Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiangtang was first recorded in the Treatise on Cold Damage (Shang Han Lun). This prescription is composed of Bupleuri Radix, Scutellariae Radix, Cinnamomi Ramulus, Zingiberis Rhizoma, Trichosanthis Radix, Ostreae Concha, and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. It has the effects of soothing Lesser Yang, warming the spleen, and stimulating the generation of body fluid. It is mainly used to treat digestive tract diseases such as chronic cholecystitis (CC), irritable bowel syndrome, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Dyspepsia caused by CC presents a variety of gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal pain, poor appetite, postprandial fullness, aversion to greasy food, soft stool, and bitter mouth, being a type of biliary dyspepsia. In modern medicine, dyspepsia caused by CC is mainly managed by medical treatment and surgical treatment. Internal medicine mainly focuses on reducing inflammation, promoting the function of gallbladder, resolving stones, alleviating spasms, and relieving the pain for CC, demonstrating definite short-term efficacy but suffering from single effects, high recurrence rate, and poor compliance. Although surgical treatment can cure cholecystitis, it is accompanied by the increased incidence of adverse events such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, and dyspepsia. Modern clinical studies have confirmed that Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiangtang can significantly alleviate the symptoms such as abdominal pain and dyspepsia of CC patients. Pharmacological studies have found that Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiangtang mainly contains active ingredients such as Bupleuri Radix saponins, baicalin, cinnamaldehyde, gingerol, Trichosanthis Radix polysaccharide, Ostreae Concha polysaccharide, and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma total flavonoids. Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiangtang can ameliorate the symptoms of dyspepsia caused by CC by inhibiting inflammatory responses, improving gallbladder contraction and gastrointestinal motility, regulating the bile acid-intestinal flora axis and the brain-gut axis, and modulating blood lipids through multiple targets. By reviewing the previous literature, this article summarizes the research progress in the treatment of dyspepsia caused by CC with Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiangtang and its main active ingredients as well as the pathogenesis of this disease and puts forward the shortcomings and improvement strategies for the current research. The review aims to provide a reference for the further research on Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiangtang in the treatment of dyspepsia caused by CC.

Objective:
To determine the association between exposure to entertainment screen content on mobile phones and symptoms of anxiety-depression co-morbidity among college students,so as to provide evidence for mental health interventions.
Methods:
A baseline survey was conducted from April to May 2019. A total of 1 135 college students were selected from one university each in Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province and Hefei City, Anhui Province using cluster random sampling method. A follow up study was conducted in November 2019, resulting in 1 110 matched valid responses. Self rating questionnaires were used to assess the exposure of entertainment screen content. The Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21(DASS-21) and the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) were used to evaluate the anxiety symptoms, depressive symptoms, and symptoms of anxiety-depression co-morbidity among college students. A multivariate binary Logistic regression model was constructed following initial intergroup comparisons with Chi-square test to determine the association between baseline exposure to mobile entertainment screen content and the risk of symptoms of anxiety depression co-morbidity at baseline and the 6 month follow up.
Results:
The prevalence rates of symptoms of anxiety-depression co-morbidity among college students were 25.4% and 20.6% at baseline and follow up, respectively. After adjusting for confounding factors such as gender, self rated family economic status and self rated health status, the results of multivariate binary Logistic regression analysis showed that compared with the appropriate exposure level group, the exposure of entertainment screen content on mobile phones at baseline, including frequent exposure to reading( OR =1.65,95% CI =1.14-2.39), occasional exposure to other entertainment screen content ( OR =1.46,95% CI =1.01-2.10)and frequent exposure to other entertainment screen content( OR =1.76,95% CI =1.20-2.60), increased the co-occurrence risk of symptoms of anxiety-depression co-morbidity among college students during the follow up period (all P <0.05).
Conclusion
Occasional or frequert exposure to mobile entertainment screen content can increase the risk of symptoms of anxiety depression co-morbidity among college students.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine 2025;40(10):1534-1540
Objective:Transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS),a non-invasive and safe neuromodulation technique, has been widely applied in stroke rehabilitation and motor function enhancement. However, differences in the ef-fects of conventional tDCS and high-definition tDCS(HD-tDCS)remain unclear. This study aims to compare the effects of tDCS and HD-tDCS on motor cortex excitability in healthy adults, providing evidence for the optimization of clinical neuromodulation strategies.Method:Forty healthy participants who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled and randomly assigned to two groups(group A and group B),with 20 participants in each group.A two-phase,two-treatment crossover de-sign was employed. In the first phase, participants in Group A received HD-tDCS with a center-anodal configu-ration over the motor cortex corresponding to the hemisphere with a higher resting motor threshold(RMT)de-termined by transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS).The stimulation intensity was 1.5 mA and lasted for 20 minutes. After a 24-hour washout, the second phase involved anodal tDCS with identical stimulation parame-ters and location. In contrast, group B first received anodal tDCS followed by HD-tDCS after the washout pe-riod.Changes in motor evoked potential(MEP)of the bilateral motor cortices were assessed at multiple time points, including changes in bilateral RMT,the RMT difference(ΔRMT),and central motor conduction time(CMCT).Result:No significant differences were found between the two phases for any of the observed variables(P>0.05).Compared with baseline, both stimulation methods led to immediate and significant reductions in bilater-al RMT and ΔRMT,as well as shortened CMCT on the stimulated side(P<0.05).On stimulated-side,tDCS produced a more immediate reduction in RMT,while HD-tDCS showed a peak reduction at 30 minutes post-stimulation.In both cases,RMT gradually returned to baseline by 120 minutes.A significant difference in RMT changes between the two methods was observed after 30 minutes(P<0.05).On non-stimulated-side,a marked immediate increase was observed following tDCS,but subsequent trends were similar between the two methods, with no significant differences.Bilateral CMCT decreased after both types of stimulation, with no significant differences in changes over time between the two methods. Conclusion:tDCS has a more pronounced immediate effect on RMT modulation, while HD-tDCS exhibits more prominent delayed effects.

Objective:By comparing the relevant image manifestations and diagnostic results of high resolution CT (HRCT) and digital radio graphy (DR), to deeply explore the clinical application value of HRCT in the diagnosis and staging of occupational pneumoconiosis. Methods:A total of 180 pneumoconiosis patients with different stages diagnosed in Guangzhou Twelfth People's Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects by systematic sampling method, and their HRCT and DR examinations were performed. The display of lung imaging features of patients with pneumoconiosis by the two examination methods was analyzed, and the chi-square test and rank sum test were used to compare the differences in diagnostic staging results and the detection of pulmonary complications. Results:Among the patients with pneumoconiosis, there were 174 males and 6 females, with an age of (53.11±12.22) years old and a working age of (14.94±11.43) years. The number of lung areas with category 0 small opacity profusion in the HRCT images of patients was less than that in the DR images, and the number of lung areas with category 1 small opacity profusion was more than that in the DR images ( P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the number of lung areas with category 2 and category 3 small opacity profusion detected by the two images ( P>0.05). The distribution of diagnostic differences between HRCT and DR images for the staging of pneumoconiosis was statistically significant ( P<0.05), and the detection rates of HRCT for pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis, pneumonia, atelectasis, lymph node tumefaction, and pleural thickening were all higher than those of DR ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:In the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis, HRCT has advantages over DR images in showing the fine structure of the lungs, determining the degree and extent of lesions. It is of great significance for discovering and differentiating complications of pneumoconiosis, and providing an important basis for clinical staging.
