ObjectiveTo establish an ultra-performance liquid fingerprint and multi-components determination method for Naomaili granules. To evaluate the quality of different batches by chemometrics， and the anti-neuroinflammatory effects of water extract and main components of Naomaili granules were tested in vitro. MethodsThe similarity and common peaks of 27 batches of Naomaili granules were evaluated by using Ultra performance liquid chromatography （UPLC） fingerprint detection. Ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry （UPLC-MS/MS） technology was used to determine the content of the index components in Naomaili granules and to evaluate the quality of different batches of Naomaili granules by chemometrics. LPS-induced BV-2 cell inflammation model was used to investigate the anti-neuroinflammatory effects of the water extract and main components of Naomaili granules. ResultsThe similarity of fingerprints of 27 batches of samples was > 0.90. A total of 32 common peaks were calibrated， and 23 of them were identified and assigned. In 27 batches of Naomaili granules， the mass fractions of 14 components that were stachydrine hydrochloride， leonurine hydrochloride， calycosin-7-O-glucoside， calycosin，tanshinoneⅠ， cryptotanshinone， tanshinoneⅡ_A， ginsenoside Rb₁， notoginsenoside R₁， ginsenoside Rg₁， paeoniflorin， albiflorin， lactiflorin， and salvianolic acid B were found to be 2.902-3.498， 0.233-0.343， 0.111-0.301， 0.07-0.152， 0.136-0.228， 0.195-0.390， 0.324-0.482， 1.056-1.435， 0.271-0.397， 1.318-1.649， 3.038-4.059， 2.263-3.455， 0.152-0.232， 2.931-3.991 mg∙g^-1， respectively. Multivariate statistical analysis showed that paeoniflorin， ginsenoside Rg₁， ginsenoside Rb₁ and staphylline hydrochloride were quality difference markers to control the stability of the preparation. The results of bioactive experiment showed that the water extract of Naomaili granules and the eight main components with high content in the prescription had a dose-dependent inhibitory effect on the release of NO in the cell supernatant. Among them， salvianolic acid B and ginsenoside Rb₁ had strong anti-inflammatory activity， with IC₅₀ values of （36.11±0.15） mg∙L^-1 and （27.24±0.54） mg∙L^-1， respectively. ConclusionThe quality evaluation method of Naomaili granules established in this study was accurate and reproducible. Four quality difference markers were screened out， and eight key pharmacodynamic substances of Naomaili granules against neuroinflammation were screened out by in vitro cell experiments.

Objective: To understand the impact of childhood trauma on psychological distress among upper grade elemetary school students, and to explore the mediating role of leisure activities in the relationship, so as to provide a basis for developing mental health intervention strategies. Methods: From August to November 2024, a combination of convenience sampling and stratified cluster random sampling was employed to recruit 1 373 fourth to sixth grade students from four primary schools in Harbin. The Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ), a self designed leisure activity scale (including active and passive leisure activities), and the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10) were used to assess childhood trauma experiences, leisure activities, and levels of psychological distress. Spearman correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were conducted to explore the relationships among childhood trauma, leisure types, leisure time, and psychological distress. Based on the mediation analysis framework proposed by Hayes (Model 4), the mediating role of leisure types in the relationship between childhood trauma and psychological distress was examined. Results: Totally 19.1% of the upper elemetary school students exhibited psychological distress, while 30.2% had experienced childhood trauma. During school days, 64.6% of the students were reported of having leisure time concentrated between 1 and 5 hours per day, whereas 67.4% reported leisure time exceeding 5 hours per day on weekends. After controlling for potential demographic confounders such as gender, grade, ethnicity, household registration, being an only child, parents educational level, co residence, and whether parents are first time married,linear regression analysis showed that childhood trauma experience had positive predictive effect on psychological distress in upper primary school students( β =0.20, P <0.01). Leisure time showed no statistically significant association with psychological distress, both on school days ( β =-0.58 to -0.56) and weekends ( β =0.26- 0.98 )(all P >0.05). Active leisure activities were negatively associated with psychological distress ( β =-0.20), while passive leisure activities were positively associated with psychological distress ( β =0.29)(both P <0.01). Leisure type partially mediated the relationship between childhood trauma and psychological distress, accounting for 11.7% of the indirect effect. Conclusion Childhood trauma experiences positively predict psychological distress in upper elementary school students, and affect psychological distress through active leisure and passive leisure.

