Objective:To explore the effectiveness of generative artificial intelligence (GAI) -empowered interprofessional collaborative learning model in nursing psychology practical teaching for undergraduate nursing students.Methods:From November to December 2024, 109 second-year nursing students from the Xiangya School of Nursing, Central South University were selected as research subjects using convenience sampling. Two classes were randomly divided into an experimental group (55 students) and a control group (54 students) using a random draw method. Control group received a traditional teaching model based primarily on case discussion and scenario simulation teaching, while experimental group used the GAI-empowered interprofessional collaborative learning model on the basis of control group. The teaching effectiveness was evaluated using the Psychological Nursing Practice Competency Assessment Scale, Caring Ability Inventory (CAI), Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale (RIPLS), and Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire.Results:After teaching, experimental group's practical course assessment scores, CAI total scores, and scores in each dimension were all higher than those of control group, with statistically significant differences ( P<0.01). The RIPLS score of nursing students in experimental group after teaching was higher than that before teaching, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.01). 90.9% of nursing students supported the introduction of GAI into the classroom, and 90.9% of nursing students recognized the auxiliary role of GAI in achieving learning objectives, and the teaching satisfaction was 96.4%. Conclusions:This study validates the effectiveness of GAI-empowered interprofessional collaborative learning model in nursing psychology practical teaching for undergraduate nursing students, providing new ideas for nursing education reform.

In recent years, there has been an increasing trend regarding the incidence of anaphylaxis among children in China. Despite the existence of relevant diagnosis and treatment guidelines for regulation, due to reasons such as uneven allocation of medical resources, there are still many problems in the specific implementation process of primary health care institutions, and these problems may lead to untimely and irregular handling of allergic reactions, thereby increasing the risk for pediatric patients. This review discussed the related issues existing about the diagnosis and treatment of anaphylaxis in children in primary health care institutions.

Objective To construct HEK 293T cells that express tardigrade Dsup protein fused with green fluorescent protein copGFP in order to study the effect of Dsup protein on proliferation of HEK 293T cells.Methods The CRISPR/Cas9 gene knock-in system was constructed.The target gene fragments of Dsup,copGFP,EF1α and puromycin were amplified by PCR and inserted into pAAVS1-SFFV to construct the fusion vector of Dsup and copGFP,which was known as pAAVS1-SFFV-Dsup-copGFP-EF1α-Puro.pAAVS1-SFFV-Dsup-copGFP-EF1 α-Puro and pAAVS1-CRISPR-Cas9 vector were co-transfected into HEK 293T cells before Dsup gene was inserted into the AAVS1 region of HEK 293T cells via homologous recombination.The HEK 293T cells expressing Dsup gene were obtained following puromycin selection,flow cytometry sorting and genome identification.The expression of Dsup at mRNA and protein levels and proliferation-related genes(MCM2,MCM4,PCNA,Ki-67)were examined to investigate the effects of Dsup gene on the proliferation of HEK 293T-Dsup-copGFP cells.Results The pAAVS1-SFFV-Dsup-copGFP-EF1α-Puro recombinant vector was constructed,and the HEK 293T-Dsup-copGFP cells with Dsup gene inserted in the AAVS1 region were obtained,where both Dsup mRNA and protein were expressed.The cell proliferation rate of HEK 293T-Dsup-copGFP was higher than that of HEK 293T-Control-copGFP(P＜0.001).Further investigation revealed that the expressions of Ki-67 and MCM4 protein in HEK 293T-Dsup-copGFP were significantly higher than in the control group,indicating that the knock in of Dsup gene might enhance the proliferation ability of human cells by promoting the expression of Ki-67 and MCM4 protein.Conclusion A gene editing vector is constructed,and stable cell line HEK 293T-Dsup-copGFP for Dsup fusion expression with copGFP is established.The expression of Dsup gene in HEK 293T cells can promote cell proliferation,possibly by upregulating the expressions of Ki-67 and MCM4 protein.

Objective To explore the feasibility of integrated imaging of portal vein and hepatic vein with"three low-contrast agents"combined with energy spectrum CT technology.Methods A total of 100 patients with enhanced abdominal CT scans were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients of experimental group(n=50)were injected with the isotonic con-trast agent iodixanol(320 mg I/mL)at a flow rate of 3 mL/s and a total volume of 1.2 mL/kg,and underwent energy spectrum CT scan in the portal venous phase.The patients of control group(n=50)were injected with the sub-hypertonic contrast agent iohexol(350 mg I/mL)at a flow rate of 5 mL/s and a total volume of 1.5 mL/kg,and underwent conventional multi-phase spiral CT enhancement scan.The image quality and radiation dose of portal vein and hepatic vein were compared between the two groups.Results The CT value of main portal vein in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P＜0.05).There was no statistical significance in main portal vein contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR),main portal vein signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),hepatic vein CT value,and hepatic vein CNR between the two groups(P＞0.05).The SNR and image standard deviation(SD)of the hepatic vein in the control group were better than those in the experimental group(P＜0.05).There was no statistical significance in the subjective scores of portal vein and hepatic vein between the two groups(P＞0.05).The volume CT dose index(CTDIvol),dose length product(DLP),and effective dose(ED)of the portal venous phase spectrum CT scan in the experimental group were lower than those of the conventional single-phase spiral CT scan in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion"Three low-contrast agents"combined with energy spectrum CT technology can realize integrated imaging of portal vein and hepatic vein in late portal vein,and can reduce radiation dose.

