality evidence-based data supporting the efficacy of TCM formulas in treating IBS. This paper proposed that TCM diagnosis and treatment of IBS should adhere to the strategy of integrating the holistic concept with syndrome differentiation and treatment， combining TCM external therapies such as acupuncture， moxibustion and acupoint application）， and emphasizing individualized diagnosis and treatment for psychosomatic abnormalities. Future research should integrate multi-omics technologies， artificial intelligence and other methods to deepen the understanding of the pathogenesis of IBS and the mechanisms of TCM formulas， so as to promote the standardization and internationalization of TCM in the diagnosis and treatment of IBS.

Objective To compare the positioning errors and the motion of acromioclavicular joint in breast cancer patients with integrated cervicothoracic thermoplastic membrane and breast bracket fixation,and to provide reference for accurate irradiation of upper and lower clavicular region.Methods Sixty-three pa-tients with breast cancer who were treated in the radiotherapy center of the hospital from November 1,2021 to August 9,2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the integrated cervicothoracic thermo-plastic membrane group(n=32)and breast bracket group(n=31)according to different positioning meth-ods.The translation errors of left and right direction(X),head and foot direction(Y)and ventral and dorsal direction(Z)and the rotation errors of sagittal plane(Rx),cross section(Ry)and coronal plane(Rz)of the two groups were analyzed,and the movement amplitude and three-dimensional displacement of acromioclavic-ular joint were measured respectively.Results Compared with the breast bracket group,X translation errors[(0.18±0.14)cm vs.(0.15±0.12)cm]and Z translation errors[(0.19±0.14)cm vs.(0.16±0.14)cm]of the cervicothoracic thermoplastic memberane group were greater,Z translation error[(0.21±0.17)cm vs.(0.22±0.21)cm]and Rx rotation error of cervical and sternoclavicular joints[(0.93±0.87)° vs.(1.08±0.92)°]were smaller,Rz rotation error[(1.00±0.94)° vs.(0.95±0.86)°]was greater,and the motion ΔX of acromioclavicular joint[(0.18±0.15)cm vs.(0.25±0.21)cm]was smaller,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Integrated cervicothoracic thermoplastic membrane can be used as a solu-tion for prophylactic irradiation of breast cancer in the upper and lower clavicular region and for radiation leak-age in the presence of metastasis.

Objective To explore the effect of PCSK9 inhibitor combined with atorvastatin on carotid atherosclerosis and its anti-inflammatory effect in patients with hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in Nanchang Third Hospital from October 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups of patients received conventional antihypertensive,hypoglycemic,and antiplatelet therapy.The control group took 20 mg of atorvastatin calcium tablets orally,once a night.On the basis of the control group,the study group was additionally given 150 mg of evolocumab injection(a PCSK9 inhibitor)by subcutaneous injection,once every two weeks.Both groups of patients were followed up for 24 weeks.The levels of blood lipids,blood glucose,inflammatory cytokines,carotid intima-media thickness(IMT),atherosclerotic plaque score and adverse reactions of the patients in the two groups before and after treatment were detected and compared.Results The levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the study group after treatment were lower than those before treatment and those in the control group at the same period,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α,hs-CRP,as well as the ca-rotid IMT and atherosclerotic plaque score in the study group after treatment were lower than those before treatment and those in the control group at the same period,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜O.05).During the treatment period,there was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reac-tions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of PCSK9 inhibitor and atorvastatin can effectively regulate the blood lipid levels of patients with hypertension complicated and type 2 diabetes mellitus,alleviate the inflammatory response,and improve the degree of carotid atherosclerosis in these pa-tients.

