This paper systematically reviews the current status of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori （Hp） infection， as well as recent progress in clinical and basic research both in China and internationally. It summarizes the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in Hp infection management， including improving Hp eradication rates， enhancing antibiotic sensitivity， reducing antimicrobial resistance， decreasing drug-related adverse effects， and ameliorating gastric mucosal lesions. These advantages are particularly evident in patients who are intolerant to bismuth-containing regimens， those with refractory Hp infection， and individuals with precancerous gastric lesions. An integrated， whole-process management approach and individualized， staged comprehensive treatment strategies combining TCM and western medicine are proposed for Hp infection. Future prevention and control of Hp infection should adopt an integrative Chinese-western medical strategy， emphasizing prevention， strengthening primary care， implementing proactive long-term monitoring， optimizing screening strategies， and advancing the development of novel technologies and mechanistic studies of Chinese herbal interventions. These efforts aim to provide a theoretical basis and practical pathways for the establishment and improvement of Hp infection prevention and control systems.

Objective To analyze the relationship between cognitive function, motor ability and the risk of falls in patients during the rehabilitation period after stroke. Methods A total of 330 patients with stroke who received rehabilitation treatment in the hospital from February 2022 to February 2025 were classified into fall group (n=105) and non-fall group (n=225) based on the occurrence of falls during rehabilitation period. The clinical data of patients were collected, and the motor function of patients was evaluated by Fugl-Meyer scale, and the cognitive function of patients was assessed by mini-mental state examination (MMSE). Univariate and logistic multivariate regression analyses were applied to analyze the factors affecting the occurrence of falls. Spearman correlation analysis was performed to analyze the relationship between motor ability, cognitive function and risk of falls. Results The proportions of osteoporosis, malnutrition, sleep disorder and history of falls in the fall group were higher while the education level, Fugl-Meyer score and MMSE score were lower compared to the non-fall group (P<0.05). After logistic multivariate analysis, it was found that osteoporosis, malnutrition, sleep disorder, history of falls, low education level, low Fugl-Meyer score and low MMSE score were risk factors for falls in patients during post-stroke rehabilitation period (P<0.05). Correlation analysis indicated that the motor ability and cognitive function in patients during post-stroke rehabilitation period were negatively associated with the occurrence of falls (r=-0.579, -0.438, P<0.001). Conclusion The cognitive function, motor ability of patients in the post-stroke rehabilitation period are closely related to the risk of falls. Clinically, the risk of falls in patients during post-stroke rehabilitation period can be reduced by improving the motor ability and cognitive function.

Acute kidney injury (AKI) is one of the most common and severe nephropathy syndromes in clinical practice and also one of the most common serious complications after organ transplantation, with high incidence and fatality. Iron is an essential trace element in the body. Ferroptosis is a form of programmed cell death induced by the accumulation of iron-mediated lipid peroxidation, and its occurrence is closely related to iron metabolism, lipid metabolism, amino acid metabolism and multiple signaling pathways. Recent studies have shown that ferroptosis plays a key role in the occurrence and development of AKI and provides therapeutic targets for AKI. This article summarizes the regulatory mechanism of ferroptosis and its role in AKI, as well as the compounds that play an important role in the prevention and treatment of AKI by inhibiting ferroptosis, providing new ideas for the future treatment and research of AKI.

Fibroblast activation protein (FAP), highly expressed in cancer-associated fibroblasts, is closely related to changes in the tumor microenvironment. Radionuclide-labeled FAP inhibitor (FAPI) is a novel tumor therapeutic agent targeting FAP. It can specifically bind to FAP and emit radiation-killing signals, and has been gradually applied to tumor radionuclide internal radiation therapy (IRT). This review summarizes the research progress of various FAP-targeted radiopharmaceuticals in tumor radionuclide IRT, aiming to gain a deeper understanding of their intrinsic properties and promote broader clinical applications.

Fibroblast activation protein (FAP) is overexpressed not only in cancer-associated fibroblasts, but also in bone and joint diseases. With the continuous expansion of the application range of radionuclide labeled FAP inhibitor (FAPI) PET/CT imaging, it has gradually shown a good potential in the clinical diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of bone and joint diseases. This paper reviews the animal and clinical studies of radionuclide-labeled FAPI PET/CT imaging in the diagnosis and treatment of bone and joint diseases like tumors, inflammation, Erdheim-Chester disease (ECD) and so on, aiming to further explore the characteristics of FAPI and expand the scope of clinical application.