Objective: To understand the prevalence and its influencing factors of metabolic syndrome (MS) among employees in petrochemical enterprises, so as to provide insights into the prevention and control of MS among employees in petrochemical enterprises. Methods: The employees in petrochemical enterprises who underwent health examinations at the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the survey subjects. Demographic information, lifestyle behaviors and occupational exposure were collected using questionnaires, and the blood biochemical indicators were measured through laboratory testing. Factors affecting MS were identified using a multivariable logistic regression model. Results: A total of 2 479 individuals were included, with a mean age of (44.84±7.87) years. There were 1 684 males (67.93%) and 795 females (32.07%). There were 905 cases of MS, with a detection rate of 36.51%. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that gender (male, OR=2.246, 95%CI: 1.353-3.728), age (≥40 years, OR=3.523, 95%CI: 2.003-6.194), noise exposure (OR=1.894, 95%CI: 1.272-2.821), smoking index (>0~200 cigarette-years, OR=1.907, 95%CI: 1.155-3.149; >200 cigarette-years, OR=2.257, 95%CI: 1.320-3.859), hyperuricemia (OR=3.013, 95%CI: 1.852-4.900) and γ-glutamyltransferase (abnormal, OR=2.691, 95%CI: 1.589-4.559) were the influencing factors of MS among employees in petrochemical enterprises. Conclusion The risk of MS occurrence among employees in petrochemical enterprises is related to gender, age, noise exposure, smoking index, hyperuricemia and γ-glutamyltransferase level.

【Objective】 To explore the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on platelets supply management and its countermeasures. 【Methods】 Relevant data on platelets collection, supply, daily inventory and adjustment were collected through the blood information management system of our blood center after the outbreak of the epidemic in Xi′an (from December 9, 2021 to February 2, 2022), and then compared with the data during the corresponding period of last year (from December 9, 2020 to February 2, 2021). 【Results】 In this study, in the first half month of the epidemic, the collection and supply of platelets were slightly higher than the same period of the previous year. After the first-level response to the epidemic was initiated, the collection and issuing of platelets decreased significantly compared with the same period of the previous year. Half a month after the home isolation had been gradually lifted, the collection and issuing of platelets increased significantly as compared with the home isolation period. Otherwise, the collection and issuing of platelets had been increased as compared with the same period of the previous year. 【Conclusion】 After the outbreak of the epidemic, the timely adjustment of platelet collection strategy as well as the launch of emergency plan for platelets collection and supply during the first-level response to the epidemic effectively ensured the supply of clinical platelets in Xi′an during the period of home isolation.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of allopurinol in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.Methods:The databases of Embase, PubMed and the Cochrane library were searched for randomized controlled trials of allopurinol in patients with chronic kidney disease. According to the Cochrane system evaluation method, two evaluators independently screened the literature and extracted the data, and analyzed the results with Revman 5.3 software.Results:Finally, 10 articles were included, including 940 patients (472 in the experimental group and 468 in the control group). Meta analysis showed that allopurinol treatment could reduce blood uric acid ( MD=-2.40, 95% CI: -2.74--2.05, P<0.01), 24-hour urinary protein ( MD=-0.61, 95% CI: -1.17--0.06, P=0.03) and increase estimation of glomerular filtration rate(eGFR) ( MD=2.51, 95% CI: 1.86-3.17, P<0.01). There was no significant difference in adverse events between the experimental group and the control group ( OR=1.40, 95% CI: 0.61-3.19, P=0.42), but allopurinol treatment could reduce the risk of cardiovascular events ( OR=0.58, 95% CI: 0.38-0.89, P=0.01). Conclusions:Allopurinol treatment of chronic kidney disease can reduce urinary protein, improve eGFR, and reduce the risk of cardiovascular events.

Objective: To analyze the delay of seeking medical treatment and associated factors among students with tuberculosis in Shaanxi Province from 2015 to 2019, so as to provide scientific evidence for the early detection and control of tuberculosis epidemics in schools. Methods: Data from 6 739 students with pulmonary tuberculosis registered in Shaanxi Province from 2015 to 2019 were collected from the TB Management Information System of China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were used to analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Results: Among 6 739 cases of students with pulmonary tuberculosis from 2015 to 2019 in Shaanxi Province, 3 040 patients delayed seeking medical treatment. The rate of delayed treatment was as high as 45.1%, and the median delayed treatment time was 38(24, 68) days. From 2015 to 2019, the overall delay rate of students showed a downward trend, with a significant difference(χ 2=120.45, P<0.05). Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in delay rate between different patient sources, diagnosis results and regions(χ 2=274.19, 26.75, 24.12, P<0.05), among which for factors such as tracing, tuberculosis pleurisy, doctor delay in the northern part of Shaanxi, the rates were higher. The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the regions of northern Shaanxi(OR=2.74), central Shaanxi(OR=2.09), and southern Shaanxi(OR=2.39), and clinical consultation(OR=1.84), recommendation(OR=2.81), tracing(OR=3.28), and tracing (OR=6.07) were risk factors for delay of consultation. A lack of etiology results(OR=0.47) was to protect delay of consultation. Conclusion From 2015 to 2019 in Shaanxi Province, a delay in seeking medical treatment was relatively common among students with tuberculosis. The region, source of patients and diagnosis results were factors that influenced the delay in finding tuberculosis patients in Shaanxi Province.