ObjectiveTo investigate the changes in chemical components of Gardeniae Fructus（GF） before and after being charred， providing data support for research on the material basis of GF Carbonisata（GFC）. MethodsUltra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-electrostatic field orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry（UPLC-Q-Orbitrap MS/MS） was used to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the chemical components in GF and GFC under positive and negative ion modes with Compound Discoverer 3.3 software and online database. Then， principal component analysis and partial least squares-discriminant analysis in SIMCA14.1 software were used to analyze the MS data of each sample. Based on the principle of variable importance in the projection（VIP） value>1， differential secondary and primary metabolites before and after carbonization were screened. In addition， MetaboAnalyst website was used for pathway enrichment of Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes（KEGG）， so as to provide a reference for clarifying the processing mechanism. ResultsA total of 185 components were identified， including 96 secondary metabolites and 89 primary metabolites. These components were classified into nine categories， primarily including iridoid glycosides， flavonoids， and terpenoids， their fragmentation pathways were also analyzed. Simultaneously， multivariate statistical analysis was performed on the secondary and primary metabolites， identifying 70 and 59 differential metabolites， respectively. The secondary metabolites were enriched in two metabolic pathways， including C5-branched dibasic acid metabolism and flavonoid and flavonol biosynthesis， while the primary differential metabolites were enriched in seven pathways such as linoleic acid metabolism and tyrosine metabolism. ConclusionThe chemical components of GF change significantly after carbonization， with a significant decrease in the contents of iridoid glycosides and terpenoids such as hydroxyisogeniposide， crocin Ⅱ， crocetin， and jasminoside B. while the contents of 4-hydroxycoumarin， geniposidic acid， gentiopicroside， and gardenoside methyl ester increase significantly. This change is presumed to be associated with the enhanced cooling and hemostatic effects of the processed products. The identified key components provide a basis for elucidating the material basis underlying the efficacy changes before and after carbonization.

Objective: To understand the serum vitamin D and vitamin K 1 levels of children in the Qingdao area, so as to provide scientific grounds for appropriate vitamin supplementation. Methods: A total of 4 469 children aged 0-14 years old, who attended the children s healthcare outpatient clinics of a tertiary hospital in Qingdao, were enrolled in the current study between January 2023 and July 2024. The levels of vitamin D and vitamin K 1 were measured by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. The inter group differences were analyzed using Chi square test, Wilcoxon rank sum test, and Kruskal-Wallis H test. The correlation analysis of vitamin D and vitamin K 1 levels with age was performed using the Spearman correlation. Results: The serum vitamin D level among children was 28.72(22.67, 36.26)ng/mL. The vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency rates were 2.10% and 14.59 %, respectively. The serum 25-(OH)D 2 level was 0.29(0.14, 0.53)ng/mL, the serum 25-(OH)D 3 level was 27.99( 21.78 , 35.57)ng/mL and the serum vitamin K 1 level was 0.54(0.29, 1.04)ng/mL. The vitamin K 1 deficiency rate was 13.76%. Among different age stages, the serum vitamin D level was highest in infancy [37.45(30.39, 43.87)ng/mL] and lowest in school age children [22.39(18.00, 26.97)ng/mL]; the level of vitamin K 1 was highest in preschool children [0.79(0.41, 1.51) ng/mL] and lowest in school age children[0.45 (0.26, 0.76) ng/mL]; the serum vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency rates were highest in school age children (5.03% and 30.81%); the vitamin K 1 deficiency rate was highest in infancy (21.53%) ( H/χ 2=1 698.31, 253.70 , 137.85 , 583.79, 89.30, all P <0.05). Among different seasons, the serum vitamin D and vitamin K 1 levels were lowest in the winter [26.74(18.37, 35.86) and 0.50 (0.27, 0.94)ng/mL; H =50.71, 7.86]; the vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency rates were highest in the winter (5.41% and 24.80%; χ 2=59.93, 83.35) (all P <0.05). The serum vitamin D level had a moderate negative correlation with age ( r =-0.62), and there was a low positive correlation between the serum vitamin D and vitamin K 1 levels in infancy and early childhood ( r =0.21, 0.26) (all P <0.05). Conclusions The serum vitamin D and vitamin K 1 levels are lowest in school age children and in the winter, and the serum vitamin K 1 deficiency rate is highest in infancy. There is a need to focus on critical periods of infancy and school age, and strengthen interventions during the high risk winter season. The nutritional status of vitamin D and vitamin K 1 in children should be enhanced.

