The writing of pharmacist-managed clinics documents （hereinafter referred to as “outpatient medication record”） is a necessary part of pharmacist-managed clinics service. Outpatient medication record is an important carrier to reflect the quality of pharmacist-managed clinics service. The Chinese Hospital Association Pharmaceutical Specialized Committee was entrusted by the Pharmaceutical Administration Department of the National Health Commission to lead the formulation of the Guidelines for the Pharmacist-managed Clinics Service and Document Writing and Usage （Reference） （hereinafter referred to as Guidelines） according to the compilation method of group standards and the technical route of “documentation combing→framework establishment→draft writing→opinion collection→Guidelines formation”. The Guidelines standardizes the basic requirements of pharmacist-managed clinics record management and the basic content of record， and provides a general template and two specialized templates including pregnant and lactating pharmacist-managed clinics record template and cough and asthma pharmacist-managed clinics record template， which provides a reference for medical institutions to write pharmacist-managed clinics record. This paper introduces the formulation process of Guidelines and analyzes the key contents of Guidelines， which is helpful for the application practice of Guidelines and further improves the quality of pharmacist-managed clinics work.

Objective: To explore the application of photodynamic therapy (PDT) combined with orally administered retinoic acid in the treatment of proliferative verrucous leukoplakia (PVL) and provide a reference for clinical practice. Methods: A case of sequential treatment of PVL with PDT and orally administered retinoic acid was reported. The characteristics, diagnosis, treatment of PVL, and the application of PDT and retinoic acid in oral leukoplakia were retrospectively analyzed based on the literature. Results: After four PDT sessions, a majority of the oral lesions were eliminated in a patient clinically diagnosed with PVL, but the lesions recurred two months later. Subsequently, the patient was treated with retinoic acid at a dose of 10 mg, once a day, orally before bedtime. After continuous treatment for 2 weeks, the oral lesions were significantly reduced. The dose was then adjusted to 10 mg, twice a day, and the treatment was extended for 3 months until the lesions completely disappeared. Following this, a periodic regimen was adopted to continue the administration of retinoic acid at a dose of 10 mg, twice a day (3 weeks of treatment followed by 1 week of drug withdrawal as one cycle), for a total of 6 cycles. No recurrence was observed during the 5-month follow-up after drug withdrawal. A review of the literature indicates that PVL is an oral potentially malignant disorder (OPMD) characterized by multifocality, high recurrence rate, and high malignant transformation rate. Currently, there is no ideal treatment method for PVL. PDT is advantageous because of its low toxicity. Furthermore, it is strongly selective, minimally invasive, and patients experience no scarring. Thus, it has been recommended as the first-line therapy for PVL. However, due to the limitations of local application of photosensitizers in terms of effectiveness, targeting, and penetration depth, the efficacy of PDT in treating PVL remains uncertain. There are a few reports on the treatment of oral leukoplakia with retinoic acid given by oral, but no literature has reported the combination of PDT and retinoic acid given by oral for PVL. Conclusion The sequential combination of PDT and oral retinoic acid therapy is an effective treatment for PVL.

To review the clinical characteristics, short-term outcomes, and risk factors of patients with infective endocarditis(IE) who underwent surgical treatment at a single center, and to summarize treatment experience.

Radiotherapy is one of the main treatment methods for malignant tumors, which can cause the radiation damage to normal tissues. Radiation-induced skin injury (RISI) is one of the main adverse reactions caused by radiotherapy. The main clinical manifestations of RISI are dermatitis, ulcer, erosion and necrosis, which seriously affect the quality of life and treatment effect of tumor radiotherapy patients, and even affect the overall survival of patients. The pathological mechanism of RISI is still unclear. Some studies have shown that inflammation and oxidative stress are the main causes of RISI. RISI can be divided into acute and chronic RISI according to the different onset time, and different treatment strategies can be formulated according to the severity of the injury. In this article, clinical manifestations, classification, pathogenesis, prevention and treatment of RISI are comprehensively summarized.

Objective To investigate the changes of mitochondrial respiratory function during myocardial fibrosis in mice with myocardial infarction (MI) and its correlation with the increase of glycolytic flux. Methods Forty C57BL/6N mice were randomized into two equal groups to receive sham operation or ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery to induce acute MI. At 28 days after the operation, 5 mice from each group were euthanized and left ventricular tissue samples were collected for transcriptomic sequencing. FPKM method was used to calculate gene expression levels to identify the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in MI mice, which were analyzed using GO and KEGG databases to determine the pathways affecting the disease process. Heat maps were drawn to show the differential expressions of the pathways and the related genes in the enrichment analysis. In primary cultures of neonatal mouse cardiac fibroblasts (CFs), the changes in mitochondrial respiration and glycolysis levels in response to treatment with the pro-fibrotic agonist TGF-β1 were analyzed using Seahorse experiment. Results The mouse models of MI showed significantly increased diastolic and systolic left ventricular diameter (P<0.05) and decreased left ventricular ejection fraction (P<0.0001). A total of 124 up-regulated and 106 down-regulated DEGs were identified in the myocardial tissues of MI mice, and GO and KEGG enrichment analysis showed that these DEGs were significantly enriched in fatty acid metabolism, organelles and other metabolic pathways and in the mitochondria. Heat maps revealed fatty acid beta oxidation, mitochondrial dysfunction and increased glycolysis levels in MI mice. In the primary culture of CFs, treatment with TGF-β1 significantly reduced the basal and maximum respiratory levels and increased the basal and maximum glycolysis levels (P<0.0001). Conclusion During myocardial fibrosis, energy metabolism remodeling occurs in the CFs, manifested by lowered mitochondrial function and increased energy generation through glycolysis.

Lennox-Gastaut syndrome(LGS)is a severe,epileptic encephalopathy.In recent years,a variety of drugs have been approved for the treatment of LGS.The U.S.Food and Drug Administration ap-proved clobazam and cannabidiol as adjunctive therapy for LGS in October 2011 and June 2018,respectively.This article provides an overview of clobazam and cannabidiol,including their chemical structures,pharmaco-logical actions,curative effects,safety profile,drug interactions,to introduce the current state of research and the achievements of both drugs.

HIV infection and transmission is a serious threat to people's health and public health security.Antiretroviral therapy(ART),including pre-exposure prophylaxis(PrEP)and post-exposure prophylaxis(PEP),has played a huge role in controlling AIDS and curbing HIV transmission.However,the production and detection of HIV screening test markers may be affected because of the decrease of plasma viral loads and antigen levels in HIV-infected individuals after ART.It has been found that blood donors are receiving ART,and there is an increasing trend of it amongst blood donor population at home and abroad.Therefore,the uncertainty and risk of HIV screening of blood donors are increasing.In this case,blood collection and supply institutions should attach great importance to it,and take relevant studies and explore scientific and reasonable countermeasures actively.

Based on the analysis of the management of Director 's target responsibility system in China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences these years, the methods and experience were introduced in this paper. How to further improve the management was also discussed, providing a certain reference for the target responsibility system management of scientific research institutes.