The human norepinephrine transporter(hNET)is expressed in neural crest-derived tumors, such as neuroblastoma, pheochromocytoma, and paraganglioma. 18F-meta-fluorobenzylguanidine (MFBG) has high affinity and specificity for hNET, and has been gradually applied to PET/CT imaging in neural crest-derived tumors. The application of 18F-MFBG PET/CT imaging in the diagnosis and treatment of neural crest-derived tumors is reviewed in this article.

Molecular probes targeting the 18×10 3 translocator protein (TSPO) have the ability to identify and monitor tissue inflammation. Their application has expanded from neurological disorders to cardiovascular diseases (CVD), showing promising clinical translational potential in both diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation. This paper introduces the application and value of PET imaging using various generations of TSPO-targeted molecular probes in CVD, including atherosclerosis, acute myocardial infarction, large vessel vasculitis, and others.

This study was aimed at investigating the effectiveness of various host nucleic acid removal and non-specific amplifica-tion techniques in animal tissue samples,to increase the accuracy of pathogen identification in tissue samples.Simulated samples were prepared with a mixture of mouse lung tissue homogenates and Klebsiella pneumoniae fluids,and processed with six host nucleic acid removal kits and three non-specific amplification techniques.The effectiveness of each method in removing host DNA and enriching nucleic acids of pathogenic microorganisms was evaluated through real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and high-throughput se-quencing.For host nucleic acid removal techniques,the method of selective cleavage and quantitative degradation of host DNA(Com-plete5 kit)effectively decreased the host nucleic acid content in tissue samples and increased the relative abundance of pathogen nucleic acids.In contrast,the magnetic bead method for host DNA removal(Next microbiome DNA enrichment Kit kit)was less effec-tive.At lower pathogen concentrations(77 CFU/mL),the Vazyme kit was more effective than the other kits in removing host nucleic acids.Non-specific amplification techniques(MALBAC whole genome amplification,MDA isothermal amplification,and random primer amplification)were not applicable to tissue samples and were not effective in increasing the relative abundance of pathogen nucleic acids.Selective lysis and quantitative degradation of host DNA were suitable for processing tissue samples with high host back-ground and low pathogenic microorganism levels,whereas non-specific amplification methods were not applicable to tissue samples for pre-processing of macro-genome high-throughput sequencing.

Objective To investigate the effect of miR-206 on LPS-induced apoptosis and inflamma-tory response in H9c2 cardiomyocytes.Methods An inflammatory injury model was established in H9c2 cells with treatment of 10 μg/ml LPS.Then the cells were divided into control group,LPS group,LPS1 group(LPS+anti-negative control),LPS2 group(LPS+anti-miR-206),LPS3 group(LPS+miR-206 negative control),and LPS4 group(LPS+miR-206 mimic).The LPS1,LPS2,LPS3,and LPS4 groups(n=3)were transfected with anti-negative control,anti-miR-206 se-quence,miR-negative control,or miR-206 mimic sequence,using Lipofectamine 3000 reagent.CCK-8 and EdU assays were used to detect cell proliferation,Caspase-Glo 3/7 activity kit was em-ployed to measure Caspase-3/7 activity,and ELISA was utilized to test the secretion of inflamma-tory cytokines,TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6 in the cells.Results Compared with the control group,the LPS group had significantly reduced cell survival rate and EDU-positive cell rate,while elevated miR-206 expression,Bax/Bcl-2,activated Caspase-3,Caspase-3/7,TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6,p-p38 and p-p65(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).The expression of miR-206,Bax/Bcl-2,activated Caspase-3,Caspase-3/7,TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6,p-p38 and p-p65 were obviously reduced,while the cell survival rate and EDU-positive cell rate were notably increased in the LPS 2 group than the LPS group(P＜0.05).In the LPS 4 group,the activity of Caspase-3/7 was remarkably stronger than the LPS group(1586±58 vs 816±51,P＜0.05).Conclusion Suppression of miR-206 can effectively inhibit LPS-induced apoptosis and inflammatory response in H9c2 cardiomyocytes.

Objective:To strengthen the management of low-value consumables in public hospitals by introducing the Supply Processing Distribution(SPD)management model,and to explore refined operational management strategies and path optimization for low-value consumables.Methods:The SPD management model was introduced,and the entire process of hospital consumables was refinedly managed using third-party supply chain information management platforms,visualized tertiary department warehouses,Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)technology and intelligent cabinet systems,Unique Device Identification(UDI)coding,"four-code integration"and other supporting technologies.Results:Based on the analysis of the current situation in the target Hospital,specific measures related to the management of low-value consumables were introduced after the introduction of the SPD model.Conclusion:It provides a reference and guidance for the hospital's medical consumables management department to promote refined management of medical consumables under the SPD model.