AIM:To analyze the influencing factors of postoperative malignant glaucoma(MG)in patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma(PACG)using logistic regression and decision tree models.METHODS:A retrospective study was conducted on PACG patients who underwent surgery at Eye Hospital of Handan City from March 2020 to March 2025. Patients were divided into two groups: the MG group, who developed MG within 6 mo postoperatively, and the non-MG group. Data were collected from the electronic medical record system. Univariate analysis was performed, followed by multivariate logistic regression to identify independent risk factors. A classification and regression tree model was constructed to visualize the hierarchical relationships among predictors. The predictive performance of the two models was evaluated and compared using receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis.RESULTS:Totally 182 cases(182 eyes)with PACG were enrolled in this study, including 91 cases(91 eyes)in the MG group and 91 cases(91 eyes)in the non-MG group. In the MG group, there were 53 males and 38 females; 69 cases were aged ≥60 y and 22 cases were aged <60 y. In the non-MG group, there were 47 males and 44 females; 33 cases were aged ≥60 y and 58 cases were aged <60 y. The non-MG group comprised 91 patients, including 47 males and 44 females. Among them, 33 cases were aged ≥60 y, and 58 cases were aged<60 y. The MG group had significantly higher proportions of patients aged ≥60 y, diabetes, moderate-stage PACG, persistent high intraocular pressure(IOP), complete anterior chamber angle closure, lens thickness <4.5 mm, axial length <22 mm, and severe postoperative inflammation compared to the non-MG group(all P<0.01). Multivariate Logistic regression identified the following as independent influencing factors for postoperative MG: age [OR (95%CI)=2.136(1.401-3.255)], PACG stage [OR (95%CI)=2.996(2.044-4.391)], IOP [OR (95%CI)=3.527(1.604-7.755)],anterior chamber angle [OR (95%CI)=4.826(2.498-9.324)], axial length [OR (95%CI)=5.125(1.265-20.771)], and severe postoperative inflammation [OR (95%CI)=2.338(1.478-3.699)](all P<0.05). The decision tree model selected six explanatory variables: age, PACG stage, IOP, anterior chamber angle status, axial length, and severe postoperative inflammation. Axial length was the primary splitting factor at the root node. The areas under the ROC curve(AUC)for the logistic regression and decision tree models were 0.913(0.863-0.950)and 0.921(0.872-0.956), respectively, with no significant difference between them(Z=0.561, P=0.575).CONCLUSION:Both the logistic regression and decision tree models effectively identify key influencing factors for postoperative MG in PACG patients, including age, PACG stage, IOP, anterior chamber angle status, axial length, and severe postoperative inflammation. The decision tree model offers an intuitive, visual representation of risk stratification, facilitating clinical decision-making. Both models are applicable for clinical risk assessment.