Objective Based on the phosphatidylinositol kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT)pathway and M2 polarization of macrophages,the effects of polydatin on malignant phenotype of osteosarcoma cells were investigated.Methods The macrophages were divided into M0 group,M2 group,polydatin group,and polydatin+PI3K pathway agonist 740Y-P group.The expression of arginase-1(Arg-1)and CD206 mRNAs and proteins in macrophages were detected by RT-qPCR and Western blot.Western blot was used to detect p-PI3K/PI3K and p-AKT/AKT protein expression in macrophages.The osteosarcoma cells MG-63 were divided into control group,control group(RPMI-1640 medium culture),CM-M0 group(M0 group M0 macrophage supernatant is collected for osteosarcoma cells),CM-M2 group(M2 group M2 macrophage supernatant is collected for osteosarcoma cells),CM-polydatin group(M2 macrophage supernatant in the polydatin group was collected on osteosarcoma cells),and CM-polydatin+740Y-P group(M2 macrophage supernatant was collected on osteosarcoma cells in the CM-polydatin+740Y-P group).Edu staining assay was used to detect the proliferation of MG-63 cells.Scratches and Transwell assays were used to detect the migration and invasion of MG-63 cells.Results Compared with the M0 group,the Arg-1,CD206,IL-10,p-PI3K/PI3K,p-AKT/AKT increased in the M2 group significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the M2 group,the Arg-1,CD206,IL-10,p-PI3K/PI3K,p-AKT/AKT decreased in the polydatin group significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the polydatin group,the Arg-1,CD206,IL-10,p-PI3K/PI3K,p-AKT/AKT increased in the polydatin+740Y-P group significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the CM-M0 group,the proportion of Edu-positive cells in the CM-M2 group increased significantly(P<0.05),and MG-63 cell migration and invasion rates increased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the CM-M2 group,the proportion of Edu-positive cells in the CM-polydatin group decreased significantly(P<0.05),and MG-63 cell migration and invasion rates decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the CM-polydatin group,the proportion of Edu-positive cells in the CM-polydatin+740Y-P group increased significantly(P<0.05),and MG-63 cell migration and invasion rates increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Polygonum cuspidatum can inhibit the proliferation,migration and invasion of osteosarcoma cells by inhibiting the M2 polarization of macrophages,and its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.

Objective:To investigate the short-term pulmonary function outcomes in children with congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) following surgery and analyze the influencing factors of poor outcomes.Methods:This study retrospectively enrolled 81 children who had undergone surgery for CDH and were discharged after recovery at the Department of Neonatal Surgery, Children's Hospital of Capital Institute of Pediatrics from January 2020 to June 2023. All children had pulmonary function tests before discharge, 6 months to 2 year after discharge. Changes in the pulmonary function parameters at different time points were compared. Based on the results of the final pulmonary function test after discharge, these patients were categorized into a favorable outcome group (32 cases) with normal pulmonary function and an unfavorable outcome group (49 cases) with pulmonary dysfunction. Clinical data of the two groups were compared using two independent samples t-test, rank-sum test, Chi-square test, or Fisher's exact test. Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the factors influencing pulmonary function outcomes. Results:A total of 81 cured and discharged CDH children were included in this study, comprising 34 males (42.0%) and 47 females (58.0%). The first two pulmonary function tests were performed at a mean postnatal age of (30.1±14.1) d (14-75 d) and (8.3±1.3) months (4 months and 14 d to 12 months), respectively. Pre-discharge pulmonary function tests revealed that 13 cases (16.0%) had nearly normal pulmonary function, while 68 cases (84.0%) showed pulmonary function abnormalities with seven cases of restrictive ventilatory dysfunction, 56 cases of obstructive ventilatory dysfunction, and five cases of mixed ventilatory dysfunction. In the children with abnormal pulmonary function before discharge, their second pulmonary function tests showed that some parameters including tidal volume [(7.49±1.35) ml/kg vs. (8.02±2.21) ml/kg], the ratio of time to peak tidal expiratory flow and expiratory time [(23.21±4.95)% vs. (26.50±5.48)%], the ratio of volume to peak expiratory flow and expiratory volume [(26.41±5.79)% vs. (27.55±5.20)%], respiratory system compliance per kg body weight during single occlusion [(0.93±0.22) ml/(cmH 2O·kg) vs. (0.96±0.25) ml/(cmH 2O·kg), 1 cmH 2O=0.098 kPa], functional residual capacity [(52.18±17.83) ml vs. (126.39±26.73) ml], and respiratory system resistance in single occlusion condition [(0.06±0.02) cmH 2O/(ml·s) vs. (0.05±0.01) cmH 2O/(ml·s)] improved after discharge ( t values were－2.41,－6.14,－7.68,－2.26,－18.94, and 4.87, all P<0.05). Eight children with obstructive ventilatory dysfunction were followed up for two years after surgery, of which three had normal lung function and five still showed mild to moderate obstructive ventilatory dysfunction. Logistic regression analysis indicated that liver herniation, severe pulmonary hypertension (PH), low observed-to-expected lung-to-head ratio (o/e LHR), grade C/D diaphragmatic defect, and prolonged invasive ventilation were risk factors for poor pulmonary outcomes [ OR(95% CI) were 5.655(1.410-22.676), 5.610 (1.589-19.804),4.183 (1.234-14.180) and 1.195(1.074- 1.329), all P<0.05]. Conclusions:Although lung function parameters of CDH patients show certain improvement after surgery, many children still have mild to moderate obstructive ventilatory dysfunction, requiring long-term follow-up. Prenatal and postnatal indicators such as liver herniation, severe PH, and low o/e LHR can predict the pulmonary outcomes of children with CDH.