Objective To systematically analyze the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics and epidemiological trends of tracheal, bronchus, and lung cancer (TBL) disease burden attributed to air pollution globally and in China and the United States from 1990 to 2021, and to assess the patterns of disease burden changes from 2022 to 2031 based on predictive models, providing a scientific basis for formulating targeted TBL prevention and control strategies. Methods Based on the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) 2021 database, we analyzed the disease burden data of TBL attributed to air pollution globally and in China and the United States from 1990 to 2021. R Studio 4.3.2 software was used to analyze the corresponding trends and the Bayesian age-period-cohort (BAPC) prediction model was used to predict the status of the disease burden of TBL attributed to air pollution in the world and in China and the United States from 2022 to 2031. Results In 2021, China had the highest number of deaths and disability-adjusted life years attributed to air pollution (211 400 patients and 4.8947 million person-years), followed by the United States (6 000 patients and 124 300 person-years). The age-standardized mortality rate (ASMR) and age-standardized disability-adjusted life years rate (ASDR) of TBL due to air pollution in the world and in China and the United States showed a decreasing trend. From 1990 to 2021, the ASMR and ASDR of TBL in China due to air pollution were much higher than those in the United States and the global average. In terms of gender, from 1990 to 2021, the disease burden of male patients with TBL attributed to air pollution was much higher than that of female patients. The BAPC prediction model showed that from 2022 to 2031, the ASMR and ASDR of TBL attributed to air pollution showed an upward trend globally, while they showed a downward trend in China and the United States. Conclusion Over the past 30 years, the air pollution-related TBL disease burden in the world and in China and the United States has continued to decline, but China's disease burden is still significantly higher than the global average. The disease burden in men far exceeds that in women, with men and the population aged ≥50 years being high-risk groups. In the future, the global disease trend may reverse and rise, while China and the United States are expected to continuously decline. However, precise prevention and control for high-risk groups remains a key challenge.

This paper summarized professor ZHANG Lei's experience in the treatment of sjögren syndrome （SS） from the perspective of "same form and disease of dryness and dampness". It is believed that both dryness and dampness are involved as the pathological factors of SS. The important pathogenesis is that dryness and dampness are of the same form and coexist in the disease， that is， dryness and dampness can transform into each other with the same form or be concurrent in the disease. The same form of dryness and dampness includes the dryness syndrome caused by dampness and the dampness syndrome caused by dryness， which can be treated with modified Wuling Powder （五苓散） and modified Ejiao Jizihuang Decoction （阿胶鸡子黄汤）， respectively. The disease of both dryness and dampness includes lung dryness with spleen dampness， stomach dryness with spleen dampness， liver dryness with spleen dampness， and kidney dryness with spleen dampness syndrome， which can be treated with modified Ganlu Beverage and Weijing Decoction（甘露饮合苇茎汤）， self-made Jianpi Yangyin Formula （健脾养阴方） with modifications， self-made Guqing Decoction and Jupi Zhishu Pill （谷青汤合橘皮枳术丸） with modifications， and Shenqi Pill and Linggui Zhugan Decoction （肾气丸合苓桂术甘汤） with modifications， respectively.