Chronic gastritis is a chronic inflammation of the gastric mucosa caused by various etiologies and can be categorized into chronic non-atrophic gastritis and chronic atrophic gastritis.Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common disorder of the digestive system characterized by gastric mucosal gland atrophy,mucosal thinning,and basal layer thickening.The development of intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia on this basis is recognized as a precancerous lesion of gastric cancer and represents a key stage in the"inflammation-cancer transformation"of chronic gastritis.However,universally recognized and effective treatment strategies for this"inflammation-cancer transformation"process are lacking in clinical practice.This study integrates Correa′s cascade reaction with clinical practice,summarizing the pathogenesis of the"inflammation-cancer transformation"of chronic gastritis as weakness of the middle jiao and blood stasis.It suggests that the"inflammation-cancer transformation"process involves the pathological development of spleen and stomach deficiency,transportation and transformation dysfunction,turbid phlegm,blood stasis,and the gradual formation of cancerous toxins,with spleen and stomach weakness as the core mechanism and phlegm and blood stasis as the crucial pathological link.Based on an in-depth exploration of the deficiency of the middle jiao and blood stasis,supported by pharmacological research and clinical experience,this paper proposes the therapeutic approach of strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi,expelling phlegm and activating blood.It discusses the related prescriptions in preventing and treating the"inflammation-cancer transformation"of chronic gastritis.This study aims to provide new perspectives and insights for the prevention and treatment of chronic gastritis with traditional Chinese medicine,offering a novel framework for clinical treatment.

This study reports the diagnosis and treatment of six cases of post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) in liver transplant recipients, confirmed at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University between August 2017 and May 2023. The report includes details on anti-rejection therapy, Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and cytomegalovirus (CMV) infections, imaging findings, histopathological results, treatment courses, and prognoses. By summarizing the clinical experience in the diagnosis and management of PTLD following liver transplantation, this study aims to provide valuable insights and references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this condition.

Objective:To evaluate the treatment outcome of liver transplantation for patients with polycystic liver disease (PLD).Methods:Clinical data of 28 PLD patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from May 2014 to November 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, including 10 males and 18 females, aged (50.4±6.6) years. Patients were divided into liver transplantation group ( n=15) and non-liver transplantation group ( n=13). In the liver transplantation group, we analyzed seve-ral critical parameters including methods of liver transplantation, intra-abdominal fluid volume, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative red blood cell transfusion requirements, and postoperative complications. The prognosis of the two groups were also compared. Results:Among the 28 patients with PLD, 15 underwent liver transplantation, including 11 classic in situ liver transplantations, one modified back-to-back liver transplantation, and three liver-kidney combined transplantations. The 15 patients had 2 000 (300, 4 000) ml of abdominal fluid, 1 000 (600, 2 000) ml of intraoperative blood loss, and 8.0 (6.0, 17.0) U of red blood cells transfused during the operation. Postoperative complications occurred in eight cases, with four of which were managemed successfully, and the other four died. The 1-, 5-, and 10-year survival rates of after liver transplantation were 80.0%, 80.0%, and 73.3%, respectively. The 1-, 5-, and 10-year survival rates of patients with PLD without liver transplantation were 69.2%, 46.2%, and 38.5%, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( χ2=3.91, P=0.048). Conclusion:Liver transplantation is a treatment option for patients with PLD, with a better long-term survival compared to patients without liver transplantation.

Thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy(TAO) is an organ-specific autoimmune disease closely related to hy-perthyroidism,but it may also be detected in chronic autoimmune thyroiditis patients with normal thyroid functions or hy-pothyroidism.The clinical manifestations of TAO are diverse,and the progression of the disease varies.Therefore,accu-rately assessing its activity and the extent of lesions is crucial for guiding clinical treatment.Imaging examinations play an important role in the clinical diagnosis and evaluation of TAO.Commonly used methods include computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).In this article,the current applications of CT and MRI to the evaluation of TAO were reviewed,aiming to assist clinicians in selecting appropriate imaging modalities for accurate disease staging and formulating more rational treatment strategies.