The concept of "spirit" in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） aligns closely with "the liver governs the designing of strategy". By exploring the relationship between the liver and executive function decline， it is proposed that prolonged liver constraint leads to indecisiveness in strategy designing， which is the initiating factor for executive function decline； liver blood deficiency causes difficulties in executing strategy， which forms an essential foundation for the progression of executive function decline； obstruction in the "liver-du mai-brain" pathway leads to unclear strategy designing， which accelerates executive function decline. This relationship is examined from the perspectives of TCM， modern medicine， and cognitive psychology， aiming to provide insights into addressing executive function decline through treatments focused on the liver.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the occurrence characteristics and risk factors of adverse drug reactions （ADR） of gemcitabine for injection in national centralized volume-based procurement （hereinafter referred to as “centralized procurement”）， and provide reference for clinical safe drug use. METHODS A retrospective study was conducted to collect the relevant case reports of gemcitabine for injection reported to the National Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring System by Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from January 2022 to December 2023； basic information of patients， drug use status， patient outcomes， rational drug use and other information were collected， and the occurrence characteristics of ADRs with leukopenia， myelosuppression， neutropenia， thrombocytopenia and liver dysfunction were analyzed. Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression were used to analyze the correlation of gender， age， combination of antitumor drugs， original malignant tumor and drug dose with ADR. RESULTS A total of 315 cases reports （315 patients） of gemcitabine-induced ADR were included in this study， with a male-to-female ratio of 1.42∶1 and age of （61.17±9.13） years. The primary malignant tumor was pancreatic cancer （73 cases， 23.17%）. Leukopenia， myelosuppression and nausea were the most common ADR， followed by neutropenia， thrombocytopenia， liver dysfunction and so on. The severity grade of ADR was mainly 1-2， and the outcome of most ADR was good. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that combination of antitumor drugs was a risk factor for myelosuppression and neutropenia （RR＝2.154， 95%CI： 1.218- 3.807， P＝0.008； RR＝3.099， 95%CI： 1.240-7.744， P＝0.016）； gender （female） was a risk factor for leukopenia and liver dysfunction （RR＝0.508， 95%CI： 0.302-0.853， P＝0.010； RR＝0.301， 95%CI： 0.102-0.887， P＝0.029）. In terms of drug use rationality， there were 143 cases （45.40%） of drug 126.com use in accordance with the indications of the label， and 172 cases （54.60%） of off-label drug use. Among them， the primary malignant tumors were bladder cancer， bile duct cancer and ovarian cancer， which ranked the top three off-label drug use. CONCLUSIONS The ADR caused by gemcitabine in Inner Mongolia is mainly in the blood and digestive systems. The severity of ADRs is mainly classified as 1-2 levels， and most ADRs have good outcomes. Gender （female） and combination medication are risk factors for gemcitabine-induced ADR. Appropriate chemotherapy regimen should be selected according to the patient’s condition and physical condition， and ADR monitoring in blood and digestive systems should be strengthened during medication of gemcitabine.

Objective: To explore the impact of sleep quality, experience of childhood maltreatment, and their interaction on depressive symptoms among middle school students, so as to provide the reference for early intervention of depressive symptoms among middle school students. Methods: From September to December 2023, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 231 students from two secondary schools in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province by a convenient sampling method. The survey included general demographic information, Childhood Trauma Questionnaire Short Form, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and Short Version of Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale. The Chi square test was used to analyze the differences in depressive symptom, sleep quality and childhood maltreatment among students with different demographic characteristics. Correlation analysis was conducted using Logistic regression, and interaction analysis was performed by both additive and multiplicative interaction models. Results: The detection rate of depressive symptoms among middle school students was 22.7%, and the rate for high school students (35.2%) was significantly higher than that for middle school students (17.0%) ( χ 2=50.35, P <0.01). The detection rates of depressive symptoms among middle school students with a history of childhood maltreatment and poor sleep quality were 45.8% and 44.0%, respectively. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that compared to students without a history of childhood maltreatment, students with a history of childhood maltreatment had a higher risk of depressive symptoms ( OR =4.49，95% CI =3.31~ 6.09 , P <0.01);students with poor sleep quality had a higher risk of depressive symptoms than students with good sleep quality ( OR = 5.99，95% CI =4.37~8.22, P <0.01).The interaction results showed that the presence of childhood maltreatment and poor sleep quality had an additive interaction on the occurrence of depression in middle school students. Compared with students without childhood maltreatment and having good sleep quality, students with childhood maltreatment and poor sleep quality had a 22.49 times higher risk of developing depression ( OR =22.49，95% CI =14.22~35.59, P <0.01). Conclusion Depressive symptoms among middle school students are associated with childhood maltreatment and poor sleep quality, and there is an additive interaction between childhood maltreatment and poor sleep quality on the impact of depressive symptoms.
